Hi,
I was a customer of Airtel for the past 6 years, but now i'm facing lots of issues in their service. I'm using airtel broadband service with the speed of 1Mbps with DSL usage limit of 50 GB. But there was a frequent disconnection since from 29th of Jan, I called so many times to airtel customer care, they are just giving me reason not trying to resolve the issue.
Here is some of the Complaints numbers

For the past one month I'm just getting the speed of 300kbps instead of 1Mbps, Now they are saying I might have reached the Fair usage policy.
Just think, Is it possible to utilize 50 GB of data in just 18 days of time with a 256kbps speed internet?
I'm a technical guys so I know how much data transfer will be there?
I need a solution for my problem, and I want the details of DSL usage.
Need an immediate reply.....

I had been enjoying Airtel's prepaid services on my mobile since more than five years. Of late some services are getting activated without my knowledge and on a daily basis my account balance is getting debited. I had contacted the Customer Care, the services of which is not to be told any further. Those call center guys/girls talk as if some recorded message has to be played, their statements do not provide any satisfactory reply. Kindly see that not only such forceful marketing be encouraged as also these 'customer care ' be handled by some responsible representative of Airtel office and not mere call center irresponsible kids. We really do not so much time to keep trying to get a line for 121. Its simply ridiculous. Hope to hear from you in my email-id [protected]@gmail.com. Regards.
