[Resolved]  Airtel — Nokia N8 free 2 GB Internet

Dear Sir / Madam

This is to inform you about the problem I am facing with an offer of Nokie N8. There is an offer in below link on Airtel website -

I have just purchased Nokia N8 - IMEI - [protected] on 02.01.2010 - Mumbai. My Airtel Mobile Number is [protected].

I am from Mumbai. According to this offer when I insert my sim first in mobile this offer i should get avail but this is not the case. I tried doing it again and again but I am not getting any Mobile Office Offer. Also, compalint to 198 - 3 calls, 1 drop by executive, 2nd listen to query and put hold and no repsonse. 3rd said its active and didnt unerstood problem and i am speaking and he kept the phone down. This was just a very careless response I got from Customer Care. First they dont even know about this offer they say and this offer is there as you can check above Airtel website.

I really need to get this offer as I think I should get it and I am a net user and with a mobile of N8 i guess internet seem to be a necessity. Now kindly please response to my query and tell me what could be possible solution. What tell me I feel my problem is genuine and better this offer get activated by Airtel on my [protected].

Iam from Kerala and iam also facing the same problem. having the same problem, bought the nokia n8, inserted the airtel sim, but net is not going free, it takes 30p /50 kb plan, it connects by mobile office but not free, sir please resolve the issue.details

Dear Sir,

I have recently purchased New Nokia N8 and received on 6 Jan 11 and a Label on it is sticked for Airtel Mobile Office offer for 6 Months from date of Activation. But It has not een activated till yet. I contacted Customer Care for the same but it says wait 48 Hrs, as I inserted SIM on 6 Jan 11 & still no activation and any info. Again Contacted for support but asked me to talk senior and kept me on hold no response. I request you to please see into the matter.

My Name is Dhruva Kumar and bought N8 on Jan 07 and i was told that i would get 6 months of free mobile office internet on phone for the first Airtel Sim card i insert. I was using Reliance which was bought a year ago & now got the Airtel Sim & haven't got the mobile office activated. I checked with Airtel & Nokia regarding this & have made n number of calls on this regard. I have raised a complaint in Nokia customer care & Airtel Customer Care. I haven't got any response till now. Please help in this regard. I am a proud user of Airtel & Nokia, i need this offer at any cost. Please help...
