Airtel — Network Problem

Though I got your contact number and email I'd before 15 days, I did not approach because I thought that million people are working under you with their heart and soul to give 100% customer satisfaction to retain them and to increase their quantity. But now it's a limit. I was 200% satisfied with services of Airtel but just because my whole family using Airtel. Till last month it was perfect and WOW experience as it was my favorite (Airtel) but later on I started facing problem in my incoming calls. My friends and relatives started telling me that my number is not reachable etc. Sometimes it was reachable but most of the times not. When I tried to call, it was totally silent after sometime the call was disconnected. I immediately logged a complain and got prompt response with the diplomatic answer that “Sir, your problem has been resolved." But again the problem was same. Again I logged complain and response was same but without the solution and they(Executives) were keep irritating me by saying that from our side there is no issue and instructed me to change the phone or to change the sim card from phone. First I changed my sim card to another phone but the problem was same then I followed their instructions and changed my phone (nokia 3110c to spice qt 53) and put another Airtel sim in my phone too, but problem was same with old number and new one was working perfectly at same location and in same pocket. NOW I PUCHASED A NEW PHONE (NOKIA C2-00) DUE TO YOUR NETWORK PROBLEM BUT STILL PROBLEM IS SAME.

In my third or fourth complain, your excutive called me and asked about the problem in brief. I explained everything then he politely said "Sir, I'll trace your number for 2-3 days, please co-operate." I said no issues wherein I have to spent 10-12 ours at my work place, I allowed him to call me any time 24*7. He was keep calling me and when my number was not reachable, he was giving me. On second day he instructed me to exchange the phone and sim and did the same and he found that there is no issue with the phone, as my second number was working perfectly in both of them. He requested me to co-operate one more day and promised me that there might be problem with network so I'll ask my field officer to visit at your location. Till now I am waiting for his calls....huh. He left everything in air and I was again.......... From my end I have done everything to support airtel but I don't think it will work anymore. I am about to complete my journey of 6 months with Airtel in Uttar Pradesh (Basically I am from Rajasthan my rajasthan Airtel number is still working properly on same location and same pocket in same mobile) and planning to change (portability) because that will be the best IDEA TO CHANGE MY LIFE & CONNECTING PEOPLE. As the company is expanding, the customer service is getting hampered. You guys are unable to provide them satisfactory services. Yes I know that you are the head o[censored]P West, so I'll wait for few more days. If I get solution....... Otherwise it's a TURN OFF.

Its very unfortunate that I compel to write to you as I have no alternative. Rather I am facing lots of trouble regarding internet service.
I am a customer of Airtel and I am using Airtel sim for serving internet. I am writting to you as last alternative as I have complaint them already and repeatedly but with no outcome. The service they are providing is worst. I cant serve internet consistintly or rather without any interruption. I used to get an average speed of 2kbps which is not comparable at all to the speed they are claiming in 2G service.

I am using a motorola A853 anroid phone and i am facing alot of network problem first i thought it was phone fault but later when i changed the sim i found that it was network problem of airtel plz look into the matter and resolve my problem

we are not gettin airtel range since morning.....there are lot of network issues ...we are unable to make or receive calls.......pls look into it as soon as possible...
Since last 2 days i am facing network problem in our area. When someone calls me he can't hear me & when I call out someone i can't hear the other person. The calls connect but no one can hear each other either time. Tried calling customer care but unable to talk to them.This problem is occuring in vasant vihar area only & in all airtel sims.I think its fault in the tower of the area.Please look into this urgently and help to resolve this issue.

Dear All,

Request you all not to never take Airtel Mobile Connection. Their customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. I made my 1st complaint on 3rd January 2012. The NODAL OFFICER OF MUMBAI replied asking to give them a time of 3 days within which my problem will be solved. 2 Weeks passed by and again I wrote to them on 18th January 2012 and then again on 20th January 2012 reminding them of their commitment. Again I got a reply saying that we will get back to you in 3 Days. Its 23rd January today and I am still expecting them to get back to me. I have been experiencing serious problems right from the time Airtel servers went down around 20th December 2011. There has been serious problems with my network connectivity and also with net connection. Net speed I am getting around 2.5 kbps to 1.5kbps on my Blackberry Internet Service. What kind of service are they providing to their customers. Is this the kind of service that we are paying such a hefty price for ? And the worst is they don’t even bother to reply back to us.

Mera naam kewal kumar hai aur main kathua district se hun 2 week se hamare area mein network nhi aa rhe hain...pehle full signal bar aata tha ab bilkul hi nhi aa rhe..signal Galak site se milte the pehle plz sir ek bar Galak site ko check kar do.. Aur jaldi se problem ka solution nikaliye..thank you sir

Jab mai apne Airtel sim se kisi se baat karta hu to first call me hamesha baat nahi ho pata hai fir turant phone cut karne ke baad call lagata hu to achha se baat ho pata hai. Ye prolem pichle one week se ho raha hai pahle aisa koi problem nahi tha. Mere kuch dosto ki bi yahi sikayat hai. Ye Airtel walo ne kya majak bana rakha hai. first call me baat kyu nahi ho pata hai. kya hame iske liye UPBHOKTA FORM me to nahi jaana padega???

i want to change my net work service because of high tariff and cal charges ,unwanted calls .Now i using Air tel,so i want to Go tata docomo net work service.
So i have sent to sms for porting ID.Then i had received unique porting id AX526462 and expiry date is 12/04/2012.
Then twice i received air tel regarding why i am changing my net work,so i cleared inform that your tariff and call rate are very high compare to Tata Docomo and everyday receiving lot o[censored]nwanted calls in my cell number.
He inform me that they can,t change network and they have a supreme court verdict about that.And Mr.Mahesh tele caller of Air tel talks with rudly,and saying wherever if i gone,i can,t change my net work.
So i want justice,i want change my network.
Sir how can i do it.

Hi i am Hemanth residing at Basaveshwaranagar Bangalore, I had given a compliant to the airtel regarding network problem in my area around one and half years back and it has been not rectified till date.
Airtel network problem. There is no signal, not reachable problem in airtel network for the past 1 month in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, near lawley road, Try to adjust network otherwise most of the students change their network.

Airtel — Airtel network not working

Aitel network is not working from morning. Never had this problem before. please look in to this immediately
