i am airtel
user since many years, i am new to this web site complaints board... i saw plnty of complaints they resemble to my problem... since 2 and half months...i am unable to access Airtel GPRS
on my Nokia 6270
( at dahisar east), Initially the same service was smooth for around 3 mnths or more... but since last couple of months life is like a struggle...
things i did :
A) got my mobile checked at nokia
gallery...dadar cell was cleared had no problem...
B) Activated gprs on other airtel
no. with latest Samsung
Phone the no. was of my relative... but the same problem with that no. too.. cant get service at my place, but at other places it functions properly...
C) since last 15 days i hav kept my gprs activated, which i deactivated yesterday
D) Checked with retailer at my locality and learned the same problem faced by others in my area
E) One of my friend who also uses airtel
faces the same problem as mine at my locality
A) since 3 weeks, actually more dan dat... i hav to undergo irritating schedule of dialling options to get thru my call to customer care... Cust care exec at the end like a fool buy some more time.. saying apki suvidha agle 9 ganto main uplubdh kar di jayegi...
B) Inspite of my repeated calls and complaints the technical team calls me at day time when i am at my office, where i hav better comp and a broadband...to complete my tasks.. ( they never call at morning time when i am at my home...where the problem really occurs, No where else but only my home is theplace where i want my gprs facility)
C) Technical team does nothing but asks where u stay? are u able to see area inf o on ur cell phone screen...??!!
D) Technical team sends me repeated Gprs settings & Mo settings...
E) Customer care tries to fool me by saying may be msgs dat u send to activate or deactivate the service might be wrong sir!! ( this is rediculous, i mean when i am using a service since so long, do you think i can make mistake in sendin some text msgs ??!! as claimed by cust care and technical team jokers...)
F) On Few occasion customer care Dudes hang up the phone in the middle of a conversation, and that is like an insult...( how dare they can do dat...they r paid to handle dat job.. they are there to listen to people... and no one calls to hav some fun... specially when he or she is calling repeatedly for the same silly problem...)
G) Whether we get the service or not, Airtel
do collects... the amount every day i pay 15 rupees...for the service which is really now a headache to me...
Being a 3d Movie compositor i need net at my office and even at my residence At office i hav Broadband and for residence airtel
was a great help in that case initially, i just wana check my mails or sometimes surf a bit.. some times some smalloffice work on holiday i can finish at the comforts of my house, but cus of no net service i am forced to move to office for those things... can any one help me in this problem... i am stuck with my balance..amt with airtel

guys are reading this complaint of mine than they shud really come up and improve there system... Stop providing this customer care service to some organisations who are least bothered whether there client airtel
is earning or not...whether their(airtels) customer are satisfied or not... they are their to fullfill there task and that is to hire some snubs who are more interested in some conversation around dan the call they are attaining... and stop asking for details everynow and dan, that is annoying...cant airtel
custcare see the information about the customer on the system on their desk ? why do the customer hav to narrate the whole story every time he makes a call...?? whether its a senior or cust care exec all ask the same thing :- no. pls, sir abhie apka prepaid balance kitna hai, how can i help you, can you tell the problem...? why u want to talk to a senior... if you dont share your information how am i able to help you ok dan thnk you for calling airtel
... aapka din shubh ho... ( this is hw they end up the call ebruptly.. this is humiliating... agar aap information nahin dete hai to sir aapka din shubh ho airtel

some executive kept me online for around 18 to 20 mins than they hang up the phone... some of the seniors they were really nice and humble...but than next day we arent connected to those gud fellas again... i hav to talk to some weird senior again... and undergo the pain again... atleast there shud be direct mailing id... not one who generates computerised silly replies... or a direct airtel
