i am having a corporate conection of AIRTEL company consisting of 11 conections since last four years
i am facing a problem regarding ISD
i have not asked to the company to activate ISD on my conections
but the company activated the ISD at their own

At one number there became a bill of APPRX Rs 42000/- in the month feb-mar 2009

From that number we have not made the ISD calls but it looks like that the number was hacked and the ISD calls were made

we haver never made any isd call at all

i want to know that wherther the company can activate ISD on our numbers without taking any permission or giving any informationto us or not

we were not even known of the fact that the ISD is active on our number

we were never told about that the ISD is active on our number

THE company's official also came to us and said that they will waive 25% amount and the balance we have to pay other wise they will disconect the numbers

but we were not in a position to pay such a huge amount and we denied their offer

Regarding activation of ISD the officials say that the activation of ISD is based on the guidelines of TRAI

i want to know that whether there is any guideline from TRAI of activation of ISD without consent of customer

further i want to say that if ISD was not activated on our number this disputed amount would have not been arised


now our numbers are disconected

i want to know where i stands?
what can i do ?


please let me know and tell a sollution for it

Dear sir, I have beening using airtel mobile service from last 5 years in Bangalore. Last month my airtel account number (through which I have been making my bill payment) has been changed and I have not been informed about that.

Because of that I could not my bill for last month. Now all of a sudden without informing me, my outgoing call has been barred.

Airtel should have notified me for any changes that has been made to my airtel service that is affecting me.

I am having an airtel broadband service in Bangalore (Rustam Bagh area) and it is completely dead for last ONE WEEK now. I have been calling almost daily the customer care and only answer I would get is someone would be calling me, but end of the day noone calls. Such a irresponsible behaviour from this reputed carrier is very shocking. My complaint number is 19827840.

I have already paid my telephone bill on before due date but they have barred my telephone outgoing.My telephone no.4239003 and my customer id is13123208.I have paid bill from chq no.237465 and bank is ICICI bank.Please take action against the company.My name is Onkar Soni and i am live at Indore.

I represent myself as Head of Tamilnadu operations of FIITJEE LTD. Almost a month back I applied for a CUG connection in the name of My CO and was allotted with the following numbers.

Please note that all the numbers were provided against a common application form. To our greatest surprise the 2 numbers [protected] and [protected] are deactivated multiple times and permanently now. Despite of making repeated complains nobody at Chennai is ready to listen.



The executive who took the application is Mr Venkatesh who represented himself as Manager sales and his mobile number is [protected] and belongs to Airtel relationship Centre Ambattur Chennai. He is a totally useless man. Till the time of getting order he was quite punctual and courteous. But after the sale he is vanished and even not responding to our calls.



Your local Chennai office is giving silly excuses for the deactivation of two lines like papers are not complete or verification was not done and bla bla. My question to you is if there is a problem with the application form or verification, it should be with all 12 lines as we gave a single application form and single verification.



To my further surprise now your airlel Chennai office is asking for another application form with all documents again. When we have already filled a common application form for 12 lines why an another form. If there is any competent authority in AIRTEL please look into this matter and take severe disciplinary action against Mr Venkatesh (Details furnished above) and reactivate my two deactivated lines.



If there is nobody in airtel who has a little sense of customer care please terminate my all 12 lines. I’ll look for some other service provider.

Dear Sir,

I am staying in CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai area. I am the dealer of Airtel. My self and most of the customers are facing signal problem in Sector 3, 4, 5 and 6 since last three months. We have complained so many time with Airtel customer care. Airtel signal is veery week or nil most of the time mainly in house. We have to come out of home for making calls. Due to not availability of signal we are not getting many calls. When ever we make the complained to customer they say we will solve your problem in 72 hrs. We cannot change the mobile number also as it is spread with all the friends, relatives and banks etc.
