so bill of last 10 days is 250 rs. but after the tax it exceeds 370 rs. so tell me why this 120 rs. extra because i am using the net connection of 750 rs. unlimited plan . so as i know the bill of one month is approxi. 850 rs.

so tell me that tax of one month is 100 rs for total one month

Please to inform you regarding the my airtel no [protected], on 28th-july-2012receipt no c3444, I have made the full payment of 2700/- the person who is come to collect the payment that name was Parvin, and regularly the girl whos calling me twise a day for payments her name is Kavita, Now I have told her clearly that if she can divert my postpaid to prepaid then only I will make payment to you other wise I will make payment to any airtel galery and diverting the same, But she told me that not to woory about that she said within two days you will get sms that your postpaid is now prepaid she told me that don’t make any outgoing calls & trust your postpaid will be prepaid soon so I trust her and given all my docoment copy to Pravin to hadover to Kavita, After that I am start calling every 2nd days to her regarding the postpaid to perpaid and every time she giving me some different excuses like, sir do din roko, OR sir ajj ho jayga, after a month I got my rental bill also I call her she said don’t wory sir do din main ho jayga, But now a days she is not taking my calls her agency name KAY COMMUNICATION, (KAVITA) TEL NO: [protected]. I am requesting you to kindly check my airtel records I am only paying the rental almost from last 8 to 9 months now also in my records no call charges only rental, why the person like kavita or Parvin is cheatting with the airtel coustomers is this the right way to collect the payments with any kind of comments or is the traning given by Airtel officers to do this with the regular customers, Kindly help me on the same, and please call to kavita and tell her why she is giving such a comments when she cant do, Also I need my docoment copys back wich I have submited the time of payments.
