I have taken Air tel Corporate connection (149 Monthly Plan, Mobile no - [protected]) . Every day I use to get message from 121 , about every day usages . Till few days the usages looks normal , but suddenly I saw a jump of 500 Rs 1 day uses , and next day 1000 Rs more in one day. I started calling the customer care , and the Air tel representative about this issue , they said they can not tell exactly why this amount has come , it can be known after the final bill generated. They said there will be big discount on the bill, and probably this amount will be adjusted . By this billing method , the total unbilled amount shown is 3400 Rs . The bill generation date is 12 July 2012 . I was surprised on 11 July Morning my outgoing is blocked. I can not make a call , can not send sms , and can not open Internet.
When again called customer care , they said my credit limit is 1000 Rs , so I need to pay 2200 Rs to unblock my outgoing call . Credit limit was not mentioned while I took this corporate connection. and airtel blocked the call without alerting me in advance .
When I log into to Air tel.in to see my billed amount , I see 1400 Rs , so I paid 700 Rs , and thought may be this is the final bill after discount so may be my outgoing will start now. But it did not worked in this way . When calling the customer care , the same repeated answer " sorry for inconvenience " bla bla bla , and asked me to pay the bill minimum 2200 Rs , which I do not agree.
Now I am dropping this connection and going to tell my company person , not to engage Air tel in our campus .
Apart from this , can I go ahead with consumer court , for this rough experience ?
What kind of proof I need to provide ?

AirTel — Wrong billing in post paid connection
I passess a post paid connection of airtel. After getting the coonection I encouraged many people towards this Airtel post paid connection and to many of my friends I provided on behalf of me thinking that Airtel services is the best. but My Thinking was wrong. four months before I observed that my unbilled amount is increasing surprisingly by 300 to 500 rs. per day. I made complaint at customer orally than by SMS and then in writing at local ofiice to check and solve this problem. But it is regret to say that no one give proper response and said that it may be use of air tel live. I informed that I didnot active the airtel live and I am not using, even though if it is active than please deactivate this as early as possible. But they didnot care for this. After that I got a bill of Rs. around 3000 and in next month around 4500 showing the use of airtell live for a huge amount. I can not expect this type of blunder mistakes in such a big company of Airtel. Now the number has been cut from two months and they are insisting for the payment of wrong bills. You are requested, Kindly arrange to solve my proble as early as possible according to the name and fame of the company and arrange to send the coorect bill so that i can made the payment and my number can be start again.Thanks and regards
