Dear Sirs,
I have given request for cancellation of my Airtel land line[protected] on 9th Mar '10, Ref No. 405077 (spoke to Mr.Karthick).
I had called again on the following days & re-iterated for the cancellattion,
11th Mar '10 - interaction ID :[protected]
15th Mar '10 - interaction ID :[protected]
19th Mar '10 - interaction ID :[protected] spoke to Ms.Priyadarshini)
26th Mar '10 - interaction ID :[protected]spoke to Ms.Beaulah)
Every time I called the customer care, they told me that cancellation process is going on & do it immediately. But till now they have not taken any action. I also made it clear that, if somebody makes calls in my phone line, I am not liable for it.
I hope some good human being is there in airtel to solve my problem.

Airtel Digital DTH — No Refund of Money
Dear Sir,I have applied for Airtel DTH on 02/04/10 (Account no [protected]) & Rs 1000 got deducted from my account. Since service was not received for same, money should be immediately refunded
I want refund of my money at earliest.
