Complaint on Huge Bill Amount of airtel Postpaid Connection,
As I was using the Airtel Postpaid connection since last 3 years, My number was [protected], and all was working well, no due, no complaint, In last 3 years my bill amount was always below Rs 1000/-however in December 2012, they have raised my bill amount to 35000/-, without any intimation to me that your bill has been exceeded at your credit limit, as my phone bill credit limit was 2500/-, as I had activated 2G plan of 4 GB download in 249/- p.m. after that they sent me only one message that i have till now, that your mobile bill amount has been 48000/- and please pay at the earliest, .
so here my concern is if my phone credit limit was set to 2500/- then how did they allowed to increase the amount to 48000/-, and why didn't they informed or message to me that your credit limit has been exceeded,
then why i got the message that your bill has been reached at 48000/- then i called to customer care and asked me why my bill has been increased so much, & why didn't u not inform me, then they didn't reply on it, and next day in the night suddenly they stopped my outgoing call, without any intimation to me, then again i called to customer care, so they was telling that you have to pay your outstanding bill,
I requested and called to customer care so many times to start my outgoing but they didn't start the outgoing, , then after couple of days they disconnect/block the Sim.one more thing which I had checked in my bill details, that if i activated 2G internet Plan then how come they charged the amount at the 3G, which is showing in the BIll.
Hence I request to you to sort out this issue.
I have all the proofs and messages for activation of plans services etc.
This amount is very very big and unimaginable it is very shocking and if something happen to my mental or physical condition Airtel will be responsible for that.

Airtel — they are thiefs they took my 500/-
I took Airtel postpaid connection # [protected] on my wife's name from Airtel, Pune, Swargate office representative came to my home.I paid 500/- and check got cleared on[protected]
I cleared telephonic enquiry.
Later it was address verification.
No body came and my phone got deactivated. Outgoing was bannd. Lot of incovenience.
I called up airtel customer service for lot many time and every time they promised to send someone for address verification. Once the lied, they said some time, and in fact we were at that address for whole day. Abnd pretty sure no one came. Till date no one has come to my house. If I call up 888 from airtel outlet then they just say it failed for address verification and if asked for solution then they mentioned to use that as prepaid. Which is big joke.
One very good thing about airtel is the outlet is just a sales centre and they have nothing to do with airtel customer service. They entertain customer if and only if you are willing to buy new connection from them.
I want my 500/- back as I am not at all interested to go for prepaid.
Even I can't make outgoing calls and use my 500/-
I want to file compliant against airtel to get my money for all thier trouble.
