[Resolved] Airtel Landline — NO CUSTOMER CARE (APPELLATE OFFICERS PHONE OUT OF SERVICE)
On every bill for landline, Airtel is providing name, e-mail address, telephone no and fax nos of executives whom one can forward complaints. I wanted to speek to Nodal Officer or Appelate officer but for the last 2 months I am unable to get these nos. The nos are [protected] and [protected]. Why Airtel is giving these nos when these are always out of service.
