[protected] this no corporate plan 250 rs i want to change the plan to 150 rs corporate plan and,
[protected] for this no i want to change the 150 rs corporate plan to prepaid plan, pls change the plan as per according.

I ccontacted at Customer care center & they promised me that your it will be dissactivated within 48 hrs & you are not going to receive any bill from the next month, but still my request is pending. again on Customer care center on 19-Sep-08 they told me that your request is wrongly written. so i request plz dissconnect my airtel no as early as possible. plz contact me on this no. i called 121 to start gps system on my number they told me that they will send setting very soon but this setting didnt work . i again comlainted on 121 now they suggested me 7070 number .i dialed 7070
7070 replied me that they can not help me only 121 can help u i again called 121 then they suggested me to go dwarka sect 4 airtel center opp piza hut, ultimatly i went there and they told me they cannot do this .now they suggested me to go sahara mall gurgaown .can u tell me what kind of service is this .

Munafa pack was activated on my cell but on checking the bill
I found that the same was missing and my bill amt increased.
I went to the dealer regarading the same but in vain. My husband
talk to one of your customer care executive and the plan continue
but it should be applicable from the date where from airtel itself
de-activated without my request.

My husband also request the dealer to change the plan ( i.e. 125 coprorate) but I want to know that the clip charges that was not not applicable on my no. could be continued or it will be charged. being an govt employee for the last 27 years with Chandigarh
Administration this facility of was provided by Airtel itself that
They will not charge the clip charges against my cell no. [protected].

Airtel Prepaid Card — changing the plan without the knowledge of user

respected sir,
im basheer ahemed one of the costumer of the airtel prepaid card service and my no is [protected] . For several days i have noted that my call rates are very high and not tally with my 49p plan, when i enquired about the call rates they said i have changed my plan but so far i dint changed my plan and also i dint received any indication message from airtel for changing the plan .we also using two airtel prepaid no and using airtel internet connection service ([protected], [protected], [protected]), so we are a long time and regular costumer to your network . so i kindly request you to see to the problem and solve it immediately . my regular plan is 49p plan with daily rental re 1 for low call charges . I also would like to bring to your point that if my problem is not solved immediately i will terminate all my airtel services immediately
