I, on behalf of my friend I am putting forward a complaint. My friend is a subscriber to your service provider airtel pre-paid connection in Kolkata region bearing the following number: [protected]. Today, 31/12/2008 at around 10:00 AM in the morning suddenly his SIM card got Blocked without any apparent reason. We tried repeatedly to reach the Customer Care Service desk so as to enquire the reason behind the blokage, but to no avail. Lastly we decided to lodge a complaint through e-mail hoping to reach a solution to our problem.
Sir, you might be aware that today is the last day of 2008 and all will be welcoming the new year 2009 with lots of hope and faith. many of his friends, elders will be calling at his number to wish him luck, but this is turning out to be a nightmare for him.
I hope you will understand his problem and try to sort out it as early as possible.
