Airtel Postpaid Connection — Deactivation of Outgoing Calls
Dear Sir,I am having Airtel Postpaid connection & using this from last 2 years.I have made payment of Rs.350 on 21.10.09 via online transaction, the same has not been updated by Airtel & they have deactivate the outgoing calls.
I have also submitted the proof of payment i.e. bank statement,payment advice.
Airtel has communicated via mail that the issue will resolve latest by 27th Nov, but nothing has been done till now.
You are requested to look into the matter & do the needful.

i had payed my last month bill and also received confirmation massge from airtel 121 service.
Now one month back airtel again clam me same bill add new bill.
I have call to helpdesk they person also very good support to me he is blocked my sim and again I have contact with him he told me pay minimum payment than we activate the sim. I am not able used my account

I HAVE TAKEN POST PAID MOBILE CONNECTION WITH NO [protected] . INCOMING FACILITY ACTIVATED BUT OUT GOING FACILITY YET TO BE ACTIVATED.
