[Resolved]  Airtel Chennai — False commitments by the Airtel customer care executives!

Hi,

This is sreenivasula Reddy. My mobile no: [protected]

First i took prepaid conection with 1 year incoming facility option, After one day i was changed to Prepaid with 149 amount connection. For that i submitted two times address proof in which first time i submitted water bill and power bill and the second time i submitted My PASSPROT.

But Why you are suspended my services still it is not activating. I request you to look into that.

I am verr thankful for updatinfg of that.

This to inform you that i am facing problem from my sim that today afternoon i have made one call from my sim, but after that i am getting error message that sim register failur...n kindly rectify the issue & let me know what to be done for my out going calls & incoming calls.
i have lost my mobile so i went to airtel showroom in anna nagar and submitted photo and id proof and rs 150 for duplicate sim and i got it then it is activated and my outgoing is suspended due to proof submittion kindly refer that and activate barred services

AirTel — Not satisfied with the service

Hi, I am user of airtel services from many years. But, i am not satisfied with the customer care services, specialy at airtel customer care center of Aditya City Center Mall Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. the attitude of the attenders their is so much abusing. I was there to transfer the name of my phone number. Every time they ask me to come with some documents in 4-5 days and every time when i went they said me that policy has been changed just 3 days before, so bring thois and that. This had happens to me about 4-5 times. Now its going to about 3 months when i applied for this. but still no response. I am really disappointed.

Dear Sir,
my mobile no [protected]. I missed my mobile phone on may19th, 2009. I apply dummy sim card as my number in SREE ASSOCIATES NO.512(2), P.N. ROAD, OPP. PUSPHA THEATRE, TIRUPUR-641602, on june 1st 2009 at 6 o'clock pm. I give all my ID to them. But my number till not activation. I am very effected with many problem without my no. I already inform this problem many time to 121 & 198 customer care . But no use to this problem. So please replay to me for what i do for clear this problem. I am waiting for my number 13th day. please advise to activation my dummy no.

AirTel — customer care no in chennai

i need the customer care no in chennai. i have lost rs.25 from my balance without my knowledge. i have to complaint about this to customer care but i don't have the correct customer care no. i called to 121 but there is no option for complaining.
