[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Bill — Not providing any details | |
I am an Airtel Post Paid customer. My phone no. is [protected]. In my June bill I have been charged for GPRS Roaming from Singapore at over Rs 20, 000. I have repeatedly requested airtel for billing details and how the charge has been calculated. They have refused to provide any details. Every response that I receive from them says "Your charges are correct". They have not provided any method of calculation of charges or any other such information which proves that the charges are correct. Singtel in Singapore sent me welcome message saying that wireless internet in Singapore is free of roaming customers. Still I have been charged over Rs. 20, 000 for the same service. Airtel Mobile bill — Wrongly Charged of International SMS from six months
Since, JUNE 2008. Every month airtel charging me International SMS, which I have never ever used.Every time I call their service center. They reverse all charges saying they will solve this wrong bill charges.But, till October they have not done any thing on this matter. I will suggest all of you never ever go for airtel connection.
Airtel Mobile bill — Bad server and service
I was using my airtel SIM from last 2 years, during that day it was ok, the service are also satisfactory. But not they have stoped my services because I have not clear the bill amt . I lot of time told to their customer care that send my bill to my e mail ID but they are sending to my rented address.Now i want to stop their service without paying their due.
Airtel Mobile Bill — Bill not Recived
This is a complian regarding my Airtel Post paid no.-([protected]) bill. I have taken the Airtel connection before 2 & half month, but till time I have not recieved a single bill. For this i called to customer care centre, appelette officer more than 25 time but they always given false statement. and still the problem is same. I am getting my other bills on same address, but I do not recieved the airtel bill till time . I have also told them if they can not deliever the bill than they disconnect the number but they do not doing that.I receive reimbursement from my company after providing them original bill, but due to not availabilty of bill I am paying from my Pocket. thats why i want to take other servises...

Airtel — Bill wrongly charged
Hello,This is regarding my landline services#[protected]. Airtel is providing worst services & making harrassment calls to my parents on a daily basis for bill collection. They stopped sending bills to my residential address after Oct,10 & suddenly in the month of Jan,11 they started sending bills with the penalty amount. I have raised several requests to them for discontuning of services but all in vain. Now they are sending bills to my home address on a weekly basis with additional penalty. Is there anyone woho could look into customer grievances & teach these people a good solid lesson so that they dont harrass any customer again.

Airtel Mobile — International SMS
I was not abe to send International SMS from my number. I launched a compalaint to Airtel stating I facing a problem in sending International SMS. Even after 2 months this complaint is not resolved.
