[Resolved]  Airtel — unnecessary deduction

This is to complaint you that you have activated several services like GPRS/NOP/VAS/Airtel live) without my knowledge/concern/authority. for which you have debited/deducted more than Rs. 390/= from 30/01/2008. which please note. I have very much disappointed by this, I am very old prepaid customer using this Mobile card since 3 years. Following are the details of deduction & my several complaints to you Via phone to 121 customer executive.

On 30/01/2008 I have phone to 121 for deactive my daily decrement of Rs. 1.5/= but No reply from your customer executive. after talking so many times for deactivation of this services, but no body helped me.

On 06/02/2008 I phoned on 121 to talk to your customer executive Mr. Premal ( he didnt told me his father & Surname) I told him every thing about my problem, but he started abusing me with drastic words & lots of bad words. I dont know why he has done to me. he cut off my line. (you may check if you have recored our conversation) After some time when i again phoned on 121 one of your executive told me that I have activated service for daily decrement which is wrong & totally against in the sake of customer rights.( I have a doubt that Mr. Premal have started this services from there or may be he is behind all this & harassing me like this.

finally i have visited ARC (Fort) on 09/02/2008 for the deactivation of daily decrement, but Mr. Nikhil promised me that it will deactive in the next 24 hours. but for your kind information it is still active & you are deducting Rs. 1.5/= daily.

from 10/02/2008 you have debited Rs. 14.99/= till today for GPRS activation which i had never applied or SMSed or instruct any of your executive which please note. & Rs. 2/= for daily decrement for using Airtel service till today. I dont know what is GPRS/NOP?VAS.

Then on 11/02/2008 in the morning about 10 am you have debited 99/= for VAS download, which i had never never applied /phoned/smsed or instucted any of your executive.

Then on 18/02/2008 you have suddenly debited Rs. 180 for (Laughter club, Missed call info & VAS pack 50). I am totally confussed about this kind of service.

therefore it is my humble request you to please refund my Rs. 385/= (+/-), mine is very hard money & i will not tolarate this again & again. Please put a high level inquiry & find who is behind this otherwise I have no option but to take legal action against your company & also against Mr. Premal in the Police or file a F. I. R or complaint for harrasing me. If you fail to fulfill my problem in the next seven days I will go to press for harassing a simple man.

Airtel — Unnecessary deducting money from my account balance and not resolving my problem for the past 3 months.

This is to inform you that i have my mobile network connection of airtel and for the past three months airtel has been deducting each day Rs.1 for subscription charges from their sms no.54321 but time and again i have already called up their authorities and told them these problem and get the problem solved at an early. but to my surprise the problem has not been solved despite my earnest request to them. Now it has become an utter problem from my side that i can't recharge my number no longer as there has been unnecessary wastage of money going on. Expecting earliest replies from your end.

Unnecessary calls from collection agents of AIRTEL broadband (COIMBATORE) and threatening - The bill amount for the last month was 1212 and the due date is this month 17th, But the collection agents from the AIRTEL broadband unnecessarily giving the calls to the home & to my mobile number and threatening that we've to pay the amount before the date & they want to come to my house for collecting money, we told them that we can pay the bill in the AIRTEL office before 17th, but they are keepon calling and disturbing the ladies at home, The person who is making the call is not telling his name, though we called the customer care and inform about this they are not taking this as a complained and says it wont happen again,

Airtel — regular unnecessary deduction from my account without my consent

My mobile number is [protected]..from last 3 days i am gatting a message that "thanks for downloading so and so ......you have been charged Rs.99,Rs.25 etc...Enjoy http:// gclub.in..

I have lost Rs.250 in last three days.When I talked with Airtel customer care ,they told me that they can not do anything as i was downloading..

I am not even browing internet and i have deleted ip address of my phone so that internet can be disabled still regular deductions are made from my account..
I am totally frustrated with this,I don't even know whom to contact who can help me..

Dear, SIR / MADAM, i dropped my phone in water and hence lost all my contacts.. it would be grateful to u i[censored] send me the call log of last 2 months of the number [protected], to the Email id [protected]@gmail.com
My mobile no. is [protected], they are activated the service without my knowledge, when brought them to their notice they have deactivated. I got the message for the same. Then went to Airtel gallery in Thane narrated all my story, after that she told to call their phone speak to customer care which on 31/7/2010, no.999 customer care was holding my line for 10 minites no response, I asked him what is your porblem why you are not attending me he was just telling me to hold on, when I asked his name he said sorry I cannot tell my name, I will be in trouble I kept the phone down. Then asked you gallery people what is this your customer care people are not allowed to tell their name & he is diconnecting the phone also. Then she has attended me & told me that there is some problem in refunding service, but by monday 2/8 your money will get refunded to my mobile.Today is 6/8 till now I they have not refunded money.

I cannt understand without anybody's how can just deduct money from their account, for that your not sending any message

This has happened third time with me.

See to it that I should get refund. This is not the only one work we have.
