Hi Mr Sunil Mittal, What is Airtel doing these days, your company has even started giving harassment on calls to consumer these days, and what is the compliance team in Airtel is doing after repeatdly complainning to them no action is being taken and even emails sent to the customer care are not reverted. Is this the present picture of Airtel MR Mittal, please be kind enough to reply on my issue. Yesterday again I have received a call from Airtel Mobile Number [protected] and executive told his name Prashant and he asked me a silly question why am I calling Customer Care for Billing Discrepancy Issue of Rs1248 and when I told him that I don't want to speak to him as I was afraid that he was not calling from Airtel Service Number [protected] from where customer receives call whenever they have issue he was using his personal number than he replied I have all your details and I am calling from 121 customer care than I asked him do u know Avinash he said he is sitting next to me and he is our team member. What is this going on Airtel why I am receiving such harassment calls repeatedly after continuously complaining to Airtel about this issue and this is my third email however I have not received any feedback from Airtel for my last two emails in the past which are also attached to this email. Why I am continuously being Harassed by Airtel, I want answer from Airtel and why My issue is taken for granted what is the Nodal and Apellete desk doing when I have reported this issue to them several times Why I am being unnecessarily charged in the Bill why I have a Billing Discrepancy in my current Bill and why my call drop and Network Issue is not resolved why that Executive Avinash is Harassing me continuously with his other colleagues who are calling me from different numbers why? Its very hard to digest that Airtel is behaving in such worst way.My Second question is why these Nodal Desks and Amplette desk are made for when the executives sitting on them fool the customer they even don't fulfill their commitment, on 22nd August I called up Amplette desk and narrated the same Issue to MONIKA she assured me that she will escalate the issue and will look into the matter and will get back to me in 48hrs however she never turned up after that I again called Amplete desk twice to speak to her and I was told that she will call me back with in two hours however she never called from last 3 days I have called numerous times to Nodal Desk to customer care and also to Amplette desk however no one has given me a valid answer, now where should I approach, Airtel services has gone worst these days, in my life my First connection when I started using cellphone was Airtel that point of time services and network of Airtel was the best as compared today it is the worst. Team I need valid answer for all my Issues which I have drafted in this email, will not leave it as I have all My Bills in which Adjustments have been Given in the past and its my request to Airtel to employ responsible executives on AMplette desk and Nodal Desk as I have lost all my trust on them as they try to fool the customer by giving false excuses and Please look into that Abusive call Issue seriously if it has happened with me it can happen with any Airtel Customer. Airtel — Discrepancies in Scheme
I have activated a scheme where i paid approx. Rs. 500 where i got the scheme of Local A2A 0.40 paise A2O 0.60 paise & STD @ Rs. 1.00/- for one year now i went to reacharge my mobile in shop for balance of Rs. 50.00 but by mistake the shopkeeper did it of Rs. 55 where i dint got any balance and some local scheme got activated on my cell where A2A was 0.40 paise & A2O was 0.60 paise which i was already having but my STD call rates increased to Rs. 1.50 paise & the scheme validity for local calls became 1 month so i paid the amount bt it was of no use for me... & when i called customer care they told they cant help me... so please look into the matter seriously coz Rs. 500 is not a small amount for me.. I approched kalpurthala Airtel Office and enquired about the detail of my pending bill so that the same may be cleared and I have been informed by sales executive Mr. Himanshu that there is no such detail, my boss Mr. Anu talked with the Company, You can pay the half of the pending amountto restore your no. Sir, on 2.4.10 I have aid Rs. 380/ towards connection no.[protected] to clear the pendency. But inspite of such clearance my no. is still blocked. Today I contacted again to Mr. Himanshu to restore my no. so that 15-20 balanceconnections of my collegues be taken, but his attitude shoked me, he said your connection will not be restored you can surrender your no. and there is no need of more connections.Due to such harrament i approcahed yourself to look into the matter for retoration of my no. Otherwise such attitude of your executives force me to discontinue my connections [protected] and [protected].

Atlast today in the evening I recieved a call from Airtel Executive Rahul from Airtel Corporate Office however I am not happy the way he was trying to save Avinash and he also said that Airtel is not responsible for any call which was made to you in the past by any executive with their personal number first he was denying the fact that Avinash din't even called up on 18th August he was not able to check that after some efforts he said that Yes he could see Avinash called me on 18th August however the way he spoke on call I am not at all satisfied he was too diplomatic on call and was trying to save Airtel and the Harssment and pain which I have faced in the past from Airtel he din't took any responsibilty for that from Airtel's end and he also said he need 4days more to check this Issue and also asked me what I want from Airtel now?when I told him that action should be taken against Avinash for his misbehaviour on call which he made to me on 18th August and my billing discrepancy should be resolved the charges of Rs1248 which is mentioned in the bill unnecesarily should be removed and explanation should be given regarding the same why they are on the bill and they should be explained completely on the bill not by just writing ONE TIME CHARGE and charges are appearing I need complete explanation from Airtel than he replied "Kiski Naukri pe baat aa rahi hai aur hum koi action lenge toh woh internal hoga apko nahi batayenge" My question to Mr Rahul is these words what he said to me I have heard from Nodal officers as well as from Appellate officers however till now no action is being taken and the emails which I have wrote to Airtel in the past none of them has been replied till now and if action have been taken in the past then why those executives are still troubling me they are Airtel Partner's they are not directly from Airtel, So Mr Rahul don't give this unnecessary excuses take some necessary action.

Why Airtel is just trying to fool me by giving unnecessary excuses why I am not getting a genuine reply from Airtel regarding mental harassment done by Airtel Authorities including Airtel Executive Avinash with his other collegaues, I am warning Airtel to look into this issue seriously, else I have to carry it to the Next Level.
On Friday 23rd September I called Appellate desk and I had a word with Appellate Officer Anuradha I narrated the complete Issue to her and she assured me that she will look into this issue and will give me a call back on Monday however after calling 3times to apellate desk yesterday and requesting executive to call Anuradha on call I was told that she will definately call me back within 2hours but I am sorry to say she din't called me back, I want to ask Airtel is this type of customer service Airtel provide to its customers?
Its pathetic customer service provided by Airtel, I am again warning Airtel to look into my issue seriously as its height now and I will not tolerate any misconduct in my issue anymore its been so long that I have not received any genuine reply from Airtel regarding this issue.

Yesterday again I have received a call from Airtel Mobile Number [protected] and executive told his name Prashant and he asked me a silly question why am I calling Customer Care for Billing Discrepancy Issue of Rs1248 and when I told him that I don't want to speak to him as I was afraid that he was not calling from Airtel Service Number [protected] from where customer receives call whenever they have issue he was using his personal number than he replied I have all your details and I am calling from 121 customer care than I asked him do u know Avinash he said he is sitting next to me and he is our team member.
What is this going on Airtel why I am receiving such harassment calls repeatedly after continuously complaining to Airtel about this issue and this is my third email however I have not received any feedback from Airtel for my last two emails in the past which are also attached to this email.
Why I am continuously being Harassed by Airtel, I want answer from Airtel and why My issue is taken for granted what is the Nodal and Apellete desk doing when I have reported this issue to them several times Why I am being unnecessarily charged in the Bill why I have a Billing Discrepancy in my current Bill and why my call drop and Network Issue is not resolved why that Executive Avinash is Harassing me continuously with his other colleagues who are calling me from different numbers why?

The adjustments which was given to me every month was regarding my frequent call drops and also regarding my non coverage location and top of that whenever I call Airtel regarding this issue everytime I am always given a same excuse that new site is planned in my Area which will get installed shortly and atlast I have to suffer.

My question to Airtel is that is this the way Airtel behaves with its customers in such unprofessional way, why such uneducated employees are hired by Airtel to abuse customers? Adjustments which was given to me every month were all justified as I am facing a lot of issue with non covergae location and call drops issue is very frequent on my connection, all the adjustments which was given to me are shown in the bill how can they be cancelled anytime, this is not the way to behave, it is a very stupid act which Airtel is following in this month's bill I have recieved a discrepancy of Rs 1248 in my latest bill if it is not removed I will not sit quiet, Airtel is following unfair trade practices Its a MENTAL HARRASMENT which Airtel is doing with me I have gone under High Depression. First I have recieved such Abusive calls from Airtel executive Avinash and than I have faced a huge discrepancy in my latest bill .
Its very hard to digest that Airtel is behaving in such worst way.My Second question is why these Nodal Desks and Applette desk are made for when the executives sitting on them just fool the customer they even don't fulfill their commitment they never keep thier words, I called up Appellete desk and narrated the same Issue to PIYUSH JAIN and he assured me that he will look into this issue and will give me a call back within 48hours and also assured me that he will escalate the issue to higher authorities in Airtel and will look into the matter and will get back to me in 48hrs however he never turned up from last 3 days I have called numerous times to Nodal Desk to customer care and also to Appellete desk however no one has given me a valid answer, now where should I approach, Airtel services has gone worst these days, in my life my First connection when I started using cellphone was Airtel that point of time services and network of Airtel was the best as compared today it is the worst.

I am writing this number because of the rode behavior of your Appelate officer in Chandigarh. I sent below email to the appellate officer on 5th Oct ( Friday):
Hi,

My number has been temporarily suspended since evening without any intimation.
This is a matter of serious concern as I have lost my business because of this.
Airtel didnt have the courtesy to intimate their clients. This is ridiculous
and very devastating.
I am on phone with Airtel reps for the last 2 hours and they are just saying
that we cannot help you. Last guy informed that the issue is because of the
documentation not completed.
I want to know if documents were not verified, how can you guys give a number
to customer and get it activated.
This should be taken care in the first go and not after customer uses there
number for couple of weeks. I was using Vodafone and there was no problem with
that, still, i am wondering why did I listen to one of my friend who suggested
to go ahead with Airtel. Horrible service and no commitment towards work and
service!!! WoW
You are my last hope to get this issue resolved at the earliest; else I will
have no choice then to go to the consumer court. I want this number to be
activated today and if possible, right now. I cant bear this loss and if Airtel
is willing to do so, let me know.
There are no personal regrets but as an organization, Reps should have taken
proper ownership and should have got this resolved at the same time which no
body did and now I have lost my business because of this.

Since I was in the urgent need of the phone at that time, tried calling Airtel customer service for atleast a temp fix and they assured me that you need to deposit the documents again to the dealer and your number will be activated. When I went to dealer, they tried but of no vain and said that number will be activated on Tuesday. Without any intimation, how can Airtel disconnect my number??
I kept on trying for complete Saturday looking for different people in Airtel. Finally got hold of the Distributor in Chandigarh who is a gem of a person. He kept me updated about the exact status and the reason why number was barred (dealer did not submitted the documents). Finally, he took all the pains and got my number activated over the weekend to which I am really thankful.
Today, I received a call from Appelate officer ( Number- [protected]). She being at a higher position did not have the courtesy to ask what was the issue ( Shame on that ). She just mentioned that your number seems to be working fine and it was never disconnected from there end. I just ask her, do you actually know what I have gone through since Friday and how much effort I have to put in to get this number activated for which she was least bothered as she was in a hurry to complete the call. I repeated Myself thrice but of no vain. Finally, she just said it seems your issue is resolved and I am disconnecting the call which is ridiculous and frustrating.
How can Airtel have such Appelate officers???? I have simple lost trust in Airtel. Never going to recommend this to anyone. Horrible and Pathetic service!!!

Airtel has an awful way of dealing with cutomer issues. I brought a similar issue to them in Nov. 07 and still have not heard from them regarding how they have fixed it. Airtel is the WORST.
