I have call airtel customer care 121 many many time but no ans.

i can't call cust care...they r nt accepting my call...so requesting here...i need my 10 rs back...otherwise i hv 2 go 4 other connection...

After repeated deductions I got DND activated for my mobile no [protected] on 13/03/2011.But again BOLLYOODFISSION & BIKINIALERT was activated by Airtel Live.On 25 Mar I had toped up with Rs 87 /-. But on 27/03/2011 I found the balance is only Rs 37 /-.Today The Customer Care Representative is telling that I have activated the above services on 25/03/2011 and 26/03/2011.They are not able to tell the time of activation request from me. May I get the money back or I can take proceed to get justice against this fraud.

Please request my special offer has been deactivate kindly active my offer... i have call customer care executive and told me recharge Rs.32/- and able the offer.and activate 24hours. sir i have recharge on dtd.[protected], 5.51pm. my offer on airtel to airtel 10pcs per mtn. and others 30pcs per mtn. std 50pcs per mtn.but sir this offer is not active at the moment so request sir please active my offer and uses problem airtel connection my mobile number is [protected].

i am a airtel prepaid customer and my number is [protected]. after every few days some amount is being deducted from my balance sometimes rs5, sometimes 10 and sometimes even 20 for something called tadka live. i dont know what it is. i tried to contact customer care to deactivate it but no response. in anyways i wd switch to a other network provider but if possible please deactivate every vas service on my number. sorry to say that but as a customer i really want to say that AIRTEL SUCKS. never in my life would i advice anyone to use airtel ...

I belong to airtel customer in Barbil (ORISSA) having mobile no [protected]. From my balance on dated 07/05/2011 Rs/-80 has been cut, when I contact 198, 121, and [protected] not able to contact them.
When I contacted to another no they logged a complain[protected] and assured it will be solved and money refund before 11/05/2011. But again after that my balance is being deducted from balance, when I contact him they respond there is server problem do data will be provided. From my balance every 2 hours Rs/-1 has been deducted. I have irrited with airtel service.
If a customer not get answer his querry what is the need of customer care.
If this will continue I have to fell airtel SIM in gutter and people know who known to me about this bad service.
Please see this matter from your side.

Some employees o[censored]r AIRTEL are deducting some amount from the customers for their personal gains.I have been victim of such persons frequently.My mobile no is [protected] (kolkata).On 20.07.2011 suddenly Rs 30 was deducted from my account without any request for service activation.I called upon the customer care executive on 198, but in vain.
I request for ur action.

This is to inform you that the above mention mobile no was taken on 3rd October 2011 from the retailer (Prio Communication, Behala, Fakir Para), the retailer was assure that it take time to activate till half an hour or end of the day. But unfortunately the no was still not activated till date. How ever on 4th October 2011 I was taking the channel sales manager’s contact no from the retailer and your channel sales manager was so busy that he was not pick up the phone or reply the SMS, I was call his no so many time and a SMS also send his no with all the details but still I am not receiving any answer from him (Channel Sales Manager’s No. [protected]).

So, due to this poor service and misbehavior, I need a strong clarification on this, if your retailer was knew that the services was stop till Puja holidays then why he sold this connection to me or if the problem from your side also why I am suffer for this stupid reasons.



Hope you take a strong action on this. Waiting for your reply on an urgent basis.

We are holding an Airtel Prepaid mobile connection with no. [protected] for over last one year.

Its been quite frustrating to deal with Airtel so far as in event of any assistance required or complaint to be registered we only have two contact nos. i.e. 121 or 198 which have no option to get the correct help as desired.

While dialling on both the nos. its impossible to reach to the correct person and even after trying more than 20-30 time, if fortunately we are able to reach some one, the customer care officer do not pay any attention to the complaint instead disconnects the line by giving some excuse or the other. Most of time customer care officer uses local language despite our repeated request to use English or Hindi as we do not understand the local language.

We have been regularly charging the prepaid connection and noticing that without using the phone even for day the balance keeps on reducing due to some pretext or the other, we recently discovered that due to some unwanted service called 'Hungama' the balance have been reducing on daily basis which was not even subscribed by us at any time.

We have made this request in past (when we were lucky to get connection to Airtel's helpline) many a times to remove our no. from any such subscription but till date the same have not been done and balance is being reduced forcefully without our consent for any such service.

Its almost impossible to reach any customer care officer in Airtel and frustrating to get the issues resolved of last many days despite hundreds of attempts.

We have recently subscribed to the 3G data plan worth Rs. 199 (given 500 MB of free data download), however are surprised to note that every time we connect to the 3G and use even a site like google or gmail our balance reduces whereas this was suppose to be free of cost till 500 MB data usages.

We get no update from airtel on data usages and are failing to understand how can 500 MB data be used only on first connection of 3G if it is so happened.

It seems to be complete cheating on Airtel's part to deduct user's balance without any reference to them and enable unwanted services on phone and deduct money.

After getting no response from any of the Airtel's contact nos. we are raising this as last and final complaint before filing a case in consumer court for intentional cheating and malpractices also violating the applicable TRAI guidelines.

Please do consider this seriously and respond within reasonable time.

Dear Sir

I have mobile no ( +91- [protected]) is registered with my mother's name( TAHERA KHATOON). Presently I am in Kuwait with this number, when I put the sim card into the mobile yesterday, it show registration failed, but it was working before two week in kuwait.

So please can you tell me why the registration is being Failed? and
