[Resolved]  Airtel — Postpaid Bill Payment

Dear Sir,

I have two Post paid mobile connections with Bharati Airtel as below - I have been trying to sort out the problem from past three months by sending mails and contacting the via phone and there is no proper response and finally they said they issue a notice on my connection.

This guys are damaging the name of "NOTICE", If we are trying to escape to make the payment or avoiding your calls or mails replying then you take legal action. I have been replying all my mails and contacted twice with Pradeep who work in part of Corporate.CollectionsKK team and explained my background of this pending bills, he said ok and agreed with my points and he said he will come back to me on this but I never see his mail or call from him. I called from different country from UK and charged for Rs. 250 and not bothered for that but even contacting and explaining the problem there is no proper response.

Regards to [protected] I have made full settlement in March Second week in KR Puram Airtel Store and the same day I went to Indira Nagar store to submit the form to convert the connection from postpaid to Prepaid and called Airtel team to request for cancellation everything went fine that day.

When I made payment in KR Puram Store they said there is no pending amount and you will not get bill anymore.

Then later I received the bill for April month and they requesting to make the payment, I am not going to make payment for this account which I never used the service after my final settlement . It's there problem and they have not cancelled the bill after my request also.

Regards to [protected], I am happy to pay the bill, But I would require a accurate bill, Because I made the full settlement on March 2nd week on the same day I went to Indira Nagar store and submitted the form to convert the connection from post paid to prepaid. Due to my abroad travel date extended I have used this connection to make calls so I am happy to pay this bill. but not for the current outstanding which they are showing because when I made final settlement on March 2nd week I paid without discount on my connection. So on my next bill I would expect some discount need to be credited to my account which every I made final settlement without discount.

I told them settle these both connections together so that I can make the payment .. but no one is responding properly and harassing me on this.
I would request you to kindly help me on this...

I am zohaib ali and my airtel land line number is [protected]. I pay my bills very regularly But again and again from past few months My land line gets disconnected in the end of the month. The staff at the office says that it is due to the credit limit. So, I want to sign an application in which i can get my credit limit exceeded. Please help me with it. Airtel Postpaid Connection — Billing Issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Airtel service from one year and and long back i have activate GPRS plan of Rs98 in which 2GB internet facality is free. I was informed that after 2GB data service will be utilized automatically service of internet would be deactivated, "which doesnt happen" and when I received bill, the amount of bill was Rs 12438.09 were as my credit limit was Rs 5000.

When I asked the airtel Nodel Officers about the same they are unable to provide the solution and not ready to waived off the GPRS amount. I informed them that I am reday to pay call charges and monthly rent buy they are not accepting.

Kindly Help me out with the solution.

Reg my post paid mobile no.[protected] discussed with too many executives called and asked them to submit ebill/hard copy details to the bills outstands which is nver provided to me for the last couple of months. Earlier o/s was rs.something around 800/- and now they are telling around Rs5200, but hoe? they are keeping mum.. recently have talk with Mr Gupta over his mobile no.[protected] reminding me to pay the bill and I asked him to submit a proper bill/ebill so that i am assured paying the amount due to airtel. On difference dates u people informed difference figures of amt. which i do not believe have spend. Like other fake calls from airtel, mr gupta is also not responding and not sending details of bills rather they tried to contact again but no remedial steps they are taking, why?

AirTel — Goes bill

Hello sir,

I have been complaining from the day I came to know that airtel has send me a bill with big amount. After talking to customer care I came to know that airtel has charged more than rs.1000 for gprs service.

I have give a oral request to airtel outlet at koramangala bangalore branch for gprs activation with 98 freedom plan . I have been informed by t ehem that it got activated. But now airtel customer care is behaving in such a bad manners and asking me to pay the bill. For this month also thr have raised such a huge amount though the month us not over. I ever get threatening sms that mobile out going service will be disconnected.

I kindly request you to help me in this regard as I will not be able to pay such a huge bill which I got due to airtel negligence.
