Dear Sirs,
I have given request for cancellation of my Airtel land line[protected] on 9th Mar '10, Ref No. 405077 (spoke to Mr.Karthick).
I had called again on the following days & re-iterated for the cancellattion,
11th Mar '10 - interaction ID :[protected]
15th Mar '10 - interaction ID :[protected]
19th Mar '10 - interaction ID :[protected] spoke to Ms.Priyadarshini)
26th Mar '10 - interaction ID :[protected]spoke to Ms.Beaulah)
Every time I called the customer care, they told me that cancellation process is going on & do it immediately. But till now they have not taken any action. I also made it clear that, if somebody makes calls in my phone line, I am not liable for it.
I hope some good human being is there in airtel to solve my problem.

Airtel — Harassment by Airtel over phone disconnection

I am being harassed by airtel guys for the past 6 months and absolutely no one in airtel is ready to help despite several mails, phone calls, visits to airtel offices, etc. Bharti Airtel, which claims to having the best telephone network and customer service in India, in reality probably has the worst customer service. When you require a new connection, they wag their tails in front of you, but when you need to disconnect your connection, they harass you for months. So I thought of sharing my plight with you guys so that you can understand what Airtel is all about. Here’s a list of mails I have been writing to airtel and their useless responses:

I am now seriously fed-up with the kind of tactics airtel is using to harass customers like me. When you need a new connection, airtel guys are all so helpful, but in genuine cases of disconnection, I am being constantly harassed by your agents and so called lawyers from Patiala house court for the past four months. Guys call from numbers like [protected] and [protected] and start abusing me with very foul words, proof of which I have in call recordings with me. You must understand that I have been an airtel customer for around four years now, and the phone number in contention now was used by me for more than 3 years and I always paid more than Rs. 3000 Per month and on time.

This mail contains as proof of all the correspondence that I had with you guys. I hope somebody from airtel this time will sit down and study this mail in detail instead of just sending me an auto-generated reply mail.

As you can read below, I was given cancellation request numbers as 430248 and 430253 for my airtel connections 012043***** and 012041***** on 5th of September. I was also told that my concern regarding bill for Airtel connection 012043***** has been registered with you guys and the same will be addressed within 8 working hours. The reference number was 11359974. Obviously, nothing happened to that concern of mine.

Anyways, on the 24th of September, I paid an amount of Rs. 2300 via ICICI bank check number 16**** as full & final payment for 012041*****, and on 30th Sep, I paid an amount of Rs. 4300 via ICICI Bank check number 16****. The payment receipts I got clearly mentions “Full & Final Payment”.

I sincerely hope that someone will look into this matter this time, and stop those calls from your agents to me. Frankly speaking, if I had time on my hands, I’d have moved to consumer courts long time back, but if you are still unable to resolve that, I’d be forced to move to consumer forums this time for sure.

Hi,

I applied for the disconnection of a landline number 0120-43**** in the monh of May’2008 as I was shifting homes. You guys took no concern of the request and did not disconnect the phone till late Aug. I then contacted you through e-mails and finally I think in Sep’08, the landline number was permanently closed.

The total bill on my account in the month of May’08, when I applied for disconnection, was around Rs. 4, 200. I asked you guys to deduct the Rs. 1, 000 which I had paid in advance when I initially took the connection. AS such, no one cared to do that. I still paid Rs. 4, 200 in Oct and got a full and final payment receipt from the executive which came to collect the payment.

Past few days I have started getting calls from your lawyers who claim to have filed a case against me in the Delhi patiala court. Today morning I received a call from someone claiming from Daryaganj police station and saying that a warrant has been issued against me. I am now getting sick and tired of your idiotic customer service and these tactics. I was using this landline number for more than 2 yrs and my bills were always in the range of Rs. 4000 and above. Not even one single time I defaulted on the payments. I have already made the payments which I was responsible for, and it’s in fact airtel’s responsibility to return the Rs. 1, 000 security deposit you guys took from me.

I request you to take immediate action and get this sorted out today, because I am uselessly getting harassed by your guys and if it continues to happen, i will move to the consumer courts very soon.

Hi,

I was using airtel landline numbers, and there are a couple of issues I’d like to clear out:

1. I used the number, 0120-43**** for around 3 years, and never ever defaulted in payments. When I moved from my original address ******** in May’08 it took around 12 days for you guys to move the connection for me. 12 days without internet is huge for me and this also hampered my work a lot.

Unfortunately, that house did not suit me and I had to move again in the next month, July’08. This time instead of shifting the phone connection, I gave a request to cancel the number all together, and send me a full and final bill. I did this by calling to your customer support and placing a request. I remember that the outstanding bill amount at that time was around Rs. 4, 500 . But unfortunately, the connection was never stopped and the bills are still generating. I can prove that I haven’t used the number after 4th July, and am ready to pay whatever balance remains till the month of July after my initial deposit deductions and all, but I won’t pay for anything else you charge me with after June.

2. In the new home at **********, I got another connection 0120-41*****, which I got in just around 2 days in the first week of July’08, as opposed to your transfer time of 12 days. I paid for a wireless modem with this connection, while I received a router which was of no use to me. Anyways, the new house did not suit me as well, and I decided to re-shift to my original location *****. This time as well, I placed a request for cancellation of the number and asked them to send me a final bill, which again was not done.

On 28th Aug’08, I went to your airtel office to check the status on these two numbers, and they say they have no idea. They gave me a new reference number 40262856, but I have no idea what is that for.

I need you to look into this and get it all sorted out as soon as possible.

I have had enough trying to make your telephone representatives understand and no one actually does. If you do not understand as well, call me, or meet me. But I need you to finally sort this out ASAP.

Subject: wrong billing for DSL charges

I am airtel broadband customer, currently using 250 plan with a night top up of rs 199, which entitles me to download unlimited data from 8 pm to 8 am. In my current monthly bill, they have stated that i downloaded 2.35 GB of data for which i am charged Rs. 2763, and the time when download started is 7.36 pm. Now i completely fail to understand that how can i download 2.35 Gb in those 24 minutes till 8 pm, because beyond that my data usage is free. This is a clear case of fradulent activity by Airtel broadband. ther is false billing in their programme, as they have billed for all data downloaded in the free downloading time also. I have called up customer care 5 times, and every time i had new complaint number

Every time I call up on customer care the rental is seized and then I receive a call from retention team, The number is[protected]. The person I have spoken to are Mr. Pankaj and Mr Aditya

I confirm to retention teaqm that I do not want the above mentioned phone line connection. But after a few days the line is reactivated again stating that customer wants to continue the connection.

I have written to customer care also on numerous occasions and everytime I get an assurance that someone will look into the matter..If someone is reading this please take some necessary action.

Airtel Landline — Cancellation of Fixed line

Dear Sir,

It is to inform you that I have registered a complaint for cancellation of my Airtel Fixedline no.[protected] on 14th feb 2011. I got an assurance from the company that the fixed line will be cancelled within one week. But till now, the same has not been cancelled. They are unnecessary increasing the bills of the fixedline & continuously calling us daily for payments. We have even accepted to pay all the call charges minus rent as agreed with the service provider, but thay are not coming to cancel the same. we have registered the complaint so many times & even got reference nos but in vain. The customer care people daily gives the assurance that they will send somebody to clear all issues but right now no body has come. It has become a torture to us as every day somebody from cust care calls us for payments & everyday we have to give them explanations of the previous day. its been three months now but we have not got the fixedline cancelled. Pls do the needful at the earliest.

we have been hearing this comment for last three months that your team is working on a resolution but nobody has visited us for resolution till now. We have been giving the complaints so many times & we have got so many reference numbers against our complaints but nobody turned down. please arrange to send somebody for taking back the fixed line connection & resolve your bills minus rentals as agreed by customer service at the earliest.

Airtel landline phone — harrasment

From last few days im getting a call frm airtel to pay landline bill ...i dont have any landline connection evn i dnt have any connection with airtel at all ...frm day one im using vodafone...MR PARVESH has given my ph no.against the landline no. no is[protected] and i dnt knw any PARVESH. many times i have filed comlaints i had a talk with MR MAYURwho is senior in airtel and he said now u wl nt receive any call.. but evn thn aiertel is disturbing me.......my first complaint no. is 51951490 and last complaint on 25 dec its no is 61309788...im getting harrasment... if i wl nt get a solution thn i will file a complaint in police station

    I have made the bill payment towards my Airtel postpaid (Freedom 249 Plan) connection on 24th March 2010 morning, in the below mentioned Airtel franchaise at Mangalore. But the same is not yet credited to my account and my outgoing services was disconnected on 26th March 2010, Morning.

    Airtel — Bill Paid but not credited

    I paid (2500 & 4500) bill for two numbers ([protected] & [protected]) respectively on 21/10/08 through my friends debit card. i was been told that it will be credited in 48 hours. But it has not been credited till date. i kept on lodging complaint with Airtel Cusotmer care and they kept on giving me some or other date. but nothing has not been done till date. In addition to this they keep on sending messages and calling me to make the payment for enjoying the uninterrupted services and interrupt in my day to day schedule. Due to this i am not able to work properly at my work place too.
    This is really harrassing and embaracing. Now the level of inconvenience is causing mental trauma. Please provide us with some proper remedy so that such service providers learn a good lesson that the level of service which is expected from such reputed service provider is very high and if they cause inconvenience and harrass cusotmers then they will not be spared.
    I hope i get the proper remedy.

        when i opned the airtel live without clicking or selecting a serivice of games club is activated and amount of Rs 5 is duducted from my account. i called a customer executive to resolve this problem he response me you have activated the service and the amount will be deducted continueously. while i have tried to deactive this service the response through the service provider is that there is no service subscribed . But the airtel customer executive told to me the service is activated and the amount is deducted and be continue.

          I had receiv ed SMS from AIRTEL Office on 9 th M arch 2010 advising me to submit my Identity Proof copy in nearest Customer Service Centre. Accordingly I had submitted my Voters Photo Identity Card No copy as well as my Income Tax PAN No Copy with my passport size photo in Airtel Service Centre at Mahbub Gunj,Malakpet,Hyderabad on 11 th March 2010 and obtained acknowledgement Sl.No.[protected]. But even after 15 days my Mobile No.[protected] is not yet activated. I am using this No.fore more than 5 years. I am a retired Central Government Officer.

            Dear Sir,
            I want to complain about the hanging calls of the company. The network in our area is quite good but even then when we call some one or receive some call there is no voice at all. But even then we have to pay for it the balance is being deducted. Sir I just want to ask why should we pay for their fault. Instead of charging that call the company should give some compensation. Phone calls are not made only for entertainment and time pass, sometimes some urgent messages are not conveyed due to this network failure.

                Har saal inke against complaint badhti hi ja rahi hai.

                Mai Airtel Prepaid ka ek Number pichale teen salo se use kar raha tha, wo number in logo ne achanak ek din band kar diya aur call centre cal karo to bole k is number k bare me humare pas koi info available nai hai.

                Jo number teen salo se continuous activate hai uski info aur uske user ko in logo ne apni list se uhi nikal k phek diya.

                Bloody customer care services.

                IPL alerts....Irritating service, ek to purana score batate hai aur wo bhi bina request k.

                Deactivate karvane k 48 kya 150 hours k bad bhi deactivate nai hoti aur inke CCE bolte hai
                k yaha se to deactivate hai ab agar aa bhi rahe hai sms to hume nai pata.

                Humare seniors busy hai aur wo bhi yahhi jankari denge...

                Inke Nodal officer pata nai kyu kursi par baithe hote hai unki lines humesha busy hoti hai

                aur ye itne hi busy hai to inke against itni complaint kyu hai. agar kam nai karte hai to busy hai kaha?

                ????? jaise hi maine Airtel prepaid select kiya company wale column me to ek msg aa gaya k is company k against kuch 1500 k upar complaints hai.
                Kya karte hai ye log?

                sabse irritataing bat k nodal officer wali line pe bat kabhi nai hogi lekin voice msg sunane k paise kat lete hai ye log.

                Aur ek khas bat jab se 50paise/ 3 mins k lagne lage hai tab se ye log itne besharam ho gaye hai k aap chahe kitne bhi gusse me ho aur inke pas aapki prob ka koi solution na ho fir bhi ye aap se bat karte rahenge ....mafi mangte rahenge............jisase inka meter chalta rahe aur itni pareshani me bhi ye log aapki jeb khali karva k hi dum lete hai
                I am having two prepaid connections [protected]&[protected].The former number is activated with airtel radio services and latter with chat friends and also IPL scores update without request. These services are not needed to me.I request you, hereafter pl don't add any additional cost services without order.

                  I had taken an airtel prepaid SIM card in the middle of January 2010.I was told that somebody will come for the verification.Within a month the number was disconnected .I called the customer care execs and I was told that you haven't submiited all the documents but I had given each and every document that I had asked ask to submit.I had also received an sms alert on the day it was disconnected stating that your documents have not been verified and I should approach a customer center in 48 hrs.On the same day I had recharged an amount of Rs 275/- ,but within 2 hrs after receiving the sms my number was disconnected.next day I approached the customer center at peninsula chambers,Lower parel - mumbai .the lazy customer execs told that your number was deleted and my money was not even returned.I was not even allowed to talk ,the message was passed through a security guard in charge.I feel airtel service in mumbai is the worst of all.

                  Once again. I m a prepaid user of “AIRTEL SIM” card No. “ [protected] “. I have been using it more than one and a half year. Today when I checked then I found that my balance is deducted by Rs. 1/ .I contacted to customer care they replied that this has been occurring due to activation of some meassage pack and he cut the call. I gain called and told that I have not activated this, but he continued to reply the same when I demended to transfer the call to the Manager he again cut the call. I could not understand what is this?. unfortunately I found it today that my balance has been debited everyday . I called them at about 8:20, on 1st April.
                  I want to ask why can any one activate some services and deduct the balance without the consent of customer. This is not the 1st time. This is not the case of rupee deduction but it is a case of extremely suffocated inconvenience which is repeated again and again. I THINK THIS IS A BLUNT GUNDAGARDI OF AIRTEL TOWARDS ITS CUTOMER. ITS CUTOMER CARE CENRE IS NOTHING BUT REVENUE GENERATION THROUGH GUNDAGARDI AT CUTOMER”S COST.

                    I availed post paid connection from Airtel - mobile no: [protected]. An executive visited my place. I filled application form & handed over self attested photcopy of Driving License & PAN card. While doing so I asked whether the photocopy is required for front & back copy of the documents (DL & PAN Card). He replied as not required. My mobile connection too was activated after payment of security deposit of Rs.500.00. After a week I received a call asking for to provide the back side photocopy of driving license, which I scanned and emailed to the concerned person in 2 days. At this time, i was not preinformed that my mobile connection will be deactivated. After 2 days my mobile connection was deactivated and was asked to visit one of the Airtel Relationship centre (ARC) to fill the Subscriber Enrollment Form (SEF). Also I was asked to submit 1.Address proof 2. Photo Id proof at that place. When I asked them to send their exective to collect the same, they replied that they are unable to send.

                    My concern is why should I visit ARC, for the negligent process carried out by airtel. They had activated my mobile connection too and deactivated subsequently.

                    Is this a mistake of Airtel or mine.

                    Mean time I had transferred money to airtel through internet fund transfer, thinking my mobile connection was deactivated, because of the reason the bill date could have been due and that I had not paid.

                    I agree that Airtel is not customer -friendly. My wife was asked to go for a pre-paid connection for the Blackberry she has ( [protected]) under Rs 899 scheme. That was done a week ago and it has not been activated yet.. Now the Airtel executives say that prepaid connection was not the right one, it should have been post-paid. The prepaid connection was suggested by the Airtel team and now they are washing their hands off asking us to wait for " 48 hours", "72 hours" etc. One of the executives mentioned that the money paid cannot be returned, instead it may adjusted for calls !!!. When we paid the money it was a contract that Airtle will activate the Blackberry. If the contract is not fulfilled then the money paid for the contract should be returned, no questions asked. It looks as if, because of its size Airtel has started behaving like a PSU. UNFORTUNATE. I would write to Airtel Delhi outlining the entire situation and naming the executives who are driving us from pillar to post, passing the buck to one another. I have been asked to wait till monday. Let us see

                          Airtel — non receipt of receipt of payment through online

                          Sir,
                          On 03.11.09, I had made the payment of my mobile bill amounting to Rs. 570/- through online, but Airtel has not issued any receipt of that payment. Accordingly I contacted their customer care(121),
                          they told me that there is no provision of sending the receipt, only bank transaction is the prof that the payment has been made.Whereas other companies are issuing the receipt of online payments such as MTNL, LIC etc. In order to claim that particular bill a proper receipt is required, kindly provide the same, so that i may claim the bill from my office.                             I took the airtel mobile number since last 3 months, I registered in the do not dial and got the service number A[protected],
                            still i am getting the calls from these numbers [protected] and [protected]. this number [protected] says actor mahesh babu dialogues and warning messages.

                            so many times i am tried to customer care 121, but no useful and also i am not believe in it. and my mobile always restarting when i am using airtel SIM, this is another dangerous thing which was happening and happening.

                              I am Tejas Jani. I am using the Aitrel GPRS services since some months but I am not satisfied with their un explained balance cuts. Every now and then the company keeps cutting the balance from my prepaid account. On 24 March 2010 I sent an email which would have cost me around Rs. 12 normally. However I was charged Rs. 35 for that email. I fail to understand this aggresive balance cuting from the company's end. This is not once that it has happened. I would like you to please take strict action against the company Airtel.

                              This company is a SCAM. Write to the Economic Times and let investors know what is going on. The company has cheated lots of customers by subscribing them to VAS services and without their requesting them, and then refusing to stop the services and refusing to refund the money.

                              Airtel is run by a bunch of CROOKS.
                              I am from Delhi and mobile No.is [protected]. I got a message yesterday morning that Rs.30/- will be deducted for a service called Air tel talkies which I have never heard or subscribed and finds no time for such a service. Accordingly, de-activation was made by me and the return mail was received. Surprisingly, by evening I have noticed that Rs.30/- is dedeucted from my A/C. Upon this, I have called the call centre personal and he told that he will place the request for retreval of the money. But later it is found that again a sum of Rs.30/- is again deducted. Thus a total sum of Rs.60/- has been deducted so far without resloving the matter. Kindly do the needfull

                                I am Manusekhar resident of yelahanka new town applied for airtel broadband service on 23rd dec 2009 with the fee of Rs. 3400, the same has been rejected by the company due to improper documentation. So I have raised a complaint for refund of money on 7th jan 2010 (COMPLAINT NO.[protected], which the company has promised to return the money within 15 working days. The first response I got from the company was on 2nd week of feb 2010 which told me to scan and mail the application. I have mailed the scan copy of application on 23 feb 2010 to the mail id given by company. On 24 mar 2010 the company is once again promising to return the money by 31 mar 2010 with a new complaint no. 30827984. So can you please help me out with this.

                                      Yesterday I activated DND (Do Not Disturb) service in airtel. The activation period its 45 days, this is too horrible. When the airtel sim cards can be able to activate with in 2 to max 24 hours, why this service is taking 45 days? Hope it wont be a big mountain cutting work. The interesting part is before yesterday I used to get one call and multiple sms per day. But today up to now I got two unwanted calls from airtel (automated calls) and 2 sms. It too irritating, please reduce the time of DND activation time.

I have been recieving messages form different builders about the availability of apartments and flats in different locations across the NCR. I would like to know that what is the next level to which I need to go to get this problem resolved as the messages drop in at any time of the day.                                       I submitted the document on 14.08.2008 in the evening for new activation of mobile no.[protected] 15th, 16th, 17th being holidays, I went their relation center (Agrawal trading distributor office) at Bhayander West on 18.08.2008 and asked for activate the mobile no. I was informed number would be activated within 4 hours.However even after contacting their No.[protected] several times, but they still not activated the no. even they are not giving proper reason. My document of attested driving license copy is Ok & valid.                                       i had taken a new airtel no in the month of july 2010.and my no is [protected].for one month the service provided by them are ok.and my address verification for that no. is already done.

                                      but on today morning,suddenly they stop my services & the customer care executives told to me that your no.hasbeen deactivated.i had put my driving licence as my identity proof.

                                      so i request you yo please help me out.
                                      plz take a necessary action agaainst them

                                      MRadio messages,

                                      I subscribed Mradio application of Airtel 4 months ago...suddenly from last 1.5 months I started getting
                                      some sms from 51234999 saying some text like "Index for mradiosync channel is XXX days old and is last updated on[protected]". Daily moring I'm getting the same message 4-5 times. This is very annoying. There must be issue with Airtel application. Please try to find out. When I called to the customer care they said they can't resolve the problem and I have to go for DND. In DND it takes 45 days !!! This is totally unexpected from service like Airtel. This much day I have to suffer with the crap messaes like these. Plese do the DND service more effective and less time consuming. In 45 days one country can go for war and finish it as well !!!

                                      Airtel — activation of DND

                                      I requested for activation of DND on 17 of november and was told that the service
                                      will be activated from 29 of november. My request reference number is RDREG[protected].
                                      But on 29 of november I Got more msgs from AW-59830.

                                      i am sandeep tiwari using a airtel mobile no [protected] am active dnd last 2 year but till now dnd not act proper when am complaint in airtel they told me that ignore mesg thaths the last way .

                                      Airtel — DND service not activated on my number

                                      I have got my phone number registered on Do-Not-disturb service sine march 2010. Despite that I have been continuously receiving promotional messages. I logged another complaint for this on[protected] and was told that these messages would be stopped after[protected]. However, the condition is still the same and still continue to receive messages. also, the waiting time on customer care is pathetic. After trying for 3 days it was today that I was able to log a complaint and the lines were not busy. Moreoever, i was again asked to wait for 10 more days to for the messages to stop coming. also, the solution that i got was that in future i[censored] keep getting messages then please keep logging a complaint...Why the hell cannot an action be taken once for that? If I have to lodge a complaint again and again for the same thing and still no action being taken on this, then what is the use o[censored]sing airtel services..Please look into this matter urgently!

                                      Airtel — Services Activated without asking

                                      Dear Sir

                                      I am Manish Balpande... my mobile number is [protected]

                                      My complaint is that ..airtel has activated 2 services on this number without consulting me...

                                      first service was Cricket.. which company had activated on 28th dec 2010...and other service was Fun Time activated on 4th feb 2011..

                                      i was unaware of this services... and i come to know about this when i called bharti airtel(number 198) on 25th feb...

                                      the money deduction is as follow

                                      3 rupees per day for each cricket match...

                                      1 Rupee per day for Fun time.

                                      i talked to there customer care representative.... so they told me that your complaint is registered and you will get your money back soon...

                                      as i didnot get my money back so today also i called to Bharti Airtel 2 times... first time there customer care representative has disconnected my call ... and on second call ...they told me that you will get message of your complaint number..and suddenly he disconnected the phone..

                                      but i didnot get any complaint number and money...

                                      please help me

                                      Airtel — Unexpected service charge

                                      My Mobile No.is [protected].I never subscribe My Tune service from Airtel company.Airtel company deducted Rs.10/- from my balance without informing me.At that time i have only Rs.4/- balance in my mobile.And company stopped outgoing service.If i recharge the balance, airtel company will renew this service & deduction made from my balance.I want to stop this service immediatelly.So no any other charge deducted from my balance.Please do necessary atearliest.

                                      Hi sir,

                                      I have activated DND option on my Airtel connection SIM([protected]) on '23 rd March 2011'. Even after 45 days i am still getting the SMS related to Advertisements. Please do the needful in stopping those kind of SMS.

                                      AirTel — not activated do not disturb service

                                      i had activated do not disturb service before 1 month but still they sent sms and calls
                                      after that i made 2 more complaint but they just helpless.
                                      yesterday i had dnd activated. but its activate after 45 days. its too bad i want immediate action. how can i avoide this msg an call sir. then i cal to1909 but no response here after i wont face this problem otherwise i wil go to consumer court so pls take immmediate action

                                      Sir, i request Airtel customer care people to Deactivate DND, but they were not doing the same. my number is [protected],
                                      I have been using airtel mob since 2 months and have complained to airtel 121 and 1909 regarding
                                      promotional sms and calls from various property dealers everyday but no action has been taken airtel asks 15 days and confirm that DND is activated but it seems its farse mob no [protected]

                                        On seeing the message from message centre no.[protected] about offer of full talk value of Rs. 349 on recharge voucher of Rs. 349 up to 25.03.2010,I e-recharged my mobile no. [protected] on 20.03.2010 at 8.00 pm vide Trans ID no. [protected] by Rs. 349.After that,I received the message that recharge is successful Talk time only Rs. 1.00 from message centre no[protected].i.e. full amount of Rs. 349 was not credited to my mobile balance.My airtel mobile no. belongs to Delhi and e-recharge was done at Ajmer(Rajasthan). Please credit full talk value of Rs. 349 in my airtel mobile.

                                        maine 4 0ct 2008 ko apna prepaid mobile icici bank accunt se on line recharge Rs.199/- kiya tha lekin abhi tak mere moblile me charge nahi hua hai and aaj bhi Rs.100/- ka erecharge kiya wo bhi nahi hua jab ki dono bar mere accunt se ammount debit ho chuka hai
