Hi,
I want to raise a complaint against Airtel. I had a no [protected] on which I have activated international roaming when I was abroad. Since last three months, I was not using the no, so as per TRAI rules, my no got disconnected by Airtel for non-usage. Airtel did not send me any mail regarding this prior to disconnecting the no. Since my no is a corporate no, they had my both personal and official email ID, even though they did not mail me. If they would have mailed me that my no will disconnect, I would have make a call or two as international roaming was activated. This no was quite important to me as I was using this no since last 4 and half or 5 years back. And all my bank accounts, credit card accounts, insurance details etc have this no only. And on that heights of Airtel, they deactivated this no and changed into prepaid and gave it to somebody else. Now they say that they can't give me this no.
Now can anybody please tell me that ditching such an old customer is ethical for such a big mobile service provider like Airtel. All my family members were having Airtel connection only, and after this problem, which is a breach of trust b/w customer and service provider, I am really frustrated. I cant login to my bank and do transactions.
I dont know, how much this complaint will impact, but I request the people viewing this thread to let me know Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal or any higher Airtel authority mail Id, so that I can mail them directly and raise my complain.

i recently found out that my balance got deducted automatically overnight from rs 23 to rs 7.
i seriously regret my decision of going for going for an airtel connection.
Airtel — plan cheating,balance deduction
My airtel mobile number is [protected].1. I applied for MNP from Airtel to other network.Airtel officer called me and offered me a plan of Airtel to Airtel 10paise,Airtel to other mobile 30paise,monthly 6000msg free without any rentals.so i accepted their request and stayed in Airtel.yet Airtel haven't activated the plan which they told to me.i made many complaints wit them.but they dint solve my problem.
2. Airtel s deducting 2rupees daily from by balance in the name of picture alerts which was not subscribed by me.i can't unsubscribe it.
3.nowadays Airtel s not giving me the connection to their customer care officers to tel my complaint.i am unable to talk to them also.
I'm vexed of Airtel's torture.i hope I'll get a solution through this complaint..else I have to do further complaint to concern officials.
Airtel — Automatic subscription of service and balance deduction
Automatically a service BOLLYSPICE has been subscribed on my number, and rupees 10 was deducted. When i tried at that time to contact with customer care executive of airtel then they were not in reach. How airtel can do this???? I want that some action should take place against them so that i can get my money back. Later on a message came to unsubscribe the service and it was written that if you didn't unsubscribe it will be reactivated. So i unsubscribed a service which was not subscribed by me. dear sir/madam ,I m an user of airtel mobile prepaid service ,my mob.no. [protected].& in last two days about 120 Rs.. has been deducted automatically by airtel from my account balance in three slots 30rs.-40rs.-50rs.so, i worried a lot . I had think that airtel is the best trustful mobile prepaid service provider in india but after this incidence i think no longer about this.
now, i'm requesting to u that plz return my whole amount as soon as possible ,which has been deducted by ur faulty system.
for this , i will be always grateful to u .

Airtel — Regarding deduction of balance automatically
HiThis is to inform you that my balance is getting deducted automatically. it started from the time when my balance was 40 rs approx. now its re0.12. I dont know how. I called up the customer care but they didnt respond. i called up the customer care from someone else's number but no response. Please help.

AirTel — Automatic deduction of balance
Dear sir,I want to register a complaint regarding deduction of my Airtel balance for unsubscribed services. Every day i get some msg ' and my balance gets reduced. i have not done a single call but my balance becomes nil . It's really frustrating for me to pay for something that i have not asked for.
So sir please look into the matter. I am living in UP and my Airtel no. is [protected].

The same problem I faced 4-5 months back, then they assured me that this problem will never come again. Till now I lost around Rs. 10 and I dont know how much more they will deduct. I recommend all that never use Airtel, they are big cheaters and have worst customer care service. Dumb peoples are sitting there which always mislead customers.
I request Airtel to refund my deducted balance and stop activating data services on my cell without my permission or request, otherwise I will be forced to port the no. to other mobile service provider along with other 25 Airtel numbers which I am using at my organization.

In last incident I had a balance of 40+ previous day and the next day I was not able to call as it said not enough balance to make a call.
So I called the customer care and some lady picked up. After hearing the problem she told me that she is forwarding my call to supervisor but they dropped the call in middle. I felt frustrated but called again and this time some guy picked up the call and told me that I had called some 5 digit number(don't remember the number but something like 26767). I checked my call log and I didn't dial any such number and they deduced the balance anyway.
This is really frustrating because now I don't feel very comfortable in keeping big balance in my Airtel account also this is not the first time this has happened. My guess is that sometimes when I use the internet, it deducts the balance from the main balance instead of internet balance. So I request airtel to please fix this and if possible return my money.
The thing is even when i have the net pack in my phone when i download something it deduct from my main balance, my balance was 36 and also i had 35 mb of netpack but when i downloded a video of 17mb a notification came that 100% of data limited now you will be charged from the main balance, and i off the data connection and when i checked out the balance it was zero but their was still net pack and i still can surf net, iam using assam airtel, Micromax canvas juice
