I am facing the problem regarding my current Airtel billed amount. My credit limit was Rs. 5000/-. I was on international roaming on 27th July 2011.

I emailed [protected]@in.airtel.com and informed the team that as per airtel policy when your credit limit exceeded why services were not stopped and informed them that I need a call from senior official. They didn't responded back. Instead of this they started calling me to pay....

I bring to you a case o[censored]nauthorised charges levied on my Airtel cell no. [protected] (owned by Mrs. Vinita Maheshwari).
