I have a lifetime number of Airtel ([protected]). I have been receiving bollywood updates from Airtel without ever subscribing to it. The charges are first deducted and then a sms is sent saying that the charges have been deducted. Three days ago, I received a sms saying that my bollywood updates would be renewed in three days and that if I wanted to discontinue it, I was to sms STOP to 121. I sent three smses on three consecutive days to 121 and every time inspite of the message getting delivered to customer care, I have received sms saying "We are unable to process your request. Please try later.' Today, I have received a sms from 54321 saying "You have been renewed for Bolly subscription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10." This has been going on for a long time and I have always been contacting customer care for stopping such services, but to no avail.

Also, a few days ago, after a call at about 8pm in the evening, my balance was Rs. 140. The next day morning it was Rs.90. I, very clearly remember that no calls were made after the 8pm call. Then why the deduction?

Because of my lifetime number, I am paying Rs.1 for even a 30 seconds call. Why should I be paying for services to which I have not subscribed?

This has been going on for quite some time now. Please look into the matter.

Airtel Mobile Service — unsolicited deduction

my cell no is[protected] Today on 27th may Rs 50 has been deducted from my account for downloading misc games from airtel which i never wanted or asked for . such a deduction is unethical. Unless Rs 50 is restored to my account, i will switch to over to some other better service provider

    Complaint: I get download maximum speed of 11.2 KB/s and much lower upload speed.
    You claim 236.2 kb/s on your software "Net Warrior" of Micromax.
    I expect a solution to this. If not I shall be forced to share it publicly.

      I got my prepaid moble no [protected] e recharged for Rs 222/ but no balance came in mu mobile .why? please help me.
      Airtel is very bad and horrible service provider. Their is no customer value. Nobody want to take responsibilities of this bad service not even the field man nor the managers. They are just cheating to the customers.

      Customer care under Airtel office at sector 57, Noida is very ridicules and do not give the satisfactory answer of the customers query.

      My personal suggestion to Airtel just fired the whole team of Airtel office at sector 57, Noida.

      And my suggestion to customer that kick off Airtel and choose another service provider in you area.

      by using airtel gprs scheme.
      but there no good plan.
      98 plan gives 2 gb/month which is
      not sufficiant.

        Hi Aritel,

        As the subject line suggests. I am extremely unhappy with the product. The complaint is about the incidents related to the telephone number of airtel which is [protected].

        This mail is after the conversation with (Harish Kumar Kariyappa :- Floor Supervisor Customer case office, Bangalore) and his able Executive (Immanuel Christie :- Executive) Reference number:- [protected].

        I am not sure if you have any records of my account details as a post paid customer of Airtel .

        I have been a post paid customer for a long period of time paying quite a good amount ( of course because of the usage) . Over last 2 or 3 months I didn’t pay the money as I had lost my job and I had told airtel customer care who used to call me everyday to ask when I would pay the money sometimes they used to call me say 10 to 15 times the answer would be the same. I don’t have money and will pay it once I have money or cancel the connection immediately. They never disconnected the service. Finally I got my job back and decided to pay the money which I did. Later I got to know that Airtel had contacted most of my friends / relatives and colleagues asking for details as if I have done a grave sin and I am absconding. Is there nothing called as DATA PRIVACY and respect to other person. Is there any clause in the airtle post paid agreement where they have mentioned that they will call all the people I have contacted using my airtel number and be the reason for such an huge inconvenience. I am sure that there is none. I hope you are aware that there is a legal system which can take this issue seriously. Now the best part about airtel service. I call us post paid customer support and inform about this and they don’t respond or take any action about the incident. I must say airtel has taught its customer care how well they can go deaf if the customer is in pain. I guess the motto of airtel customer care is Ignorance is bliss.

        Now let me tell about the next level of drama. You might be wondering why I am still continuing with airtel if I am so disappointed. The answer is simple. I have given this telephone number to a lot of people and though I have lost their info they can contact me as I don’t change the number. Thanks to airtel. So, What I do is take pre paid thinking I will maintain my account as I want. But , no.

        I submit all the required documents in Nelmangla Airtel outlet ( Rental agreement, Pan card number and a XEROX of the same and photograph of course I filled up your application as well) . I took a card from Domlur branch paying 49 rupees. I will have to tell you what happened there. The lady told it is 49 I gave a 50 rupee note and guess what I lady takes the money and moves on to the next work. I ask for change and the lady looks at me and makes faces as if I am sort of a snob. She tell about it to the person sitting next to her and they both laugh finally they give me my change. Wonderful service.

        After two days of paying for validity and getting recharge . I get an sms telling that I have not submitted my documents and the service will be deactivated. I promptly call up airtel customer care and tell the lady I spoke the issue and she says we have the documents and you don’t have to worry and please ignore the sms as it is a generic sms. I fell nice as for one time some one gives me a reason to smile about airtel. I get the same sms today and after 2 to 3 hours my outgoing is not there. I call up airtel again and I am informed that it is my fault. Yes, it is my fault that I am with airtel. Thank you so much for the enlightment.

        Everytime on the call it is told to write a mail. Now I have written a mail.

        Are you going to do anything at all. Now I have an official record of the complaint.

        Hi,

        Airtel has done it again.

        First time when the inbound calls were disconnected and I went to Airtel Nemlangla outlet and discussed with them. The reason being I had submitted PAN card details, Rental agreement details and my photograph. Guess what the lady in the outlet calls the customer care and my number is active again like magic.

        Second time on 18/03/2010. I receive same kind of message and I call up Airtel call center ( [protected] is the reference number for the conversation I had with your executive Manjunath) I was assured that I don’t have to submit the documents as I have submitted it already and there will be no problem about the same, but, no there is a problem again. Today i.e., 19/03/2010, my number is barred. I demand an explanation.

        If you can’t serve the customers who have account with you why do have outlets all over the city. Why can’t you just tell that you will not provide network to such customers and by the way I have been talking to other of your unfortunate customers. For example the numbers [protected] / [protected] have gone through the same trouble.

        I was assured that I will be contacted on 17/03/2010 for the earlier issue but now there is no incoming at all.

        Again to add this is the second document I have that I have complained and you have accepted your mistake but failed to resolve the issue. It is not far that I will go legal.

          This is to bring to your notice that i have been receiving calls from Airtel customer care executive Mr. Deepak-[protected] regarding my outstanding bill for postpaid number- [protected]. Though i was ready to pay the bill the executive misbehaved with me and embarrased me by calling my contacts to pay my dues.

          My number was disconnected without me being informed about it, no mail or notice was send to me disconnecting my services or that i am liable to pay anything.

          Please look into the matter as soon as possible.Anticipating a fair decision.

          AirTel — Mis-Behave of Customer Care Executive

          My Name is Hoshang Sharma and I am using an airtel connection[protected] from last 2 years. I am preety happy with the services with the provided by airtel.


          But the incident which was happened last night is creating now a question in my mind that why Me and my friends will conntinue to use with airtel. Might be airtel have more than 10 Millions customers in INDIA and I am a very small part of it. But if the problem will continue Airtel may start losing their customers.

          And I am that much of disturbed and dissatisfied that now I am thinking to open a web-site so that everybody can register their complaint because now I am realizing that you are not worrying about anything just because you have that much no. of customers.

          yesterday evening My connection was de-activated and my services was bared. I wasn't aware that time that this was just because I had raised a service request to change my no. to prepaid. Your customer re-presentative suppose to inform me before deactivating my services. There was so many important calls which I was not able to attend just because of this deactivation.

          This is not the case only. I wanted to speak with the postpaid helpline to activate my services so I called from a prepaid no. thrice to customer care for airtel. (The No. which I called from is[protected] First person who picked up my call gave me the no. for postpaid help line [protected] which was incorrect. I called again. The very next person who called me I didn't remember the names now. gave me another no. which was[protected] which is again incorrect, third time I was so dis-satisfied with the asistance.

          I called third time and this my call was transfered to a senior person. But nobody was replying my questions. I said hello hello so many times. But I was only able to listen only some music and the conversation which was happening that time between the seniors. This is the way they handle to the customer.
          No One was interested to solve my problem. One of them told me that please call us after 6.00 AM, It's our sleeping time.

          as I remembered the name was Sunil and Rajendra.

          When I called 4th time Rajendra told me that the correct no. is[protected]. and you need to call from a postpaid no. till the time I wasted good about 45 minutes. and I am so dis-satisfied with the services which has been provided by you.

          Now I need justice.

          I want all these 3 names to be taken care of and strickly action has to be taken.
          I want the company name where airtel send their business to who are not deserve.

          WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER WITH AIRTEL.

          Reply me with the fax no. of airtel office and e-mail address for nodel officer and their seniors too.

          I am waiting for your reply. If You will not take this e-mail seriously My next e-mail will go to TRAI and I will ask them that this is the way airtel is handelling their customers.

          Airtel Ltd. — misbehavior of executive

          Hi,

          This is regarding Airtel broad band connection and that is the no. for the same [protected]...I wanted to mention something in this regard...I am totally disappointed with your services, due to those reasons:

          > COMMETMENT -When I Purchased that Broadband connection at that your service provider(outlet people) Committed me that at any point of time if you shifted frm noida to any other Delhi / Ncr Zone ur broadband 'll definitely shifted as per your request, in delhi free ofcoast n in ncr i need to pay only 300 rs...But When i droped request regarding shfting they guys noted down my request but no action was taken.

          > WASTEAGE OF TIME- I dropped a request regarding shifting of my broadband in b/w 17-22aug.2010, but no action was taken regarding this for more than 20 days, your executive suggest me to go to near by Airtel outlet and then drop a request, when I reached there i came to know that all lines are already choked there is no scope of new connection or shifting of connection, this wastes my time a LOT

          >FAKE PROMISES -Your Service Providers as well as your CCE(customer care exec) not having any proper info regarding the availability of net connection and did a fake promise that my Connection will be shifted in a week or in 10 day's but I waited For a month and no action was taken.

          >NO ONE HEAR VOICE OF CUSTOMER- Once i called ur CC department in the month of SEP and request them to drop a bill on my mail ID insted of my home address but My request was totally igored and now am getting the bill of previous month in a lumb sum.

          Your services totally disappointed me, and fails in front of my expctations,,due to your poor after sales services I suffered a lot as my all official works stopped due to fake info. that i always get from your service providers., and at the end due to no other option, i have to switch to other net service provider,

          And after 2 monts wen i received a e bill of my net connection i dropped a mail regarding this that my amount is to weived off, than also i have not received any revert on that mail, and now your recovery department called me to repay 3000 rs as a monthly bill + interest, as on 27th dec 2010 i paid the amount and already received NOC to stop that no.

          I am totally disappointed with your services..I 'll never take any of the airtel service in future and 'll never suggest any one to take that.

              AirTel — Unblocking of SIM

                Sir,
                I have opted for airtel digital TV connection through their call center by paying an amount of Rs 1850/- by credit card through their IVR menu on 17th March around 2 PM and the call center executive assured that the coneection will be given in the next day i.e 18th by 12.30 afternoon. from then onwards , I have made several calls to their call center and enquired regarding the connection till date I havn't got the exact time when I get the connection.

                In air tel customer is taken as granted and ,I fed up and finally I have asked to deactivete the same before the connection they are asking me to go the nearest dealer , I have not paid any amount to the dealer how can I go to the dealer.
                almost 3 days have been passed and still there is no sign o f connection.

                All the call center executives nd the floor supervisors are bloody holes .

                I need to approach to the consumer forum. what is the procedure.

                PL DO NOT BUY ANY AIR TEL SERVICES>

                  It has been over one month since I have been making request to the airtel customer care center to activate international dialing on my land line phone. The first time they informed that they would activate the same in 24-48hours. Never happened.

                  After that I again called about two weeks back. This time they said that they are having backend problems with their switches and hence international dialling to the USA is not possible. They are trying to fix it and the same would be activated within 24-48hours. Nothing happened.

                  Last night I again tried, but ISD was not available. I called their customer care, and the same answer as last time, was repeated "Backend problem with switch. Not customer problem. Its airtel problem etc."

                  I do not understand what is happening. I keep getting ticket numbers for the above problems. After 7 days I get sms saying "we hope your ticket has been resolved". But no, it has not been resolved. Airtel tells me that no Airtel land line user across India is being able to make international calls to the USA. Dont know about other countries. Can anyone verify the same for me?

                  How is it possible that such a large sized, highly reputed, india's one of the largest telecommunications company, not provide ISD facility to its customers??? It is ridiculous.

                  All I want is a simple activation of ISD facility and they cannot even do that much.

                  Airtel — International call activation

                  I have taken post-paid connection (Rs.999 for 1 years) plan from Airtel Delhi in May'07. At that time I have asked Airtel executive about the international calls. He had told me the call rates of the international calls. When I called up on Airtel customer care, they said I need to pay 1500/- IRS or it will be activated after six month. Now six month have passed when I called up on Airtel customer care again they said I need to pay 1500/- other wise you can't get this facility.
                  I have taken post-paid connection (Rs.999 for 1 years) plan from Airtel Delhi in May'06. At that time I have asked Airtel executive about the international calls. He had told me the call rates of the international calls. When I called up on Airtel customer care, they said I need to pay 1500/- IRS or it will be activated after six month. Now six month have passed when I called up on Airtel customer care again they said I need to pay 1500/- other wise you can get this facility.

                  Please suggest me what would I do?
                  I have the same problem with my airtel landline, I am new customer and I can not make an international call to Iran, I am very sad, because it is very nessecery for me to make an international call to Iran. I'm so sorry that the big company like airtel have a problem like this

                    I am using airtel internet plan of Rs. 98 & still using it & under this plan the amount for using internet should be deducted from the plan balance but we don't know somehow the money is deducting from our talk-time & the company is not responding too . My most of the money is wasted in just talking to the company no. which is 121 & the other money is wasted in internet plan as mentioned above. It was assured by them that they will refund our money which was deducted by there fault from talk-time , but it is not refunded yet. A person who is higher in post is not also picking up the phone after 5-6 min. & this charges are also applied hence our money is deducting again from talk-time .
                    it seems that this is Airtel's new way of earning from the customers . Nodal officer mobile no. is [protected] which was provided by customer care executive is not picking phone as well as customer care higher officer ranu instead of solving the problem said that why you have contacted to higher authority directly . My only request is that kindly look into matter on priority base and another is that I want my talk-time to be refunded. Thanking you

                    An open letter to Airtel.

                    Dear Airtel,

                    I am a smartphone user who bought a smart phone to use one! I see that you charge Rs 98 for 1 GB of data instead of 2GB now in Karnataka. Why is that so? Also, would it hurt you so much as to give 3G services on this recharge? I don't understand why a customer should pay Rs 800+ just to avail 3G on his phone & that too for 2 GB. Why are Networks such as you holding the nation to ransom? First, you guys cheat the exchequer ( not particularly Airtel, but the rest of the crew - mobile phone companies ) of Rs x amt just to get 2G licenses & now you clearly want to rob customers of the smart phone experience by charging so much for 3G. I think Rs 98 for 2 GB of data is a fair prices as sheer volumes opting for the service will determine profits. Its good not to be greedy and better to have happy customers.

                      Dear Sir,

                      Today (19-March-2010) morning, I have called to AIRTEL customer care 121 for GPRS activiation/deactivation. When I have selected the technical analyst option, they are starting charging 50 paise. When I called first time, it was waiting for technical analyst but no one has lift the call but still they are charging 50 paise. How can they charge to customer, if he is not speaking to technical analyst... ?

                      Once again I have called to technical analyst, this time technical analyst has picked the call and responding very slowly with low voice. But not mentioned his name when lifting the call. He is not providing the proper information and redirecting the call to some other to respond. If the Technical analysist is not able to provide the solution/information, then why they are charging the money... ?

                      Once again I have called to technical analyst, they are redirecting to some other number. Then what is the service they are doing to the customer - that tooo they are charging to the customer with out providin the information.

                      I think AIRTEL has planned to earn money like this by redirecting the calls, not responding lifting the call, speaking very very slowly with low voice and with out mentioning the technical analyist name, requeting the customer to call 121 for any queries....

                      From morning I have lost around 10 - 20 ruppes by calling to AIRTEL customer care but they have not provided the solution. It is a very very very very very very..... worst service from AIRTEL.

                      I too called customer care and shocked to hear that 50ps for 3 minutes.
                      Very very Bad. I can't accept it. Hope all airtel customers will think like me in this issue. Please protest this and send email to airtel. If it is not reversed no option, we have to switch over to some other operator.
                      Even for post-paid they charge 50P/3 min. I was shocked by seeing (of cus hearing) this. They have to shelve this. Very bad.

                      how can airtel charge a customer of them for the problem they faces while using its service. that's not their fault, it is company's duty to provide them proper services and if they face a problem then to solve that. it is not a fault of a customer if their number is not working properly or they get charged without any activation of a service...etc. then if they are calling they company's care service, and get charge for company's fault, that is very very bad. they are not calling for their entertainment... sir.
                      Crap.. Are u guys doing us some favour by helping us ?

                      and why we ask for Help from you guys ? as you ppl are lacking somewhere..

                      Do we call for time pass ro flirt with yr agents ? NO.. we call u to get help .. and u guys starting charging ?

                      I am also using Airtel prepaid. I really shocked when I heard about charging for their customer care. Shame on you Airtel. So far I've been telling everyone that Airtel is the best network in India. But now I have changed my mind. I am totaly disappointed. I know that TRAI is behind all these. And you got the advantage of earning more. This kind of heavy load on People will take India a decade back in mobile usage.

                      If a customer complains that you have debited 10 Rs from his prepaid account without any reason and it is true. Is that Customer's fault or yours. You are responsible for his money and he trust you. You have to give his money back and say sorry to him.
                      Not charging him. You have to pay for your fault. Not us.

                      mobile operators will definitly take advantage of this and start sucking customer's money by unwantedly increasing the conversation more than 3 minutes.

                      I don't know who makes this kind of stupid rules. Who ever it is please take it back. India has not crossed the poverty line Still. Don't think people became rich to feel happy about these rules.

                      I am damn sure that 95% of India's population don't like this.

                      As this is a consumer complaint website my complaint is mobile operators who are all charging their customers to speak to their customer care must take back that idea. TRAI should take action against this. This is a request.
                      ya.. same things happened with me.. I called Airtel customer care on 26 march 2010 from Chennai. They also deducted 50 paise from my airtel balance only for 1 minute(approx.).
                      I also called customer care 121 on 29th March 2010 and they started charging me 50p/3 mins. when heard, I was really shocked, even though talking to customer care is alo chargeble. There should be some law to SUE these bloody service provider.

                      I called for complaining like I wa not able to make any call either local or STD. When i asked them they told ther is some problem with system it will b rectified soon. What a bloody service is provided by airtel, , , If it goes like this I am planning to change the Number...

                      HAHAHAHAHAAA... Really its very embarrassing to know this type of news, Airtel is charging .50 Paisa for Customer care.

                      Day by day I am loosing confident on Airtel, being a POSTPAID corporate customer, they are behaving like greedy business enterprenur.

                      Folks - We need to check, what is the recommendation from TRAI, regarding this, else after some day they will charge more money for silly services( even to visit there AIRTEL outlets) 10/Rs 10 Mins ..hahahaha
                      Any one has come to the solution for airtel 121 customer care charging? If any one has found out solution, please let me know. This is very pathetic in india. every one is trying to loot out the customer.

                      I never thought Airtel will stoop to such a low level to mint money from customers. You are planning on taking over some African country mobile giant and this is what you do back home?? SHAME!!

                      I also tried calling 121, and when I heard this call will be charged I disconnected immediately.

                      Guys, we can do one thing. We must mass-boycott all their Value Added Services, like Caller Tunes, Radio Services, Chat, non-sensical alerts on fashion, diet, etc. Use your Airtel connection only to make and receive calls, send/receive SMSs. Do not participate in any quiz or other promotional programs. Let us all call the customer care and inform them why we are doing this. If a majority of people are able to do this, we can bring Airtel down to its knees.

                      Yes dude... you r right.. and also stop calling to customer service, instead go to the nearest office for any query. And let them start CHARGING for ENTERING INTO THEIR OFFICE also :-(
                      This is a big shame on Airtel.. Really I waited for 5 mins before the customer care agent picks up the call. This is pure evil.. Airtel, you are not my relative or friend.. I need not pay you to call you.. We call because of the problem in your service...

                      121 is the customer care number of Airtel,calls to this number is being charged 50p/3min. Most of the time this number keeps customers waiting. Is it right to charge customer for registering their complaints?
                      I feel, this is not good practice.Airtel might be having several reason for this...but question remains...why customer should be charged for Service provider's Fault?

                      Count me in am right now on the phone with the airtel customer to upgrade my broadband connection to a 4MBPS and on my phone it has clocked 17mins call with the customer care in 2 mins I have told him what I need and that I need this upgrade done. And fyi Iam still on the phone put on hold for the past 10mins and guess what Airtel is charging me for this wait. And the interesting part is I yell at the guy heelooo hellloo and then he says Iam sorry to put you on hold their system is slow. Does this mean that a customer has to pay because they have a bad infrastructure to handle a call?


                      I paused typing for a while after our modest and sincere executive got back to me with the req number. My call ended now and it has clocked a full 25mins of call just to upgrade my broadband plan.

                      Is there anyway that I can sue Airtel for this malpractice of making customer wait just to charge the mins? Please let me know anyone... This is becoming a regular thing by Airtel after the 50ps charge came into place, calls go real long than it used to be when the customer service was free. There is a lot of waiting involved. I think the officials need to severely punish for such malpractices. Iam totally irritated and frustrated.

                        Airtel is charging different rate for providing the broadband internet to various towns in the NCR region.

                        Below are the plans name : Al the below plans are unlimited data the broadband speeds are mentioned
                        DSL Surf 699 (Standalone DSL)(Delhi only) - 384kbps
                        Home 649(Airtel/DL/FL/010) (Delhi and Faridabad only)- 512kbps
                        Student 799(Standalone DSL)(Greater Noida and GHZ only) - 256kbps
                        Value Combo 749(Airtel/DL/FL/003)(Delhi and GHZ Only) - 256kbps
                        Value Combo 899(Airtel/DL/FL/004)(Not in Delhi) - 256kbps

                        Basically the complaint is that the same or better service is provided in the some towns of NCR and are being charged lesser. Where as it is just one common Telecom Circle. So why should the users in other towns pay more for inferior service. Will TRAI wake up to this.

                          Getting promotional sms even when activated the DND services
                          Hi,

                          My Mob no. is [protected](U.P) Airtel Prepaid Connection ../

                          I activated DND on 19/11/2009 Complain No 295000 .

                          Since I have taken this no.I am getting the promotional sms which i don't like & giving regular complaints for the same, the co. is also taking the complaint after a some time calls me & tells that they send a letter to the concern no. holder for the same & your problem will be solved.But again after some time i start getting sms & the same process is followed.


                          Inspite of regular complaints I am not happy with services regarding DND provided to me by the even the executive are also not so supportive & helpfull.




                          Kindly check & do the needfull.

                            My AIRTEL number is [protected].Two days back i got an SMS on my phone that your outgoing calls are barred due to non payment of your previous number [protected] of 1310rs.

                            Sir, i was using this number 1.5 yrs back and i surrendered the number ([protected]) after paying all the due amount.Now,all of a AIRTEL is asking me to pay 1310rs more on that number.

                            When i called the customer care they replied that they will not open my services on my current number ([protected]),until and unless i dont pay my due amount on my previous bill of my previous number ([protected]).

                            Sir, now i dont have any records with me of my previous number([protected]),as i was using it 1.5 yrs back.And when i m asking for the details from AIRTEL they are not providing me the details.

                            Please suggest me what to do.

                            I am a valuable customer of Air Tel since 09 Yrs 11 Month and 28 Days and in your Region (Rajasthan) from 05 Sep 2007.Now in the month of Jul 2010. i have planned for Vaisno Devi Trip (Jammu) . And i came to know that no Prepaid Connection (other than Jammu Local) will work in that region so i have approach to Air Tel Distributor in Mount Abu (Calli Teli - Mr. Praveen Bansal) on 18 Jul 2010. To please convert my Prepaid No to Postpaid No. is it Possible then he has told me that yes you have to again deposit the documents and Rs. 500/- and your No. will be converted in to Postpaid within 72 Hours. And the same required documents and Rs. 500/-has been deposited by me on the same day. Now till Date 04/08/2010.at 1540Hrs. My No. has not been converted in to Postpaid and Prepaid No. has been Also Stop Service including 121 Calling. in this Period since 31 Jul 10.i have approach to so many Your Official Staff and customer Care Executives including Team Leader and Manager of this Region no body has solve my Problem only thing they are taking time and telling that your No. will be start working soon. Now who will be answerable for my inconvenience and facing allot of problems in this period i hve approach to Nodar Officers in Mr. Manish he has also assuered me that your No. will be start working. even my Prepaid Balance is in this No.Rs.369.36 and also Rs. 500/ for Postpaid A/C. My Air Tell No. is- [protected]. Air Force Station Mount Abu.Sirohi Rajasthan-307501.and also i have approach to Mr. Abhishek No. [protected].Mr. Sunny.[protected].Mr. PraveenBansal.[protected].                               I have been a regular customer of AIRTEL Pre-paid service. I am working as a senior officer in a public sector undertaking of Govt. of India. On my transfer to Dehradun from Delhi I purchased for two Pre paid connections of AIRTEL in the month of January'10 one in my name i.e. in the name of Arvind Saxena (no. [protected]) and the other in the name of my wife Mrs. Ratika Saxena (no. [protected]) and submitted the required papers at the outlet from where I purchased the said AIRTEL prepaid connections. The same were duly activated and I kept on using as also recharging these connections. The verification of particulars was done on phone by someone on behalf of AIRTEL both from me and my wife to which we satisfactorily replied.

                              But to our utter surprise our connection was suddenly suspended apparently for non verification of particulars. On enquiry from the vendor we again submitted our enrolement forms with required identification proofs as advised by him. After subsequent constant follow up I was told that our pre-paid numbers have been deleted.

                              I request to the Competent Authority concerned at AIRTEL to release/restore these nos. in my and my wife's name as above, as these numbers are in circulation in our acquintances as also we recharged these and unutilised amount is still left in both of them. It will kindly be appreciated that I am facing a lot of hardship on this count.

                              I expect a reply please.

                                I am the curtomer of Airtel([protected]) and i am having Airtel Live and Airtel online active on my mobile.Two three days back i was browsing on my mobile and suddenly i got a message like you have been charged Rs. 99 for the java game downloaded and the amount has been deducted on my mobile on 20-01-09.and again i was charged Rs.50 on 22-01-09 .i don't no what is going on but i couldn't see any java game downloaded. on my mobile.. and even called to 121 and complaint on this matter... but i was not happy with there response... and was unhappy with Airtel.. even. you could even check this matter in your systems.. if you could find any thing on this matter..Hence i am mailing you hoping i will get my money back...waiting...for your positive response...Please send me message on this matter or you can even call number given above...

                                  I have taken this broadband connection ,i recieved my 1st bill with due date 15th of feb.of Rs.227.I had deposit Rs.300 on 16th of feb.,in Abacus communications south x-2. Since that day they have cut the connection for five times.And the amount has been not credited still.Also the landline phone is permanently cut and the company is denying for the payment made even after giving them the reciept number which is 472199. they are mentally torturing me by continuously calling for the payment,not responding on my complaint.
                                  kindly help in this case.
                                  ill pay my bill in october twice but due to negligence or deficincy in your service till now the connection is not maintainable i talk to senior executives of your even they don't know how to talk politely i am really being angry after seeing the services of your broadband connection after getting full payments of your all bills months after month how can they make your server down even nobody have to deal with these probelms a company promises to give everything but it hink employees forget it

                                    hi . i have a data card from airtel .no. [protected] even after my repetitive complains of poor connectivity and very very low server . no action has been taken regarding the same since 2 weeks. I have been speaking to costumer care executives TWICE DAILY SINCE 2 WEEKS.
                                    THEY FAIL to tell me the reasons for poor connectivity. and gave me a waiting time till 25th march with a typical answer that their gprs department is working on it.
                                    its is highly IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNUSUAL to know that it takes so so long to fix one problem.

                                      I had applied for an airtel broadband connection at my residence in New Delhi. The distributor took a cheque from me on 27th February 2010 and handed me duplicates of application forms with form no. 2091689.He assured me of a connection being installed by 2nd of march. The lineman came to me on 28th February(sunday) and refused saying that connection is not possible at our place as there is some technical problem with the only nearest tag available.

                                      I had discussed this issue with the distributor as another distributor from another agency has refused to provide connection 1 month before the incidence. But the distributor assured me that connection is surely possible at my place as he has talked and confirmed with his senior(Mr. Anand Gupta) continuously for three days. But then even the problem arose and no connection was provided to me. After getting fed up of all this I decided not to take any further connection from airtel and wanted to have my cheque back. I inquired the distributor(Mr. Taran) about the cheque, he suggested me to stop the payment of the cheque but by the time I could take any action the amount of 2500/- got debited from my account.

                                      Now I am waiting to get my refund back. In the meanwhile I tried to file a complaint on care.[protected]@airtel.in but I got a mail back with rejection of complaint asking me to add an airtel landline number in the usbject but i could not to do so as I am not having any airtel landline number.

                                      I hope for a feedback from any person from airtel.

                                        I too am facing the same problem from more than a month. I am fed up of calling Airtel customer care regarding the speed issue. Every time they give a new date for fixing it. All false promises. After I told them that will not pay the bill since i didn't receive any service from them, I got good speed for 2 days. But the moment I paid my bill speed vanished. Again it has gone down to 0.00KBPS with which it is practically impossible to work. Now I again tried to call Airtel customer care, and twice they disconnected my call without listening my complaint.
                                        Please resolve this issue or refund my money.
