I am the customer of Airtel Mobile Services. I am using the post paid sim card. My cell nos. [protected].

There was a major fire took place in the unit of Airtel last week and for some days mobile services were disrrupted. Now, day before yesterday I have received an sms that now the services are alright. But, so far I can't dial from my cell phone as well as most of the calls are not coming on my cell phone.

Airtel Mobile Services — barring incoming outgoing calling facility w/o notice of the customer

Airtel customer care:
Irrespective of making the bill payment... u pple hardly bother to update the bill fulfillment details at all branches.. i reside in Pune and i get calls from Mumbai Airtel office to pay the bill...... i had updated the Pune call center office regarding the bill payment. Instead i recieved calls from MUmbai AIrtel office from a guy called Ankush, who is such rude n harassing chap. i request Airtel service to take necessary actions n do the need ful.... i suffering the brunt irrespective of making the payment.
to top it all i dint recieve my billing details on time... the due date was 24th Oct n i recieved the bill on 4th Nov... How do you pple expect the bill payment on time???
Please find a work around. or i have to strict actions on this matter as i had much of it.

AirTel — Outgoing facility barred

This is Anjani want to draw your kind attention that out going facility deactivated several time from my Mobile no [protected] within 10days, however cr bal is sufficient.There is no any custome care No. provided by airtel to say the problem.Only customer can sent message on 121, this facility auto stopped also when outgoing facility disrupted.Situation of customer care Patna is very crucial.If a customer want to lodge complain or inform the problem with customer associates, He will have to present 10am on the door of customer care.Thereafter he have to stay in queue minimum 3 to 4 hour. Can I trust on airtel to resolve my problem after receiving my message and give facility to customer, to keep their problem to customer associates by phone.

Airtel — no outgoing calls facility

i came here bangalore from chennai for 2 weeks, eventhough i have sufficient bal i couldnt make any calls, i dont know what is the reason, i dont activate any call baring services. my mobile only receiving calls...
This is Bhushan from Lonavala, I am using Airtel postpaid connection from 2 years, Recently I took new postpaid connection of Airtel[protected] for my younger brother & has been activated immidietly, but later after verification the services has rejected concluding Third Party user.
I have informed Customer Care, Visiting Executive, Relationship Manager, Account Manager & Airtel Appellate Officer for Maharashtra. Till now they didn't even bothered to Reply, phone call of email. This issue for Mobile # [protected] is pending from since last 10 days.
Please look into this matter to rectify this rubbish services of Airtel.

AirTel — facilites and service

i m frustrated fromAirtel service. also from 121 ..from last 1 month i have not able to create friends group from my friends card actually i had brought 3 friends card for my family members. not able to create friends group in these card the message from cug is that the no. is already a group member .these r new card these r not a member of any other group also i confirm from 121. from customercare also says that the no. with which i want to create group not a member of any group . but all time cug reply that these number r in group so not able 2 create group .

i m frustrated fromAirtel service my time get waste will talking to 121 .beacause all time they ask details and not able 2 solve it just giving all the nonsene and wage reply .i have call 121 atleast 20 to 30 time from 1 month for these problem . all my patience r over cant find way .for that propose i had brougth these card . my no [protected]

AirTel — incoming and outgoing facilities are not working.

my sim no is[protected] and my mobile no is[protected] which i have taken on 29the of September 2008.I have made recarge of rs 100. Mobile is showing balance but still my mobile is not working.Why Plz slove this problem immidieatly.

AirTel — incoming-outgoing barred

I got an airtel sim on 1st week of september, used that number for 10 days.after this period i got a sms from airtel saying that 'outgoing is barred for your number'.reason is 'not submitted required documents'.two days after receiving this sms i submitted all the required documents at their RELATIONSHIP CENTER.the customer care said that it'll take max of 48 hours.but now...it took almost 3 weeks.my complaint was still not cleared by the damn AIRTEL ..

Airtel — facility barred

I have been barred from using my Pre paid no.[protected] for want of verification of papers/identity, although all papers were submitted by me at the time of purchase. I have again submitted all the papers 4 days back but the phone has not yet been restored despite false assurances by call centre. Call Centre is nothing but to befool the innocent people. They ask to hold the phone for 10-15 minutes and disconnect the line. This high handedness of of Operatiors must be checked and suitable penalty be imposed. Further, I will make maximum negative publicity against Airtel. I am a senior Executive in a nationalised bank.

Airtel — mine incoming and outgoing are barred

hi,
i am jagdish kumar having airtel mobile number [protected], and i gave application to conert my postpaid airtel connection to prepaid connection where i have paid all the balance amount and extra prepaid charges and i am shifted to mumbai, after coming to mumbai i am using the prepaid simcard which they gave and through that simcard i am not able to call nor i can i receive any calls even i am not able to call customer support centre(121) also, but i can receive and send the messages, please rectify my problem since i shifted to mumbai i am not able to commumicate to any person...again please rectify my problem

Airtel — Barring of services without notification

The outgoing services on my phone has been barred without any kind of notifications since last two days as their audit is on. The reason given is that there was no activity from my side servicing Airtel hence all those having dealer plan will have to switch to normal plan.
But my concen is firstly the activities had been stopped since many years and also we did not receive any updates from their side on the same. Also why was it not informed to us earlier before dicontinuing the service as i have been paying my bills regularly on time and even though there were several billing mistakes we adjusted to it and now this is the kind of service we are getting from them. Also they are not keeping it on till i take a new connection.

airtel mobileservice provider — out going call bar

first i am using postpaid connection no [protected] and [protected] after one year i am change into
prepaid but some reason they are stoped my out going call sudenly, when i call at 121 he told we dont have complete documents. i dont now why they give me trouble.

Airtel — barring outgoing and incoming

sir myself kuldeep singh barwal using airtel number [protected]. i have taken this no. 2-3 month before and gave all required documents. but after few days its outing and incoming was barred, but at that time they sent message to submit documents again. we submitted the documents and it became functional after a week. but now again 3-4 days before my outgoing and incoming was again barred without giving any prior information or message or reason. there is around Rs.150=00 balance in it. i am suffering because of you without any fault of mine. please clarify the reason. to contact me i am using BSNL no. for the time being [protected]. hoping to get positive response from your side.

    To view the itemised bill and other details i need to login to my airtel account, for which i was visiting www.airtelworld.com. now when i try this webaddress there is no page found. i spoke to cust. care they gave me a new address www. airtel.in, and now even this address is not working correctly. i donot know what to do. people at aritel do every damn thing other than what they are to do. please somebody help!!!

    this ebpp website is one chutiya of a website, registration is a nightmare, no error messages at all, just says cannot complete registration, used some random user name for registration like "fsdfsdaf" and it accepted, so looks like my name was already taken, what a way to find out such triffle issues.
    after that recharge is another trouble, just keep showing me blank page on each submit, just impossible to recharge from this site, guess thats why they are offering 10% more if you rechage thru website, what the [censored]. just useless crap of an application.

      Number - [protected]

      1. Paper bills not received for last 3 months and no actions by service provider after regular complaints.
      2. Bills not visible online also on my e-account. Several complaints were made ( Reference number[protected], 17596031, 1752662, ) but nothing meaningful has been done as off now. The problem still remains the same. I still cannot view my last 3 months bill details ispite of having an online account.
      3. The complaint was not even resolved after sending several "NO" messages to toll their free feeback number.
      4. Because of this i am not been able to claim my official call bills from my company for last 3 months.
      5. It seems that they do not want to take any responsibility for their system failure and that they do not have any duty towards the customer against the price that they are charging.
      6. Moreover today on airtel.in there is no login ID display. The only thing which is displaying is their this Quarter results which they want to share with their investors. Whish means that no body can have access to bill details today. Should not they make alternate arrangements for customer to view their bills

      AirTel — NON RECEIVING OF BILL

      Sir,
      I got a Airtel postt paid connection in 21 Nov 07. My No is [protected]. Monthly detailed bill for the period from 21 Nov 07 to 10 Dec 07 has not yet recd.

      Airtel — PAPER BILL NOT BEING RECEIVED

      i AM NOT RECEIVING PAPER BILL OF MOBILE NO [protected]
      FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS INSPITE OFSO MANY COMPLAINTS ON 121 AND 198. i HAVE TO RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT FROM MY OFFICE FOR THE SAME. mOREOVER i AM ALSO Payinglate fee
      due to non-receipt of the same.
      i have been calling to customer care to send the bills, but we have onot recd any bills and diconnected the services, when we called to the customer care one person telling that alreday the bills are delivered and the another one is telling that there is no requst for u to send the bills etc.
      not at all satisfied with the services, even when we want to register in airtel the page it self is not opening to us.

      Airtel — I am not getting my paper biil properly from last 6 months

      From last 6 months onwords i am not getting my phone bill (paper bill) and sending unnecessary messages to my mobile. When i requested for cancellation of phone connection then they are responding.

      Airtel Paper bill — Airtel paper bill not received

      I have not received AIRTEL paperbill for the month of August,09. I have been contacting AIRTEL customer service since than. Whenever i contact AIRTEL customer service i get a reply that within 2 / 4 / 9 ( number of days ) i will receive my paper bill. The submission date of claim is already gone

        Dear Concerned Person,

        Myself is Amit Kapila working as Agency Manager in Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd., Mohali. I bought new airtel (Postpaid) corporate connection ([protected]) through Bharti Axa on 10th of July, 2008. I submitted my two proofs. My Driving License copy as a ID Proof and as my address proof i have submitted in written on my Company's Letter Head as per instructions given by your corporate dealer in Chandigarh i.e. Strategic Marketing Co. Ltd., Sector - 17, Chandigarh. On my License, there was our old address and verification executive gone to our that old address as i already told them that the address i have given on my company's letter head that is our present & permanent address. On 13th of july, outgoing barred on my number, then i called up Customer Care Executive & Dealer (SMPL) for then they told me that i have to submit documents again. On 16th i have submitted my same two documents to executive of SMPL (Mr. Bhuvesh & Mr. Laxman) as per instructions by them. They told me that your number ([protected]) will in service again till 12PM (Midninght of 16th July). My number got service again on 17th of July. Now, after five days again i am facing same problem. My outgoing again barred on 22nd July. Kindly confirm from your dealer that why they are harassing me and making scene again and again.

        I already have 3 more connections of Airtel at my home 2 postpaid & 1 Prepaid. But till date we never face any problem. But now, we are facing very much problem due to mistake of Airtel Dealer.

        If this number ([protected]) will not get any service again then i will not pay a single peny or any outstanding payment against this number ([protected]) as i have already escalted this number ([protected]) in my corporate circle & Friend Circle.
        You can better understand how much problem i am facing.

        Kindly arrange to confirm from dealer or please activate outgoing call facility on this number ([protected]) at the earliest possible.

        I shall be very thankful to you.

          My Cell # [protected] is disconnected & SIM card is displaying “SIM card registration failed”

          When I spoke to customer care (121), they are asking “have you made any contract/agreement to transfer your number?”

          I have not signed any contract/agreement with any one to transfer my number & I have not sent any SMS for deactivation of my number.

          My SR#17366470, for which due date was 10th July, 2008

          I have spoken to nodal officer desk on [protected] (fifteen days back). they has not given any SR# and told me to wait for few days.



          I have received airtel bill for my number ([protected]).

          If you want, I can provide my Airtel account number, SIM card Number, Bill number etc.

          I want my number ([protected]).

          Hello officer,



          I think you don't have any power to take action on your employee, because your employees are doing whatever they want.



          This is the forth time airtel has changed/disconnected my connection without informing me.



          Now my SIM card is displaying "SIM card Registration failed".



          I spoke to customer care (3rd July 3, 2008 at 8:15 pm, from my alternative number) more than 50 minutes with Mrs. Nadini & Mr. Venkatesh (Manager).

          They are telling the number ([protected]) is allotted to some one else.



          Day before yesterday I cross checked with customer care and they told that this ([protected]) number is in my name.



          But now they (customer care) are suggesting me to go to any airtel outlet and take new SIM card they will provide new number.



          But when I requested them to raise a complaint and give me ref. number. but they are refused to raise complaint.



          i have made received call with the same number ([protected]) now i am unable to make /receive calls.


          You should activate my number ([protected]), or else I will go to consumer court.

          My previous Ref. No. is 17288849 airtel has closed it without informing me anything.

          Today, I spoke to your customer care executive three times (1st July, 2008 at 10:30 am) with Mr. Manjunath, Miss Chandra & Mr. Anand and Mr. Prashant (manager) from my alternative number but they are disconnecting my call.



          And airtel had closed my complaint without my confirmation ( Ref No.[protected].



          I know very well that this is not a technical problem.

          One of your employees doing it intentionally & misusing his position in organization.

          Without login ID & Password to your server how can anyone change mobile number & data base of any costumer?



          Could you trace the person who did the same?

          And take action on him/her?

          I hope you will do your best at least this time.

          Hello Officer,



          I have taken a new airtel postpaid connection on 27th June, 2008. My Number is [protected]

          I was received and made call for two days (27 & 28 June 2008) also in roaming with the same number.

          Some one has made call to me and told “I am calling from airtel and we will provide you new number” but I was refused to change my number.

          Now my number is not working.

          When someone call to my number there is announcement saying “invalid number”

          I had spoken to airtel customer care (from my friend cell) and they have given me ref no. 17288849, they are telling that they did not find any data base with my number.

          Today, Monday 30th 2008, I have visited airtel office which is opposite Jayadev Hospital, Bannerghatha road Bangalore.

          And spoke to airtel executive ( Asha Rao), she told that my number has changed.

          How can airtel change my number?

          I think one of your employ had made it intentionally.

          Could you take legal action on your employee?

          And reactivate my number [protected]

          I have paid 300+199+100= 599/- rupees in cash for this number.

          Further to my teleconverstaion with you, I am forwarding my complaint.
          Please see to it that you take action immediately and get back to me
          with an explanation.

          My number is [protected] Mumbai I am one of your premium customer...&
          my husband name is Mr. Jagdish Attavar Karnataka - Mangalore which is
          our home town his mobile number is [protected], I would like to state
          that on November 14th after mid Night after 11.30pm all my calls were
          being diverted on another Airtel customers number.

          I know that this can happen only if we have diverted our calls to
          another number without which no calls can be diverted, also when we
          divert calls it will never give you a message saying that your call is
          being diverted on xyz number, it was actually giving me the number on
          which the call was being diverted, This is not anything to take easy.
          I first thought that this was by mistake but when this was happening
          continuously I was really shocked because my husband will never do
          such a foolish thing as diverting his calls to another number that too
          part of midnight. This was happening till the other Airtel customer
          had to switch off her phone... and after morning 5.30 am all the call
          divert got cleared.

          We are no kids to fool around with mobiles Also my husband is a
          senior citizen with health problems... and this incident has raised
          his blood pressure to such height that I had to admit him... I am
          really very disappointed with Airtel and the way people at your
          exchange play pranks, nonsense with customer’s sentiments. I need an
          explanation regarding the same. If it’s a mistake from our end please
          do let us know & we shall definitely apologies, but if its from your
          side than you will have to give me a clear explanation failing which I
          will have to sue Airtel for compensation. I am very sure that its from
          your exchange some one was fiddling with the exchange… if it was done
          from your exchange then the staff should be sacked...

          I will be much obliged if you can take this matter with high priority...

          Dear Sir/madam,
          I am A very dissatisfied customer of airtel, In spite of serveral complains that i do not receive the bill i still get no bills, and once and for all i receive 4 to 5 months bills in one month, I'm a middle class person who earns a lively hood every month, so i do not have the capacity to pay all the 5 months bills together, more over i'm an artherises patient and under medical treatment from the past 6 year's, i do not get my bills and only with an sms from airtel i go pay the bills, why should i carry on doing this, would you pay a bill without a hard copy not knowing what you are paying for? and more over i manage to pay the bills a day before the due date to avoid disconnection but still my services get disconnected due to lack of comunication between the staff not updating it, I have gone through hell and to think that i belong to the platinum list and my credit limit is 11, 500. Few days back a third party collections suresh pushed the gate and my mother and came into though my mother and sister in law said i was not at home, why? for only not paying a bill? as a decent person i went to the manager mr Sachin of collections Hubli and spoke to him he said that he will help me but hte very next moment we left he called us over the phone and said that the collection agent said he did not push in my house and made my mom a lier and Mr Sachin Said that he was an innocent boy, I should have called the cops it may have set things right for airtel, but hence forth as per the rules in consumer rights i have all the authority to hand him over to the police cos i have signed and aggrement with Airtel and myself not the third party collections which is illegal under the constitutional of India and I'am very well a citizen of India and i know my rights i also got proof of the bills i received in one single day with the stamp on the envelope, and i also got further proof, why should i pay for it cos i was treated very very badly, no body seems to understand my problem all they want is money and money they dont sympatise with me, now i've planned to go to women rights organisation

          All I am trying to say in my shot complaint is that you send me my bills on time and i will pay your money on time my mobile number [protected] and my add on card number is [protected]

          Respected sir,

          Being a Customer of airtel for almost four years, i want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the airtel services and their executives in Karnataka.

          I am a airtel customer for the past 4 years(2 years from maharashtra, now in Karnataka).
          i have two connections against my name one is [protected] and the other no is[protected].
          on 22nd of september 2009 i went to an airtel outlet and given a request to keep the no. [protected] under safe custody for 3 months. after 2 months i got a bill which states that i must pay a sum of 671.00 rupees.I got shocked and called the customer care services 121 to enquire about this, they told me that my no is no more active and because of the default amont they have disconnected the number, when I told them that i have given a request to keep this number under safe custody, they told that never happenned, and also asked me whether i have any proof for requesting to keep this number under safe custody. when i told them yes they also asked me to visit the airtel outlet where i have given t he request for the safe custody.

          I went to the airtel outlet as suggested by the executives. in the airtel outlet the executives told me that by mistake this number was never put under safecustody and they will try to solve this issue ASAp.

          I waited for couple of days for the problem to solve, but i never heard back from any of the responsible airtel executives stating that this problem is solved or under process.

          As a dejected man i started calling the 121 services for enquiring them regarding the status of this issue.
          surprisingly i started hearing many different stories from each of them. they were not ready to go thru the case history and gave me the proper [censored]ion or answer.even i spoke to the senior peoples also. everybody was asked me sorry for the inconvenience. also they told me they will need 24 hours or 42 hours to solve this issue.also they told me this mistake will never happen. they will make sure that i will be getting proper services from airtel.

          being heard it from the senior peoples, i was hoping to get this problem solved.but the problem never solved.i started again calling 121 service. then they told me that i have to go to airtel outlet and get a new sim card, to reactive the services within 24 hours.

          I was hoping atleast this time i will get my problem solved, and i went to the airtel outlet and collected the new sim card.
          after getting the new sim card this is the third day still i am making calls to the executives to solve this issue.

          In all these days i strongly observed that these (almost every body starting from beginning level, floor supervisor, their seniors, even the nodal officers)executives are not ready to take the initiative or responsibility to make the customer satisfy. every body asking for 24 hours or 42 hours to talk to the concern team. but nobody is following up whether the problem solved or not? just they want to move the task from their plate. nothing else.

          some of the executives are not even good enough to handle a customer they even blaming me for their mistakes.they used to drop the call when i ask some explanation.I almost escalated about couple of them to their senior executives.i dont know whether they are doing some corrective action or not.

          in between some body named swetha called me from airtel legal and they wanted me to pay the pending bill amount(for the one which i have been told that they already passed the waiver.)

          I am totlaly dis honoured by this kind o issues and their negligence. i never come across this kind of humiliation with any service provider i swear this should not happen to any of the customer who is paying the money to get the proper service.if it is possible please have a look at the database the no of calls which i made to airtel for the past 15 days to solve this issue.

          I higly request you to look into these issues and make the customers life cool, so as to make the airtel reputancy UP.

            Incident.

            Few months ago (3-4 months ago) a executive name krushal thakker came from collections behaved rudely when he came to collect a bill payment. He dint have a id proof that he works for airtel. I had asked him for a receipt but he did not gave the receipt. Then i spoke to his boss someone who runs the agency. He said they are a new agency since 3-4 months so they dont have id cards for their executives. Finally, the executive gave me a recepit saying he wont give it next time. This is rude behaviour.

            The same executive krushal thakker came today and created great havoc at my residence today... He came today... Used abusive language like madarchod loda stuff you can kill for if you hear this from someone... His boss atul bhansali is aware of the situation.

            There are three executive involved
            1. Krushal thakker
            2. Hemal parmar (Team leader)
            3. Atul bhansali (Head or manager of these executives 1 and 2)

            I spoke to mr bhansali who was looking into matter. If you want i can send a complete account of the incident.

            I would like to know what should i do.. Shall i log a police complaint or... Options are many?.

            This can be a criminal case against airtel.

            I want someone senior to look into this matter. I want an explanation oral as well as written. If you wont reply or investigate the matter i will write to consumer forum.. Post this mail to various blogs and posts and log a police complaint.

            my name is vijay, was having airtel post paid connection(no.- [protected]) two months before.
            My billing due date was 29th of each month.
            Every month my bill was touching rs.5000 to 8000.
            In the month of Oct. despite several follow ups from 12 th Oct.2008 with your executive i didnt get bill. and on 27th your executive totally lied and said that there is system problem so i wiil get bill three days later and respectively my bill pay due date will increase by thrre days.
            But on 2nd day of this incident your executive form airtel said i will have to make payment in just two days.It is totally irresponcible ativity,
            now I got notice from court to make instant payment of the bill.
            i just want to know the name of the agent who lied to me and is it the responcibility work of Airtel ?Have taken the property to make fool to its customers.

            Airtel — Collection Executive Behaviour

            Hello,
            I'm a postpaid mobile user of Airtel for the past so many years.
            Recently for the past couple of months I couldn't able to make the payment for some reasons for which I'm waiting for the funds to come to clear it asap. Meanwhile, I have received a call from a collection executive with the name of DEEPTHI (Not sure) from one of the DSA/Agency of Airtel. She called me and asked for the payment due for which I have told her that I would make the payment by 1st of November 2010 without fail. On 28th October the same girl called me and I have again told the same that I would not miss the committed date. However, just for the sake of reaching their targets, she insisted me a lot for the payment and I requested her to bare just till more 2-3 days. Even after taking a commitment from my side, she wantedly called all my official contacts, friends and relatives numbers (whom I had called during my usage) and informed all of them that I'm a fraud person, Im absconded and also scolded about me infront of all. I felt very humiliated when my all my contacts started telling me about it and the way she had spoken to them. It was like hell knowing those conversations about my identity. Immediately I called her and strictly told her not to call them as it is not a right thing to do as Im the person who is supposed to pay the bill and they are no way concerned with the bill payment. But she refused to listen to my words and warned me that she would continue doing that if I dont make the payment in next one hour. She had mentally tortured me during my office hours by her acts towards the bill payment. Its hurted me like anything as I'm very much depressed and humiliated and immediately, I borrowed somewhere and went to Airtel and made the payment within the same hour fearing that how would it be if she calls to my boss and scold me infront of him?? Is this the way to collect payment from customers?? For their targets, do we need to be punished in this way?? I wouldn't have minded if she would have insisted to give some postdated cheque for the same, I would have accepted for that but she did not even ask that and straight away started calling all of my contacts.. Is this a way to deal with the vintage customers?? Now I want to escalate this issue to maximum possible levels as when a customer has given a commitment for payment, what is the need to discuss about it with my contacts?? Who has given the right to talk to all my contacts about my payment?? Does she take back the words which she used before my contacts after my payment?? Can I get back my identity after all this disastrous events?? Who is going to compensate my humiliation and mental torture I went through all these days??

            However, could you please let me know how to proceed further in this issue as I strictly wanted that girl to be punished and also the DSA which is encouraging these type of activities..

            How can I lodge a complaint and whom shall I contact in this manner?? Please help me out !!

              I am really unsatisfied with the Airtel friends service. I am unable to make call to my Friends Group members between 3.00 Pm to 12.30 Am. I have selected this plan as it provides very cheap calling between group members and it is really beneficial for students and other too. But i am unable to take advantage of this service as i am subscribed with this service.

              Can anyone please solve this problem? Please i really stuck with this.

Visited Airtel Gallery @ Chembur, Mumbai-71 on 22-07-08 @ 7.05 p.m., to get a duplicate sim card .Gallery Not maintaining seperate complaint register, also unable to maintain stock of simcards, I had earlier visted same on friday was called back on tuesday i.e.today. Gallery refused to issue a sim card & unable to either note my complaint in register or attend the customer in this world of competition. The resposible executives Mr.Ravi, Ms.Mamta, Ms Pooja neither available to personally face or attend me, & provide me with a duplicate sim card on request, instead i was directed to distant gallery either at vashi, or ghatkopar from here at 7.15 p.m. also complained at customer care from gallery direct line attended by some exec.Vrindda & later sen.Exec. Mr. Asif [protected]@ 7.10 p.m. to 7.30 pm without being able to give a satisfactory response that is needed to maintain a customer in this world of competition. Kindly note the fact that the gallery is not maintaining the Seperate Compaint Register, as well as not maintaininig the Stock of blank sim cards either postpaid or prepaid. why issue licence to such gallery in this age to hi-fi, if they are unable to even provide the customer with the sim card without which motto of the company is unable to succed. can some one imagine of providing telecom service in gsm without supplying sim cards to customers ? if yes then i am least update with the inventions of science & technology.

                    I am highly upset with the aitel service. Now a days they just sell their product and don't bother to give the service. I had paid my bill 1 month ago and my connection is not yet active. I called them several times but no satisfactory answer was received ffrom their end.

                    Its such a shame that a company like Airtel who is ruling India is doing thing like that.

                    I would like to change my service provider coz i know...AIRTEL IS GOOD FOR NOTHING

                      we take airtel corporate plan for Rs. 699/- as on 10.07.08 but till date we not received any sim card the sale officer Mr. Amrit mob. no. [protected] who work under the Region Manager Mr. Rupak Chawala mob. no.[protected] when we contact with us nobody can give us any sufficient answer we give our ID proof address proof on our companay's Letter head cheques for the sim card but till date we not received any sim card.Kindly look into this metter becasue behaviour like this reduse company's Goodwill in the market.

                        I have applied for the postpaid connection of Airtel and paid the refundable deposit money of Rs 599/- (refundable security deposit of 500 and 99 towards Sim charges) via cheque in favour 0f N.S. SYSTEM DEVICE (AIRTEL) and was informed that the service will get activated within a week.

                        But till today, its almost a 2 months, I have not got the connection for the same and not even had communication from Airtel. I feel that i have got cheated in the name of the said scheme.

                          Everyday from my balance one rupee gets deducted.I have been facing this problem for the last few months.Then i contacted customer care and i was informed that mine connection comes under airtel daily rental plan something, so i need to do a validity recharge of 800(1 year validity).Then I did my recharge.Now also daily 1 rupee is getting deducted from my balance, and when i contacted the customer care I am again asked to do another validity recharge for 1 year.When i asked the guy why this problem is occuring he just disconnected the call.Can you help me regarding this???

                            My Customer ID is [protected]. My connection is not working from last 12 days. We have registered our 1st complaint on June 10, 2010, they have told our representative will come within 24 Hours and he’ll solve the problem but till June 19, 2010 nobody was came. After that we call them again then they have told us that your complaint is closed now kindly register a new complaint, We have register a new complaint on June 19, 2010 after that till today June 22, 2010 nobody has came. Today we have called again for reminder then they told us kindly hold for a second and that second becomes almost 20 minutes, it is really shame full. If some body realise after reading this message, if after sale service is that much poor then one day you have to close this service. If Nobody will come to our place by tomorrow June 23, 2010 we will through this dish out of our place.

                                Respected Sir,
                                I am an airtel user, My cell no.is [protected], for more than four years, but of late since March i am having a problem regarding GPRS service. I have complained to customer care service many times and these are some of my complaint numbers.
                                [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected][protected] [protected].
                                On part of the customer care service, they have done what they could do to rectify this problem, but the GPRS problem still persists.The problem is, prior to march, i was getting GPRS service without any problem and the network that i was getting on my cell info was GANGIMATTA and the network was a little weak but still i was able to browse the internet services like Airtel Live, Airtel Online, Mobile office, without any problems and i was a regular user of it but after that a new tower was erected in the vicinity of my residence and the cell info display showed BANTVAL-LORETTY.and i was getting full network signal, since then i am having a problem getting GPRS service the message i get is : (Packet Data not availabe, Check Network Service).But the real problem is that when i move away from my residence say about TWO kilometres in any direction the Packet Data is available and GPRS is active and when i come again towards my house it is automatically deactivated, i am using a N95 8GB cell and it requires GPRS service for many applications as i don't want to change to any other service provider as Airtel seems to be one of the best GPRS service provider in my opinion.
                                So i kindly request you to take some urgent appropiate action to solve this very PECULIAR problem as soon as possible.

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  1. With due respect and humble submission I request to state the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.

                                  2. I was using Airtel postpaid connection No [protected] since Mar 2007 til Apr 2008 and the services provided by your company was incredible and upto the expectation. As you are well aware that I was a high value customer for your company. During Feb 2008, I wanted to change my plan from 249 to One India Roam Plan being so economical. On 05 Feb 2008 the concerned franchise (i.e. Sagar Enterprises, Sadar Bazar Meerut (UP[protected] was enquired by me to get my plan changed from 249 to One India Roam Plan, accordingly they requested for a written application for change of Plan.

                                  3. On 08 Feb 2008 I submitted an application stating that my plan be changed from 249 to One India Roam Plan with effect from 10 Feb 2008; despite my repeated requests, they failed to do so till 23 Apr 2008. On 24 Apr 2008 again quoting my previous application reference I requested for my change of plan and the plan got changed on that day itself, subsequently my bill was generated according to 249 Plan showing an outstanding amount of Rs 8737/- and immediately they disconnected my connection due to payment outstanding to the company.

                                  4. However, I enquired with the concerned franchise to adjust my bill as per New One India Roam Plan with effect from 10 Feb 2008 to 23 Apr 2008 as their reply was that they were not in receipt of my application dated 08 Feb 2008. The receipted copy of mine was produced to them for their ready reference, after a long conversation between me and the Manager of concerned franchise they decided to resolve the case by paying Rs 6500/- alongwith NOC as they said the bill will be produced to me after the final payment. Legal Notice from Advocate has been recd for the same without any fault from my side.

                                  5. Finally I requested for my final bill but they requested first for clearance of outstanding amount of Rs 6500. Keeping in view of the above fact you are requested to look into matter and grant me the genuine waiver and fwd me the full itemized bill for my rectification and final payment to your company. If you could resolve the case within a stipulated time frame it would be more feasible for me as the concerned franchise is unable to resolve the case so I decided to put an request complaining the fact as the issue got delayed by many days.

                                  6. I shall be very much grateful for this act of kindness and an early action to this effect will be highly appreciated and solicited at your end please.

                                  I am compelled to write to you about your lousy i should say services .As a company you have done little in impriving your services

                                  As a result late fees are charged to the existing bills.

                                  I get a call from your so Called several of them collection centres one Mr Anand by telephone no 40385500 promising waiver of late fees of first conection provided i give the cheque to them .Thisis on last Friday the 9th
                                  No one turns up for the cheque and Mr Anand does not respond

                                  I drop the cheque at Chakala office today .

                                  2.I get a call on my landline disonnecting the outgoing of the first number and threatening disconnecting the second one .

                                  3.My questions are

                                  How can you disconnect when the due date of the bill is 21st Jan 09

                                  Why are yr officers including you the Nodal officer not available

                                  Your Delhi office is inaccesible and 121 cannot be dialled ifyou disconnect my mobile .

                                  I am reporting this matter to the Consumer Forum as a gross negligence on your part to service the customer and using strong arm tactics by your collecting agent

                                  I am also compelled to take it further as to why your system cannot redress the issues of the customer and give numbers on the n et which are useless including your number

                                  Acopy ofthis mail is being marked to your Chairman exposing your lethargic and indifferent attitude

                                  Please stop this practice and activate my outgoing on my first number .Unless you set your shop in order dont take such drastic steps

Message shows "THIS VOUCHER IN IS PENDING STATE"Customer care (121 toll free) could not give any positive reply till date.                                       SIr,

                                      I have several times sent a message to 121 to cancel my GPRS service, but withought any response from. For some reason I am not able to get connected to the internet and I want to cancel the service. To my surpirse I find that my bill was formed both for the calls as well as internet.

                                      I would like to bring this to your notice and seek action.
                                      After having sent the message from myside, I would refuse to pay the bill for my GPRS, henceforth.
