[Resolved]  Airtel — Bill Plan change (from Individual plan to Corporate Plan)

I am facing biggest problems with Airtel to change my Bill Plan from an Individual 299 Talk Home Indian plan to a CUG 199 coporate plan. I sent all the documents Airtel is demanding to submit for a Bill plan change, still they are not changing my bill plan. Every time Customer care representatives are dodging me with stupid reasons.

They asked to pay total outstanding dues + unbilled amount, I paid it and called the customer care to change my bill plan, now they are saying a another stupid reason "go to any Airtel outlet and fill the forms and submit all the documents along with passport size photo".

What the hell is happening.. is it the same for all Airtel customers?

Are you really going to change my Bill Plan? If not then please deactivate

my Airtel connection. The only reason I am still using Airtel is because I

have been using this number from past 2 years, and my number is well known

to all my friends and relatives. It is a 10 minute job to me to deactivate

this connection and get Vodafone connection.







Again, please don?t say silly causes (all documents are not there, we can

activate in next bill cycle..etc) to change my Bill Plan. If you can do it

tell me how long it will take, if you can?t do it then deactivate my

connection.

airtel communication — amount do not transfer on monthly basis plan

SIR,
with due respect i am an user of airtel commmunication.I have a problem last 15 days and i have tried many times for customer care but there does not have no connection from user.call automatically cuts from there.
I have a scheme basis card of airtel on monthly of prepaid.Balance must transfer every month.but it does not happen so.kindly do some thing,I have bothered from airtel.

I went to nearest airtel office and fill the form and they requesting me to pay Rs.400 extra many to convert the post paid to prepaid offer then we will convert to post paid again the reason is my husband is working in CTS company at coimbatore his having add-on number so that, they require to convert add-on to main number.

Add-on number cannot be changed to CUG.

Now I paid Rs.400 extra amount you tell me is it correct? why should I paid 400 rupess extra?
Kindly guide me please..

Airtel — Change in Tariff without informing and blocked my card when i complaint

i called airtel customer care no on[protected] at 5.46 pm regarding why my call to STD number was over charged. it was charged as Rs 3.40per minute instead of Rs 2.50 per minute what it was charged earlier. At one point in the call, customer care executive said me that extra amount charged will be refunded to me if i have not received any message or for change in tariff structure. then he said company cannot refund it. on that i demanded it should be refunded tome just because he had committed me to do so. then i asked him to transfer my call to his supervisor, he said for that i need to call again and he started speaking rudely. Then he kept the phone without listening or registering my complaint.
Later on i discovered that my Sim Card was blocked.So i went to Airtel Gallery in Ulhasnagar -3. Where some executive asked me to speak to customer executive through hot line number using his landline. So i called customer care executive and told him about my problem and i asked to please transfer my call to his supervisor. I was then transferred to Floor Supervisor Ms Bhagyshree who told briefed me about my last call and cleared my doubts. When i asked her why my phone was disconnected, she told me that my card was disconnected from documents department may be for not submitting my documents, for which i said that i had bought this card 2 years back and had submitted all my documents. then she said that she needs some time to see what was wrong and asked me to give my alternate number where she can update me. and asked me to speak to customer relation officer in the gallery to re-activate my card. when i spoke to CRO she said my card was blocked because i had given application for loss of sim card. later on my card was activated in 10 minutes after speaking to Customer relation officer.

i just want to know that these executives are given that much freedom to keep the phone without registering complaint, speaking to customer in the rudest way they can, to block card of any customer without any confirmation? this not the service for what we are paying. this is for the second time that these executives spoke rudely to me. earlier it might have gone unnoticed but i wont let things go unnoticed this time. enough is enough. these executives have no right to block my card without my information and speaking like this to any customer.
i dont want any other person to face such thing again, so i request you to please take some action that they should not repeat such behavior again.

i used aitel connection more than five years. nowadays unwanted calls are cuming and disturbing more. he speks bad words. how can i block the unwanted calls. u tell that way to block the unwanted calls.
In airtel postpaid executives are giving wrong information and fooling customers.I had got a call from a airtel outlet[protected] for a new connection with this tariff :
Monthly rental of 249/-
600 mins free to any Gsm per month
after 600 min, A-A 40 ps and A- any Gsm 50 ps, Landline 1re.
100 msgs free per day, , ,
But after i took the connection i checked tariff its totally different, and i have called the above number more than 25 times they r not ready to speak, after hearing to me they are just disconnecting the call.
It is the worst service and they r fooling customers.

Airtel Mobile Services — Airtel did not inform me about the rate plan change

I am using airtel mobile, no [protected], since August, 2006. I took a corporate plan, Rs 349/- monthly rental, which is given to some companies including the company LSI Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. which I am working in. Around November 2008 I came to know that some other my company mates are provided with a cheaper plan, Rs 249/- monthly and with more facilities given. When I asked Airtel why I was not informed about the plan and why I was not provided with the plan which is better than the one which I was given, I was informed that the plan was introduced only just 2 3 months before I put this complaint though my friends are using the same plan since 2007.

Also I called to Airtel customer care to change the plan to 249/- monthly rental and I was told that to change the plan I should send a mail to [protected]@airtelindia.com so I sent a mail for the same on 27th December. For which I got an acknowledgement for the same. After that I got a call also, from one Mr. Rajesh from airtel regarding the same. But till today, 26th March 2009, the plan has not been changed.

As the plan is not changed yet, I have not made the payment since January’09 as the bills generated are with the higher monthly rental. And today, on 26th March 2009, the outgoing service at my mobile is stopped.

Here all the mistakes are done from Airtel, first they did not inform the customer about the new plans, secondly putting a request to change the plan on 27th of December till now it has not been changed. Also I am getting calls from airtel almost each and everyday about the payment but they are not resolving the issue.

So I want to put a complant against Airtel for
1. Not informing me about the plan.
2. Not serving the complaint on time.
3. stopping the outgoing service.
4. Calling everynow and then for payment without resolving the complaint.

Airtel — Original Talk Plan not Reverted

To Whomsoever It May Concern,

We have been using Airtel Numbers, [protected] and [protected] with the "My campus plans" on these two numbers from the past one year. When the validity of the card was about to expire, I got an IVR generated call from Airtel on 5th August 09 at 12.45pm, informing to Recharge using Rs. 27 easy recharge to extend the validity. We did the same and after that the original talk plan has been changed. We wanted to clarify this with the Customer Care but to our horror we are not able to connect to the Customer Care department from these two numbers, SO we went to the Hadapsar Airtel Center and there we called the hotline Number. Initially spoke to a lady and she was rude and unwilling to help, so we asked her to transfer the call to the supervisor. We spoke to the supervisor "Avinash" and he told that he has sent a mail, and it was all a technical error and the plan will be reverted within 24 hours. The complaint Number is [protected]. The error has not yet been rectified ( I am complaining after 24 hours) and I am not able to contact Customer Care directly (to speak to the representative) from any of these numbers. This is pure harassment.

Without my permission Airtel changed my postpaid monthly rental plans 999 but still we have one more year. My all scheme stopped like free sms, night calling etc. Now i dont have any scheme at this no.

myself Akshay,studying in final year of B.E.I have Friend-1 sim card of airtel.teriif plan is as follows...1rs for 1min to all mobiles..10p in between 3pm-5pm & 10pm to 8am. to all airtel..10p msg to all airtel and 25p to all other mobiles ....With 50p reduction as rental daily.....but from 5th september,airtel decided to take 1rs rental a day which against rule of TRAI..So i want that either company shoud take their decesion back or u have to take serious actions against them or give me full details how to file a case to a company..I m the final year student so I[censored] can take action ,it will beneficial to me and all my freinds

Airtel — Giving best schemes to limited numbers.

Airtel provide the best schemes to limited Numbers. My friend always get the best schemes. He uses 10 paise/sms without any monthly deduction + 40 paise/min A2A n 60 paise/min with others. I dont get a single msg of such schemes from Airtel. I think you must not be partial to particular numbers. Kindly provide me the same scheme as early as possible No-[protected]...Plzz see to it...

The airtel service is too bad and the customer care specifically the worst in India.

As I am suffering a lot due to the bill problem.Since march 23 they deduct my bill twice and, after complaining the told me to solve it in the next bill, But till it was not solved.

I had given more than 100 times all the details and also told them that i will not pay the bill as it should be solved.As it already crossed 7 months there is no such action was taken.

I should not be give the late payment fees, they are still adding this.

I already told several time to them and they are not listening it .Can it is my fault...?

As a member i want to settle but they are not doing it ...So its better to have to lodge a complain against them. I have given so many mail to 121 customer care but every time they are telling to give the details.
They are wasting my valuable time as well as giving the stress...they had also deducted around 1000 rupee from my credit card which was linked to my salary account and latter i found that was not also in my number..

So i thought they are forging the bill a lot...Is there any action for them...Legally...

As i already send and told them to solve the issue they are not listening at allll..

Talk Lots Cug 199 — Incorrect Mobile Bill

I have purchased two sims under cug 199 plan.They told calls between two cugs (SIM1 & SIM2 ) are always free. But currently they are charging for all calls despite of cug.No proper customer care unit response.Irritated o[censored]sing your network.
I have been using airtel connections for many years till now .. Fortunately there is not such issue .
There has been minor errors which was due to miscommunication from other end . .but it was resolved when I made complaint .
So most of the time it is the error of one person and we start blaming the whole company
I have used almost all mobile services and I can assure you Vodafone and airtel leads . Airtel has best billing tool/policy .

Btw nth personal . This is just experience I am sharing.
