[Resolved]  Airtel — unable to contact customer care

I am unable to contact airtel customer care . i have been trying many times but only pre-recorded voice i heard. plz. help as soon as possible.

i am not getting proper facility through customer care..and after few times am nt able to complete my complains to customer care

My name is Animesh and my no. is [protected]. I am unable to contact any customer care through 121,198 or 12118. The call connects only one in a thousand times. Whenever i tried to call a customer care and finally press 1, the machine gives me info on *121# and call then disconnects automaticaly. I always receive an sms with info on *121# just after the call disconnection. I also loadged a complain before when i accidentaly get connected to the customer care, but my problem is still unresolved. Please resolve it immediately.

Sir, iam from odisha ,i have a sim of airtel No is-[protected]. Now I am not able to contact to customer care executive. From my No .i can’t inquiry my problem due to unable to cont with you.i am very dissatisfy regarding this issue & ur response. i hope u should take action as soon as possible
