Airtel Digital TV — Requesting to Replace My Airtel Digital TV STB and Provide 1 Year Warranty as Told to ME

As I am much puzzled, now I am here for complaining regarding my Airtel Digital TV Set top Box which I purchased two times in 2 years. The Customer Care of Airtel Digital TV or their Executive or the STB department did not resolve my problem which has been facing by me from last 40 days.
As I requested, my Airtel Digital TV STB is not working from around 40 days and still the problem are same. They told me that your STB is to be changed or replaced and you have to pay Rs.350+100 for STB Charge and Enng. Charnge...
This is to inform you that I have paid Rs.500+200+150 for the Airtel STB before 4 month back and they told me the warranty of the product is 1 year. After 4 months when the Machine is not working they telling me that your product is out of warranty and you will have to pay Rs.350 plus visitor charge as per rule of Airtel Digital Tv. They also told me that your warranty period is 90 days.
I already faced it too much and want to resolve by you or Airtel.
Please look into the matter.
