[Resolved] Airtel Digitel TV — set up box not working

I have registered a complain on 7/7/2012 at 9 am but the complain did not got completed even after 3 days. iam very upset and request to look towards it seriously. one of my set up box is not working and one is not catching servie. and nearby service centre is not taking any proper actions towards my problem. id number-- [protected]

Airtel Digitel TV — not working

My airtel digitel tv no is [protected], and this is not working proper last 3 to 4 months and from today this is totaly swith off. I tried a lot to complaint on airtel customer care no. but there is no option to book any complaint now I am not able to understand what to do. So I request you kindly help me out and reply.
