post paid mobile no [protected]. bill not received till date....

Rs. 103.39 has been deducted from my account on 26th of Feb 2011 without any intimation to me.
I had requested the refund for same amount to me or describe for what it has been deducted without any massage.
I am waiting for the response till date
Customer care Executive has confirmed that I will get the response against my complain by 28th Feb., But still I have not received any response,

I have lost my mobile handset with prepaid airtel SIM (No : [protected] ) in Nov-2010 while travlling to airport for abroad. When I returned back and enquired about getting that sim back in airtel office they told me to fill an application. Once I have filled the application they said for verification we need some details. Hi My name sreenivas,I have disconnected the airtel digital tv account on january 24. They had taken my dish and set top from me. They promised me within 14 days they will send the balance amount to my addreess. Till now they have not send the balance amount to my address. I have called up so many times to customer care. As per the New Rule, we can send only 100 free SMS's after that we are changed for every SMS. The Problem i'm facing is that Airtel is charging me 1 Rupee per SMS (after 100 free SMS's) though my Basic SMS charge is 25 paise. but airtel charged 10 rs. from my account

4 std msg per msg 1.5 rs
