HELLO,
I HAVE PURCHASED REEBOK SHOES FOR MYSELF, FROM BITTAN MARKET, BHOPAL( M.P.) INDIA, WORTH RS.6599.00, FOR WHICH I GOT TWO GIFT COUPONS, HAVING FOLLOWING DETAILS-
1. SCRATCH CARD NO.MUVXT4740925, COUPON NO.20409.
2.SCRATCH CARD NO.QVGMG4741195, COUPON NO.20411.
I FILLED UP MY SUBMISSION TO REDEEM FOR BOTH THE SCRATCH CARD COUPON TO GET THE ACTIVATION CODE FOR MOBILE AND E-MAIL ACTIVATION.
BUT I DIDNOT RECEIVED ANY OF THE ACTIVATION CODE ON MY MOBILE, ON THE SAME TIME, I JUST RECEIVED ONE E-MAIL ACTIVATION CODE WITH REF#98837.
WHICH, I JUST COULDNT UNDERSTAND, WAS APPLICABLE TO WHICH OF THE COUPON OR SCRATCH CARD NO.
I COULD'NT GET ANOTHER E-MAIL ACIVATION CODE ON MY E-MAIL AS WELL.
AFTER GETTING THIS E-MAIL ACTIVATION CODE, I TRIED TO FILL IT IN STEP 3, FOR BOTH OF THE COUPONS, BUT I COULDNT SUCCEED.AS THIS ASKS THE MOBILE ACTIVATION CODE AS WELL AT THE SAME TIME, WHICH I DONT HAVE ANY.
PLEASE ARRANGE TO SEND THE MOBILE ACTIVATION CODES FOR BOTH THE SCRATCH CARD COUPONS AND E-MAIL ACTIVATION CODE, SO THAT I MAY AVAIL THIS GIFT OPPORTUNITY WELL IN TIME.AS YOUR REDEEM INFORMATION SHOWS THAT, BOTH THE CARDS HAVE THE GIFT OF REEBOK TRAVEL BAG AND WRIST WATCH.

i received the cd's but i am unable to claim the free gift Reebok Watch which i supposed to get, i called customer care thrice and tried many times to log on to the site given on the invoice but there is no use and the due date is near what shall i do how are you going to help me. Yes! they charge 150 for the courier and the calls made to the 121 customer care number is being charged 0.50paise per minute. TRAI should step into this 121 call charges issue and do the needful so that calls made to the AirTel Customer care is not billed.

Come on, i dont think airtel would be making a huge lot of money by charging 50paise for 3 minutes. this is just a filtering mechanism to avoid unnecessary support calls. Earlier, one had to wait for 5-10 minutes to get to speak to a customer operator. All this is now past.
Genuine complainers do not mind paying 50paise, if it saves them 10 minutes of their time plus the same 10 minutes of battery can be used to make other important calls.

I am not sure about whether the gifts offered by airtel are genuinely for the value they mentioned. however if they use a good courier company then too they would be shelling out atleast 100 bucks for delivery.

For the rental of 799 and more. i think they still have best rentals compared to other true boradband players like tata indicom. Obviously we cannot and should not compare airtel with MTNL or BSNL as their customer support is poor or non-existant.

I totally agree with the above complaint, FREE means FREE. Just have a look at the quality of the watch and sunglasses they are displaying in the offer. It surely is not worth 150 and I'm sure will not last 150 days. I have opted for the wrist watch. Will let you guys know... how much worth it is ...

I had taken Brodban connection and received masage for free gift from Airtel .I had mail code no .to Airtel respetiv site mention on SMS, but till today i have not received any gift form Airtel.pls. send my gift ASAP.

Airtel Broadband — airtel told that you will get a free watch of reebok . but going to be three month taking the connection they still not had given the watch.

my name is sameer alam. in month of august i took broadband connection. that time airtel told us that if you take our connection we will give you reebok watch of RS. 2999. free. as you take the connection.you have to pay only courier charges we told ok. but its going to be 3 month they not given us any watch. or even not called us about this. we are waiting thinking that they will give today or next day. but its too much of waiting..
