[Resolved] Airtel India — online amount deducted but 2G GPRS service not activated | |||
Dear Sir, I am user of Airtel prepaid service no [protected]. I have paid Rs/- 98 through online netbanking pay for my 2G GPRS service on date of 10th March 2012, but service is not acivated and amount has deducted from my SBI bank A/c. I have register the complain on Airtel mail id [protected]@in.airtel.com on 12th March2012 with my SBS bank statement. They have confirmed my that my issue has resolved max by 14th March 2012( in 2days) but still it has not solved. i also have online payment details as following. i have sirtel prepaid connectio([protected])and i have a airtel mobile office with my connection. when i connect with my laptop it connect only 115kbps speed and download speed is only 1.5 kbps.on my phone also very slow. is it your speed or how can i get full speed connection?
I have one prepaid connection [protected]. Airtel offer internet for one week pack Rs. 75. So I connected GPRS on 21.10.2008 at 11.52 PM. (They immediately deducted Rs.75 from my balance).I surf the internet ( Nokia N 70 USB modem) some times through my computer alright for one day. The second day itself, it start giving problem. It was connecting down loading about 100 kb, then no more down load happened, but connecting still on. If disconnecting again connecting the same thing repeating.
I complained many times to customer care officer. There is no use. They repeatedly sent mobile office setting. One customer care officer told take your mobile phone to nearest service center. If I connecting dial up connection through BSNL my computer working alright. If I connecting airtel GPRS through my nokia phone, it is not working.
There is no doubt about my phone Nokia N70, It is a fresh piece, made in Finland. Before many times I connected airtel GPRS it was working alright, but this time it was not working. I checked my computer settings all are ok.
Why the airtel not rectifying my problem, what happened my deducted money if it is not in use.
Please note down attitude of customer care from airtel. Here after I will not connect Airtel GPRS.

Airtel — Amount deducted for the services that i have not activated
3 days ago airtel activated some "Viacom" service on my phone without my conformation. They started deducting Re1 per day. When i came to know about this, i called customer care and complained them about this. They said that they can't return the amount that they have deducted. When i told them that the same thing is getting repeated again and again,they cut the call without saying anything. Complain Resolved

Airtel India — GPRS SERVICE
No response from the customer care and harassing the customerI activated the service to use the Mobile Office (GPRS ) for surfing net using my PC, their is some setting problem due to which i am not able to connect. AS SOON AS I TRY TO CONNECT THE GPRS SERVICE IN MOBILE STOPS. MY PC IS BEING UNABLE TO GET REGISTERED ON NET.
