MNP-Port out request not executed.

Dear Respected Authority,

I had requested for MNP- port out to Airtel against my mobile no [protected] on 28th May,2012 but the same is not getting done by the Airtel.

Upon repeated attempts on Airtel's helpdesk number and email I have come to know that the Port out request would only be processed after changing to a new post paid plan of Airtel since my current plan is under CUG which could not be processed...
