[Resolved]  Airtel Chennai — False commitments by the Airtel customer care executives!

Hi,

This is sreenivasula Reddy. My mobile no: [protected]

First i took prepaid conection with 1 year incoming facility option, After one day i was changed to Prepaid with 149 amount connection. For that i submitted two times address proof in which first time i submitted water bill and power bill and the second time i submitted My PASSPROT.

But Why you are suspended my services still it is not activating. I request you to look into that.

I am verr thankful for updatinfg of that.

I have a lifetime card and i have recharged Rs26 for 6000 free sms, but i could not send any messages to any cell. If i send a message I am getting a message of Check operator service, so please rectify my problem as soon as possible, otherwise the validity will be bared. My cell no is [protected]

Since 2006 am a customer of Air-Tel, due to my regular payments and other grounds my credit limits also increased. My Last Mobile Number was [protected] by that time I worked in a private company and due to some reason I resigned the company. My settlement was delayed from my company so my payment also delayed to Air-Tel so I received couple of calls from the customer care and remainder letters. On this process I explained the above said situation, so based on this that customer care service officer requested me to settle the major part of that outstanding also highlighted that they will close my account if I pay this part payment. Based on this I paid the said amount 3, 000
Now i settled in Hyderabad and continuing the Air-Tel service only [protected] now I received a letter notice( LOK ADALT) to vellore where I am not there. I hope you must be recording all the communications between the customer and customer care officer.
So I request you direct me to go forward on this.

I have a Suspicious call from one particular number. I need to find out the person those who are misbehave to me. I am from Tuticorin. Please inform me immediately how to capture that guy without the knowledge of Police. Thankyou Verymuch Sir.
my dad is using tata prepaid mobile, since last 10 days his mobile got repaired and tata authorised service people said that the problem with SIM and it should be replaced.but to aquire the same number we need a dummy SIM which is not available in any tata indicom office.so we are waiting for the SIM.

In this regard i regret to inform that i have sent sms to 543211to cancel my caller tune. but still it has not been deactivated instead i got a message as " TECHNICAL FAULT" an amt. of Rs.3/- has been debited from our account.

Due to air tel tech. fault why i should be penalized. pl reply & what is the way to cancel my caller tune.

Subject: Compliant against Unfair discountinuation of outgoing calls for NO.[protected]

I have got Airtel connection in January First week, On 24.01.2010 my connection is discontinued for the reason documents not reached. The same thing happened before when I took Airtel connection for the first time in November 2009 ([protected]) and discontinued for it has registered in different name and address but the address which I have given is not reached them.

This proves that your channel of service has many loophools and negligency in service providing.

I request you to clean your channel of services and restore my airtel connection.

Airtel Chennai — Deduction from balance for unsubscribe services

I'm using Airtel Chennai prepaid SIM and receiving messages from Airtel Chennai claiming I've renewed subscription for 'VideoParlour' and 'Gaming' Services.I havn't subscribed for anything from Airtel. They have been deducting Rs.5 and Rs.20 for 'VideoParlour' and 'Gaming' services resp.

I kindly request you to take necessary action against them and return my balance they have deducted from mine.

I received a mail from Vijay Kumar, Airtel Presence( Customer Services), on June 4, stating that balance amount has been deducted against Videos Parlour service and charges levied against the same were valid and accurate. But I hadn't activated any of these services previously.

Further, when I called up Customer Care, they say I've been using Airtel Live when accessing internet. I've been using MobileOffice but not Airtel Live. I still don't understand why such commotion has taken place.

I kindly request you to have a re-look into this issue.

Airtel — false commitment by airtel executives

I booked a New connection of airtel Fixed Land line for my company A.W Construction Pvt Ltd and Iam Abdul Wasi Managing Director Of the company And my number alloted is[protected]n 28 june 2011 land line and the executive of airtel make commitment to me that he will provide me the choice number which is similar to my mobile number.my mobile number is [protected] but first you allow to us for wiring and take the connection of airtel after two day your number will be change to choice number which i committed to you, and after two day they are not receiving my call and they did not do anything for my choice number, so please do action against him...... AirTel — Deduction of balance for unsubscribe services

Money has been deducted twice over the last 2 weeks for some "Music pack" from my wife's Airtel prepaid balance. She hasnt subscribed for any fo these services. On calling consumer care, they charge 50 paise/min to talk to costumer service executive which includes a long waiting period. I hope this forum will help stop this money making racket by airtel.

Airtel — continuous customer care calls

Hi,
I wanted to inform that the bharti airtel is still continuing the process of calling customers continuously for about 10 times a day. I thought a new rule has been introduced against this but they continue to do so. Please resolve the matter.

AirTel — Not satisfied with Airtel Services

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I am not satisfied Airtel Services. I have two numbers. One is 4274920 and second 4081024. For the first number i.e. 4274920, I have requested to change the scheme during July, but the have not changed. After that I have requested to disconnect the phone during sep. still they have not given responded. I have received three bills of same scheme of 549. Sir kindly look in to this mater.
My second number i.e. 4081024. This number has been transfer from saket nagar to Nikhil -III bhopal on 03 july. after transfer it was not working. I have given many request to the help centre but after two month i.e. on Sep 12th they resume the services. but they generated all bills without services. Due to the pending bills they disconnected my telephone after one week.

Airtel Chennai — Every week some services are getting activated and money is getting debited.

Hi,
Every week Airtel Mobile service provider is activating some services and money is getting debited from my balance.

I called them and get that deactivated but again after a week it got activated.

They dont have any reason why they are activating these services.

Please lodge my complain against them.
