[Resolved]  Airtel Chennai — False commitments by the Airtel customer care executives!

Hi,

This is sreenivasula Reddy. My mobile no: [protected]

First i took prepaid conection with 1 year incoming facility option, After one day i was changed to Prepaid with 149 amount connection. For that i submitted two times address proof in which first time i submitted water bill and power bill and the second time i submitted My PASSPROT.

But Why you are suspended my services still it is not activating. I request you to look into that.

I am verr thankful for updatinfg of that.

I often getting a call from[protected], someone talking vulgarly in the phone,plzzzzzzzz take the neccessay action to them..

i brought a airtel sim in this diwaly 6 year offer,my mobile number is [protected],in my scheme messege cost is 5paise ,i sent some messege to my friends that time you charge only 5 paise,after 1 or 2 hr i sent a messege to same person that time you chare 2rupee for the messege , i complain to custemer care they said i sent a roaming messege ,but i sent that messege to my next room boys,so they said within 24 hrs we will response you

but within 24 they banned my number,i call to custamer care then that time the system says sent a messege to 121 within 24 hours the custamer care officer will response you,


so i sent messege to that number butYOU "CHARGE AMOUNT FOR CUSTAMERCARE SMS" also.

next day i call them by using my friends mobile and i warn them, so one person call from [protected] this number,he introduse his self he is an AIRTEL OFFICER FROM CHENNAI,he said i sent a messege for next state thats why they charge for roaming charge.

but i sent that messege to my classmates they all in near home towns & near my room.and also he said andrapradesh tower create a cross talk for me,
but iam in erode ,erode district is placed in center of tamil nadu

that person also said give me 24 hours , within 24 hours i will response you,yet now no response from you.

how many 24 hours do you need to response me??

there is a loss of 35 rupees more then because of you,if you not properly response me then,

I'm messaging from chennai the police people here in chennai behaving in such a manner that affects me.They are collecting bribes even if i not commit any mistakes.Just for the sack getting bribe threatening not only me and my friends as well.Will any body take necessary action against that...

Some of the airtel customer care executives are providing bad or wrong informations to the customers (ladies cc executives). When i called to airtel customer care number on 12th and 13 for getting some help in mobile office i cant get the customer care executive and the ivrs told me to send my query to 121. Then I send my query to '121' I dont get any response yet.. What airtel. If your cc is going like this airtel is loosing their good customers.4 of My friends are changed their airtel number's to vodafone and aircel.

mobile phone — False commitment by customer Care

i have been a customer of Airtel since last 2 yrs. Last month i wasn't able to pay the bill amount as i was out of town and i have kept this number with my Aunty and hence many times i had called on your customer care number and had requested to call on my number instead of calling on the airtel number. Some associate says that he has noted down the number and will take care that no call should come on airtel number, and the next time some other associate tell that their is nowhere mentioned any request like this. So what should i consider by this, and also if any customer is not able to pay the bill for one month so being an corporate customer he expect the company to consider.
And the billing dept what you are having is ridiculous they people don't know how to talk with an customer.

I had taken new prepaid Airtel Connection. Before that I had Reliance [without SIM] LG RD5430 Mobile.My problem is

if it is possible to copy all contact names, memo and all data into Airtel SIM.

If it is yes then what is procedure to do it.

Airtel Chennai — itemised bill not issued till

Dear Sir,

I was using Airtel pre paid ( [protected]) since 2005/October.But Alst year november, One of Airtel Execuitve contacted me in My company and asked me to switch over from prepaid to postpaid. i heared a lot of ill treatment of customer by Airtel. so I taken postpaid on that condition that Airtel will provide me itemised Bill every month end, based on that i will pay bill. initial 2-3 month they provided me same. Now since Last 2 month they are not providing me itemsied bill . When i conatced call center they told me i have to pay 25 Rs to get same in hardcopy which was not there during joining. So i told them to send Sofy-copy in mail . till now i am getting vague reply from Airtel without sending itemised bill. even i am having net login account in that also it is not uploaded and i also send sms to 121. i got reply that your bill is not prepared .now problem is that there is no proper communciation within Airtel so they daily call me for payement. they started harassing me on same by making daily call. why i shodld suffer for Airtel service deficency and false commitement?
further I am having Airtel braodband connection[protected], which ii wanted to close when i changed my house. Here again Airtel Person told me that your new house is close to old house and previous tenant was using Airtel braodband so we shift your conenction without any charge. i agreed happly. now after 2 month of shifiting, suddenly they charged 300 Rs in bill saying it is shifting charge. when I called customer care they asked me do you have any proof on that ? My question to Airtel that if shifting charge is there why you have not put in first bill. why you are suddenly charging ? Do you need money to show best performence in this Quater ?
Lesson learned : Take everything in written from AirTel.

This to inform you that i am facing problem from my sim that today afternoon i have made one call from my sim, but after that i am getting error message that sim register failur...n kindly rectify the issue & let me know what to be done for my out going calls & incoming calls.
