My mobile number [protected] which is in Idea network is applied by me for porting to airtel on[protected], they give a sim which they say that it is TN HLR1 sim, because this number is ported back again to Airtel( before Idea it is Airtel sim), after five days I received a SMS that the porting request is accepted by donor and number will be ported on[protected], ya at that day the idea sim get deactivated and airtel sim shows network, I was asked already to dial 123 and to select language to activate the sim, when I try to do this the IVR guided me to enter your airtel prepaid number, when Input my number, it says that it is not valid airtel number, I tried several times but all in vain, I contacted the customer care for about 20 times on[protected] and 5 times on[protected], but my sim is not activated, ie I dint receive or not able to do outgoing calls, but I receive some messages, The customer care officials just say something but din't say any valid solution, I contacted the Airtel official too, all saying same thing it will be activated after selecting language and they also guided me to recharge various recharges like 33,35,70 or 48 when I called them but none of the recharges are succesful, this is not only my personal number but also official number, I missed many important calls and also I am very much frustrated because of this, I want the full details of the Customer care officials and their higher officials and also the details of showroom officials their manager and all, I want to lodge a complaint in consumer court against all of them for their careless attitude and for frustration caused by them and loss of Important calls. I din't see such a useless network before, their aim is only money and not customer satisfaction

Airtel — Blackmailing & Threatening
Hi,I would like to get some clarifications legally..There is this collection agency in Chennai trying to get their payment from me for their services.But since i got married i planned to terminate the card and close my account and had sent a letter and cheque which they claim they did not receive and thus they asked me to send the payment again..as there was no debit in my account for that cheque i decided to send the payment again.Meanwhile they had called my mother in law and had harrased and thretened her and had used abusive uncouth language and have insulted her and our family for the delay of payment.he later called my friends and my husband as well and have given false ideas like i ve asked them to pay my bills..which is just not true.they later called me up and comment about my personal life (like was my love life exciting and how it was and things like tat)how does he even know about my personal life..my msgs sent to my husband before marriage..My question is...Can Airtel Ruin my modesty and my respect in my in laws house and wit friends and relatives After i have told them to collect the payment from me personally or i can pay through any mode..Is there anything i can do to this kind of behaiviour and mental torture given by them.Kindly help me wit this rude uncivilised behaiviour from Airtel.
