I am very unhappy with yor customer service, as i have my complaint, which have been registered on 31st march 2008 and i got msg that ECS has cancelled. But I called your useless customer service and they have confirmed the cancellation. After that i started paying my bill through cash, but still Airtel is taking my money from my Visa card. this is cheating, you dont have the permission to steal my money. I really fed up with your customer service, its really a headache for a customer. If you didnt take any action soon, I will complain the same on our consumer court. I am not gonna wait any more, I just want to solve my problem. I have all the proofs with me.I went to airtel office in palarivattom and i got a request slip, in my customer confirmation slip, my request has taken by ASHA palarivattom. request no is 007598. What this female did about my complaint... I got hell lot of our feedback forms in my mobile, I am really not satisfied in your service . I also called your customer care and my reference number is[protected]. TAKE THIS AS A SERIOUS COMPLAINT AND DO THE NECESSARY ACTION SOON, OR ELSE I WILL COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT AND I WILL CANCEL MY SIM AS WELL. MY PHONE NO IS [protected].

They didn't even inform me about the secure sites. This is really not what i expected from Airtel.
They are forcing customers to switch to "Mobile Office" and its rates are atrocious.
I'm thinking of switching over to Vodaphone... hopefully they are more professional in this regard.
