I am the Customer of Airtel Last 5 years and I have the add-on numbers also, without disturbing Airtel cycle regularly paying all the bills.
A year back, I was having no from CUG Plan , after getting this number the problem was started within a month , i.e. unwanted services was activated from your side and same was informed to you through Customer Care through Emails, several request from my side to your Customer Care, no action was taken for 2 to 3 months. At that time, I am totally frustrated with your services, then I have decided not pay the dues.
After that Customer Care request me to pay the dues, at that time, I have requested them to stop the unnecessary services on my no and settle my account for onetime payment Rs . 500/- and the Customer Care Executive Ms Shruti & Ms Prachi agreed for the same and the same day Ms Shruti send a person Mr. Shankar to my residence and collected Rs 500/- in cash , ensuring me that services will be activated within an hour. After collecting Rs.500/- from me they deactivate the number also.
When I took the new Airtel no under RCUG Plan, due to non-payment of previous number, you have deactivated my new no..
Now let me know in your conditions, is there is any condition is non-payment of previous number which was not solve from your side, deactivate the new number. I also in a position to lodge the complaint in the Customer Court.
However, I would like to inform you that I am too much harassed from your side, kindly settle my issue and activate my new number ASAP.
Airtel Services dumped their unnecessary services on the customer, after requesting them to revalidate the services , they are not responding and charging the customer on higher rates.
I stopped the payment for higher rates, they stopped my services immediately. after reconsulting with the Customer Care, they are giving the false statement , they agree for one time payment and then not activating required number.
When under corporate group I requested for the new number, they are not ready to give the services , unnecessary harrasing for the balance payment of Rs. 49/-

GPRS-AIRTEL — New Mobile office
I have a mobile no.[protected] in which I wanted to have gprs monthly connection to browse internet and pid Rs.375 and got it activated. But to my surprise next day my service got disconnected telling me send an sms for activation. When i sent the sms they have charged Rs.20 and was going on for five days. Since i had doubt I got clarified from my friend that the activation is on daily basis and charge is Rs.20 daily. So on 30.01.08, I made a complaint regarding the same and I was informed that it will be attended to within 24 hours. But so far it is not attended and the customer service rep are not available on the line and only prerecorded message with lot of absurd reply is received by meKindly treat this as complaint and take action against the mobile company who is cheating the public and charging daily as well as monthly charges for gprs without activation.
