[Resolved] Airtel Hyderabad — Using confidential numbers from customers bills | |
Dear Custome Care Executive, I have a mobile bearing no [protected].Its a prepaid connection with 1 year validity i.e., upto Feb08.When my balance is getting exhausted I went to a near by Airtel service Dealer at Kolata 4 days back and requested him to give a top up card of Rs110/=.But he said it is Rs120/=Then I said Ok and paid the money also.They had transferred thro their mobile and told me it was Successful.But till date the amount was not transferred and I am unable to operate it.When I tried to take up the matter with the local Airtel office thy initially said that within the next 8 to 11 hours we will get back to you with full details but never turned back.Today when I had taken up the matter with them ,they were telling me to Hyuderabad officei.e., on[protected].The number is providing only recorded services and it says no such number is in existence.What is all this.?Please let me know as to what has happened to my balace and how to get my mobile operationalised? i have recently subscribe for lifetime prepaid Rs 295 on 13th july2008. the no is [protected] but still it did not activate for incoming and talktime. on concerning with castomer care they said they didn't receive your recharge activation information from dealer while dealer of connection says he already sends the request for new connection to activate all services.i have purchase it from "Mobile Zone Shop No.1, 197, New Gandhi nagar, Opp. Hari Mandir, Ghaziabad". Its 15th july today but still its not working. Please Look into the matter and suggest me.

Hi, this is jeevan of mobile number [protected]. I want to block Mobile job alerts from job sites, For every Recharge, deducting some amount, may i know the reason for that? This is happening from past one month.

one year back i lost my handset and subsequently blocked my sim card vide cell no [protected], but not blocked yet... because of one of my friends called up that no. but that person who is using Mr. Naresh refused and absuing. Please take it action properly. I am surprising to note that i blocked that no. and paid Rs. 75/- and taken special sim though your people were not blocked yet... HOPELESS MANAGEMENT... ... what is the problem of AIRTEL STAFF. Kindly enquire the same and do the needful. My Mobile no is [protected].But My mobile from any SMS send to outside not sent.So please rectify the problem I am phasing the problem last 3 months back .
airtel is not a good network.shift to another network is good step.i do have the problem with airtel network
