Refund of balance amount

AM I WORNG ???

I am airtel postpaid user for last 2-3 years. last month on[protected], I went to post paid centre to convert my postpaid no [protected] to pre paid . The centre manager asked me to clear the old dues and pay more 200/- extra for migration charges. Change in Bill plan without any intimation

Hi,


I had 3 connections of the post paid Airtel 199 good value plan.
The mobile nos are [protected]/24/25.
I had carried on with the service of Airtel for nearly 2 years now.
However in the month of January my bill plan on mobile no [protected] was changed to a very unfavourable one without any intimation to me. I have already registered a complaint with the customer service and haven't found...

Mobile Office not deactivate

I had activite my Mobile Office today afternoon.
Now i wish to suspend my Mobile Office, service. i had conact there costermer service excutive on no 12140 & as per them i had to dial 55690 with MASSAGE UNNO. But massage has come back with massage NO DEFOULT CONFIGRATION.
Also i a had recive massage from no 69620 " your subscription for MO recived"
I am constentle trying to contact them on following numbersbr...

no acknowledgement of bill paid

hi Team,


My airtel account in its website says that the march months bill is rs -231 and then i get a message saying that it is 592 rupees. I confirm by calling the customer care and make 500 rs payment on march 24 and on march 29 2009 i make another payment of 100 rs... however on april 2 2009 i receive a message saying that the payment is not made and my information is shared with the collection agents to collect....

I have paid Rs.400/- towards recharge (top-up) of Airtel mobile No. [protected] through my ICICI Credit Card (online transaction Id: [protected]) on 30-3-09. ICICI has confirmed that the payment has been made to you and the transaction was successful. No network connection

Then after one month once again I activated SMS alert in my number, but still since 1 yr I don't have recieve any message from Airtel. When i made complaint to the customer care from last 10 days the executive say that "system down, system not show any deduction on your number, you have not subscribed for any services, your problem will be solved in short period, please call after sometime because of server problem"...

interrupted the service without any notice

i have a airtel postpaid connection from 2 months ... i didnt get my first month bill till the second month was generated, but they are forcing me to pay the bill which i refused to pay... but today they sent me a bill of 3000 for 2 months on 30 th march which i told them i will be paying within 5th april ... but today they have totally deactivated my number [protected] in the middle of the night without any information ......
