    Are you guys playing around with my connection in very bill cycle or trying to harass me , This is my STRONG NOTICE to you that please adjust all the FAULTS in ur BILL cycle for last MONTH or else i would need to go to consumer court and highlight this service of brand like AIRTEL to all leading MEDIA as well.

    The customer care executive just told my plan has changed now to 649...HOW ?

    You have NOT been able to get my connection activated in now .. all your SLA stands of now use..In addition to you put unnecessary charges on BILL of DSK usage although i had never used as my connection ... Get this resolved ASAP.

    This is has been most terrible experience with Airtel...........

    Its more than 10 days when i had written i complaint to your cell and several attempts with appellate and nodal cell BUT action has been taken on my requests , If this would be your attitude , I would have to discontinue with airtel services from immediate affect.

    Pending issue's :

    Landline deactivated since 1.5 months - No incoming / outgoing
    My online account locked - Cannot retrieve password due to this
    Wrong Bill generation and poor customer complaint handling by CC of airtel
    Slow speed in broadband in-spite of having TURBO plan
    Cannot pay BILL online due to all of this

    Some more service requests num in meanwhile :

    I got a call to submit some documentation to activate my connection , I would like to know why my connection was deactivated ?

    My Srikanth one of the CC executives disconnected the call in between after making me hold for more than 1 hr...
    Similar attempts with other CC executives...

    If i would NOT get any revert from your side within 24 Hr's , I would visit the gurgaon Branch in person and escalate this to higher authorities and inform to leading media channels about my grievance and related issue's............

    This has been an terrible experience with airtel in first 2 months of service .

    First Complaint on17th August - already one month since disconnection

    Hello Grievance Addressal cell ,

    I would like to bring to your Notice my terrible experience with Airtel Customer service within 1 month o[censored]sing Airtel services.

    I got my Airtel connection activated on 1st of July'11 and had paid advance fee of Rs 500 at the time of installation , After the first bill was generated on 17th July ' 11 which was in -ve as the bill cycle was from 11th of each month my landline connection is deactivated , Since last close to 1 month i have been calling up the customer care and raising complaints for the same But every time they raise a new complaint ID and say NO previous complaint can be found , This is simply NOT acceptable and NOT accepted from organisation like Airtel .

    In my last attempt today again i recieved the same excuse the that there NO complaints against my account num and new request is NOT possible not due to system issues.

    My request would be to kindly take up this issue on URGENT basis and get my connection up and running ASAP , also i have today received bill BUT i donot understand how the bill got generated if the connection was deactivated.

    2nd Issue :
    I have a Turbo plan - 1199 ( 4mbps ) But since day 1 i have not got speed more than 2 MPBS , i would request you kindly look into this and if such speed is NOT possible in my area kindly let me know , as why i should pay extra if those speed are NOT possible in my area.

      I have an Airtel broadband connection (Ph No: [protected]) with a 2 mbps Unlimited plan for which I pay Rs1699 per month + taxes (Rs.1874 with taxes every month).

      I received an email from Airtel on 22nd August stating that I have used 80% of my broadband usage limit of 102400 MB and my speed would be reduced if I reach 100%. I had not reached this limit at that time and the details on this email were incorrect. The email also mentioned subscribing to their "Speed on Demand" to get required speeds for the remaining billing cycle.

      I received another email from Airtel on 11th September stating that I have used 80% of my data transfer limit of 20480 MB. Finally, on 14th September, i received an email stating that I have used 100% of my data transfer limit of 20480 MB and my broadband speed was reduced to 256 kbps from 2 mbps. Both the emails asked me to subscribe to their "Speed on Demand" to get required speeds for the remaining billing cycle.

      I dont understand how my data transfer limit reduced by 80% (from 100GB to 20GB) in matter of a month and both the times the information provided by them on my usage was incorrect. I have raised a complaint with Airtel (Complaint No.: 4000320) on 14th September to get this corrected and I hope it does.

      Airtel broadband has been coercing their customers (I have several friends who have received similar emails with incorrect data) by such illicit methods to subscribe to their speed on demand pack to probably increase their revenues. This is highly unacceptable and I hope something gets done about it.

      Airtel Broadband — Airtel reduced speed

      Got a mail from Airtel . Pay 100 Rs extra and get 2mbps as speed.But the very next day speed reduced to 256kbps and then to 1mbps

      i took airtel broadband connection with internet plan of rs. 499 which gives unlimited internet service.but after certain downloadings its speed automatically reduces till the next billing cycle.why is it so?the person who installed it didnt tell any such conditions on speed.i am planning to sue them.

THESE AIRTEL PEOPLE THINK LET THE CUSTOMER SUFFER. I AM HOPING TO SWAP MY INTERNET CONNECTION WITH BSNL AND AVAIL 20 PERCENT DISCOUNT OF THE BILLING BEING A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. HOPE THIS MESSAGE REACHES THE DEAF EARS AT AIRTEL. MY BILL DATE IS 16 TH OF EVERY MONTH I WILL WAIT FOR ANOTHER WEEK BEFORE I AM FORCED TO CHANGE THE CONNECTION.

        I was having my Airtel Prepaid mobile connection (no. [protected]).I was approached on phone to get my service converted to post paid.I got convinced and accepted the proposal.
        On 30/08/2011, marketing executive with the name Subodh took documents and Rs.300/ on behalf of Impression Marketing (in collaboration with Airtel) under 99/ rental scheme.He promised that I shall get a new post paid sim card within 48 hours.
        Unfortunately, after repeated reminders, I was delivered the card AFTER 13 DAYS!(today, afternoon).It proved fatal for a self-employed person like me and I lost a very important assignment.
        More significantly, even after inserting the new sim card, it is being displayed INVALID SIM.While, on the other hand, ring was going on my number ([protected]) when I made a call from some other mobile number.Even someone picked up the phone but did not reply.Then, it was disconnected.My major concern is that my number might be being misused by some ANTI SOCIAL/ NATIONAL ELEMENT.I have communicated my apprehension to the Marketing Senior Executive of Impression Marketing, Mr.Sahil(mob.[protected]) through sms from a reliance number([protected]).
        I request you to kindly look into the matter at earliest.

          my cell no is [protected] airetel prepaid.I have recharged for 200/- thru regular agent. by mistake he recharged for 200 and i found that they recharged for 3G services instead of regular talk time. I never use 3G and i have no need. i requested but they are not transferring this credit to regular talk time.conversation attached:--

          Dear cheater,
          This again proves that u are a big cheater and harass customer on their mistakes not due to lake of knowledge but due to hidden policies to sell your new products, which is a malpractice.
          I am sending this to my lawyer for necessary action, meanwhile let me know the process to switch this number to other service provider with the same numbers, i have total 10 numbers in my circle, to be switchover.
          I want to remove airtel from my dictionary.
          Please do not regret after cheating the customers.

            I purchased Airtel sim card 3 days ago. I needed 3G services for internet access so I activated 3G services on my cell.My 3G services were started but still when I was trying to access the internet it was getting connected through only 2G/edge network.So I called their customer care and technical Staff they told me that "Airtel dont have 3G network of thier own in Pune,so they share Vodafon/Idea network for 3G" that's why my cell could not remain connected through 3G continuously.The network gets switching over between 2G and 3G.
            now I have to again change my number that is a big head-ache.

              I was aware that if a customer doesnt use the phone for more than 3 months the number gets disconnected permanantly, so i bought a dual sim phone so that i can use my old airtel number as well as the new vodafone number, so my airtel number was connected to the network even if i wasnt making or reciving calls, but i used to receive msgs on airtel number, I even had enough balance on it, on top of that i converted my number into lifetime prepaid number, I did not receive any call from airtel to inform me that they are disconnecting my number or dint even sent me any sms and deleted my number, I went to the airtel gallery which is 14 KMS away from my place to know that i cant get my number back since it has got deleted and it will take more than 15 days to know which dealer has got this number for resale, and i was also told that i will have to shell out money to get my own number back .... WOW !!! pay for getting ur own number back when you are not at fault, wonderful policy !!!

                I have an airtel digital tv connection.its settop box has stopped working since last five days.i have registered a complaint.tthe technician came and said that there was non stock. so he would come tomorrow , but he failed. when i called the cust care they give some 2 numbers every time which are not working([protected],[protected]).and this process is being repeated sine last 3 days and cust service say thatnumbers are changed and he gives another two numbers.So, i request mew customers not to opt for airtel dth.
                This is bring to notice you to that i had purchaed Digital tv on 24th January 2009 from BIG BAZAAR, Kalyani nagar, Pune scheme & payment was done on the same day i.e. 1099 rs.
                I was told that tha installation waill be done in a weeks time. Till date tha installation is not done. Its almost two month. In this two month we called customer care many times even contact BIG BAZAR, Kalyani nagar, pune manager Nityanand Vyas ( [protected]). He told us within two days it will installed on 2nd FEB, 15th FEB & also on 2nd MARCH But it is not installed till date

                I contacted the Airtel digital customer care for more than 10 times. I was waiting for the past 10 days. There is no response from the Airtel Digital TV technician. They are playing fool around. Please don't go for Airtel Digital TV very very bad experience for me. I am going to escalate and publish this information in media.

                Hi,

                My name is Sandeep. My account ID is [protected]. I have moved from Noida to Ghaziabad recently. I decided to relocate my digital TV connection. So, for that i have applied for relocation through customer care. Initially they said it will be done on the next day itself, so i put a leave to my office to allow these guys to de-install, but without any intimation, they didn't attend my request, i called them , they said very kindly that they are unable to reach me.. and they had moved the request to the next day, i thought that they wont miss next time, but they repeated that. This is 16th day. Still, they haven't deinstalled my digital TV and howmany days they will take for re-installation.

                This is the story from customer service, these guys need to get OSCARS for their acting. These guys felt very bad for our conveince , but they cant help in anyway. If we ask them to talk with their manager / supervisor, they will say ok, and they will put us on hold and after some time , they will say their manager/supervisor busy with other calls. You will receive a call from our manger within 2 hours, thats for sure. .and afterwards, they wont call again.. what the hell they are thinking of customers, Do they thinking that customers dont have any work to do ?? I made almost all 30 calls so far, still i cant get any contact from them..still its in progress..It may take 9 months to deliver the baby...



                Iam suggesting all the INDIANS not to take AIRTEL digital TV , and do not struggle like me..

                Hope you understand the situation iam currently in . I paid for 1800 for 5 months and 600 for relocation...

                The worst service i've ever seen in my life. Since 4 days i am trying to contact these people and resolve my tech issue. Custoner service service exercutives are so arrogant, they disconnected my call thrice after being put on hold. When i escalated the isse to the supervisor instead of giving me a resolution she said" you can cancel ur connection n will take back our properties" Worst customer care center and very arrogant people

                I had raised request for Deinstallation and Reinstallation of airtel Digital TV as i was shifting to new house, when i called the area manager for dismantelling of Dish and other stuff, he said he doesnt have any engineer available, and told me to Dismantel the dish myself, cant imagine such bunch o[censored]seless donkeys airtel have hired. Now after bashing him half an hour it was useless, so i dismantelled the DISH myself. And this shameless area manager, closed my Deinstallation request without even knowing if the DIGITAL TV is dismantelled or not.
                With red faced i called customer care to complain against area manager, again the hopless fellows, they refused to take complaint as they wanted area manager name and number but its so hilarious as i got the area managers number from customer care itself.
                So people never ever go for Airtel Digital TV, the worst service in the world.

                I have never seen such a pathetic customer service as Airtel DTH . For deinstallation and reinstallation i have raised a request almost 20 days back and no one from their side even calls .Then i did deinstallation with the help of packers & movers ppl atleast to bring the dish to may location. For reinstallation, i am calling fro May 1st, till now they didnt do that, rather the call centre guys told they escalate the issue and give a new request number everytime we call and bash for half an hour. I have sent a mail to nodal officer also, and no reply.

                I was getting proper signal since last 8 months but now i dont know why there is signal issue.
                When i am calling Nodal Officer Ms Swastik() she says whenever there will be such type of issue i have to spent Rs 200.
                But its the issue of Airtel why should i pay bcoz at the same place their Engineer had installed after checking proper signal catch.

                So when u will contact me?, i hope u people will call me before 2012. I can understand how ur team will work for a resolution, hardly 10 mins job. I will better go with my local cable operator. Atleast they will respond in a day or two.Not like Airtel who takes more than 25 days, daily calls for more than 1 hour, provide fit for nothing answer, Telling that they escalated the issue to area manager, sales manager. So i need to wait till it escalated to Sunil Mittal, then only the problem will be solved.
                I[censored] are not able to do the service, atleast credit my money back.

                always u r people are playing games to customer, some time u r people disconnected the phone when we talk to u r people and some times hold more than 15 - 20 min. and finally thay giving wrong irresposible answers, i am facing this problem from last 1 week, this is too bad for all customers who purchaged AIRTEL DTH TV, u r people work as irreesponceble and useless.
                Airtel digital TV service is worst in bangalore. we have to call 100 times a day to get the response for any complaints after registering with customer care. After we get the call from engineer, we have to beg them to invite to our premise to resolve the problem. Inspite of that they charge high for any services. I suggest not to buy Airtel digital TV. I made a big mistake.

                  my name is N. chandra sekhar and my consumer id is [protected], at 4.22pm now today i got a call from your customer care from this number [protected]. i am unable to recall his name. the conversation (very little) in telugu and it went this way.
                  he asked me that he is from airtel digital tv and whether i am using airtel digital tv.
                  i said i had airtel d tv in my house.
                  he repeated the same question and i replied to him same adding that its for display only.
                  he repeated the same question whether iam using airtel d tv.....and i replied yes i am having airtel digital tv in my house.
                  thats it.
                  and this guy suddenly says "TERI MAA KI" and disconnects.
                  i was shocked dumb.
                  i tried to call back in vain.

                  my airtel d tv is not working since[protected] and i lodged a complaint no.11444948 on[protected]. TILL DATE there was no picture in my tv. and above the very U RECRUIT calls me and abuses like this.
                  i had verry horrible experiance with airtel d tv till date.
                  u can go thru my record earlier i had the same problem because of the migrating staff of yours for changing dish with sun tv.and only after nearly 25 days it was resolved by MYSELF.
                  till date no picture in tv n u r deducting greedily my money.
                  u cud have sms ppl for "chandhaas" or beg for alms. we would happily donate to mittal .
                  we are giving you business just for some good service in tv,,,not to [censored] us like this.
                  after 30th till date i didnt called up cos i know about these lazy [censored]s who ruins my peace of mind. i want to get rid of this. so i wont recharge again. i dont return it to u either. till date i paid money to a simply USELESS IRRESPONSIBLE LAZY CHEAP GREEDY COMPANY. A roadside vendor is better than this corporate company.
                  i will definetly never ever uses airtel d tv and also tries to save my friends from this.
                  if we give money to a beggar he wishes us good luck, but airtel digital people and the so called no1 corporate company says " TERI MAA KI".

                    My customer ID is [protected].

                    I had a sad story and it cost me a mental torture with the service of Airtel DTH. Any Airtel employee who checks this customer-ID and the list of complaints/grievances filed by me will definitely feel low for working for that company and will resign immediately.

                    I don't know whether I get justice here or not but, I totally give up my hopes to get any justice from them. I am only doing this to make sure that any soul in this country will never ever do the mistake I did. The long wait to hear the sad story is below mentioned in points:

                    1. My account info is not known to me from the setup box. Only on call you get to know your balance. I called the DTH operator and they informed me that this feature is not enabled in your connection.
                    2. Subscribing a new channel will take by only on a call and that too a lengthy phone conversation. SMS system never worked for me.

                    3. Signal problem: Once there was a problem in getting signal. Called them. Reached the next day and they solved the problem by changing the satellite. They said that Airtel shifted to new satellite. Problem with this new satellite is, if it rains, I won’t get any signal.

                    4. Here comes the hard to digest part. My setup box is not starting sometimes. Sometimes it behaves that it never had a problem. Raised a complaint. They turned up and found out that it is a HD box. Said that we need to replace the setup box and they don’t have a HD box right now.
                    Daily he calls me and ask “Sir. What is the problem?”.
                    I explain the problem to him.
                    Ok sir our consultant will come. He never turns up. Two weeks gone. Spoiled one of my weekend too. Irritated with this I raised a request again.
                    Again they started calling “Sir. What is the problem?”. I shouted at him that why do you ask the same question again.

                    My irritation levels got increased to an extent that I cannot bare it anymore. Said them give me a call when the setup box is ready. So that now the calls are not coming. Two weeks passed and I no response from them. Raised a complaint again. They called me back and said there are no HD boxes available right now. Please wait for two days.

                    Finally after a month of phone calls they came and replaced a setup box. The service group asked me for compensation for replacing a setup box which I bought only 6 months back. I said I won't give you in cash. You only collect it from my account. My account had Rs 800/- at that time.

                    The next day the setup box is showing some blue screen. Again I tried to raise a complaint. The customer care keeps me on indefinite loop to wait and they don't attend me even after 5minutes. I made more than 15 calls like this and it is humiliating. Finally I decided to raise for disconnection and at least get my money back which is in the account. They told me that they will correct all the problems and give me extra 15 days viewing time. That never happened. I again raised for disconnection and they tried to convince me again and I didn’t. Then they told me to send a mail to [protected]@airtel.in to request for disconnection. I did that.

                    I didn’t get any acknowledgement. My account is never de-activated. And I lost the entire money in my customer account. More over the mental torture. Now after 4 months the entire 800rs is used as my subscription and I am getting message and automated phone calls to recharge my account. Please help me.

                    I have got a call from the Airtel regarding this. Sad part is that they are not willing to provide any return for the loss happened to me. They said that they will replace the setup box. It is the 100th time they are saying the same words. I don't have any trust on them. After this much of knowledge, does anyone will take chance again?

                    Please, If you really wan't to satisfy me, give back the money i used for recharge rs:800/- where I utilized nothing on it. Give back atleast 50% of the money I spent on setup box. I will forgive the whatever mental torture you did to me. I will forgive my telephone bills wasted on calling you guys. I will forgive myself for falling in to the trap without doing prior study. Please de-activate my account also.

                      I, Rohit Saini, have been a pleased customer with Airtel Mobility, DTH and Broadband for past 10 years. My account details with Airtel Service are as follows:

                      I am writing this letter following a spate o[censored]npleasant incidents which can be described as at best poor customer service possibly in the Telecom sector and thus, resulting in my disillusionment in Airtel customer service.

                      The Airtel Internet service helpdesk should rather change its name to Airtel Service Trouble-desk. For the past five days now I have been troubled by the internet services provided by Airtel. And to make me more aggravated there is no Manager present in Customer Care Centre who can be approached to get this issue resolved. What disturbs more is that the psychological abuse I have been facing in the past 5-6 days is caused by service provided by India’s one of the so called TELECOM MAJOR ‘AIRTEL”. Probably “Shame” is the right word for the Customer Service I have received from Airtel HELPDESK. Few are the details below which describes my agony:

                      · Called up “24 X 7 Airtel helpdesk” three days in row but was unable to lodge a complaint as the service representative would end up disconnecting the call.

                      · Estimated time to correct the issue is revised a number of times because no service engineer could visit in three days. At first the time to repair was “01:30 PM” Saturday which was changed to “08:00 PM” Saturday. Again the Help-desk supervisor promised and changed the time to “04:00 PM Sunday”. But I pity the poor and false commitments made by Airtel supervisors as nobody showed up in two odd days. And nothing has been done as of now but a few fake commitments more. The time revised to “4:30 PM” Monday.

                      · A number of times the Customer Service Representatives, who, failed to deal with a little aggravated difficult customers disconnected my call and hung upon me by saying they are helpless because of lack of authority to send the engineers.

                      · One of the engineers named “Gagan” finally called up but never wanted to visit the place and forwarded the complaint to the phone department. I am glad that the Gagan was so courteous that his literal words were “AAP CHAR DIN SE PARESHAAN HAIN TOH MAIN KYA KARUN”. I would consider this as one of the best example of exemplary poor customer service at its best.

                      · The ordeal did not end here and I called the Helpdesk again but the agent refused to transfer the call to supervisor and said they are not allowed to. The irony is that the poor agent did not know that in the past three days I have got to the Call procedures of Airtel customer service better than any of the agents in Airtel Helpdesk.

                      · Rude behavior of Agents is what I am least Bothered as that should be the concern of Service Provider but not the consumer. Probably there was no Manager to check out the agents’ behavior as there were multiple agents who disconnected my calls and behaved rudely.

                      · Incorrect data logging. Somebody made a log that “Engineer visited and rectified the issue” whereas, nobody visited.

                      Being one of the Telecom Major in India Airtel shouldn’t be least bothered about the customer service. It is unacceptable to be treated in this manner and this is not a first -time experience. I will probably have to take the complete business to elsewhere and the case to consumer court. But being in business with Airtel for so long I am making this last attemt so please respond with how you have handled this issue and if I can be sure this will never happen to me again.

                        I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY COMPLAINING TO AIRTEL OFFICIALS REGARDING THE SLOW SPEED OF THE INTERNET CONNECTION THEY HAVE PROVIDED ME. THE SPEED GOES TO A MAXIMUM OF 256KBPS.

                        THE PERSONS ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT IN MY OFFICE HAVE INFORMED ME THTA THE SAID PROBLEM IS BEING FACED BY OTHER CUSTOMERS IN OUR VICINITY AND THAT THE PROBLEM IS FROM THE BACK END FROM WHERE THE CONNECTION IS GIVEN.

                        THE AIRTEL OFFICIALS KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME A 4MBPS CONNECTION AND ARE CHARGING ME FOR A SLOWER CONNECTION THE RATES OF 4MBPS. MOREOVER BY VIRTUE OF THE SLOWER SPEED I AM EXCEEDING MY LIMIT THERY BEING PENALISED FOR THE SAME THRU HIGHER CHARGES/BILLING.

                        THIS IS A "WILFUL MIS-REPRESENTATION OF FACTS WITH INTENT TO COMMIT FRAUD" FOR WHICH THE SAID COMPANY SHOULD BE PENALISED AND ALL MY BILLINGS BE REFUNDED.

                          Dear users, I run a internet company and currently facing horrific experience with professionalism shown by Airtal's Nodal officers and the engineering team of Alcatel Lucent (Outsourced agency for Airtel Broadband after sales service). My complaint is now 3 weeks old and still I don't see any hope. I have been running after Airtel broadband team for past 3 weeks to please replace my current WIFI router as it is giving problems. If you look at my case history, so many times engineers showed up with faulty replacement WIFI router (age old pathetic looking router), one of the router got burnt in front of me while he was plugging it in, other ones never even worked. I told Nodal officers to please ensure that the replacement router should be WIFI 450TC1, but I guess Nodal officers hardly paid any attention to it.

                          Due to all this carelessness of your management my business has suffered the most. I am running internet company and my internet is not working form past 3 weeks and on top of it I have been sent a Broadband Bill to be paid for the month. All I am asking for is please replace my current WIFI 450TC1 with working WIFI 450TC1 router. Thats it!!

                          I already have had horrendous time, I request you to please look into the same. Unlike previous occasions I am really hopeful that this time my voice will be heard.

                          I AM ALSO HAVING BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION SINCE 5 YEARS. TILL SEPT 15, A FEW MINOR PROBLEMS HAD OCCURRED WHICH WERE TAKEN CARE OF IN A DAY OR TWO. I AM TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED BY THE TEAM BUT AS YOU HAVE RIGHTLY SAID THERE IS NO RESPONSE. I AM ALSO THINKING TO SWITCH MY INTERNET TO BSNL AND AWAIL 20% DISCOUNT AS I AM A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE. I THINK IN THE CUSTOMER CARE THE PEOPLE SITTING ARE DEAF.

                              I have registered the complaint of not being able to access itemized bills online for the month of May - June 2011. First time I raised the complaint, one airtel associate called me to say the problem would be rectified by Aug 10th and they will send me the itemized bill free of cost to my home address. However, neither have I received the paper itemized bill not have they corrected the online problem.

                              There have been repeated follow ups. Even after that no action.

                              This is very frustrating because airtel does a lot of negligence in making itemized bills available online. I have registered mulitiple complaints this year to get my itemized bill.

                              Hope someone will look into this.

                                I have requested to know why my mobile services were not disconnected when it exceeded my credit limit of Rs. 5000/-, as it happened with me last year on different number in International roaming. I have given request to customer care to know this through emails and called them 10 times, they say you will receive call from senior official within 2 hours but till now that two hours didn’t came. This issue is going since 1st week of August when my bill was not even generated, now it has been more than a month I haven’t received any written answer from your company end.

                                There is another issue that is related to very low Network Signals in Anand Niketan colony (110021) it has also been reported several times but we haven’t received any response from your team. Technician come and check signal in all houses then they say we will increase the frequency which they don’t do and close the cases.

                                I would really appreciate if you could look into this and the emails below.

                                  I bought 2 Sony LCD / LED TV and got 2 Airtel Connection with that with the HD in discounted price. My Customer ID is [protected]. They tried to install the Airtel for last 10 days without much of success. When I called the Airtel person Gopal ( [protected] , [protected] ) , he told me that he cannot help
                                  me and told me to change the service provider and drop the phone .
                                  Today I got a call from Airtel ( [protected]) and told me that I need to pay Rs 1000 to activate the line for the second one . I told them it is not logical because I got 2 connections and cleared necessary fees for that so why do I need to pay for one connection and need not to pay for the second . I told him it is not logical . He replied me back very rudely that I know it is not logical but you need to pay Rs 1000 , otherwise cancel the connection .
                                  I told them I already paid Rs 1500 for each HD box , please return me the amount and then I will give the HD box . He said I need to talk to the shop from where I got it . I also gave the number but he said he can not help . I am frustrated and upset with the service of Airtel Digital TV.
                                  I work in TCS and many of our friend also is facing the same issue with Airtel Digital TV customer service. Please help me to get justice in this case . MY number is [protected] and my Email id is soumya.[protected]@tcs.com

                                  Account Recharged on 30th August..But Services Resumed only on 12th September...Hence, Requested to increase validity..My Account no. is-[protected]...I recieved a call from Airtel..But didn't Receive it...As i was not there...please call me again..

                                    1. My Airtel prepaid mobile number is [protected]. I bought this SIM card in the last week of Jul 2011. Within first week of Aug 2011 I received a call from Airtel for the purpose of verification of the number to which I complied & gave out details as asked.

                                    2. On 12 Sep 2011 at about 6 O'clock pm I tried to make an urgent call which got diverted to the call center again for verification. The correctness of the information I provided notwithstanding I want to PROTEST the methodology that has been adopted by the company.

                                    (a) There has been no call from the company saying that the information given by me in the first verification call earlier was incorrect.

                                    (b) When I needed to make an urgent call my call was transferred to the call center for verification & the number has been blocked since then.

                                    3. There was about Rs 630/- talktime balance in the above mentioned number. I am NOT hoping for any refund of the amount & I am NOT hoping that my SIM gets activated. I already have shifted to other service provider. I am a government servant & am not very rich. Despite that if I was ready to forgo the above loss, it should indicate the kind of anguish & irritation Bharati Airtel has caused me.

                                      My airtel degital tv is not working since last 3 days. I also complaint to customer care,but there is no responce from customer care department. Engineer also not pick up the call.... Please refund my 3 days amount and also I want to give you back your airtel degital tv and refund my all amount.. I am really desatisfied with your service.I will purchase videocone degital tv,if you not solve my complaint in priority basic..

                                      Please Solve my problem as fast as possible....

                                        Dear Consumer Court,

                                        We got our set top box changed because it was showing some problem on 2nd September 2011. I was told that activation will take 48hrs but till today(12 days) the activation is still pending. Everyday the customer care raises a new complaint and sends me a sms saying that the problem has been solved without anyone actually doing anything.

                                        Yesterday I spoke to Mr Sunder at [protected] who again asuured me that someone from your company would come and install the new and correct set top box today by 11AM but again nobody turned up. Mr Sunder doesnt even have the courtsey to pick up our calls despite our numereous calls.
                                        I get a sms from him saying he is on his week's off today. This is the kind of service we get from Airtel despite 12 days follow up. Airtel is highly unprofessional and pathetic at its services. We are tired of this unending follow up and are now thinking of going to the consumer court. Their website assures that every complaint will be taken up and solved withing 24 hrs or at the most 48 yrs. Its been some 12 days that my complaint has fallen on deaf ears. Not one but all the employess follow the same pathetic code of conduct where they dont give any respect to the customer and never keep thier words.

                                        Hopefully something will be done now.
