ringtones

i had downloaded a malayalam ringtones from rediff mail on 27th may 2008 and the cost for the ring tone was been deducted from my prepaid account and got the confirmation msg stating that the ringtone will be received shortly...still not received the ringtone. Called 121 and spoke to CRE Santosh and he said that he cant give any information about why the cost is deducted and told to call after 24 hours. Airtel callcentre are the worst call...

Relocation Plan

I had a postpaid Airtel connection at Hyderabad and I have recently shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Day before my transfer, I visited one of the Airtel Customer Care Center and settled my dues. Instead of closing the account, they have suggested me to relocate the connection to Bangalore for Rs.99/- which is valid for 15 days and I can use my number as local at Bangalore. full talktime not given for Rs.155 recharge - according to the offer

I got 2 messages from Airtel (on 13-may-2008 and 25-may-2008) saying that "There is a full talk-time offer if I recharge my mobile with Rs.155". I have recharged on both the days. But, only Rs.138 was credited in to my account. I have complained to Customer care 4 times-but they are simply saying "Sorry" and taking the complaint. But, there is no response from them till now and even the amount is not credited.

Very poor Speed

Hey! I have Airtel unlimited 256 kbps plan ... and monthly charges are Rs.750/-. For past 2 months the browsing and downloading speed is very slow. At the time of applying the Airtel Broadband the Airtel people promised me that i'll be getting an speed of 40kbps to 50kbps. But rite frm the day 1, i'm getting 20kbps to 25kbps speed. The Airtel peoples are fraud. They cheat the customers....

Airtel GPRS charges are deducted even after Deactivation of GPRS

Hello,

I activated GPRS service on my Airtel conecction...after 2 days i deactivated it..
Even after deactivating the GPRS service i was being charged for it...they deducted Rs.200 from my balance and stopped the deduction when my balance reached Rs.3.
On contacting the Airtel Customer care...i got my refund ..but from the next day itself again the deduction started ...till date they have deducted my 180 Rs.br...

Delay in activation of new connection

I purchased a new prepaid connection from Kishenpur-Manwal(Jammu) on[protected] with thw assurance that the connection will be actrvated with in a day or two. To it is[protected]. Bill without service

I have purchased a data card connection in August 2007 2007 from Airtel. As against the commitment, I could not use the data card for next one month as I was travelling. Apparently, the roaming services were not activated on the card. I had to lodge several complaints before the roaming is finally activated.
The problem was still not over. I could barely use the data card for a few days. Rather I could say i managed to log on, but...

Billing Discrepancy

Hi,
I took an Airtel Corporate Connection in Feb 2008. i paid Rs 250 as security deposit for which i was told that it will be adjusted in third month's bill. My third bill was generated on 18th may and i cannot find a single paise discount on the bill.

Also i was told i will get some discounts for STD calls and free SMS which was not done on my 2 month's bill. after calling to CC many times and escalating...

International Roaming cheating / wrong bill with poor customers, no proper system

I am a Privileged Customer of Airtel and holding this number ([protected]) from past 2 years now. I have maintained a very good credit history with Airtel.

But this time I am having bad experience with Airtel. I was in Saudi arabia (International Roaming) from 16Feb08 till next 5 days.

When I returned got the bill, I got a call to make the payment o[censored]nbilled amount Rs.289000 and your credit limit is Rs 11200....

I received an MMS and a specific passcode was given for the site airtelworld.com/mms to view the MMS. I also got MMSs earlier and I was able to access the site but now the site does not exist. How can I view the MMS?...

Poor Network and services

Hello,
I am manish sisodiya, staying at madhapur hyderabad, i am using AirTel Postpaid from last one year and complaint many times about poor network/call drop/false call connection/poor services but no response from their end. I am paying average 1500/- per month for this worst services.
Take some action against them so they can't make us fool.
