Not able to speak customer care executive

i am Abdulla masood, i am not able to get my call connected to customer care executive from my airtel prepaid no . i am Old customer of airtel. i was facing the same problm for a long time . still am facing . if i call to customer care from othr no . they tell to send a message to 121. I tried it so many times. nothing worked out . i dont know what kind of service airtel is providing. can u pls help me out.

International roaming

I mr. samiuddin subscriber of airtel sim card my cell no. is [protected] was activated on 15 - 17 march 2008 in Nalgonda district right now i am in middle east (kuwait) for a trip of 75 days so its essential to get all my calls from india but i failed to get network over here. So is there any procedure to activate international roaming pls. let me know in this regard.

Login Problem

During the last two months, I wanted to registered myself on the website www.airtel.in, but till today 09.06.2008 I am not able to login myself on the site after complaining about 54 times on the service 121 and [protected]@airtelindia.com.

hooligans: recovery agents from Airtel

I’ve used the pathetic service of Airtel only for Rs.50/- and paid total of Rs.570/- because recovery hooligans from Airtel came to my office to forcefully take the money.

The “useless and worst customer care” of Airtel is not responding well too.

I’ve forcefully paid Rs.570 to Airtel and requested to close my account through the closure form and the e-mail too in the last month itself...

I have airtel connection, number [protected] since march 2003 as postpaid corporate connection, I have no single remark of late payment till date,

during Arpil 2007 i converted post paid connectio to prepaid connection as i moved to london,

they have not given their hello tunes list any where,

Charging money for technically faulty SIM

I have got a postpaid sim from airtel and its no. is [protected] Some days before i saw that my sim is not working fine. After checking thoroughly i come to know that its a technical fault and i need to replace my sim. I went at airtel outlet at Paradise, Secunderabad. GPRS settings to Mobile

Hi!
I'm a Airtel user and have a Chinese Phone, I need gprs settings for my phone but my service provider said that they unable to send gprs settings for this brand, after many complaint they send settings but it not work on. I think that any of Customer Care service is always unable to solve any problem.
Please if any of you suggest me another way to get gprs settings on my phone to enjoy internet....

Invoice generated incorrectly

Inspite of my repeated enquiries on 121, no final resolution had been given to me regarding my tariff plan.
All my outgoing calls to Kaithal have and had been charged as per STD rates. Whereas these calls should have been local as per TRAI rules and regulation as all kaithal falls within 200 Kms. (about 66Kms. from karnal)....

DISTURBING PHONE CALLS

My phone number is [protected]..
A lot of promotional phone calls come from Airtel..especially when I am busy..I face a lot of problems due to these..
So I would be highly obliged if the matter is looked into and proper steps taken......

Service Error

I am using airtel prepaid connection [number is [protected]]and I got it recharged with a 1 month validity on 5th June, 2008 evening and also received the message for the same . But I am having problems that my message sending is failing continously inspite of the fact that there is balance and validity [till July 4th, 2008] but receiving messages from other people and my outgoing is allowed but when someone is calling me than the operator...

My mobile is not closed till date

I was having two postpaid connections. i tried to close one of my mobile no.(no. is [protected]) app. 8 months ago. Till now, i am receiving the calls on the second number asking the same question that why am i closing the connection. I am tired to answer them.
Once i had paid my bill through SMS for no. [protected] and this amount is added into the second connection(to whom i am trying to close).

I am using prepaid airtel connection no [protected].
i am using gprs service . Whenever i am trying to deactivate that service by sending sms GPRSDEACT to 222, deactivation is not done and i am getting only information message from 222.After that i am calling to customer care ( & wasting my time )for deactivation. This is happening everytime....

Unauthorised charges

I have postpaid connection of Airtel. During last 4 months they have charged me Rs.99/ month total Rs.400/- as VAS pack charges, which has been activated without my knowledge. I have never used the service. I called the customer service of Airtel twice, however everything was in vein. Now I need to go to the Airtel Shop and fire them. This the worst mobile service I have ever had in my life.

My airtel Number is [protected].
I lost my mobile and got duplicte number from airtel. There are some problems I am facing after getting the duplicate sim like...
1. it will come not reachable some times and switched off some times, in fact the mobile will be working always.
2. It will never reach when anybody calls from 500 km distance like bijapur, belgaum, hubi & dharwar...
