I am having problem with airtel network for last 1 month 2G network as well 3G network.... as i am working in a company i also cant change my no. coz my company clients & service engineers have this no. 3G network is not available in goa i guess coz i m not getting network in margao city which is the commercial capital of goa. wen i called up customer care bloody told me to change my handset m using a 3G enabled handset nokia C6... wen i told him dat if i insert a vodafone SIM m getting a 3G network on my handset then how can there b a problem wit my handset? then he says if m not getting 3G network then he said switch to GSM mode ie 2G mode. I also went to airtel office but they could not help me they are saying there might b a problem wit my SIM card.. i tried wit my friends SIM card searching 3G network but same results no 3G network..... plz help me i want to start 3G on my handset my no is [protected]

I have port my cell no.[protected] in to airtel from last 15-20 days, from the first day i am facing network problem in my office premises. please resolve my issue as early as possible.

Im the customer of Airtel network for the past 7 years, I use to put msg pack regularly, most of my friends are using aircel now in airtel we are unable to send message to aircel numbers. If we ask airtel means they are blaming on aircel, in aircel they blaming airtel. we the customer suffers a lot. For the past 11 days it being like this. This should comes to an end. we need some solution for this. I paid the cash for booster already 11 days went they wont extend the validity also. we suffering a lot. please take some action.

my airtel sim is not working in samsung 3310 where other sims are working in it.but my same airtel sim is working in my friends cell samsung s-2...it is showing as searching when inserted in other cell...

There are few More Nos which have been used in my office premises. Since we have been shifted to this office from Vasundhara on 20th November & we started our working from 26th onwards . There was a problem of AIRTEL NETWORK PROBLEM in my office premises. Not even a single tower works inside office premises. Due to which there is lot of problems in doing our business work. We had lodged a complaint on 26th November and the survey was conducted on 27th November and the engineer who came from airtel told us that booster had to be fitted & the problem would be resolved by 1st December. Till today the problem persists as same . Despite of several complaints in customer care telephonic ally & repeated surveys , Airtel is yet not able to provide solution. In fact they have started a new kind of practice that the customer care is not picking our calls from the numbers mentioned above but they pick the call when we try from some other numbers. Now they also says that no such complaint was lodged & network signal is proper.
WE WANT TO ASK BHARTI AIRTEL
WHETHER WE WILL HAVE A SOLUTION?
ARE THESE THE BEST SERVICES FROM AIRTEL ?
WHY THESE TYPE OF COMMITMENTS BEING MADE WHEN THESE ARE NOT BEING KEPT?
All these things SHOWS THE VERY IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF AIRTEL
All these things are forcing US TO GET PORT OUT to some other operator.

However at the time of delivery they have given Huwai dongle and i am not getting any network.
