Disconnected cell without intimation

Unwanted Commercial Ad Calls & SMS from 55382

I am using airtel prepaid service on my Mobile No. [protected] but regrettably I am receiving lot o[censored]nwanted SMS from 55382 and also unwanted calls from commercial companies for marketing their products. Can I request through this forum to the Customer Service Airtel to stop this kind of service and send me confirmation thereto.

Prepaid mobile recharge

Hi ! I made 2 airtel recharge of Rs. 333 each on 20/02/2011 via ICICI Online banking for mobile number [protected]. Though the bank showed the transaction as "successful", I got a sms from 555555 stating that "The request cannot be processed. Please try after sometime". I have also not got the recharge amount in my mobile. Request Airtel to resolve my query.

I am very frusturated by the Air Tel service since last one month. My cell number is [protected] and since last one month airtel activated a love pack without my concern and frequently charging 1 rs for 1 day.
I do not like such things from Air Tel and want to drop my sim card for forever.
This is frusration limit and giving warning to custmor care that if they will not deactive this unwanted love pack, i will charged case...

Cricket Daily Pack is not being unsubscribed

I had subscribed to the Cricket Daily Pack Service. I had received a message saying "Congratulations! You have been successfully subscribed to Cricket Daily pack service.You will be charged Rs7/week.To deactivate Sms UNSUB SWCUP to 55383."
I wanted to deactivate the pack so I smsed UNSUB SWCUP to 55383 and I got a message saying Invalid Keyword.
This is wrong and I don't want to be charged for this service....

customer care not attending call

why is airtel customer care not reachable or always busy.. its busy even when i call in midnight or early morning at 6am.
i have got some complaint.
Rs.20 have been deducted from my balance. i am calling customer care since so many days.
why is airtel not willing to listen to their customers complaints? there is no such problem with all other companies like vodafone and tata indicom.

Deduction of balance without notification

balance deducted unnecessarily

i had recieved a message that i have been subscribed for world cup alerts.
i have been calling customer care and 198 since 3 days but all lines are busy.
i have also unsubscribed by dialling *121# on 17 february2011. still balance is getting lost from my account.
i dont understand whats the problem with airtel? first they unnecessarily activate...

Rs 15 charged for airtel talk to me service without customers knowledge

The Airtel Andhra Pradesh is really bad. They automatically charge the customers who have more balance in their prepaid mobile by registering to some nonsense service like talk to me service with out the customers knowledge. When the customer calls the customer care then no one correctly answers the customers complaints. They simply blame the customers, they dont give any convincing answer nor accept their mistake. Stopped working suddenly

I have been using an Airtel prepaid number ([protected]) for the last two years. I acquired the number in Hyderabad. At present, I'm in Mumbai. Yesterday (February 18, 2011) afternoon, my phone stopped working. I have enough balance in my account. This is the only number I have and I badly need this number to be active. I am here sharing a big mistake i have done to port my number to AIRTEL. I am facing series of concerns related to AIRTEL then. First it took near about 20 days to switch. Second, my account balance that supposed to be credited at same time, returned back after 15 days. Third, but most horrible is my number doesn't work in roaming. I lodged a complaint near about 20 days back, got a call twice saying we have resolved your concern ..wasting...
