[Resolved]  Airtel — unnecessary deduction

This is to complaint you that you have activated several services like GPRS/NOP/VAS/Airtel live) without my knowledge/concern/authority. for which you have debited/deducted more than Rs. 390/= from 30/01/2008. which please note. I have very much disappointed by this, I am very old prepaid customer using this Mobile card since 3 years. Following are the details of deduction & my several complaints to you Via phone to 121 customer executive.

On 30/01/2008 I have phone to 121 for deactive my daily decrement of Rs. 1.5/= but No reply from your customer executive. after talking so many times for deactivation of this services, but no body helped me.

On 06/02/2008 I phoned on 121 to talk to your customer executive Mr. Premal ( he didnt told me his father & Surname) I told him every thing about my problem, but he started abusing me with drastic words & lots of bad words. I dont know why he has done to me. he cut off my line. (you may check if you have recored our conversation) After some time when i again phoned on 121 one of your executive told me that I have activated service for daily decrement which is wrong & totally against in the sake of customer rights.( I have a doubt that Mr. Premal have started this services from there or may be he is behind all this & harassing me like this.

finally i have visited ARC (Fort) on 09/02/2008 for the deactivation of daily decrement, but Mr. Nikhil promised me that it will deactive in the next 24 hours. but for your kind information it is still active & you are deducting Rs. 1.5/= daily.

from 10/02/2008 you have debited Rs. 14.99/= till today for GPRS activation which i had never applied or SMSed or instruct any of your executive which please note. & Rs. 2/= for daily decrement for using Airtel service till today. I dont know what is GPRS/NOP?VAS.

Then on 11/02/2008 in the morning about 10 am you have debited 99/= for VAS download, which i had never never applied /phoned/smsed or instucted any of your executive.

Then on 18/02/2008 you have suddenly debited Rs. 180 for (Laughter club, Missed call info & VAS pack 50). I am totally confussed about this kind of service.

therefore it is my humble request you to please refund my Rs. 385/= (+/-), mine is very hard money & i will not tolarate this again & again. Please put a high level inquiry & find who is behind this otherwise I have no option but to take legal action against your company & also against Mr. Premal in the Police or file a F. I. R or complaint for harrasing me. If you fail to fulfill my problem in the next seven days I will go to press for harassing a simple man.

I don't understand how you can provide service which is not demanded by me again they (airtel) have deducted my rs. 10 towards spiritual tips which i have not asked for and the deactivation code does not exist, stop this indirect robbery and adjust my original balance and send me clear sms about balance adjustment,

For my Mobile No.[protected], for last 3 months, Rs.500/- being deducted unnececessarily. On enquiry, I was told that this deduction was for"TV" subscirption which I have not chosen so far from Airtel. Hence, you are hereby requested to kindly reverse these debit entries amounting to Rs.1500/- (@ Rs.500 each) till now and arrange to do the needful. Expecting your reply per return mail.

Airtel — 150/- deducted from my balance unnecessary

i have activated RS 5/- internet for 12hrs 50mb on 8th april 2011 then amount was 157/- after activated 5/- internet card 50mb after that amount 152- my remaining amount has been deducted after that i called customer executive he gave me complaint no[protected] and they said they will call on april 2011 1.30pm i didnt received any call and i am trying to call customer care from three days it isnt recieving my call.

I bearing the connection no. [protected] (Prepaid) since 6 years. Further I have recharged GPRS pack of Rs. 19/- through flexi on dated 26.05.2011 in morning approx 10.30 AM. Then I run the facebook (for less then one minute) on mobile for check the internet is running or not and then I found the internet is running.
Then I closed the connection and configured my mobile with my PC for run the internet. Further as it connected. I put the address in address bar (www.yahoomail.com) and the page was not loaded fully I got a message on my mobile screen that your balance of Rs. 107/- is deducted for using internet. I shocked and I closed the browser and disconnect the mobile from PC immediately.
Then Immediately I call the customer care on 198 and I brief the executive about my problem, he reply that he is transferring my call to his senior but after hold of two minute the phone disconnected automatically.
Then again four times I call at 198 but as I select the option to talk to customer care executive the phone become silent and disconnected automatically.
Then through my post pad connection I made a call to 198 then the executive (Name – Mr. Dashrath Sing Rajpoot) told me that due to technical error they unable to tell me cause o[censored]nnecessary deduction and he suggest me to call after 2-3 hours.
Then in evening again I made a call to 198 and the executive suggest me to call at 12118. Then I made call 12118 then the executive (Name – Mr. Sayamtan) told me that I have downloaded a game but I try to prove him that this not done by me. After discussion of 10 minute he has ready to register my complaint and he given me complaint no.69806400 and he told me that I will receive a message regarding this complaint no. and it will resolve till 27.05.2011 4.00 PM.
But still now neither I got message nor solution.
So now please tell me how the customer will entertain your new plans or services with this type o[censored]nnecessary deduction. And if the deduction made then this is the way to deal the customer in customer care house I made nine times call but problem is still standing and the commitments are also failed.
