Hi Sir,
I am using Airtel network with the number [protected],few week back i have activated for DND(do not disturb) services by calling airtel Customer care, the executive who took a call said it will be activated in 7days,
On june 23rd 2012 i got marketing SMS from HDFC bank number was [protected], I have called to customer care and logged a complaint regarding this executive said that my complaint got register and will get a feed back call, but till now i dint get any call from Airtel,
Today again i got a call from[protected] lady spoke to me and said that she is from HDFC BANK and offered some personal loans, I asked her "from where did you get my number..?" she said my office gave a database i asked for a senior person she disconnected the call.
I request you to please register my complaint and investigate on this, I want necessary action should be taken on Airtel,
Airtel has become a poor service provider and pathetic customer care service they are handling.

Airtel — cheating bills
i was alloted a number [protected].i feel it disgusting to use this airtel serviceiam getting a regular false bills from the past three months regarding "airtel live music on demand" ,without my subscription to it.
to prove it ,i was using nokia 1100 model phone which is not compatible to it .i have complained many times for which i was given a waiver of 60 rs on jan 2nd. again the same problem is repeated and i was charged 30 rs unnecessarily for which there was no reply for my questions raised at 121
ihope to reply as soon as possible and grant 30rs waiver
