Dear Sir,
I am forced to make a complain here against Airtel Mobile Services because, I have not getting any solution from them. My details complain are as follows.

I have made a discontinuation request duly filled by the printed format for my Airtel mobile number [protected] on 4th Dec;2009 in The Airtel Relationship Center at Parkstreet,Kolkata. The Sr. No. of the receipt of Confirmation of receipt of Discontinuation From is 29748855 with the signature of Airtel Official named by Shuddha Seth.
I have made all my dues Billed and rental charges upto 10.12.2009 accordingly.( Billed amount was Rs 424.29 paid Rs 425..)
But they did not disconnect the number which several time I spoke to the C.C. E. and mailed to their Nodal officer, and Appellate Officer for the same. But only they were busy to generate only the false billing .
On 18.01.10 the appellate officer wrote me the number has been already suspended w.e.f. 14 jan 2010 and will be permanently disconnected. And also confirm that they will adjust the amount the have billed for 11the Dec to 10 January.
This process were continued up to 21.03.2010.
On 22nd March 2010 again I inform the Nodal Officer by Phone while got no response from the Appellate Officer. I had a security deposit held with Airtel of an amount Of Rs 300.
I received a letter with a CMS Disbursement Cheque of Rs 159.09 for refund of Security Deposit.

But they have not clarify or explain why they they have deducted Rs 140.91 from my account.

I would like to know how they have charges me after disconnect my connection ( 14.01.2010 they Confirmed by Mail).

Airtel — False billing and cheating since 1 year

Dear Sir/Madam of concerned authority,

In 2006, I was using Airtel postpaid mobile connection at office and since I wanted one for personal use, I thought of taking an add-on connection. After few months I quit that job, so I had to surrender the simcard to my office.

From Jan 2007, I noticed that I was billed for my personal no. and that of my old office no. Initially, I paid for the old no. and claimed back from ex-employer. To avoid in future similar mess, I approached the Airtel outlet at Koramangala (5th block, near HDFC Bank) in March 2007 to separate my existing number from that of the older no as it belonged to the office. They asked me to pay a deposit of Rs.300/- and give in writing a letter saying so with supporting document for proof of address (for my residence which is present address).

I never received bills at my residence from April, when I called up customer care 121 I found that their records are still showing the ex-office address instead of my residential address. Thereafter, I've sent several SMSes to 222 quoting my new address and also been telling the customer care representatives. Inspite these repeated efforts, I never recieved bills but was getting reminders through SMSes and phone calls. I was so tired and had become very busy to ensure the bills are posted to me at my new address, that I just felt silent and started paying on getting the SMSes only.

In June 2008, I was out of country for about 2 months. Yet, the bill is Rs.3700/- and since I had not paid they've now permanently disconnected my no. On seeking clarifications, they're saying my monthly rental amounts to Rs.1000/- when my plan was of Rs.199. On probing further, to my shock I'm told that the old no. (ex-office no.) is still accounted against my present no. and so the rental for both is due for payment! When I questioned, how it can be possible the team leader said - I was supposed to transfer the old no. and since its not detached from my present no. it is still active in my name!!! Actually, I dialled the old no. just to find out and found that that no. doesn't even exist!

So, all through 1 year since 2007 they've been cheating me by billing not just my present no but also on the one that is in no way connected to me and doesn't even exist!

Now, they say unless I pay up outstanding of Rs.3700/- my no. will not be activated and they can't even give the bills & its details to me since already they've permanently disconnected my no.

I request the concerned authority to get me justice and suitable compensation for the loss I've incurred by Airtel company.

Airtel Mobile — false billing

I'm Santosh Kasbe, my no is [protected] which is corporate CUG i.e. of Western Railway

Since last 4weeks I have been receiving sms indicating Rs. 99/ - have been charged to me for downloading games which i never downloaded.

When I received 2nd sms, I had contacted to Airtel customer care, and requested for stopping of this false billing, but could not get satisfactory reply. Now on friday there was 4th sms i.e. till date about Rs. 400/- have been charged to me which is false.

I also mailed my complaint to [protected]@airtelindia.com when i received 3rd SMS last week, but false billing is continued, being corporate CUG, i also wrote letter to my concern dept.

I would like to request to kindly help me out in this matter for stopping all such payments.

Airtel Post Paid — cheating,false billing

Dear sir,
My cell no. is [protected],post paid connection.
I would like to fire a complain against airtel billing department.
I ve been a regular post paid user of airtel for the last 6 years.
And I ve got activated gprs on my phone for last year,
Under which I ve opted for Rs.200 plan, which allows me to surf
For 2 GB of data everymonth.
Now for this month they have charged me around 14,000/
For around 950 KB of data.And they are saying that I ve surfed the
Net via airtel live,so they are charging so much .

Now You tell me , is it fair to do so.I ve been their regular customer
And I ve also opted for the GPRS plan, now how should I come to know
That they ve send me the airtel settings and ask to save it.
How can u charge 31,000 for the same thing which u r selling at 200 rs.
And that also without informing the customer.

Please do something, otherwise I don’t ve any options other then :

1. I should opt for number portability, and ask my 20-30 friends also
to switch from airtel as soon as possible.
2. Go to the consumer court and file against your company, for harassment
And doing unjustice to your valuable consumer.

    On 21st March, 2010 I sent few SMS to my friends using way2sms.com messaging service. I got an anomalous call saying that he is getting my SMS. I checked my address book but this number is not listed. Later in the night 9:53PM I received 3 sms from him asking
    1) who i am?
    2) where from i was?
    3) how is my wife?
    so i wish to know his address. I Know his name( S.Ganesh). He is airtel subscriber from AP.

      My Customer ID is [protected], had paid Rs.4550/- ( on 13.3.10), executives promised me to activate southern channel ultra pack within 24 hours, till 22.3.10 (0005 hours) it has not been activated.Umpteen calls were made to the executives who then started dilly dallying and delaying by their tactics. Two e mails were sent to their e-mail addresses on 21.3.10 but one reply was sent stating that the complaint will be looked at the earliest. I donot know when it will be activated. I think it is an eternal wait. I request others to just be alert of this delaying tactic by Airtel DTH services

      Dear,

      I am very soory to inform you i am purchase on Airtel DTH new installation pack Rs.1750 / from Nilkant Electronics Varanasi, U.P. where Airtel sales person is Mr. Nitin(mob no.-o[protected]) on date 06/03/2010.his commetment within 24 hour i provide service And setup box, 45ft(15 mtr) wire &remote provide our istallation person your home.But after 4 hour Nitin inform he case forward to local Aitel DTH dealer in Sasaram, Bihar toresponsible preson is Mr. Anand (Mob no.-[protected]) and he also talk and commited to my service Engg. Will gone on 8/03/10.
      But 8/3/10 Service provider come &start the serviceCustomer ID is [protected].but at a time he is provide on only 39ft(12.6 mtr), setupbox & not provide remote.
      Then I am talking about remote to Mr. Anand (Airtel DTH dealer, Sasaram, BIhar)his commited within two day i will give remote at your home.But i am problem face on continous 8/3/10 To till date.i am talking then told that this is not my range.
      So pls, solve my remote problem .

        Reconnection of my airtel no [protected]
        I am ( was ) airtel user since 5-6yrs and I placed complain against call drops and network problem in the year of 2008 (may in december ). It was not solved and I used to call very often, I was getting the answer that it would be corrected soon. I changed my hand set as per exevutive`s advice also. In may 2009 again complai was lodged and lot of miss calls, wrong connections, network issues were there and inspite of all these I was bearing the connection because that I have given the number to lot of my customers and relatives. Somewhere in sept or november 2009 I called customer care executives very seriously and stopped payment and for that some one had called me more than an hour we talked about the problem and one of the executive promised me if problem was solved within end of that month, all my outstanding would be waved off. Even I didnt want the waver, but my problem was not solved. Finally they have disconnected my incoming and out going, which affected my business very seriously as I was totally depended on Airtel connection. I got one letter from airtel that if payment is not made immediately legal proceedings will be done against me and they have given one person`s name to contact Mr.Ashok his mobile no is [protected]. I contacted him for a week and he also keep on telling like he would send his executive, but did not. I contacted customer care again and told them the details. Then one lady had called and I detailed her all problems and she told that she would give discount and asked me to pay Rs.2,000/- against all out standings and she will reconnect the no. She also accepted that if I give post dated cheque, she will give connection within four hours ( no need to wai till cheque get cleared ) and next day some executive came and collected the cheque. At that time someone else called me told the amount as two thousand eight hundred and change ( I dont remember exact figure ), I got doubt at that time and called that lady again and told that I will give post dated cheque only for two days and wait for your letter and connection. If that doesnot happen in the next day I told that I am going to stop the payment for the cheque issued. It did not happen and when I asked that lady she told that till get cheque get cleared she cannot give the reconnection and she was not knowing that.

        I am totally getting confused of whom to give the complaints, from whom should I get coneection, etc. Someone will pick the phone and answer, they send some body to collect the payment, finally they say they are new to airtel and do not know the rules, someone calls and tell wrong outstandings, etc. I request you to kindly go through the matter seriously and get my connection back as I am facing lot of problems and loosing business because of this.

        Dear Manger,

        I think this is the first time seeing such type of horrible service from airtel office.

        I holding the mobile numbber [protected] has been deactivated with any intimation long back, and after given complaint in airtel office or when i called to customer care no one has given any response. Really sorry to say that airtel service has become a stupid thing now a days.

          We have an corporate account with airtel.From the last 3 months i have not recieved any mobile bill of the same.The account no is[protected] and the mobile no is [protected].
          I pay the bill every time with my guesses and not abe to see the usage......Registered the complaint many times with airtel but no actions taken
          my post paid airtel (mobile no.[protected]) bill has not come for the month of november please try to send me in time.
          we have not received for the month of March' 09 for the mobile nos. [protected] & [protected] which falls due on 24th of April 2009. We kindly request you to send us the bills as early as possbile to make the payments.

          Airtel Post Paid — Falls billing

          I used post paid no. [protected]. Till date my outstanding is 753.00( due on 21.05.90), and unbilled is 248.00, airtel barred my outgoing calls by saying i crossed my credit limit of 1800.00, not giving details of extra bill. I call several time but they are not giving any satisfied justification at all. and also asking to pay 1500.00 rs in advance to activate the service
          Please do the needful as i am suffering a lot bcause of my ougoing services.

            HAVE COMPLAINT TO AIRTEL SINCE JULY'09 FOR NON ACTIVATION OF 649PLAN INSTEAD OF 799PLAN , AND WRE NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE OF BROADBAND SINCE LONG TIME AND HAVE COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME MANY TIME TO CUSTOMER CARE AND EVEN TO RECOVERY AGENT SO GET MY BB FIXED AS LING/DSL LIGHT KEEPS ON BLINKING AND GOES OFF TOTALY.
            HAD A BROKEN WIRE N TO SENT SOME TECHNICIAL AGENT TO COME N FIX IT , BIT NONE OF THESE THINGS WERE TAKEN CARE AND THEY KEEP ON HARASSING FOR PAYMENT OF BILLS WCH WRE CHARGED AS PER 799PLAN EVEN AFTER GIVING WRITTEN REQUEST TO A PERSON WHO CAME N COLLTED PAYMENT NAMED MR.KRISHNA.
            SINCE NOV TILL YET 2010 MY BB SERVICES WERE NOT FIXED OR ELSE WRE STOPPED EVEN TELLING THEM FOR WITHDRWAL OF SERVICES BY ME.

            SHAMELESS N UNACCEPTABLE LADY.

            HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SUCH A GOOD BRAND "AIRTEL" COULD KEEP SUCH A CHEAP N MANNERLESS, UNACCPTABLE GILR WHO DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH ANYBODY.

              I use airtel mobile from the last 6 years. these days i am experiencing hike in my mobile bill and i asked for a copy of ebill on my mail id. i try to connect to customer care executive but the call does not get connected. i asked for the ebill to the executives who call for the bill payment but there is no response from their side. i again request to kindly send the ebill for last 3 months so that i can check my bill.

              I have been repeatedly asking for ebills for 3 months because I have to submit to my office. But I am not getting any response although everytime I talk to the customer care operator, he has assured me that it will be sent. I request that my ebills for March April May and June be sent.                 i have made several complaint(about 4 - 5 times ) about not receiving sms on my mobile number [protected]. everytime it is attended and is set right within few days but again same complaint after 1- days. i am fed up in making complaint but no permanent solution.

                today i again complaint to the custmer care at about 8.00 a.m.but the indifferent and negative attitude of the man oin the customer care has irritated me and my problem persists.

                Airtel Prepaid — Not receiving SMS

                I am not able to receive any SMS.
                All of a sudden I stopped receiving SMS.It was working fine previoulsy.

                I'am using airtel prepaid. i have downloaded the m-check facility in my phone. but i have only a federal bank debit card. how can i use m-check using this debit card? I want the m-check facility with debit cards. Plz take an action immediately...

                  I am a subscriber of Airtel for the past several years and my number is [protected]; My Plan right from the beginning is for SMS Re 0.10 ( ten paise) and for Call is Re. 1.00 per minute ;
                  but to my shock and surprise, when I sent message to-day from my mobile, it charged 50 Paise per message instead of 10 paise. I have contacted your grievance cell through number 198 and they told me that they have changed my plan from 11th March, 2010 in which the SMS cost is 50 paise per SMS.
                  How you change my original Plan without my consent unilaterally ? which is utter violation of the terms and conditions ;
                  I urge you to change my plan to original plan where SMS cost is 10 paise per SMS and call charge is Rs 1.00 per minute; and also credit back Rs. 1.00 which you charged to-day for the SMS sent ( two SMS 50 paise each ) without my consent immediately.
                  Also explain me how you change my Plan without my asking for the same ?

                    I am a customer of your Digital TV Account [protected] , I had put a complain regarding the signal loss in my system since last two days . 1st I had talked with
                    your respective person at customer care and as instructed by him I talked to the local dealer, again the local dealer give one local customercare no , its [protected] & [protected] but boss still no response , I expect one person should attand the problem today/ latest by tomorrow anyhow. Otherwise it would be better I go for the Dish TV and scrap the Airtel Digital Tv system.However I have lot my input amount.But this is ok for me.                       Telephone companies are the second biggest scammers after the worldwide Pharmaceutical Fraud.

                      I am on a Freedom 1699 1 Mbps Unlimited plan since December 2009. First off was one bitter ordeal to get the lousy/ unbelievably sloppy Airtel personnel to get my line up and running and they set me on a wild goose chase for two weeks after they took my money & finally activated my connection (several calls and threats later) !! I had promised my overseas clients that I had everything in place with the transit and I would be online within 5 business days maximum and these unprofessional made me lose my face right in the beginning only to add Insult to Injury !

                      An executive from Bangalore called me on the 8th of March 2010 with an exciting new offer. "Sir we are happy to give out a new offer you are eligible for double broadband speed at a measly add-on of Rs. 100 and you get to make calls for the same amount local or STD and you will get 2 Mbps from your present 1 Mbps speed within 7 days if you opt for this upgrade." To which I said Yes, Please do ! And the caller said my speed would be upgraded in 7 working days maximum.(today is the 20th of March ! )

                      On the 11th of March 2010, I received an SMS that said "Pay just Rs. 100 per month and double your Airtel Broadband speed from 1 MBPS to 2 MBPS. Also get free call value worth Rs. 100. SMS DELIGHT to 53636 to activate (Sender AX-Airtel- 17:17:19 - 03/11/2010) which I opted in and right away and received a confirmation that said

                      "Thank you for subscribing to Airtel DELIGHT Offer. The offer will be activated and you can enjoy the benefits within 96 hours - Team Airtel at 17:29:13 the same day March 11th 2010.

                      I called up 121 to confirm the same and the call center executive said it would be done within the time frame that was promised earlier on and i would be billed on a prorata basis.

                      I again called up Airtel customer service this morning to let them know that the upgrade is yet to take effect after 12 days i.e., 288 hours later & the call center guy gave me a complaint # 30677688 and confirmed that the new plan has been upgraded at their end on the 17th and i could expect the 2Mbps speed in a day or two maximum. I get a call at 4 p.m. today and the gentleman says "Sir you had requested for an upgrade to 2Mbps unfortunately that offer has ended and you are not be eligible for this offer !!

                      Now Do they think we are a bunch of Retards ?? I for one never asked for this upgrade, they solicited only to turn out to be Snake-Oil Salemen two weeks later ! This is totally unacceptable and downright obnoxious !

                      I am posting this just to skin these wolves in sheep's clothing alive ! I for one have vowed to take these unethical marketing devils to task ! I urge every single broadband customer that has been lured with such misleading fake promises.

                      I will post in all the consumer redressal forums that are out there and annihilate this telephone/broadband operator and won't ever quit until they eat their words and upgrade my account to the promised bandwith without delay ~! The sooner the better or I will be forced to destroy the goodwill factor in the market place by starting a storm of a bone crusher campaign against this blessed company AirTel !! Thank you !

                        I bought new Airtel SIM card No: [protected] from Maxtel Telecom Dasarahalli , all the Incoming and outgoing calls have been barred after 3 days because of address miss match, I had provided the all the address proofs documents but the mistake done is done by Airtel (Maxtel telecom Dasarahalli) Mobile Service Providers while uploading the address Data.

                        i bought new Airtel SIM card no:[protected] from yes yes communication, padi, chennai-50.all the incoming and out going calls have been barred after 2 weeks, i had provided the all the address proofs documents but the mistake is done .i submit my address proofs and documents in airtel office in third time before two days.they said in two days your sim has been activated, but my sim is not activated.


                        i give this number to anna university counselling please help me.

                          i have never seeen such a worst service providers.my sim already had a message offer and also call offer.when my call offer got cancelled.i contacted airtel customer care.they told me that i can recharge for 27rs and a new call offer will get activated with out any change to my message offer.accordingly i did.but i lost my message offer.when i asked them why they gave me a wrong information ,they are giving bad word words to me,is this the kind of service airtel providing to their customers?
                          i need my 27rs back.airtel should refund me my money.i cancelled my offer.giving badwords to your customer,no service,providing wrong information to customer,,,,,,,is all this things that u teach your customer casare officers during their training period? u must pay back my money within 24 hours

                            I have a lifetime number of Airtel ([protected]). I have been receiving bollywood updates from Airtel without ever subscribing to it. The charges are first deducted and then a sms is sent saying that the charges have been deducted. Three days ago, I received a sms saying that my bollywood updates would be renewed in three days and that if I wanted to discontinue it, I was to sms STOP to 121. I sent three smses on three consecutive days to 121 and every time inspite of the message getting delivered to customer care, I have received sms saying "We are unable to process your request. Please try later.' Today, I have received a sms from 54321 saying "You have been renewed for Bolly subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10." This has been going on for a long time and I have always been contacting customer care for stopping such services, but to no avail.

                            Also, a few days ago, after a call at about 8pm in the evening, my balance was Rs. 140. The next day morning it was Rs.90. I, very clearly remember that no calls were made after the 8pm call. Then why the deduction?

                            Because of my lifetime number, I am paying Rs.1 for even a 30 seconds call. Why should I be paying for services to which I have not subscribed?

                            This has been going on for quite some time now. Please look into the matter.

                                I got my prepaid moble no [protected] e recharged for Rs 222/ but no balance came in mu mobile .why? please help me.
                                Airtel is very bad and horrible service provider. Their is no customer value. Nobody want to take responsibilities of this bad service not even the field man nor the managers. They are just cheating to the customers.

                                Customer care under Airtel office at sector 57, Noida is very ridicules and do not give the satisfactory answer of the customers query.

                                My personal suggestion to Airtel just fired the whole team of Airtel office at sector 57, Noida.

                                And my suggestion to customer that kick off Airtel and choose another service provider in you area.

                                  As the subject line suggests. I am extremely unhappy with the product. The complaint is about the incidents related to the telephone number of airtel which is [protected].

                                  This mail is after the conversation with (Harish Kumar Kariyappa :- Floor Supervisor Customer case office, Bangalore) and his able Executive (Immanuel Christie :- Executive) Reference number:- [protected].

                                  I am not sure if you have any records of my account details as a post paid customer of Airtel .

                                  I have been a post paid customer for a long period of time paying quite a good amount ( of course because of the usage) . Over last 2 or 3 months I didn’t pay the money as I had lost my job and I had told airtel customer care who used to call me everyday to ask when I would pay the money sometimes they used to call me say 10 to 15 times the answer would be the same. I don’t have money and will pay it once I have money or cancel the connection immediately. They never disconnected the service. Finally I got my job back and decided to pay the money which I did. Later I got to know that Airtel had contacted most of my friends / relatives and colleagues asking for details as if I have done a grave sin and I am absconding. Is there nothing called as DATA PRIVACY and respect to other person. Is there any clause in the airtle post paid agreement where they have mentioned that they will call all the people I have contacted using my airtel number and be the reason for such an huge inconvenience. I am sure that there is none. I hope you are aware that there is a legal system which can take this issue seriously. Now the best part about airtel service. I call us post paid customer support and inform about this and they don’t respond or take any action about the incident. I must say airtel has taught its customer care how well they can go deaf if the customer is in pain. I guess the motto of airtel customer care is Ignorance is bliss.

                                  Now let me tell about the next level of drama. You might be wondering why I am still continuing with airtel if I am so disappointed. The answer is simple. I have given this telephone number to a lot of people and though I have lost their info they can contact me as I don’t change the number. Thanks to airtel. So, What I do is take pre paid thinking I will maintain my account as I want. But , no.

                                  I submit all the required documents in Nelmangla Airtel outlet ( Rental agreement, Pan card number and a XEROX of the same and photograph of course I filled up your application as well) . I took a card from Domlur branch paying 49 rupees. I will have to tell you what happened there. The lady told it is 49 I gave a 50 rupee note and guess what I lady takes the money and moves on to the next work. I ask for change and the lady looks at me and makes faces as if I am sort of a snob. She tell about it to the person sitting next to her and they both laugh finally they give me my change. Wonderful service.

                                  After two days of paying for validity and getting recharge . I get an sms telling that I have not submitted my documents and the service will be deactivated. I promptly call up airtel customer care and tell the lady I spoke the issue and she says we have the documents and you don’t have to worry and please ignore the sms as it is a generic sms. I fell nice as for one time some one gives me a reason to smile about airtel. I get the same sms today and after 2 to 3 hours my outgoing is not there. I call up airtel again and I am informed that it is my fault. Yes, it is my fault that I am with airtel. Thank you so much for the enlightment.

                                  Everytime on the call it is told to write a mail. Now I have written a mail.

                                  Are you going to do anything at all. Now I have an official record of the complaint.

                                  Airtel has done it again.

                                  First time when the inbound calls were disconnected and I went to Airtel Nemlangla outlet and discussed with them. The reason being I had submitted PAN card details, Rental agreement details and my photograph. Guess what the lady in the outlet calls the customer care and my number is active again like magic.

                                  Second time on 18/03/2010. I receive same kind of message and I call up Airtel call center ( [protected] is the reference number for the conversation I had with your executive Manjunath) I was assured that I don’t have to submit the documents as I have submitted it already and there will be no problem about the same, but, no there is a problem again. Today i.e., 19/03/2010, my number is barred. I demand an explanation.

                                  If you can’t serve the customers who have account with you why do have outlets all over the city. Why can’t you just tell that you will not provide network to such customers and by the way I have been talking to other of your unfortunate customers. For example the numbers [protected] / [protected] have gone through the same trouble.

                                  I was assured that I will be contacted on 17/03/2010 for the earlier issue but now there is no incoming at all.

                                  Again to add this is the second document I have that I have complained and you have accepted your mistake but failed to resolve the issue. It is not far that I will go legal.

                                    My Name is Hoshang Sharma and I am using an airtel connection[protected] from last 2 years. I am preety happy with the services with the provided by airtel.


                                    But the incident which was happened last night is creating now a question in my mind that why Me and my friends will conntinue to use with airtel. Might be airtel have more than 10 Millions customers in INDIA and I am a very small part of it. But if the problem will continue Airtel may start losing their customers.

                                    And I am that much of disturbed and dissatisfied that now I am thinking to open a web-site so that everybody can register their complaint because now I am realizing that you are not worrying about anything just because you have that much no. of customers.

                                    yesterday evening My connection was de-activated and my services was bared. I wasn't aware that time that this was just because I had raised a service request to change my no. to prepaid. Your customer re-presentative suppose to inform me before deactivating my services. There was so many important calls which I was not able to attend just because of this deactivation.

                                    This is not the case only. I wanted to speak with the postpaid helpline to activate my services so I called from a prepaid no. thrice to customer care for airtel. (The No. which I called from is[protected] First person who picked up my call gave me the no. for postpaid help line [protected] which was incorrect. I called again. The very next person who called me I didn't remember the names now. gave me another no. which was[protected] which is again incorrect, third time I was so dis-satisfied with the asistance.

                                    I called third time and this my call was transfered to a senior person. But nobody was replying my questions. I said hello hello so many times. But I was only able to listen only some music and the conversation which was happening that time between the seniors. This is the way they handle to the customer.
                                    No One was interested to solve my problem. One of them told me that please call us after 6.00 AM, It's our sleeping time.

                                    as I remembered the name was Sunil and Rajendra.

                                    When I called 4th time Rajendra told me that the correct no. is[protected]. and you need to call from a postpaid no. till the time I wasted good about 45 minutes. and I am so dis-satisfied with the services which has been provided by you.

                                    Now I need justice.

                                    I want all these 3 names to be taken care of and strickly action has to be taken.
                                    I want the company name where airtel send their business to who are not deserve.

                                    WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER WITH AIRTEL.

                                    Reply me with the fax no. of airtel office and e-mail address for nodel officer and their seniors too.

                                    I am waiting for your reply. If You will not take this e-mail seriously My next e-mail will go to TRAI and I will ask them that this is the way airtel is handelling their customers.

                                    This is regarding Airtel broad band connection and that is the no. for the same [protected]...I wanted to mention something in this regard...I am totally disappointed with your services, due to those reasons:

                                    > COMMETMENT -When I Purchased that Broadband connection at that your service provider(outlet people) Committed me that at any point of time if you shifted frm noida to any other Delhi / Ncr Zone ur broadband 'll definitely shifted as per your request, in delhi free ofcoast n in ncr i need to pay only 300 rs...But When i droped request regarding shfting they guys noted down my request but no action was taken.

                                    > WASTEAGE OF TIME- I dropped a request regarding shifting of my broadband in b/w 17-22aug.2010, but no action was taken regarding this for more than 20 days, your executive suggest me to go to near by Airtel outlet and then drop a request, when I reached there i came to know that all lines are already choked there is no scope of new connection or shifting of connection, this wastes my time a LOT

                                    >FAKE PROMISES -Your Service Providers as well as your CCE(customer care exec) not having any proper info regarding the availability of net connection and did a fake promise that my Connection will be shifted in a week or in 10 day's but I waited For a month and no action was taken.

                                    >NO ONE HEAR VOICE OF CUSTOMER- Once i called ur CC department in the month of SEP and request them to drop a bill on my mail ID insted of my home address but My request was totally igored and now am getting the bill of previous month in a lumb sum.

                                    Your services totally disappointed me, and fails in front of my expctations,,due to your poor after sales services I suffered a lot as my all official works stopped due to fake info. that i always get from your service providers., and at the end due to no other option, i have to switch to other net service provider,

                                    And after 2 monts wen i received a e bill of my net connection i dropped a mail regarding this that my amount is to weived off, than also i have not received any revert on that mail, and now your recovery department called me to repay 3000 rs as a monthly bill + interest, as on 27th dec 2010 i paid the amount and already received NOC to stop that no.

                                    I am totally disappointed with your services..I 'll never take any of the airtel service in future and 'll never suggest any one to take that.
