I have not suscribed any airtel service but i every month rs.20/-
i talked to airtel customer care executive but all in vain first they said ring tone has activated on your Mobile but now they are saying that airtel hello tune sevice and missed you service has been activated. please deactive all the value added servies from my account .

    This is about Airtel's unlimited plan for Rs 699 available in New Delhi. I just want to say that you guys are doing us too big a favor with this plan. I mean you are offering speeds up to 128 kbs for Rs. 699. Are you mad?? do you know that Idea mobile offers an unlimited plan for Rs. 5 a day with speeds upto 112 KBps. youre plan is almost 18 kbps FASTER than theirs. Are you sure youre not going into a loss with offering this to your consumers? I feel guilty about fleecing you gusy like this!. c'mon please please raise the price of this plan or decrease the speeds, this is like using Internet int the 25th century you guys are making me feel bad. seriously

      Denial of Right to Information

      This is the final email I wrote to Airtel, please read on.......:

      Dear Airtel,

      This is with extreme dissatisfaction that I write to you. Last 2 weeks has been more than a nightmare for an Airtel loyal customer (having a Corporate Connection for the last 2 years).

      Here is my case:
      1. Took Airtel Corporate (IBM CUG Plan) connection in Pune (Number: [protected]).

      I want u to notice that i m having a prepaid connection from airtel with the number
      [protected] nad every month there is a deduction of Rs 30 from my account for the ringtone khazana even though i m not subscribed to it.
      Pls do the necessary action and remove the subscription and make refund if possible

      Airtel Prepaid — unnecessary charges debit from account

      dear airtel,


      can you please tell me why you are debit amount of 1.50 paise per day from my prepaid account when i never activited the services of your 54321,2906150 airtel.why you are love tips & all useless things which i dont required.its humble request please stop those services which i dont need or you dont want a loyal customer of airtel.keep away my number from this services.
      its happened a second time with me or i use other way to resolve the this issue.

      EVEN MY BALANCE RS. 30 WAS DEDUCTED FOR CNEWS ALERTS,
      WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY SMS WAS SENT FROM MY SIDE,
      I NEVER SENT ANY SMS,

      THIS HAPPENED THRICE ON MY MOBILE TILL DATE.


      AIRTEL PEOPLE ARE DOING FRAUD IN DEDUCTING BALANCE WITHOUT INTIMATING CUSTOMERS.

      THIS IS THE CHEAP WAY OF MAKING MONEY.

      MY MOB NO IS [protected] AND [protected] IN WHICH AIRTEL COMPANY DEDUCTED RS 81/- AND 43/- ON 01 JUN 11 AND 31 MAY 11. MY COMPLAINT NOS FOR THE SAMEE WERE [protected] AND [protected]. BUT AIRTEL DID NOT LISTTEN EVEN I WROTE TO AIRTEL AUTHORITIES AND THEY ARE NOT WILING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE .

      Further, we are not able to credit the amount of Rs. 41.40/- as the charges are valid as per the usage.

      Airtel Prepaid — debited unnecessarily

      I have been a customer of airtel prepaid for the last 5 years. My balance is getting debited unnecessarily everytime, i have complained to them many times, but they are still debited my balance unnecessarily. Till date, almost Rs.1000/- worth of balance in my account has been debited by them.

        Dear Sirs,
        My mobile no. is [protected] in the Name of Pradeep Kumar de, Sector-4F , Bokaro Steel city, Jharkhand.I am working as ASST.ENERAL MANAGER, BOKARO STEEL PLANT.
        I charged my Mobile with Rs. 2200/- on the Morning of 30/09/2007. However on same evening at 5-6 Pm. My Sim git deactivated without any message or calls. the same was told to your Bokaro franchise office , and they gave the plea that the form of me , might not have reached Patna, and they asked me to Fill up a new Set of Forms. The same was filled on 01/10/2007. But so far The sim has not been activated in spite of Contacting your Bokaro Office as well as Patna nodal Officer. Also i have spoken to your Customer care several Times. ,but withot any fail. No results are coming till date. I again spoke to customer care With MR. Sujit Kumar on 8/10/07, and he gave a Complain no.[protected]/ dtd 8/10/07. The disconnection is incurring heavy inconvenince to me. i have also requested Your Officer sri. VED PRAKASH AT Airtel Offuce Bokaro, but it has noyt yielded any positive results.

        I request your goodselves to kindlty take immediate action for its restoration . The form no. which was again Signed is, having Serial no. F 447578 and submitted on 01/10/2007 at bokaro office.

          on[protected] & on[protected] on[protected] i took net on to my mobile no. [protected] but could not stay online for more than 3 to 5 minutes . refered matter to the 121 but it is not rectified till date. pl rectify the net problem at the earliest.to day also i am facing the same problem . i lost Rs. 75 & soft wares in the cell &in the system. i submitted request for activating 121 service to my mobile . but it is invain. pl. rectify the net problem in the vivek nagar area , hanamkonda @warangal dist.

            I was an Airtel Datcard customer bearing the Airtel no [protected] who bought this number from Airtel. Since I have bought this number, I have never been able to access net from my residence in Ghatkopar-west.Since I have been lodging complaints, none of the official ever tried to solve my problem and I have been getting continuous bills even after repeated complaints.No I am getting threatening calls from Some Advocate Siraj Choudhary (his number-[protected]) from some Delhi session court with regards to the pending bills.One thing I have been very clear that the Airtel does not have proper service in all the areas.They have a pathetic service and no heed at all towards the customer complaints.One thing they do very well sending the bills on time and regular and rigorous follow-up to the customers with regards to bill payment.I had also forwarded my request for cancellation of my number as I have never been able to access the internet through the datacard.Infact I have never used it since ever after i was confirmed that I would never get a connection .I think this is an unjust action taken against any customer and threatening dadagiri, they are doing towards people.Please tell me why should I pay when I have already paid the dongle charges and an amount approximate of Rs 800 or above to them while taking the datacard. I would seek a legal assistance to take these people to task and save the hard earned money of the people from draining into the mouth of such service companies who earn in crores from customers by way of charging extra services without even intimating customers.

              i have a pre paid connection with no.[protected] OF airtel bharti recentaly i have applied for a new post paid number in ohm enterprises in kanpur,uttar pradesh its a authorised web world of airtel bharti.where i told about a good number([protected]) they told me that this number was earliar with harjendar singh but this number has been blocked mr harjendra singh is fail to deposit his monthly bill from last 6 month and i[censored] want this particullar numbar u have to deposit his rest payment so i deposit the amount of rupee 1850 againest the collection reciept no A 153840 IN KANPUR and also given rupee 5000 as they told me that its a V.I.P number activation charges , but after three days i was alloted the number [protected] .so i am cheated by a renowned company kindly take my complain seriosly and solve my problem .

              I hav prepaid connection no [protected] with vodafone service " 3yrs . I port my number in airtel postpaid connection i submit my document . My number activate in 48 hours in airtel postpaid service .due to Its verification my outgoing call stoped. Now i cant call i hav suffring lot of prob... i call to custmer care but they says that ur verification is negitive nw ur no is disconnected bt i hav airtel postpaid no same id and add... solve my prob its so urgent pls do somthing its my business no all calls come this no solve my prob and reverification my no pls soon soo urgent for any detail contact ths no .[protected] pls solve .

                  I HAD BEFORE MY LEAVING THE COUNTRY GOT AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION (TEL. NO.[protected]EAST DELHI) SO THAT I COULD CHAT WITH MY FAMILY. I WAS ASSURED THAT PLAN - RS 599/- WOULD BE SUFFICIENT, EVEN THOUGH I INSISTED FOR PLAN RS. 700-(UNLIMITED). I WAS EXCESS BILL. I PAID FOR ONE MONTH. BUT EXCESS BILLING CONTINUED. I COMPLAINED. I TOLD THEM TO CHANGE MY CONNECTION TO PLAN RS 700/- (UNLIMITED). I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT A DISCOUNTED BILL WILL BE SENT. INSTEAD OF SENDING A DISCOUNTED BILL MY CONNECTION WAS CUT. IF MY CONNECTION IS NOT RESTORED IMMEDIATELY I WILL BE LEFT WITH NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT FOR HARRASING MY FAMILY WHICH IS ALONE IN INDIA .

                  It is very depressed when nobody attend the complaints.

                  I complaint on 9th of february 08, and requested to attend on sunday that is cleary denied by the concerned person.

                  I use internet to talk parents through yahoo webcam service which was disconnected 3 times during the conversation.

                  I hope that is sufficient to inform you, how much problem is being faced by me. Please look into the matter and solve it, possibly on sunday.

                  we have used your broadband connection for Rs ;- 1499 per month . in this connection at your end person, s promised Speed 512 kbps per month, but we received only 256 kbps only. in this regards we complined many time to his local related person, s but till time we have not received any responce form his side. so that we going to discountinue yur connection.

                  i take airtel broadband plan rs.555/- ., but after some wrong commitments due to some reasons i asked to please disconnect my no.[protected].i went to airtel office but they don't disconnect my no..finally after so much probelms i made a decission not to give your last outstanding.i.e.1800.but they raise the bill 2697.after 16 or 17 days i got phone from chandigarh to again start the connection by paying 1800 and change of plan.i had a wriiten letter of on eof your staff.that is ((all dues over after paying 1800)) only..from last month new plan is going good.i paid a new bill i.e 900 rs.after some days from airtel office continouesly from last 14 days i was getting a call to pay my previous balance.which is 897, , as cleared or adjusted according to your staff memebers as comitted and written reciept issued..the person who called me is ( Mr. Anil ) from chandigarh staff.his under staff is S.sarabjeet singh from ludhiana who collected the payment.

                    I lost (theft case) my mobile with Airtel SIM. I registered a complaint in local police station and through Airtel Customer care (Opp Jaydeva Hosp, Bangalore) got the SIM re issued with assurance of previous SIM will be jammed. When I put this re issued SIM to my new set, it was not getting registered and to my surprise, the thief is still using my handset with same SIM and dare enough to give me miss callas!!!. Airtel has filed to jam the SIM even after 07 days!!!. My question is if the same SIM is being used for illeagal purpose, who will be held responsible? Me OR Police OR Airtel?

                      But even then it got failed...And i tried to call them again...but not getting better service from AIRTEL

                      I have applied for BSNL GPRS service under Plan 190 on 29th Nov/2007> The service is yet not provided and the bill against the said service has been charged. I have post paid connection having no: [protected] against which the service is requested. So, many times I have contacted Customer care service and also the BSNL exchange & Head Office Itanagar. I have cleared all the dues without using service. Should I go to consumer Court.
                      I have sent message to activate gprs ...But iam failed to connect it correctly...so i called to customer care and followed what all they said...

                      Our CUG connection totally disconnected due to non-payment of last month bill. The same bill was paid by us vide Ch.No.158645 Axis Bank dated 18.10.2008. The same was handedover through your Manager for Payment. Also we have given a Sim Misplaced complaint and we got the new card for the same no.

                      Kindly activate all your mobile phones immediately and the balance bill amount of our CUG for the month of Sep. 2008 will be paid before the due date of this month 30.10.2008.

                      Kindly take necessary action immediately.

                              I GOT AN E-recharge DONE FOR RS.151/- UNDER RC151 SCHEME OF AIRTEL ON 27.8.07 AT 7.19 PM AND I GOT THE SMS MESSAGE ALSO ON MY CELL ACCORDINGLY UNDER TRANSACTION ID [protected] ; TALKTIME WAS ADVEFRTISED AS RS.300/- FOR 30 DAYS UNDER THE ABOVE RC151 SCHME. BUT TO MY SURPRISE TILL TO-DAY I AM NOT ABLE TO UTILISE THE FACILITY SINCE IT IS NOT MATERIALISING ON MY CELL THOUGH CHARGED. I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHETHER IT IS THEIR TECHNICAL SNAG, OR INTENTIONAL FRAUD WITH THE CUSTOMER. NONE OF THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NOS. GIVEN IN THEIR WEBSITE OF AIRTEL IS HAVING CONNECTION TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES AND EVEN TOLL FREE AIRTEL NO. GIVEN AS [protected] IN THEIR WEBSITE IS FALSE SINCE A MESSAGE IS HEARD WHENEVER I RING UP AS THERE IS NO SUCH NO. AVAILABLE.

                              PLEASE SORT OUT THIS ISSUE AND GET THE NEEDFUL DONE BESIDES GIVING ME THEIR ACTUAL TOLL FREE AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE NO. WITH WHICH I CAN ALSO CONTACT THEIR EXECUTIVES

                              I have received my application reference number from AXIS BANK 2 months back but i dont know why they are delaying to deliver the card i have done the call to the customer care they said with in 15 days you will get the card but the days are passing i made a call today also i am on the line for 10 minutes but nobody responding to my call --------

                                I am a State Bank employee and having a airtel connection provided by my bank for offical use. I got a prepaid conenction for a monthly rent of 299. Later Airtel started SBI CUG scheme and I told their representatives to get my number included in CUG they got the form but they are not replying. I want to retain my old number. I want to know from the company is it possible or should I shift to another company

                                This is with reference to the above i had compained about the same on 4.06.09 comp. no.27556505. I am asking my staff repeatedly about the action been taken wherein his response is that he is continously in touch with your airtel customer care and the response they give him is that they will set right as soon as possible. This is going on for past 1 week. My business is badly affected with this. I am totally using 20 cug connected cellphones for my factory staffs. Kindly look into this and take quick action on this.

                                  I am using Airtel service from past three years and my number is [protected]. Two month back I got call from one of Airtel office for changing prepaid plan to post paid under some scheme. I attached all documents which was required for the same.

                                  It is height of irregularity of person who is in process of address verification. I am software eng and I always need to be in touch of clients. So you may understand the requirement of mobile in my life. But I am very sorry to say one person who involved in address verification process is not doing his job in right way. I have given my local address but that person could not get my local address while I get all my courier and mail at the same address (if you want I may show you all my envelops) . Even I have also given some contact numbers with my local address, But he simply reported that numbers are not working while FC road Airtel branch office’s person verified that these numbers are working properly. Due to this my address verification has been negative and my both outgoing and incoming service has been blocked. Even I have requested Saturday and Sunday is holiday in my company. But still he did address verification on another day while I have mentioned him that from Monday to Friday I used to come late from office due to official work. Even in starting three time it was decided that address verification person would come between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM in any specified. But still he did not come on the specified time and i was waiting for him.

                                  So u may understand the irregularity of person who is involved in address verification process. Due to this customer have to seek for other company’s services. Please take the appropriate action for these irregularities. So that other customer would not face the same problem in future.

                                  My cell no was [protected].i am using this no from last 10 years.my monthly average bill comes around[protected].i never paid the after due date or with late fees.i have started a mail lert service from rediffmail on my cell and before opting the service i have cleared with airtel do u people charge if i opt for this service they clearly refused me that we dont charge anything for this u can check it with redffmail.after that i had a word with some executive of airtel aswell they got agreed that this is there fault.instead of feeling sorry the have barred my outgoing and incoming cause i hace paid the bill.and they have send me a bill of 17000 approx in which 12000 rs is for that airtel live which i havent used a single time from my cell.this wht and how they deal with a customer who has got very good records with them from last 10 years.anyway i am not going to leave them now i am gonna highlight this case in media with court evrywhere,so atleast they can understand how to deal with a cutomer.

                                    Dear Sir/madam,
                                    I am continuously facing problems, I am Airtel consumer since long but till date
                                    We are not happy due to continuously problems from your end ,it seems as if your
                                    Company is generating revenue by cheating consumers. Kindly have a look to those problems we encountered,

                                    1/Ring Tone Activation – This was done without our concent. (We had paid for reactivation too)

                                    2/ Again Ring Tone Activation – This was done without our concent. Again (We had paid for reactivation too)

                                    3/ Cricket Score was activated This was done without our concent. (We had paid for reactivation too)

                                    NOW- We have Rs.250 Top Up Valid till 9 Nov2007.
                                    on our life time (As per Plan) (You are Charging)
                                    Airtel to Airtel – 30 Paisa PerMin- 1 Rupee/Min

                                    As per conversation Customer Care Swati / Neha they explained due to less out going
                                    Airtel is averaging account.

                                    Explain already when we paid for low terrif how you can over look.
                                    In case if you are not refunding the excess charged we shall go for consumer court and others.

                                    Reply within 12 hours.

                                    Already we had faxed the matter to [protected]. as hardcopy evidence

                                      I have a problem with retailer shop man he has been selling all recharge coupens in airtel...he did recharge wrongly that recharged two booster pack 69and 33 at a time.he said two booster pack is activated...but its not activated,,when I WAS GO AND ASKING HIM HE SAID PLZ U COMPLANT ON AIRTEL COMPANY ITS NOT MY MISTAKE.
