I am a registerd customer of airtel postpaid. I took this new connection few weeks ago. The problem is that the unbilled amount is not matching the actual frequeny of call being made out by me.
like if i have called a number which will cost me Re.1 for 2 mins for about 5 mins and so on. Now at the end of the day when i check my unbilled amount which i knew would not go above Rs.20 , it shows Rs.30. And day by day it adds Rs. 30 irrespective of how much i have dialed out.

When i wished to complaint about this it they told me that they do not launch complaint on unbilled issues. Which was ridiculous. As this would be the amount they gonna bill me on.
And till now, even after 10days they have not sent me the bill yet.

I am really goinig mad. A service they have.
Please help me.

Airtel customer care has been raising so many requests for a single issue I dont know reason for creating duplicate request numbers In the month of Dec2007 an agent named Sudhakar came to my home and informed that i need to pay 11500 due amount for the number[protected] I talked to his Team Lead Narsing Rao who informed that once i pay the amount he will be deactivating the number and closing the account I made a payment of 3000Rs on 12th Dec2007 Receipt number 29607 payment of 8500rs on 31st Dec2007 receipt number 29618 I gave the deactivation papers to the agent on the same day Narsing Rao promised me to send the Settlement papers in the 1st week of Jan2008 But they failed to keep up the promise
In the March Bill Airtel has added 2857rs to my number [protected] as a one time charge saying it is the due amount for[protected] when i called the 121 service they informed that[protected] number was active till the month of March and they have charged the rentals I explained the issue to the customer care agents and they said they will be arranging a callback from the billing I received a call from Krishna who was from the billing department he said that he will wavingoff the onetime charge and will be sending a new bill But was not done yesterday i talked to srinivas and he said that he will be activating the outgoing services within 45mins as the tools were down he also promised a callback from the billing depatment with 4 hrs whereas i didnot receive a single call from Airtel I called the 121 services at 3.15AM talked to Anil when i asked him regarding the information why there was no call made to me by Airtel he disconnected the call, After that i tried calling the 121 services for four times, Everytime agent picks the calls, keeps on Mute and disconnects the call, Later i called the 198 services and talked to Sai Krishna Kumar, he said he cant help me, when i requested for the supervisor he informed me that the supervisor wont work in the night shifts, his Team lead name is Sudershan . Again i tried calling the 121 services, result was the same they pickup the call and disconnects it . Then i tried calling the 121 services they answered the phone and the agent was again Anil as i mentioned earlier, when i asked the reason for the call disconnection he said there might me a problem with the network, when i asked him for the supervisor he also gave the same answer that supervisor works only till 10pm, unfortunately Anils supervisor name is also Sudershan . When i asked him the request number he again disconnected the call . Again i tried calling 121 services this time the call was answered by Govind, as soon as i gave my name, he too disonnected the call.
I would like to know the reason why this was happening . If this is the case with the customer care service hope its not worthy for the Airtel to run the 121 services . For all the reason if customers are requested to contact the Airtel office situated ar Begumpet, what is the purpose of 121 services where the customers waits for the IVR options to talk to an agent in the queue and when he reaches the agent they inform us to go to the Head Office . Today when i was calling the 121 services and press option 9 to talk to the agent, it asks us to send an SMS, why is that when the customer wants to talk to the agent it is redirecting to send an SMS, Are the Airtel Services FOOLING the customers making them to wait in the queue and later redirecting it to send an Query through SMS.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards deduction of my cell phone billing amount from the TATA Credit Card which is not as per the consent or instruction of the Card Holder (myself). In fact, a photocopy of the credit card was submitted to the Airtel (Bharati Cellular) as a supporting document. I don’t know, how did you entertain such transactions without my prior instructions and it is also crystal clear that the user’s name in the bill is RIMA, whereas in Tata Credit Card the name of the holder is REMA.

What about Business Ethics? Do you only believe in recovery? What about Customers’ Satisfaction?

I had cancelled my post-paid connection in the month of Febraury, 2008, of which I have two receipts collected from the Airtel Gallery, Chembur of excess payment adviced by the executives of the Gallery for conversion of mobile connections from Post-paid to Pre-paid, the executive of the Airtel Gallery promised me that both the connections will get converted within 48 hours in the month of February, 2008. Unfortunately, till today, I am receiving bills for both the post-paid connections inspite of my frequent requests.

Is it possible to get the aforesaid amount back or do I need to contact ….. ?

I would like to bring to your attention, an incident that has resulted in serious insult and loss of money due to the irresponsible behaviour of a staff member of your organization.

I am holding an airtel connection ([protected], Alwar, Rajasthan) since the last few years. As I wanted to change my plan from that of Rs 450 pm to that of Rs 150 pm, I had sent my wife to request for the change at your Alwar office (Road No. 2) on the 5th of August, 2008. After making the necessary changes in the system, the executive was seen joking and spending time with the other members of your team who were all standing around a PC which appeared to have something funny running on it, without telling about the details of when the change would reflect in the billing etc. Even after repeated requests for information on this, she was ignoring my wife who lost her patience and returned, thinking that the next month’s bill would be as per the changed plan. However, I have received the new bill in August for Rs 450/- though I had used the connection to make calls of the value of only about Rs 10/-.

Upon enquiring about this anomaly today, I was told that the billing cycle starts from the 5th of every month blah blah, which should have been told when my wife requested for the change. In that case, she could have been able to disconnect it then and there. As I am upset with this kind of ethics from a so called reputed organization like yours, I decided to discontinue the connection. Upon asking about details of the formalities of discontinuing, I was told that I will have to pay the said bill amount.

I am not willing to pay any money more than that of the changed plan as I am totally justified in doing this. Your executive did not answer my wife’s queries and kept her waiting while fooling around with her colleagues.

I need a fair dealing in this case or else I may be forced to take this to consumer court.

This is with regard to Itemized billing charges on my monthly bill for August 08 and September 08. Further to the telephonic enquiry by Airtel team to activate Itemized billing
facility, I accepted to have it in my Plan. When I found that August Bill was not delivered to me, I called Airtel service represtative and requested him to deactivate the Itemized billing facility (unbenifited) on my Plan. Soon after 2 or 3 days I got a SMS confirming that Itemized billing facility has been cancelled from
my Plan.

Meanwhile, I chose Airtel online account for viewing my Bills every month and making payments as well.
When I checked online for September 08 Bill, it reflected an outstanding balance of Rs.30 (charges for itemized bill for the period of Aug 08) plus charges for September 08 (i.e. Rs.60 in total). In view of this, Let me ask you 'How can a service industry charge people unwantedly since there was a SMS confirmation on deactivation of this facility from Airtel in August 08 itself. This appears that Airtel does not have a standard Finacial / Billing management.

Moreover, I have contacted Airtel service representatives numerous times to remove the unwanted charges imposed on me but so far they have not done anything instead of making false statements everytime. Last month, one of the Airtel service representatives called me to follow-up for payment as I was delaying deliberately to get a positive response regarding the existing issue. After being assured for the removal of said charges, I made the payment online. Surprisingly, this months' bill has shown me again the outstanding balance of Rs.60 (as stated above) plus a late payment fee for last month.

Altogether, I am asked to pay Rs.110 which appears in my account as outstanding balance! However, just to avoid any further late payment I have made the payment for current month leaving the prolonged
balance which I do not owe. Airtel service representatives are really pathetic when an issue is dealt. They communicate like a Tape recorder always!

Can anyone assist as how this irregular service is brought to the public.

1. not getting the appropiate discount which was charged in favor of value addeded charges for SMS was for Rs. 225.00
2. Placed a request to change the bill plan as on 30th of March 2009 with the billing plance Airtel199 from Airtel 444 plane.
3. Mailed so many times to Airtel on line but no response received from your side regarding this. Below is attached mail which is showing how many times I have mailed to you but you send an automatic mail of confirmation of receive the mail only. No action received from Airtel customer care side.

Airtel team & Airtel network is becoming is becoming very worst now-a days , after 10 to 15 days of bill generate & due date is over also Airtel is not sending the bill ( Hard copy or soft copy ) when we go for customer care centre also no proper responce , every time customer has to beg on airtel help desk peoples for any concerns , i have got fedd-up because of airtel network issue & billing query problems

In november 2012 I had applied for the airtel 3G datacard service (Internet Dongle ) .I subscribed for a package which would charge me Rs750 for 3GB and after 3GB 80 kpbs absolutely free.This ensured me my bill would not exceed rs 750.However when i received the call for verification they informed me a pack for 5GB at Rs750 is activated and after 5GB 3p per KB.So i went back to the airtel gallery asking them how did this happen .The person who had done my formalities for connection told me, its a mistake and they havent activated that package.They convinced me it will be sorted and sent a request for change of package .But next month i got to know still the pack hasnt been changed .Hence again I went to airtel gallery .He sent another request and told me not to bother it will get changed the next month ..However March 10 2013 my data services were suspended as my bill amounted to 2347 .For the next two weeks I was running to and from airtel gallery making calls sending emails.The airtel gallery officials were very rude to me, being a lady they kept me waiting and throwing attitude and finally washed their hands saying theres nothing they can do to directly mail airtel. In my mail pleading for some kind of help as it is not my fault the wrong package has been activated . I was told an amount of 750 has been waivered and posted and another 400 will be waivered in month of april .However I recieved an sms again reminding me to pay my bill, the waiver did not reflect hence i informed them .They confirmed the waiver will reflect in the bill .I got a call from airtel saying an outstanding amount of 1500 is pending to pay it off asap.Since I couldnt remain without an internet connection anymore I paid an amount of Rs1000 and my internet was restored . However yesterday ie. 6/4/2013 I was informed an outstanding amount of 2800 is pending and my internet is suspended once again .They claim there is no mistake in the bill .On the otherhand I have recieved paper bill of 3800.I am trapped in the game of airtel. Sick of calling their customer cares who keep diverting you to other numbers or keeping you on hold .Please help me

    I am Abhay Dubey, using airtel preepaid sim card for one&half year, but last one or two month i am facing lots of problem on std calls i was complend lots of time in coustmercare but they are not serious on my complen they alway be give me a time period but this type of problems are not disolving by them.
    when i reach at airtell outlets they are not leation my complens. That situatation is painfull for me.
    Due to this problem i am losting lots of importent calls, & money also who will bear this loss, iam not able to bear this type of problem.
    So compney give me which is faced by me and my company.

      I have done my DND ( Do Not Disturb ) registry with the mobile operator six months back and still receiving calls from telecaller despite of my repeated compalints to the operator, i have complainted them for more than 20 times and to my surprise i still receiving calls from barclays bank where they commited that they have already done the procedure of stopping the calls, i also request them to send me a copy of their communication to any of the concerend copany and department in any black and white form but i have not received any of them till date. can anyone advice me how to sue all these agencies and parties involved the the process including mobile services provider, TRAI and the company or agency involed in calls. As per the guidelines drawn by the TRAI and Supreme Court as a consumer i can demand a penelty on them in any form. Kindly advice.

      Idea Cellular — Receiving calls despite DND

      I have been receiving calls from idea despite my mobile no. being activated for DO NOT DISTURB.The latest call was from [protected] on 31st may09 at 11.35 am.the number as can be seen is not easy to judge that it is from idea.And i recieved another call from this no. only on 26 may at 9.55 am and i had told them that i am registered for DO NOT DISTURB but it seems they are not bothered.kindly look into the matter.
      stop sending commercial calls/sms to my number with immediate effect. i had activiated the same many months before and still receiving them.

        I have take SIM connection from Sikkim due to faculty appointed in Sikkim.

        As verfication has been completed by Airtel Customer Care but after one month a message has come from AV-Airtel that ur outgoing service will be stop due to non submission of valid documents. I have properly submitted the valid document, then also after 7days I again submitted my valid docs to the retailer and he have submitted to his dealer. I hope that the docs have been reached to its destination. But from my mob. no: ( [protected]) outgoing calls has not yet been activated???
        What to do???????

          I have purchased airtel prepaid connection in the month of June and within one I have recieved many messages in relation to subscribing for hello tunes but I have not subscribe it but I don't
          why they deduct the amount from the talktime and when I register
          the complaint with them they had just allot complaint no. [protected] listening to the complaint and no feedback is recieved by me to my satisfaction .And I call them there executive respond in a wrong way .

          Airtel Prepaid — cheat and fraud

          i got a call from airtel service, i was offered a service of hello tunes at the rentals of 15 rs p/m and free downloads(i.e there would be no money debited from my account to change the song) but wen i changed the song i was charged rs 15/-.i tried to contact the coustomer care service i.e 121 but whenever i try 2 call the 121 service it says this number does not exist. my prepaid no is [protected] it is registered on my mothers name.
          I have Purched airtel prepaid connection and submitted my necessary document .
          but before some days I have got a message that please submit ur enrollment form for this prepaid account.

          I called to airtel prepaid mobile customer care at 09:43:25 pm on 15 september. Mr. Satpal attended my call but he did not reponse to my quries correctly and shouted on me too. On telling him that he is not giving right information to customer he disconnected call and after that I am continuously getting messeges to my regarding airtel MMS settings. That is a wrong request that they admitted and overall I am getting disturb. Again I called to customer care at 10:14 pm Mr. Adarsh picked my on telling him about Mr. Satpal he said I will not help you out, and also will not tell this to floor manager. Airtel services and customer care are becomming worst day by day. Plz see to my complaint I am facing msgs problem from your side unneccessarily, so, plz see to my problem and do my needfull as soon as possible. I shall be greatfull to you.

          i agree with the complainant. i too have a similar experience : there was an offer 'that if i got a recharge of 80/-i shall get 80/ talk time' but what was credited to my account was 70.53.
          a large number of compaints to customercare and 121 have fetched different replies:"that the rest amount will be credited in next 48 hours; 2-that i got the recharge on the next day and therefore less credit-it will be pertinent to mention that i asked a custom care executive about the amount i will get that day, 3-and that i had been given the right amount of credit etc etc; which of their replies are correct???????
          they think they have tired me out; but it is a straight forward case cheating on the part of Ait Tel and i am going to pursue it.
          i got missed call everytime & everyday from this no [protected]. what should i do? my airtel prepaid no is [protected].

            I don't understand why you people are not responding for closing the issue. My concern is ICICI Bank has debited Rs. 492.12 from my credit card for the payment made to mobile No [protected], which is not reflecting in your system. You have taken 60 days and still not even a reply or a call has come from your end.See the continuation mail that how many executives have given TAT and no one has replied on their TAT. I am excepting a prompt reply on priority basis.

                Dear Madam
                I am using the said mobile connection for the past two months.The same was totally disconected from today(11/07/2008) 16:00 Hrs. In my mobile i am geting SIM registration failed message and if i call to this no from outside i am getting "number not in use". Then i called ur customer care got reply from repsentative that "This no has been withdrawn due to non usage for the past two months". I brought this SIM and recharged one year validity card and top up for Rs.301, 202 done. Booster pack also done on 13.06.2008. till today 16:00 i have used this no. I[censored] have any doubt you can check my usage details.till its having aroung Rs.70 balance.I request u to kindly verify and activate my SIM as soon as possible.I have intimated this no to my relatives and friends.

                I have taken a Airtel connection on 13.05.2008 and Submitted all documents to the retailer.But i was received SMS from your from airtel stating that unable to confirm the details during your address verification visit for further details they given contact no [protected]when ever i am trying i am to contact the said number i am getting no answer message.Now they blocked outgoing from my Mobile no:[protected] for non submitting of Documents.I went directly to the retailer where i submitted the document and enquered. They confirmed that submission of document. now what i have to do and when it will be activate.

                i recharged my airtel prepaid with rs.97/- booster pack last month on sept 26th..and it has not yet been a month and booster pack lost its validity and even without any intimation Airtel stole rs.11/- and i have zero balance. I am now helpless and not even able to call hectic customer care. if money is the only moto Airtel has, then why you people just beg house to house requesting pennies rather than running this so called notorious fraud business. sorry for being very rude. i am very much frustrated.

                If this still continues, we customers one day pull all the service from you and you will be bankcrupt.
                I purchased the Airtel USB modem from Roshan Telecom, Kodambakkam on 05.06.08.

                Since then I am facing problem with the product.

                When it was purchased, I was told the speed will be upto 120 kbps.I have used the product in the following places in and arround Chennai also in outside Chennai.
                Even when the Signal level shows full bar. I never seen a speed beyond 10kbps. On an average, I use to see only 1 kpbs. Most of the time, I use to see between 0.00 to 1 kbps.
                Now the situation has become still worse, it is often giving an error saying " error in connection"

                On 18th as recommended by Airtel, I called the Airtel's authorised service centre's personnel (micromac - the manufacturer of the product) to my place at East Tambaram. At that time coincidently, the signal was very week. So Airtel and the service engineer blamed each other and the day went with an entertainment.
                Prior to this I took to the place where I purchased, they said the instrument is alright, connection settings at Airtel need to be corrected.
                On 22nd a female call centre executive called me at 11.34 AM and asked about the reason for disconnection. I told her I really do not wanted to disconnect. As the connection in all the area is poor, and as the Airtel is repeatedly failing to solve the problem. I wanted to disconnect provided, I should get the full refund for my USB modem for which I have paid Rs. 3000/-. She said she will arrange some one to collect it and get the refund. If it is getting disconnected.

                Since yesterday 22nd late evening it got disconnected. Yesterday night I contacted the call centre, an executive told me that someone is working on my complaint, next day morning it will get rectified.
                This morning when I contacted, I was told that it got temporarily disconnected. When I asked for the procedure for surrendering the modem. Now they say that it is not refundable.

                As you know I am a Management and Technical Consultant, meeting CEOs and MDs of various corporate giants and their executives, On seeing this product my clients are asking about the performance. I am not in a position to recommend this product. This product cannot be recommended to anyone. Because they say the product is not refundable.

                    Dear Sir
                    Last sunday i tried to download one motorbike gp game through Airtel live . During that time i am having a balance of nearly 60 rs . When i try to open and view the game its directly go to downloding mode with out showing the kit prize . But suddenly in my dispaly it shows installation failed and stop downloading . But around 50 rs was dedected from my accout .

                    Immediatly i contact with Customer care they says system not updated .later i have received one massage from airtel .they will contact me with in 9 working hrs . but they never called me . again 3 to 4 times i contact with customer care . But i am not yet get any valuable fedback from customer care .

                    I never expect this type of feedback from customer care .

                      I am the customer of Airtel Mobile Services. I am using the post paid sim card. My cell nos. [protected].

                      There was a major fire took place in the unit of Airtel last week and for some days mobile services were disrrupted. Now, day before yesterday I have received an sms that now the services are alright. But, so far I can't dial from my cell phone as well as most of the calls are not coming on my cell phone.

                      Airtel Mobile Services — barring incoming outgoing calling facility w/o notice of the customer

                      Airtel customer care:
                      Irrespective of making the bill payment... u pple hardly bother to update the bill fulfillment details at all branches.. i reside in Pune and i get calls from Mumbai Airtel office to pay the bill...... i had updated the Pune call center office regarding the bill payment. Instead i recieved calls from MUmbai AIrtel office from a guy called Ankush, who is such rude n harassing chap. i request Airtel service to take necessary actions n do the need ful.... i suffering the brunt irrespective of making the payment.
                      to top it all i dint recieve my billing details on time... the due date was 24th Oct n i recieved the bill on 4th Nov... How do you pple expect the bill payment on time???
                      Please find a work around. or i have to strict actions on this matter as i had much of it.

                      AirTel — Outgoing facility barred

                      This is Anjani want to draw your kind attention that out going facility deactivated several time from my Mobile no [protected] within 10days, however cr bal is sufficient.There is no any custome care No. provided by airtel to say the problem.Only customer can sent message on 121, this facility auto stopped also when outgoing facility disrupted.Situation of customer care Patna is very crucial.If a customer want to lodge complain or inform the problem with customer associates, He will have to present 10am on the door of customer care.Thereafter he have to stay in queue minimum 3 to 4 hour. Can I trust on airtel to resolve my problem after receiving my message and give facility to customer, to keep their problem to customer associates by phone.

                      i came here bangalore from chennai for 2 weeks, eventhough i have sufficient bal i couldnt make any calls, i dont know what is the reason, i dont activate any call baring services. my mobile only receiving calls...

                      I have informed Customer Care, Visiting Executive, Relationship Manager, Account Manager & Airtel Appellate Officer for Maharashtra. Till now they didn't even bothered to Reply, phone call of email. This issue for Mobile # [protected] is pending from since last 10 days.

                      i m frustrated fromAirtel service. also from 121 ..from last 1 month i have not able to create friends group from my friends card actually i had brought 3 friends card for my family members. not able to create friends group in these card the message from cug is that the no. is already a group member .these r new card these r not a member of any other group also i confirm from 121. from customercare also says that the no. with which i want to create group not a member of any group . but all time cug reply that these number r in group so not able 2 create group .

                      AirTel — incoming-outgoing barred

                      I got an airtel sim on 1st week of september, used that number for 10 days.after this period i got a sms from airtel saying that 'outgoing is barred for your number'.reason is 'not submitted required documents'.two days after receiving this sms i submitted all the required documents at their RELATIONSHIP CENTER.the customer care said that it'll take max of 48 hours.but now...it took almost 3 weeks.my complaint was still not cleared by the damn AIRTEL ..

                      Airtel — facility barred

                      I have been barred from using my Pre paid no.[protected] for want of verification of papers/identity, although all papers were submitted by me at the time of purchase. I have again submitted all the papers 4 days back but the phone has not yet been restored despite false assurances by call centre. Call Centre is nothing but to befool the innocent people. They ask to hold the phone for 10-15 minutes and disconnect the line. This high handedness of of Operatiors must be checked and suitable penalty be imposed. Further, I will make maximum negative publicity against Airtel. I am a senior Executive in a nationalised bank.

                      i am jagdish kumar having airtel mobile number [protected], and i gave application to conert my postpaid airtel connection to prepaid connection where i have paid all the balance amount and extra prepaid charges and i am shifted to mumbai, after coming to mumbai i am using the prepaid simcard which they gave and through that simcard i am not able to call nor i can i receive any calls even i am not able to call customer support centre(121) also, but i can receive and send the messages, please rectify my problem since i shifted to mumbai i am not able to commumicate to any person...again please rectify my problem

                      Airtel — Barring of services without notification

                      The outgoing services on my phone has been barred without any kind of notifications since last two days as their audit is on. The reason given is that there was no activity from my side servicing Airtel hence all those having dealer plan will have to switch to normal plan.
                      But my concen is firstly the activities had been stopped since many years and also we did not receive any updates from their side on the same. Also why was it not informed to us earlier before dicontinuing the service as i have been paying my bills regularly on time and even though there were several billing mistakes we adjusted to it and now this is the kind of service we are getting from them. Also they are not keeping it on till i take a new connection.

                      prepaid but some reason they are stoped my out going call sudenly, when i call at 121 he told we dont have complete documents. i dont now why they give me trouble.

                        To view the itemised bill and other details i need to login to my airtel account, for which i was visiting www.airtelworld.com. now when i try this webaddress there is no page found. i spoke to cust. care they gave me a new address www. airtel.in, and now even this address is not working correctly. i donot know what to do. people at aritel do every damn thing other than what they are to do. please somebody help!!!

                        this ebpp website is one chutiya of a website, registration is a nightmare, no error messages at all, just says cannot complete registration, used some random user name for registration like "fsdfsdaf" and it accepted, so looks like my name was already taken, what a way to find out such triffle issues.
                        after that recharge is another trouble, just keep showing me blank page on each submit, just impossible to recharge from this site, guess thats why they are offering 10% more if you rechage thru website, what the [censored]. just useless crap of an application.

                          1. Paper bills not received for last 3 months and no actions by service provider after regular complaints.
                          2. Bills not visible online also on my e-account. Several complaints were made ( Reference number[protected], 17596031, 1752662, ) but nothing meaningful has been done as off now. The problem still remains the same. I still cannot view my last 3 months bill details ispite of having an online account.
                          3. The complaint was not even resolved after sending several "NO" messages to toll their free feeback number.
                          4. Because of this i am not been able to claim my official call bills from my company for last 3 months.
                          5. It seems that they do not want to take any responsibility for their system failure and that they do not have any duty towards the customer against the price that they are charging.
                          6. Moreover today on airtel.in there is no login ID display. The only thing which is displaying is their this Quarter results which they want to share with their investors. Whish means that no body can have access to bill details today. Should not they make alternate arrangements for customer to view their bills

                          I got a Airtel postt paid connection in 21 Nov 07. My No is [protected]. Monthly detailed bill for the period from 21 Nov 07 to 10 Dec 07 has not yet recd.

                          Airtel — PAPER BILL NOT BEING RECEIVED

                          i AM NOT RECEIVING PAPER BILL OF MOBILE NO [protected]
                          FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS INSPITE OFSO MANY COMPLAINTS ON 121 AND 198. i HAVE TO RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FROM MY OFFICE FOR THE SAME. mOREOVER i AM ALSO Payinglate fee

                          i have been calling to customer care to send the bills, but we have onot recd any bills and diconnected the services, when we called to the customer care one person telling that alreday the bills are delivered and the another one is telling that there is no requst for u to send the bills etc.
                          not at all satisfied with the services, even when we want to register in airtel the page it self is not opening to us.

                            Dear Concerned Person,

                            Myself is Amit Kapila working as Agency Manager in Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Mohali. I bought new airtel (Postpaid) corporate connection ([protected]) through Bharti Axa on 10th of July, 2008. I submitted my two proofs. My Driving License copy as a ID Proof and as my address proof i have submitted in written on my Company's Letter Head as per instructions given by your corporate dealer in Chandigarh i.e. Strategic Marketing Co. Ltd., Sector - 17, Chandigarh. On my License, there was our old address and verification executive gone to our that old address as i already told them that the address i have given on my company's letter head that is our present & permanent address. On 13th of july, outgoing barred on my number, then i called up Customer Care Executive & Dealer (SMPL) for then they told me that i have to submit documents again. On 16th i have submitted my same two documents to executive of SMPL (Mr. Bhuvesh & Mr. Laxman) as per instructions by them. They told me that your number ([protected]) will in service again till 12PM (Midninght of 16th July). My number got service again on 17th of July. Now, after five days again i am facing same problem. My outgoing again barred on 22nd July. Kindly confirm from your dealer that why they are harassing me and making scene again and again.

                            I already have 3 more connections of Airtel at my home 2 postpaid & 1 Prepaid. But till date we never face any problem. But now, we are facing very much problem due to mistake of Airtel Dealer.

                            If this number ([protected]) will not get any service again then i will not pay a single peny or any outstanding payment against this number ([protected]) as i have already escalted this number ([protected]) in my corporate circle & Friend Circle.
                            You can better understand how much problem i am facing.

                            Kindly arrange to confirm from dealer or please activate outgoing call facility on this number ([protected]) at the earliest possible.

                              I have not signed any contract/agreement with any one to transfer my number & I have not sent any SMS for deactivation of my number.

                              My SR#17366470, for which due date was 10th July, 2008

                              I have spoken to nodal officer desk on [protected] (fifteen days back). they has not given any SR# and told me to wait for few days.



                              I have received airtel bill for my number ([protected]).

                              If you want, I can provide my Airtel account number, SIM card Number, Bill number etc.

                              I think you don't have any power to take action on your employee, because your employees are doing whatever they want.



                              This is the forth time airtel has changed/disconnected my connection without informing me.



                              Now my SIM card is displaying "SIM card Registration failed".



                              I spoke to customer care (3rd July 3, 2008 at 8:15 pm, from my alternative number) more than 50 minutes with Mrs. Nadini & Mr. Venkatesh (Manager).

                              They are telling the number ([protected]) is allotted to some one else.



                              Day before yesterday I cross checked with customer care and they told that this ([protected]) number is in my name.



                              But now they (customer care) are suggesting me to go to any airtel outlet and take new SIM card they will provide new number.



                              But when I requested them to raise a complaint and give me ref. number. but they are refused to raise complaint.



                              i have made received call with the same number ([protected]) now i am unable to make /receive calls.


                              You should activate my number ([protected]), or else I will go to consumer court.

                              My previous Ref. No. is 17288849 airtel has closed it without informing me anything.

                              I was received and made call for two days (27 & 28 June 2008) also in roaming with the same number.

                              Some one has made call to me and told “I am calling from airtel and we will provide you new number” but I was refused to change my number.

                              Now my number is not working.

                              When someone call to my number there is announcement saying “invalid number”

                              I had spoken to airtel customer care (from my friend cell) and they have given me ref no. 17288849, they are telling that they did not find any data base with my number.

                              Today, Monday 30th 2008, I have visited airtel office which is opposite Jayadev Hospital, Bannerghatha road Bangalore.

                              And spoke to airtel executive ( Asha Rao), she told that my number has changed.

                              How can airtel change my number?

                              I think one of your employ had made it intentionally.

                              Could you take legal action on your employee?

                              And reactivate my number [protected]

                              I have paid 300+199+100= 599/- rupees in cash for this number.

                              Further to my teleconverstaion with you, I am forwarding my complaint.
                              Please see to it that you take action immediately and get back to me

                              My number is [protected] Mumbai I am one of your premium customer...&
                              my husband name is Mr. Jagdish Attavar Karnataka - Mangalore which is
                              our home town his mobile number is [protected], I would like to state
                              that on November 14th after mid Night after 11.30pm all my calls were
                              being diverted on another Airtel customers number.

                              I know that this can happen only if we have diverted our calls to
                              another number without which no calls can be diverted, also when we
                              divert calls it will never give you a message saying that your call is
                              being diverted on xyz number, it was actually giving me the number on
                              which the call was being diverted, This is not anything to take easy.
                              I first thought that this was by mistake but when this was happening
                              continuously I was really shocked because my husband will never do
                              such a foolish thing as diverting his calls to another number that too
                              part of midnight. This was happening till the other Airtel customer
                              had to switch off her phone... and after morning 5.30 am all the call
                              divert got cleared.

                              We are no kids to fool around with mobiles Also my husband is a
                              senior citizen with health problems... and this incident has raised
                              his blood pressure to such height that I had to admit him... I am
                              really very disappointed with Airtel and the way people at your
                              exchange play pranks, nonsense with customer’s sentiments. I need an
                              explanation regarding the same. If it’s a mistake from our end please
                              do let us know & we shall definitely apologies, but if its from your
                              side than you will have to give me a clear explanation failing which I
                              will have to sue Airtel for compensation. I am very sure that its from
                              your exchange some one was fiddling with the exchange… if it was done
                              from your exchange then the staff should be sacked...

                              I will be much obliged if you can take this matter with high priority...

                              I am A very dissatisfied customer of airtel, In spite of serveral complains that i do not receive the bill i still get no bills, and once and for all i receive 4 to 5 months bills in one month, I'm a middle class person who earns a lively hood every month, so i do not have the capacity to pay all the 5 months bills together, more over i'm an artherises patient and under medical treatment from the past 6 year's, i do not get my bills and only with an sms from airtel i go pay the bills, why should i carry on doing this, would you pay a bill without a hard copy not knowing what you are paying for? and more over i manage to pay the bills a day before the due date to avoid disconnection but still my services get disconnected due to lack of comunication between the staff not updating it, I have gone through hell and to think that i belong to the platinum list and my credit limit is 11, 500. Few days back a third party collections suresh pushed the gate and my mother and came into though my mother and sister in law said i was not at home, why? for only not paying a bill? as a decent person i went to the manager mr Sachin of collections Hubli and spoke to him he said that he will help me but hte very next moment we left he called us over the phone and said that the collection agent said he did not push in my house and made my mom a lier and Mr Sachin Said that he was an innocent boy, I should have called the cops it may have set things right for airtel, but hence forth as per the rules in consumer rights i have all the authority to hand him over to the police cos i have signed and aggrement with Airtel and myself not the third party collections which is illegal under the constitutional of India and I'am very well a citizen of India and i know my rights i also got proof of the bills i received in one single day with the stamp on the envelope, and i also got further proof, why should i pay for it cos i was treated very very badly, no body seems to understand my problem all they want is money and money they dont sympatise with me, now i've planned to go to women rights organisation

                              Being a Customer of airtel for almost four years, i want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the airtel services and their executives in Karnataka.

                              I am a airtel customer for the past 4 years(2 years from maharashtra, now in Karnataka).
                              i have two connections against my name one is [protected] and the other no is[protected].
                              on 22nd of september 2009 i went to an airtel outlet and given a request to keep the no. [protected] under safe custody for 3 months. after 2 months i got a bill which states that i must pay a sum of 671.00 rupees.I got shocked and called the customer care services 121 to enquire about this, they told me that my no is no more active and because of the default amont they have disconnected the number, when I told them that i have given a request to keep this number under safe custody, they told that never happenned, and also asked me whether i have any proof for requesting to keep this number under safe custody. when i told them yes they also asked me to visit the airtel outlet where i have given t he request for the safe custody.

                              I went to the airtel outlet as suggested by the executives. in the airtel outlet the executives told me that by mistake this number was never put under safecustody and they will try to solve this issue ASAp.

                              I waited for couple of days for the problem to solve, but i never heard back from any of the responsible airtel executives stating that this problem is solved or under process.

                              As a dejected man i started calling the 121 services for enquiring them regarding the status of this issue.
                              surprisingly i started hearing many different stories from each of them. they were not ready to go thru the case history and gave me the proper [censored]ion or answer.even i spoke to the senior peoples also. everybody was asked me sorry for the inconvenience. also they told me they will need 24 hours or 42 hours to solve this issue.also they told me this mistake will never happen. they will make sure that i will be getting proper services from airtel.

                              being heard it from the senior peoples, i was hoping to get this problem solved.but the problem never solved.i started again calling 121 service. then they told me that i have to go to airtel outlet and get a new sim card, to reactive the services within 24 hours.

                              I was hoping atleast this time i will get my problem solved, and i went to the airtel outlet and collected the new sim card.
                              after getting the new sim card this is the third day still i am making calls to the executives to solve this issue.

                              In all these days i strongly observed that these (almost every body starting from beginning level, floor supervisor, their seniors, even the nodal officers)executives are not ready to take the initiative or responsibility to make the customer satisfy. every body asking for 24 hours or 42 hours to talk to the concern team. but nobody is following up whether the problem solved or not? just they want to move the task from their plate. nothing else.

                              some of the executives are not even good enough to handle a customer they even blaming me for their mistakes.they used to drop the call when i ask some explanation.I almost escalated about couple of them to their senior executives.i dont know whether they are doing some corrective action or not.

                              in between some body named swetha called me from airtel legal and they wanted me to pay the pending bill amount(for the one which i have been told that they already passed the waiver.)

                              I am totlaly dis honoured by this kind o issues and their negligence. i never come across this kind of humiliation with any service provider i swear this should not happen to any of the customer who is paying the money to get the proper service.if it is possible please have a look at the database the no of calls which i made to airtel for the past 15 days to solve this issue.

                              I higly request you to look into these issues and make the customers life cool, so as to make the airtel reputancy UP.

                                Incident.

                                Few months ago (3-4 months ago) a executive name krushal thakker came from collections behaved rudely when he came to collect a bill payment. He dint have a id proof that he works for airtel. I had asked him for a receipt but he did not gave the receipt. Then i spoke to his boss someone who runs the agency. He said they are a new agency since 3-4 months so they dont have id cards for their executives. Finally, the executive gave me a recepit saying he wont give it next time. This is rude behaviour.

                                The same executive krushal thakker came today and created great havoc at my residence today... He came today... Used abusive language like madarchod loda stuff you can kill for if you hear this from someone... His boss atul bhansali is aware of the situation.

                                There are three executive involved
                                1. Krushal thakker
                                2. Hemal parmar (Team leader)
                                3. Atul bhansali (Head or manager of these executives 1 and 2)

                                I spoke to mr bhansali who was looking into matter. If you want i can send a complete account of the incident.

                                I would like to know what should i do.. Shall i log a police complaint or... Options are many?.

                                This can be a criminal case against airtel.

                                I want someone senior to look into this matter. I want an explanation oral as well as written. If you wont reply or investigate the matter i will write to consumer forum.. Post this mail to various blogs and posts and log a police complaint.

                                My billing due date was 29th of each month.
                                Every month my bill was touching rs.5000 to 8000.
                                In the month of Oct. despite several follow ups from 12 th Oct.2008 with your executive i didnt get bill. and on 27th your executive totally lied and said that there is system problem so i wiil get bill three days later and respectively my bill pay due date will increase by thrre days.
                                But on 2nd day of this incident your executive form airtel said i will have to make payment in just two days.It is totally irresponcible ativity,
                                now I got notice from court to make instant payment of the bill.
                                i just want to know the name of the agent who lied to me and is it the responcibility work of Airtel ?Have taken the property to make fool to its customers.

                                Airtel — Collection Executive Behaviour

                                Hello,
                                I'm a postpaid mobile user of Airtel for the past so many years.
                                Recently for the past couple of months I couldn't able to make the payment for some reasons for which I'm waiting for the funds to come to clear it asap. Meanwhile, I have received a call from a collection executive with the name of DEEPTHI (Not sure) from one of the DSA/Agency of Airtel. She called me and asked for the payment due for which I have told her that I would make the payment by 1st of November 2010 without fail. On 28th October the same girl called me and I have again told the same that I would not miss the committed date. However, just for the sake of reaching their targets, she insisted me a lot for the payment and I requested her to bare just till more 2-3 days. Even after taking a commitment from my side, she wantedly called all my official contacts, friends and relatives numbers (whom I had called during my usage) and informed all of them that I'm a fraud person, Im absconded and also scolded about me infront of all. I felt very humiliated when my all my contacts started telling me about it and the way she had spoken to them. It was like hell knowing those conversations about my identity. Immediately I called her and strictly told her not to call them as it is not a right thing to do as Im the person who is supposed to pay the bill and they are no way concerned with the bill payment. But she refused to listen to my words and warned me that she would continue doing that if I dont make the payment in next one hour. She had mentally tortured me during my office hours by her acts towards the bill payment. Its hurted me like anything as I'm very much depressed and humiliated and immediately, I borrowed somewhere and went to Airtel and made the payment within the same hour fearing that how would it be if she calls to my boss and scold me infront of him?? Is this the way to collect payment from customers?? For their targets, do we need to be punished in this way?? I wouldn't have minded if she would have insisted to give some postdated cheque for the same, I would have accepted for that but she did not even ask that and straight away started calling all of my contacts.. Is this a way to deal with the vintage customers?? Now I want to escalate this issue to maximum possible levels as when a customer has given a commitment for payment, what is the need to discuss about it with my contacts?? Who has given the right to talk to all my contacts about my payment?? Does she take back the words which she used before my contacts after my payment?? Can I get back my identity after all this disastrous events?? Who is going to compensate my humiliation and mental torture I went through all these days??

                                However, could you please let me know how to proceed further in this issue as I strictly wanted that girl to be punished and also the DSA which is encouraging these type of activities..

                                How can I lodge a complaint and whom shall I contact in this manner?? Please help me out !!

                                I am RAJESH from hyderabad,I have called to ur customer service centre(no-[protected]) on[protected] between 9am-10am about the status of my prepaid bill of november and customer executive name-RAJ instead of providing the information he is speaking rudely,again wen i called to ur centre they disconnected the call and now i am unable to get connected to ur customer centre.                                   I am Shweta Sadani from Chennai and i have applied for Airtel Corporate(Cognizant Technology Solutions) CUG postpaid connection(Plan 125) 2 months back. My number is now in the name of my father Mr. Bishnu Kumar Sadani. To avail this corporate plan i have to get the account transferred to my name.                                   I am really unsatisfied with the Airtel friends service. I am unable to make call to my Friends Group members between 3.00 Pm to 12.30 Am. I have selected this plan as it provides very cheap calling between group members and it is really beneficial for students and other too. But i am unable to take advantage of this service as i am subscribed with this service.

                                  Can anyone please solve this problem? Please i really stuck with this.

                                  I have friends card of airtel. I formed friends group of 3 people. Still I am not getting advantage of friends group call rate. I called so many times in customer care. but They are not taking appropriate action against this.

                                  I have an airtel friends plan... I am having problem in creating CUG group.. Inspite of having minimum balance of 30 Rs. of every members in my groups the group is not creating.
                                  Please try to solve my problem as early as possible.

                                    i bought a new airtel postpaid connection on 1st july from the dealer of airtel by the name of Ace services(located in kalyan west).the name of the incharge is Mr.Naresh.his cell no is [protected].he promised to activate the card in 48 hrs.but its 23 days now that its not activated.the details of the card are:

                                      Ref : cell no.[protected] ... Visited Airtel Gallery @ Chembur, Mumbai-71 on 22-07-08 @ 7.05 p.m., to get a duplicate sim card .Gallery Not maintaining seperate complaint register, also unable to maintain stock of simcards, I had earlier visted same on friday was called back on tuesday i.e.today. Gallery refused to issue a sim card & unable to either note my complaint in register or attend the customer in this world of competition. The resposible executives Mr.Ravi, Ms.Mamta, Ms Pooja neither available to personally face or attend me, & provide me with a duplicate sim card on request, instead i was directed to distant gallery either at vashi, or ghatkopar from here at 7.15 p.m. also complained at customer care from gallery direct line attended by some exec.Vrindda & later sen.Exec. Mr. Asif [protected]@ 7.10 p.m. to 7.30 pm without being able to give a satisfactory response that is needed to maintain a customer in this world of competition. Kindly note the fact that the gallery is not maintaining the Seperate Compaint Register, as well as not maintaininig the Stock of blank sim cards either postpaid or prepaid. why issue licence to such gallery in this age to hi-fi, if they are unable to even provide the customer with the sim card without which motto of the company is unable to succed. can some one imagine of providing telecom service in gsm without supplying sim cards to customers ? if yes then i am least update with the inventions of science & technology.

I call to nodal officer on next day approximate 10-jan-2008 about 15 minutes he talked with me after he said to me i write down the details and i will back on your friends number : [protected] ( Nikhil ).

                                      Again, i wall call on after two days with other officer i think mr Pawan he also write down the full details he assured me i do the best on my side .
