Dear Sir/ Madam

I am Satish Shrivastava, I am an Airtel user having prepaid connection [protected] which was taken a month back and it was working fine. But strangely few days back it got disconnected/deactivated without giving any prior information. I called the customer care, I have been told to visit nearest branch but the people over there is only saying that it has been PD .

Now they are trying to find the reason, till now I havent received any call on my alternate number.
Please let me know the reason for the same . My address is same as per my filed document, so i am unable to understand this.

    Dear Sir,

    I have got activated Mobile Office on my no., from last 1 week speed of Mobile Office is going very low, I am unable to open a single page on the the internet after a long wait, connection disconnects during the processing.
    Before one week i have actived mobile office at that time i was getting 460kbps speed but next week suddunly it falls to 115kbps..
    whats this is there any standard or not?
    And also i am not abale to call on 121.

    i am using airtel mobile internet of charges RS.395 per monthly. my problem is that its downloading speed is very slow. (about-1 se 2kb)
    i want to increase downloading speed
    MY AIRTEL MOBILE OFFICE SPEED IS VERY SLOW.
    SPEED IS - 115.2 kbps
    First they blocked bittorrent now they have cut speed to about 20 times slow.
    It is true they first blocked. Bittorrent. Now Downling is also blocked. Browsing speed has been reduced to about 10-15 times.
    airtel provide mobile office service is very bad when i surfing internet google page open after 5 minute this is airtel service
    but now days days iam using idea gprs 20 service he provided better speed
    i like it idea gprs service and mobile office service is same but idea provided higher speed and downloading speed is 25-30 kbps it is nornally speed of broadband but we can use mobile phone modem and connect pc and uses service
    i says that my friends plz uses idea services and happy its speed ok byyyyyyyyyyyy
    I have using Airtel(karnataka) 98 unlimited internet from 3 months.
    from last 1 month the download and browsing speed is reduced. it also OK..
    But, while downloading any file, the downloading process is stopped without downloading...

      We are waiting from past 2 days for net connection. Have already paid the installation fee. the Person came for billing said it will be done within a day. here we are struck in home n nobody has came for the connection till now. Horrible service. I will never recommend anybody to use Airtel again ever.
      Highly Disappointed.

          Hi. The hello tune services with Airtel is so very very sad that i don't get words to explain. I have this problem every time with airtel. I opt for a hello tune and it will not be activated for two days. Again i call up the customer care people, they do not know how to solve it!! They say application is down always, when i say 'always', i completely mean it. Every time they have this problem. And the next thing is, I happened to call a customer care executive at around 5:30 pm on 30th July, 2009 from Bangalore, Old airport road, the person received the call, when i explained my problem, he said, application is down and without asking anything further, he cut my speech in between and said "thanks for calling airtel" and disconnected. Just imagine!! This shows the customer service from airtel. Trust me, i am regretting for using airtel. I see lot of my frenz happy with vodafone and i am planning to switch to it as well. If this continues, airtel will definitely lose its popularity. THIA IS RIDICULOUS!! And am really really annoyed with it. I have mentioned the details of my call in the above lines bcz I want a strict action to be taken against the person bcz he did not respect a customer. And I have heard these things being done to lot of other customers as well. Airtel, wake up. Now I do know how seriously is this complaint going to be taken bcz no problem of the customers are actually solved.

          Your executive came at my residence for providing broadband connection and
          collect a cheque No 000020 dated 01 Dec. 2009 of Kotak Mahindra amounting Rs.
          1000 - and the same has been debited from my account on 11.12.2009. I had
          applied the broadband connection in the name of Tarun Sharma R o. H-83 Karam
          Pura New Delhi-15. Cheque detail is attached herewith.
          The mobile No of your executive is [protected] who collected the Cheque. He has
          given me receipt with SEF no. 2011667
          From Ist Jan. 2010 I am following your executives on customer care to install
          broadband connection or returned my deposited amount. But till date neither any
          reply received from your side nor refunded the said amount.
          As I have very need of internet connection. when no response received from your
          side and stated that no port is available there. I approach to MTNL and
          installed broadband connection to fulfill my requirement.
          I talked many times at your customer care and alloted the following IDs 1.

          Three months have been passed but payment has not been received. Lastly I
          talked with your senior executive Ms Rupa who assured that your amount should
          be returned within 24 hours but all in vain. I noticed many times that your
          customer care executing not attending my calls and they cut my calls
          meanwhiles.
          In view of above above my efforts no response is received from your side. It
          appears that your service is very poor and not tolerable.

          i never applied for friends chat inspite of that an amount of rs.30/- p.m. deducted on recharge

          when there is no balance, air tel never make any debits

          when a top up is made whether call made to or from other phones the deductions made without a mistake

          i request the authorities to listen to the voice of the customers

          stop deductions which has no authorisation of your customer
          i had applied for airtel broadband connection. bt even after 5 days there is no response from your service providers. they took 500 rs from me for connection and every time i call them the answer is same "bus abhi aa rahe h sir". sometimes they even cut my call and sometime there cell are switched off.
          please help me for this problem.

            AirTel — network problem n delhi

            i am in roaming.In roaming i have noe reciev the calland also not abl to make a call.there is no network in my cell.till panipat. i have full network but in delhi i have not signals

              I have forwarded a complain several times from 23rd june regarding my mobile no [protected] to disconnect my lost sim but still its working and asked for detail bill but not yet received.I have forwarded this complain to Nodal office Appelate authority and even to there relationship centres but no solution.please try to resolve it asap.

              I am jayakumar, (11.12.2010) i have lost my mobile and sim. I want to deactivate my sim card my mobile no [protected] (lost sim no). I have temporary prepaid connection no [protected]. No' of time i call to customer care still not no solution. No body tell dedicate answer only disconnect my call. and also i want to speak Teamleader But team leader not response he not pick my call (no' of times). what i do.

              Note: Airtel customer call people totally waste, include TL and trainer.

                  I have briefed them on two Issues

                  a. Being a 25 member group of Airtel, we are being kept under different CUG. Why ??

                  b. Mr. Vaibhav Singhal (M-[protected]) Customer Care Manager based at Karnal has

                  taken the Member List from me on 6th July and inspite of calling him again and again

                  not resolved the Issue for keeping us in One CUG.

                  We are unnecessary paying for speaking to each other in our team.

                  Request you to take the same on top priority, Else we will be forced to lie down all

                    Airtel's network connectivity has been good but experience with customer support has been horrific!! Some of the issues I have faced with Airtel:
                    1) Constant call drops. It seems that the executives/supervisors "deliberately" drop calls. It has happened over 5 times especially if there are any issue to report. Also supervisors do not call back in case of call drops.This too is frequent
                    2) A top up connection was offered to select two connections to which calls were at nil rates. The call centre executive informed us that the offer is for free. However it had a cost of Rs 75 a month.Though we continued with the offer, it was clearly obtained by the executive "fradulently" and "unfairly". Also customised detials show that calls to these lines were charged.
                    3) Request made for itemised bill details were not adressed.

                    All in all airtel has shown complete negligence towards customer redressal. I am sure Chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal did not intent the organisation to have deplorable service standards.

                    Landline Connection — Excess billinb

                    My Tel no is[protected] and my address is 2B AKSHITA, T38, 16th CROSS STREET, BESANT NAGAR, CHENNAI -600090, . I am out of India and before i left i contacted the customer care and told them to change from the existing plan to a minimum option of Rs.250 + taxes and they have confirmed me that the plan has changed.
                    but to my surprise i got a bill for Rs. 2063/ for the monthof August 2009 when no body is there.
                    Hence I request you to look in to the problem and rectify the same. If you are not in a position to do i request you to disconnect my phone connection.

                      I am using prepaid mobile number [protected]. On 18-07-09, I had zero balance on my account and you have given me credit facility on this prepaid line for Rs. 20/- for using Tata Zone which is not acceptable to me. Just now I have recharged with Rs. 122/- for T2T calls and Rs. 10/- for other calls.

                      You have adjusted the above recharged talktime value with the outstanding dues and I am not able to use my mobile inspite of spending Rs. 132/-.

                      This is not fair on the part of Tata which have a good reputation as far as service is concerned with compare to other service providers. Please refund the above adjusted value and allow me to use my mobile.

[protected], AM CUSTMER OF AIRTEL MOBILE LAST 8/10 YEAR, MY LAST YEAR AVG BILL 1200 TO 2000, BUT LAST WEEK FROM 24.7.9 THEY SHUT DOWN MY OUTGOING CALL WITHOUT ANY ENTIMETION OR NOTICE DUE TO WRONG UNBILLED AMT AROUND 22500/- (BETWEEN 2/3 DAYS CALL) IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. I ALREADY SEND EMAIL AND SMS AND TALK TO MR ABHISEKH AND MR GUPTA AIRTEL DELHI PHONE NO. [protected] BUT TILL TODAY 29.7.9 THERE ARE NO ANY REPLY. I M DUSTURB FOR MY JOB.

                          I am an Airtel Post Paid customer. My phone no. is [protected].

                          In my June bill I have been charged for GPRS Roaming from Singapore at over Rs 20, 000. I have repeatedly requested airtel for billing details and how the charge has been calculated. They have refused to provide any details.

                          Every response that I receive from them says "Your charges are correct". They have not provided any method of calculation of charges or any other such information which proves that the charges are correct. Singtel in Singapore sent me welcome message saying that wireless internet in Singapore is free of roaming customers.

                          Still I have been charged over Rs. 20, 000 for the same service.

                          Airtel Mobile — International SMS

                          I was not abe to send International SMS from my number. I launched a compalaint to Airtel stating I facing a problem in sending International SMS. Even after 2 months this complaint is not resolved.

                          Airtel Mobile bill — Airtel Mobile Bill not receiving at regular basis

                          Even after no of reminders on 121 as on date not recvd my airtel mobile bill & it has become regular problem now.

                          Airtel Mobile bill — Wrongly Charged of International SMS from six months

                          Since, JUNE 2008. Every month airtel charging me International SMS, which I have never ever used.
                          Every time I call their service center. They reverse all charges saying they will solve this wrong bill charges.But, till October they have not done any thing on this matter. I will suggest all of you never ever go for airtel connection.

                          Airtel Mobile bill — Bad server and service

                          I was using my airtel SIM from last 2 years, during that day it was ok, the service are also satisfactory. But not they have stoped my services because I have not clear the bill amt . I lot of time told to their customer care that send my bill to my e mail ID but they are sending to my rented address.

                          Now i want to stop their service without paying their due.

                          This is a complian regarding my Airtel Post paid no.-([protected]) bill. I have taken the Airtel connection before 2 & half month, but till time I have not recieved a single bill. For this i called to customer care centre, appelette officer more than 25 time but they always given false statement. and still the problem is same. I am getting my other bills on same address, but I do not recieved the airtel bill till time . I have also told them if they can not deliever the bill than they disconnect the number but they do not doing that.

                          I receive reimbursement from my company after providing them original bill, but due to not availabilty of bill I am paying from my Pocket. thats why i want to take other servises...

                          Airtel — Bill wrongly charged

                          Hello,

                          This is regarding my landline services#[protected]. Airtel is providing worst services & making harrassment calls to my parents on a daily basis for bill collection. They stopped sending bills to my residential address after Oct,10 & suddenly in the month of Jan,11 they started sending bills with the penalty amount. I have raised several requests to them for discontuning of services but all in vain. Now they are sending bills to my home address on a weekly basis with additional penalty. Is there anyone woho could look into customer grievances & teach these people a good solid lesson so that they dont harrass any customer again.

                          I have been charged 40 Rs for 14 international sms altough I haven't done a single sms outside gujarat. Also your network signals are too weak in my vicinity(GSFC) Vadodara.

                            Airtel — Stardust Bollywood subscription

                            I am Airtel no. user. My mobile no. is [protected]. Before about one month by mistake the subscription of stardust bollywood was started by me. I contected customer care for unsubscribing/stoping the service on my mobile. They said me to send a message on 121 by typing D Bollywood. I did so after some time a message come to my mobile that this service will deactiviated in next 24 hours. But after 2 days Rs.10 were charged from my account on account of this service.
                            Then I again contacted customer care on 3rd Jan, and they said me to again send a message. I did so. My request reference no. for that request was [protected]. After 2 or three days they again charged Rs. 10 on account of this service.
                            I again contacted customer care on 8th January, the customer care executive registered a new complain and the complain no. was 140146. They said that ur service will be deactivated by 12th Jan. But it did not happened. Again the amount of Rs. 10 was charged on account of this service.
                            On 14th Jan. I again called on customer care center and told them about their non-tolerable behavior. They said that ur account will be credited by Rs. 10 and ur service will be deactived.
                            I thought that service is deactivated but i was surpurised when Rs. 10 was again debited from my account on account of this service. I again called on customer care on 21st Jan. They said that the service is already deactivated from their side, but why Rs. 10 was debited from my account,

                            Please i request u to stop the service of stardust bollywood subscription of igmobi.com on my mobile no. [protected] and compansate me for the loss of amount on the part of failure of airtel team.

                            For the past 3 months i am facing problem with airtel wap services without my knowledge bollywood fusio animation and tadkalive hand been activated with my mobile no.[protected].And i made several comlaints with the customer care people regarding my proble still it is not rersolved and im a pospaid airtel customer for past 5 years.i had been charged excessively for those services please deactivate that service and revoke my charges which i had been charged for the same

                                    My company where I worked offered me to change the corporate cell phone they gave me to my personal number and I did the same on July 10, 2009 in Kamanahalli, Bangaluru with an ARC. I had a NOC from my company that they would pay all the dues till July 9th. Initially the ARc employee refused to get the application for transfer saying that the dues have to be cleared(In fact she was so rude at the face) - I said I cannot and I already have the NOC that states very clearly. Then I escalated to my company and they informed our company's rel mgr of Airtel and somehow reluctantly the ARC in Kamanahalli accepted my form. I chose the most prelim plan based on my usage.

                                    The system was down till 17th it seems and they said they would activate it by 17th. Fatima who is the CRM in our area promised that they would prorate it to my plan from July 10th - why should I be paying for the delay if Airtel is changing their system.

                                    About a week+ ago, somebody called from Airtel, gave me a tracking number and said she does not have any info if it has been transferred. How useful was this call? Then the next day when I called, they said you need to contact [protected]@airtel.in. Been trying them out and following up with my corporate relationship manager but as of today July 29th (19 days after my application) - I have been totally kept in the dark about whether the transfer took place. Followup up with emails has not produced any results. I am stuck now - I do not want to be paying high payments that my corporate plan has.

                                    No resolution till date - 19 days and going. Smply mind baffling about the inefficiency. I always thought Airtel was one of the better ones when it comes to customer service - here they have turned rude and arrogant, I guess.

                                      Hello I am Abhishek mantri, I have a airtel broadband connection on my no. [protected]. Before i had 999 unlimited plan then one day on 8 july 2009 i received a call from airtel executive that there is a new airtel broadband plan which is of 1299 unlimited, at that time i was much busy so i just told executive to mail me the details of that particular 1299 plan on my mail id.& according to that mail & my plan i should get 512 kbps speed at day time i.e 6 am to 10 pm and 1 mbps at night i.e 10 pm to 6am and on sunday full day i'll get speed of 1mbps. everything is fine except sunday's speed. There is no 1 mbps speed on sunday so decided to call customer care regarding my problem but i was surprised by what customer care executive told me, he told me that sir there is no such plan then i told him that i have received a call and a mail from airtel in which it is clearly mentioned that on sunday speed will be 1 mbps. then he asked me to forward that mail which i received from airtel and a screenshot of speed which i was getting on sunday. No action has been taken by airtel till now. I even have a complain no.22170032. Last sunday also i called up airtel customer care & informed my issue of speed on sunday then he replied that there is no such plan in which u should get 1 mbps on sunday then i told him that i have received a mail from airtel in which it is clearly mentioned that on sunday speed will be 1 mbps, then the airtel executive told me that you just forward that particular mail and your complain number to "care.[protected]@airtel.in" so i did that but what reply today i have received from airtel is " we would like to inform that one of our
                                      executive spoken to you on your contact number [protected] and found that
                                      you are getting the speed as per your plan. Further, we would like to inform you that you will get double speed in night only. "
                                      But what i would like to inform you is that I have not received any call from airtel executive since i have send mail to care.[protected]@airtel.in and if it is so that i'll get double speed at night only then why was i misguided by airtel executive that i'll get 1 mbps speed on sunday. It is clearly mentioned in that e-mail which i received from airtel that on sunday full day is 1 mbps and now they are telling that i'll get double speed at night only. This is the clear case of cheating customers for promoting sales. I m also attaching the screenshot of mail which i received from airtel.

                                      Kindly solve my problem & contact me as soon as possible.

                                        Hi,

                                        This is regarding my cell no-[protected] i had faced many problems regards to my A/c as some of the person at airtel (Ms.Surekha Shetty Zonal Officer) use to check my details of A/c frequently as incoming & outgoing details of my number, i had even registered a compalint against it on 23rd jan 2009 but there was no strick action taken for the same, due to that i even started getting blank calls and other persons calls on my cell number, i even got my number barred for incoming & outgoing for a day on 21st jan 2009.
                                        whoever i use to call if they are the airtel customer she use to check their A/c too for which i got a mental harrashment, as i had complaint many times to Nodal Officer for the same but there was no strict action taken against her and she continued doing the same thing, they even had barred my hotline number 121 and they stopped taking complaints against this and given me an answer saying that we can't take any action against it for that i mailing this serious complaint to you hoping that there would be strick action taken for it.
