Respected Sir,
I am simply disgusted with the mugged up answers from the airtel CC.I had opted for browser 699 combo plan from Airtel last month(Feb, 2011). My billing cycle is from 11th to 10th of the next month. According to the plan if I cross my download limit my speed will be halved which will return to its original value once the next billing cycle starts I have a credit amount of Rs115 with Airtel after paying my bill on march 13th.
Ever since then I have been complaining about my speed not being rationalized and there's been no resolution. First a complain was lodged on 13th with code 44079968. Then when the problem wasn't solved I contacted the CC again who resolved this complain no. and lodged a new one with code 44134854. This was again not resolved and then I contacted there nodal officer Mr Sujay who started another complain 44224250 today and is supposed to be resolved by 5.30 p.m.
Since I no have the patience to go through the same answers of "we apologize for your inconvenience" with no solution. I hope you will help me out in this case.
Airtel also charges us for speaking to Customer care executives which is the worst thing I have experienced with Airtel. Helping out a customer is the duty of the company and supposed to be free of cost.
I refuse to pay bill amount for the speed I have not used.

    Hi Airtel,

    I have a airtel broadband number [protected] in noida and I plced a number shifting request dated 2nd march 2011 to Airtel as the persone who was using got shifted to another place.

    Airtel executive said that they can not transfer it as I am not living there, But I can give ownership to persone using it and then it can be transfered. Executive also talk to the persone who want to take the ownership and tell me to provide NOC for ownership transfer in mail and I provided it.

    After that no one contacted to cocerned persone for ownership transfer and document collection.

    Then I placed a disconnection request to Airtel as no one is using that number and bills is getting generated for non usage. The again replied with a service request number 1403775 and will be addressed in 72 hr.
    Again no action or call from airtel for number closure.

    When I call in the morning to get status of requst, executive always said our system is down so we can not check your request status please call later. What is the problem with your system running on production server which get down in every morning? Please hire some smart people so it can work properly.

    Now what I need.
    Please close my Airtel Broadband and Landline number [protected] with immediate effect as today is my bill date, and no further bills should be generated for number.I will not be responsible for further bill generated after today. I do not want to pay bills for delay in processing from your side and non usage. All the dues will be cleared before due date.

    No one expect such response from big MNC like Airtel. Customer Service is getting pathetic day by day.

      Hi,i took my airtel number [protected] sumwere in february,then i kept that sim for few days unused as i had given my phone for repairing.when i inserted my sim in march to use this number, i found my balance is reduced to Rs 18 ..When i bought i had Rs 32 as balance and automatically sum caller tune was active on my number,then i again recharge my number [protected] by 30 rs voucher,then onwards every day i start getting sum gardening tips messag.after 4-5 day i found every day re 1 is deducted from my account for those Gardening tips that was activated automatically,being a bachelor n living in PG i dont need any gardening tips,finally i deactivated that application n also caller tune application.So please check into this matter n try refunding my money that had been deducted from my account without my notification and please dont activate any application on my number without my notification.

        AIRTEL deducted Rs. 20 for FRENZO CHAT from my number on 17/03/2011 but I do not use that. When I contacted the customer care 121, the executive said that NO SERVICE IS ACTIVE. So I asked to refund the money, the executive said that they do not refund money from Apps. They themselves say that no service is active still they charge for that service.

        Then I asked the executive about the procedure for changing the service provider through MNP, the executive denied to say that, after constant requestt the execuutive finally said the procedure.

        Airtel is a company which cheats its own customers.
        This is not the first time, I have faced many problems before, and when I email them about my problems they just send an apology but never take care of that problem.

        Airtel — No active service

        I was sent a Sms a while ago saying that Rs 299/- plan was activated on my blackberry and the money is also deducted.

        But, the service is not yet active on my mobile. I have tried removing the battery many times, still nothing ! I have tried sending the service books too, still it is not activated.

        If the service is not active, kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

          Airtel prepaid mobile service — auto depletion of bal

          For last 2 Mondays i.e. 9/11/09 and 16/11/09, my bal has been deducted by Rs.30/- each stating I have subscribed to games subscription which in fact I have not done. Im in touch with their cust service mail but doubt they will do something about it.

            I am V.V.R.Prasad from Hyderabad who purchased the Airtel SIM on 4th of February.On 20th of February I received a SMS from Airtel that I submitted incomplete application form and asked me to submit complete application form in nearest Airtel service center and on 21st of February they blocked my SIM.As we observed bandh on 22nd and 23rd of February I are unable to submit application form in Airtel service center.On 24th of February I submitted complete application form with all requirements in Narayanaguda Airtel shop of Hyderabad.On 27th I called to customer care to en-quire about the activation of SIM.He replied me that they have not received any application form and asked me to go to the shop where I submitted the form.I gave a complaint in mail to Airtel on the same day relating this matter.They replied me to submit application form with identity proof.I went to the shop where I submitted the application and they replied that they are not at all concerned with the matter.I again called customer care regarding this issue and he told me that I will get my SIM into proper working before 9th March.I did not get my SIM activated even after 9th March.I went to Airtel head office to en-quire about the status.There the executive replied me that the SIM is completely deactivated and I cannot use that SIM again.I have an opportunity o[censored]sing 6 months internet with that SIM and hence I am at loss if I lose that SIM.Even if I am in regular contact with Airtel regarding activation of my SIM they deactivated my SIM without any information.My number which got deactivated is [protected]

            My sim worked for about 10 days and then it was deactivated .... i was able to make calls for and recieve calls.... then on the evening of the 18 feb i saw my sim stating that it is invalid sim........
            On speaking to the customer care executive and the floor supervisior they told me as i have not submitted valid documents it has been deactivated.......
            Firstly i had submited mu PASSPORT.......... then if at all wrong documents were submitted then why was i able to make calls and recieve calls for so many days........ it seems that airtel is providing an idea platform for people who live to indulge in anti india activities....... all they need to do is provide fake documents get the sim activated buy the airtel sim make calls here and there kill a few indians and then airtel will deactivated the sim for them..........how is that food for thought........then on contacting the company they they tell me that the sim cannot be activated........ its so cool..... mr sunil mital... great job........

            AirTel — Deactivate the SIM without information

            Hi,

            I had taken a prepaid connection with validity till 2016 on OCT.2008. recently due to technical issues on Airtel( As per Customer Support executive), I given wrong information about adderes,But thig is that I never receieved any call for Adderes varification by AIRTEL. When I gave the complaint, they told it will be resolved in 3 days. They had also taken my alternate phone number stating that they would update me on this. the issue is not resolved. I had to call back the Customer support again, only to be told that it will be resolved in half a day..Even after period, there is no news. I had to call back again, now the customer support executive told me to approach the nearest Airtel outlet. I don't understand if I had to go to outlet centre, why didnt they tell me on first day and wasted 5 days. The issue is not yet resolved. The Customer support keep saying, " We are sorry for this inconvenience", DO they really mean it...I dont think so they understand the meaning of "Sorry". The Customer support executive was so rude that she kept me on hold every 20 to 30 min..When I insisted on speaking to her manager, she hung the phone and I am trying to contact the customer support, I am unable to get to speak to the customer support.
            But issued yet not resolved and Conection is desconnceted forever.

            Is there any law that can penalize Airtel for providing such a pathetic service and also wasting my time in calling them repeatedly. The amount I paid to for getting validity and also the full talk time recharge I have done 1 day prior to getting disconnected is lost. Airtel has cheated me. Can you guide me to the right contacts to get justice.
            I want a SIM of Airtel to deactivate but they refuse to deactivate it & ask for silly data & even after dropping a mail to their customer care there is no reply & they are just saying we will get back to you and that also for another no. for which I have not lodged any compaint.

            I have lost my datacard & I went to get a duplicate sim of the same no.

            in this case who is responsible for such a case. I had asked her to transfer
            the call to their higher ups but she refused on account that there is no one in
            office & nobody responded on the nodal officer's no.

            I just asked the Relationship Centre to help me out because such issues are
            very serious but they put a deaf ear to me. So I asked when I am providing all
            details & my pan card & DL in original & photocopy they refused to deactivate
            the sim & Mr. Akshay gupta who is an employee started to misbehave saying that
            I don't know how to behave & started shouting. Everybody in the relationship
            Centre including a lady & the cashier started arguing over a petty thing that
            they will behave like this & it is not their duty to behave properly. They
            refused to give the Relationship Centre's Supervisor's no. on account that he
            is a very important person & can't talk for such petty things.

            Not only this they were misbehaving with each & every customer coming to their
            Centre & arguing & saying we can't do this we can't talk to customer care &
            things like that.
            I have no clue why such stupid things are required by a company like AIRTEL to
            deactivate a SIM, when all documents relevant to my identification are being
            provided to them.

            It is about not my Company no. Please look into the matter.

            Dear Sir,
            This with reference to my prepaid connection [protected]. I had purchased this card from COPY MASTER STALL NO ER-61, CHANDIDAS AVENUE, DURGAPUR-05 on 4/6/11. For next one and half I a had used the number very occasionally as I knew and read different types of problems of Airtel Connection after activation of the SIM from different complaint sites. Hoping that every that every thing is okay by this one and half month I got the courage to power my number by subscribing Rs 98/- for using net from my mobile as simultaneously started giving my new number to my known ones. But to my utter astonishment just 2 days after empowering my number with out a single information my number was disconnected (deactivated) causing that I had not submitted my docs as required, according to me it is lie.I called up the customer care number from my friend's mobile as because Airtel Authority has not even giving me the scope to lodge complaint from my number, which I seem a humiliation to a customer. Then I contacted my said retailer and resubmitted all my docs and was assured that my number will be activated by 24 hrs time.
            Today it is the 3rd day after resubmission of my docs and even today like everyday I am assured that the connection will be resumed by 8 pm. I am fade up with all these assurance and hoping something positive lodging this complaint.Still few questions are haunting me for last few days.....

            1. why it is found after one and half month that I have not submitted all required documents?
            2. why this fault is found after I have powered my number with special tarrif?
            3. why my number was activated if I was unable to submit my all docs?
            4. Aren't these process endangering the security of the country?
            5. how can the general customer take stern steps against these unwanted harassment only because of the fault of few airtel employees/ retailers?

            Finally I want to request the concerned authority to resume my service as soon as possible.

            I have been using Airtel 3G sim number [protected] and I lost it last month and I have informed the customer care to deactivate the sim but they didnt do it. Airtel has generated my usage for the past 2 months and has sent me a bill for Rs 3345/- which I have made the payment today and the Transaction ID - 116307. I would request the Airtel team to consider this as my request to deactivate the sim asap and also would like to inform that I would not be responsible to make any payments further if any gets generated from Airtel for this sim.

              I have subscribed a new mob connection having No [protected] from one of your retail outlet M/s Arora Medical, Gandhi Market, New Delhi-2 on 6/7 Jan 2011. I have submitted clear & legible proof of address & identity proof to the full satisfaction of the retailer. However after 20 days the connection suddenly the service was disrupted siting problem in documents submitted by me. However as I have taken up the case with the retailer the service was promptly restored.

              To my disbelief again on 01 mar 11 when i was out of station the service was once again disrupted siting same reasons. When I tried to customer care centre I am surprised after a few momements the call itself gets cut before I could talk to the customer care executive. Once or twice I am able to talk to your call centre, who always routinely give vague replies without specifying the exact problem in the id documents submitted by me. Later not satisfied with their reply I have complained to their nodal officer who told me that there is a id verification problem and still he could not specify when the verification call was made. He however told me to visit the Airtel showroom in Delhi with fresh set of documents and the old sim card to get a new sim in the same number. Accordingly when i returned to Delhi on 16 Mar 2011 I have visited Airtel showroom at M5, CP with the documents, photograph and the old sim. However to my surprise the customer care executive in the showroom simply and balantly refused me any help. When I drawn her attention about the amount of recharge (around a Rs.1000/-), she told me that the amout has been forefitted.
              I think Airtel compant has devised a new scheme to loot customers. The modus of operandi is first give new connection and when the customer recharhges a considerable amount they will deactivate the connection giving vague replies as mentioned above and grasp the subscribers money.
              Everyone be careful.

                As I am much puzzled, now I am here for complaining regarding my Airtel Digital TV Set top Box which I purchased two times in 2 years. The Customer Care of Airtel Digital TV or their Executive or the STB department did not resolve my problem which has been facing by me from last 40 days.

                As I requested, my Airtel Digital TV STB is not working from around 40 days and still the problem are same. They told me that your STB is to be changed or replaced and you have to pay Rs.350+100 for STB Charge and Enng. Charnge...

                This is to inform you that I have paid Rs.500+200+150 for the Airtel STB before 4 month back and they told me the warranty of the product is 1 year. After 4 months when the Machine is not working they telling me that your product is out of warranty and you will have to pay Rs.350 plus visitor charge as per rule of Airtel Digital Tv. They also told me that your warranty period is 90 days.

                I already faced it too much and want to resolve by you or Airtel.

                Please look into the matter.

                Airtel DTH — Replaced & paid STB not working

                When my DTH was not working, on repeated requests/complaints, the STB has been replaced and I have paid Rs.100 in cash & Rs.350/- as recharge online. After 4/5 days, the new STB is also now not working ! Service is just like that of old STB. The serviceman told my family that the new STB for which I have paid is not a new one ! The service is irregular and disturbing since last two months. I think the the servicemen here are not competent enough to know the exact problem.

                  This is an existing customer of Airtel DTH who until recently had all the trust on its products & services.

                  Few months ago, on 6th of November 2010, I called its customer care[protected] and showed my interest in getting an Airtel HD-Digital Video Recorder installed at my residence. Later in the day, I got a call from Ms. Madhavi ([protected], +[protected] who confirmed my booking and informed me that on Monday (8th November 2010) an Airtel representative will come to my place to collect the sum of Rupees 5490/-, the price of the product.

                  On the above mentioned date, someone called 'Govind' from Shell Transource (Airtel) came to collect cash and gave me a receipt of the same. It (Receipt) clearly stated ‘HD-DVR’ on it.
                  Within a week, on 14th November 2010, the set-top box was installed & unaware of the fact, that it’s just a ‘DVR’ and NOT ‘HD’, I started using it.

                  Recently, after watching an advertisement of another DTH Operator (Tata Sky Plus HD) and some inquiry done from my end, I discovered that I’ve been CHEATED by Airtel Team as the company doesn’t even have an HD-DVR to sell. It’s just a DVR that can be connected with an HDMI Cable. Therefore, its 576 SD & not in 1080 HD resolution. Moreover, right now there are only two DTH Operators in the market who provide HD-DVR – Tata Sky & Reliance Digital TV.

                  This is disregarding a customer’s faith, his belief in the company and the brand in totality. All I need is a refund now.

                  As a proof, I have sent the receipt (Attached Photo) and all the connected exchange of e-mails that occurred during my purchase of the product to their customer care (twice) and even posted the same complaint letter (with Receipt’s copy enclosed) to the nodal office of Airtel DTH via courier.
                  Didn’t receive any reply from either one of them.

                  Please do the needful & oblige.

                    i tried on all his numbers from which he used to contact me .. not single number is available now. they cheated me for Rs. 1000 .

                      I have taken an Airtel connection with number [protected] in the month of August, 2010.
                      I have asked to disconnect the number in the month of October, 2010.
                      To disconnect my number I have called the customer care and they have sent an executive (Sarath, [protected]) to collect the money from me. I have cleared my dues on 21st October, 2010. Bill receipt number is BAL/CHN/2008-09/601172. (Attached is the scanned copy of the receipt)

                      In January, 2011 I have received a legal notice from “Anand, Abdul & Vinodh Associates” (which is associated with airtel) to clear my dues.
                      I have called the airtel customer care several times regarding this issue. After few days, one customer care executive has said the issue is solved and I will not get any legal notice.
                      To my surprise I have got one more legal notice in February, 2011 from the same associates to clear my dues. When I have called the airtel customer care, I have got an answer that “as Airtel is not able to find the executive to update my payment, the case is closed”. One of the team leaders or supervisor said, he is going to solve the issue and assured that I won’t receive any legal notice further.
                      I just received the third legal notice. I am not happy to receive legal notices from Airtel. I called the customer care again and he again raised a complaint which will take at least 3-4 months to revert back saying “the case is closed and you have to pay money”

                      The recent ticket number is[protected].

                      I have called airtel so many times and the customer care representatives are just keeping me on hold and finally they don’t speak up or hang the call. Each call duration is approximately 20 to 30 minutes. I have experienced this so many times. I have sent so many emails and nobody care to respond.

                      Again with this email I am attaching the scanned copy of the bill receipt and scanned copy of the third legal notice. The recent ticket number is[protected].

                      Somebody address the issue and get it solved within 23rd March and let the “Anand, Abdul & Vinodh Associates” know about this.
                      If I don’t receive any proper reply from Airtel, then I will have to proceed legally and it might cost you so much. It’s a reputation damage for me.

[protected] - airtel mobile service provider automatically activates service packs like cricket info, miss -u packs etc and charges are deducted without my consent . i have not applied for any of these but then also charges are deducted and continued messages are delivered.

                        kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible. deactivation numbers also don't respond answering - 'yeh seva iss samay uplabdh nahi hai' .

                          i use airtel india prepaid mobile services for last two months..and i was a GPRS service user.i used it by activating Rs-98/- plan for 2 GB/month.this offer was over on 13/march/2011.again i recharged to activate this plan with Rs-98 on 15/march and RS-60 for main balance.but while i am trying to connect internet it is telling that service is not available. i called to customer service he told it will become right and he sent settings i saved but same repeated (service not available) .since i tried to call service center but i failed to get them...and they cut my Rs-45 for hallo tune i never activated it deliberately but it is ok bcoz its my fate...
                          but now i can get any service to call call center they are telling to call *211# but it is not enough for me....i want to get service because it is my right i payed the money.
                          either tell me to avoid airtel connection or get me deserved service.sent me GPRS settings.

                            I am using airtel mobile service. Recently i faced one problem for not providing services even after charging money. after many calls, where i had spend lots of money i recieved a call from service provider as i made a complaint in consumer forum.the matter was sorted out and money was refunded, however no compensation for harassment.Recently on 13 Mar 11, i recieved one message," thanx for downloading i hate love stories..... and u have been charged 30 Rs. I was shocked to know that i ve been charged for something i ve not asked for and even i ve not recieved. i called up last known no of airtel customer care but recieved no response. i had a word with two executives one was mr manoj and second name i don't remember.still no response. I ve spent atleast 8-10 Rs talking to them but i feel they are reluctant in helping the customers. Is this the kind a best service they claim. I want my money to be refunded alongwith compensation.

                            My cellphone number is [protected], Airtel.

                            I had one year validity card which was going to expire on 08.12.2007.

                            On the last date at 11.00 pm I recharged my card with life time validity
                            recharge voucher of RS 494.00 with talk time of RS 350.00.

                            Today again on 09.12.2007, I recharged with RS 495.00 to increase my talk
                            time limit, but surprisingly I get talktime of only RS 10.00.

                            I talked with customer care about this matter, they told me you will get
                            only 10 ruppes talktime. How is it possible then once i already recharged
                            with life time voucher already then again they are recharging my voucher
                            with the same life time scheme??

                            Kindly do needful in above matter.

                            I have a Airtel number for which the messages are free but last week though there were free messages Rs 1 was getting deducted for each sms, added to this When trying to contact Airtel Customer service it got connected once, then Airtel customer service disconnected the call even before listening to my query.
                            Then again when I tried to contact Airtel Customer service continously getting engaged, this is the kind of Low class service Airtel s providing to its customers.
                            First of all Airtel customer service purposely not picking call.
                            I have a complaint against Airtel for mobile browsing for browsing short time 5 minutes, Airtel has deducted Rs 50 & there s no proper explanation from Airtel customer service. Stringent action should be taken against such mobile service provider

                              this is nishath from erode dsitrict.
                              My number is [protected]. Last month i put the message booster pack. But today on 17.03.2011. Now the air tel service taking charges for 50 paise/sms. I complaint to the customer care. but they are not take response. They are telling for rectify the problem it take 4 days. The world is in our hand. Rectify the problem is very simple to all..
                              But the customer care members not take the interest the rectify the problem. They are cheating me . So i please rectify the problem and refund the amount of Rs. 6.
                              Hello Sir,

                              I am using Airtel connection for more than 4 years. My number is +91 [protected]. From the last two months I am getting daily some unwanted service messages from Airtel under the name 54321(Bollywood Item Girls Pack). I never subscribed for this stupid pack ever.

                              But Airtel always charging me for renewing the subscription for above said pack in the name (AD-54321). I was charged almost more than Rs.50 by Airtel. I contacted airtel customer support they assured me that "you are not subscribed to that pack and this will not happen again". Still I am getting those unwanted messages and Airtel still charging me for renewal of subscription. How come airtel can charge me for the pack which I was not subscribed and that was confirmed by Airtel customer care.

                              I contacted customer care for this for more than 8 times, but they said it will not happen again. But still I am in trouble because of Airtel. Whats there for us for staying some long time with airtel? is this is the airtel wants their customer to suffer. I surfed this site many people lodged their complaint based on the above said pack.
                              One of my friend changed his network because of this problem in Airtel(charging unnecessarily their customers)

                                My name is Sandeep Yadav, resident of Ghaziabad (U.P).
                                For the past 2-3 days I'm geetting calls from different caller's from some place in Mumbai (ascertain this by the STD code).
                                Today I got one call from Chembur (caller told me the palce).

                                The problem here is that the caller's are alleging that obscene calls/ SMS's are being made/send to some number. (not even sure about the number) from [protected]( which is my number)

                                But for last 2 days I've not even made a single call from my number ([protected]).

                                As far as SMS's are concerned I've not send any sms from [protected] for a long time.

                                Could you please let me know if my number is being misused.

                                Really apprecitae your help on this.

                                  i have already registered for DND service on 10th oct 2010 for my airtel number [protected]. but i was getting unwanted sms for a long time even after the activation period of stopping such a service. but still now after 5 months i am getting SMS from 54321 and call from [protected]..this is too bad.. airtel is cheating their customers..even at this situation of number protability..please stop this,..otherwise will go for further steps..

                                  I subcribe on DND servise in last few months before, my NDNC. on 27/08/2007 and registration no. is w[protected]. After this I get commercial message of an company “Youmint.com” who offers me to join. The company know my name, I donot know how they know my name.This messege I received on10/04/2008 at 16:13min. And an another call from ICICI bank I received on 13/04/2008 at afternoon time for unwanted giving me new policies detailed. Because of this I m very shock that companies calling me they know my full detailed. I am very upset because of this unwanted call and messeges at my working time. I have want to claim on the airtel company. And you take a strong action against the telecomm. Company for this works.

                                  So, please suggest me now what should I do. i also tried to connect TRAI site but i get this msg Could not connect to remote server i am getting this msg fr last 5 days plz help..........

                                    I was using Airtel broadband connection in Delhi whose number was[protected]. I have shifted from Delhi to Gurgaon on 1st December. So have raised the disconnection request on 28th November and have paid bill on 4th December. But airtel shifted my connection from Delhi to Gurgaon on 18th December with new number[protected], Now I am using this since last 3 months and continuously paying the bill of Gurgaon number. Now I have seen that they have not disconnected the old number of Delhi even though it is shifting process. How is it possible to have one person shifted to other location and still using the old one? If it is shifting the older number should automatically gets disconnected. Now I am getting call from Airtel to pay remaining bills of old delhi number. I have asked to Customer care, they told that there is no usage of Delhi number since Dec 2010. So I am not using this Delhi number and using Gurgaon number and paying bills here, so why not Airtel is looking into that and why are they irritating me? I am frustated with services of Airtel. This is fault with people over there. I have not expected such kind of thing from a giant organization.

                                      Hello,

                                      I am deeply hurt and frustrated to tell you my worst experience with Airtel and your associate
                                      -- Mr. Umesh, 'X' Squire Communications (P) Ltd, 14, Second Line Beach, Parrys, Chennai- 600001.

                                      We had given a Port out request in the first week of Feb. when MNP was introduced in Chennai. We had 3 Mobile numbers from Airtel which we wanted to port to Vodafone for the Corporate CUG purpose.

                                      According to what i read in the newspapers it should have taken 7 working days and on the 7th working day the network services will not be available for some time and the port out condition will be fulfilled. But sadly which was not the case for me. The 3rd number which is ([protected]) which is used by me from more than 8 years now was disconnected the very next day from Airtel after sending the MNP request. When i got in touch with Mr. Umesh he was rude and arrogant to reply to my simple quires about why was the number disconnected. Later that week Vodafone employees told me 1) Airtel has rejected the Porting request because the number is less than 3 months old. After some time i had to go to the Airtel office and personally show them last 6 months bills which were present with me. Please note the number is still not activated and as this is my official number from 8 years i had been loosing many business calls. 2) In the end of the 1st week i get a call from Airtel to clear all the "Un-Billed Amt." which according to the law should be paid on the billing cycle date. Note: the number is still not active. Mean while i had called Mr. Umesh several number of times to indicate about the loose of business which he always ignored and answered rudely to just put things worst. 3) Even after paying all the unbilled amt. still the number was not ported out. Later when i called Airtel service they tel me your number has been requested to change to "Pre Paid" whose request was never sent from me. And now when i am trying to call Airtel or Mr. Umesh who is Airtel's representative number ones bother to answer.

                                      I would just like to ask who will pay for my loose of business from 45 days and its still counting. I want to make an appeal and a request for at least giving my mobile number back and letting to port to Vodafone as i will never never think about Airtel after this harassment.

                                        I have been receiving continuous messages from [protected],stating Get bizarre facts around the world by SMS. Rs.30 had been deducted from my balance in the first week of march and Re.1 is being cut daily in spite of the fact that I have never subscribed for this service. My balance is negative now. It is not my fault at all. I cant use my mobile because of this. I am facing lot of problem. I request the concerned authorities to unsubscribe the service and refill my balance.

                                        I request the higher authorities to solve the problem as soon as possible as the amount is deducted daily
