    SIR, i am innaiah kumar, my mobile number [protected], i have activated the wap service of airtel on my mobile on 4/12/2008 at around 10:30 pm, model LG KP 220, AND 99 Rs are deducted from my phone, but till no connection, it shows the message unknown host, i have been trying to consult coustamer care, no response .sir please you could solve my problem. thanking you sir

    deactivate WAP service for my cell number [protected]

The number is in the name of me and always exist with me but your customercare is always harashing me since 4-5 months on the above said number and searching some other person Shri Ranbir Singh who have a number of reliance as per your customercare executive. I am harashed so many time during roaming which cost me very much but after telling so many times that this number is not belongs to Shri Ranbir Singh. This number is in my name since 5 years but your customercare are continued harashing me, please do the needful otherwise I will forced to take action against you under the court of law.

          I am the regular customer of airtel i am susbscribing one scheme regarding job alert when i got the call from airtel at the time they called up they told that its free scheme for one 1 month after one month they will deduct the money from my account
          after 2 months i cal;led up to airtel customer care they were told this scheme not deactivated from airtel
          the code which providfed in sms i.e. *321*661# for applying for job as well as deactivation i dial it gives massage unknown application. this is absulutly cheeting with customer
          please tell me procedure to deactivate this scheme
          to keep my mobile no. safe i am not provided it in this massage.
          please provide solution through mails.

          Airtel Prepaid Connection — De-activation of Airtel Connection

          Dear Sir,
          I have purchased an airtel pre-paid connection along with Nokia cell at Global Access, B'lore on 4th of October-2008 to be gifted to one of my relatives staying in B'lore. Following are the details. I have given all the documents like, proof of address and ID for purchasing the SIM card. I have activated for life long free scheme along with Rs333/- recharge voucher.

          After 10 days of activation, I get a message to submit my proof of ID and address ONCE AGAIN which is very surprising!!! This is not possible as I am stationed in Hyderabad. when I call the customercare in B'lore, they inform me that the number is de-activated and now is a "Free" number. This is not at all expected from a company like "Airtel" which is one of the leading cell service providers. I have lost all the recharge balance.

          Please advice on further course of action on how to get back my old number activated along with balance amount. i don't understand"HOW CAN A CUSTOMER BEAR THE TROUBLE FOR MISTAKE OF DEALER IF HE HAS NOT SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS?" I have inlcuded the details of the dealer above.

          I am sending a seperate email to [protected]@airtelindia.com attaching the proofs submitted by me.

          airtel people has deactivated my prepaid connection without information having more balance and due to non payment of post paid ,not paid because of high bill value , not given proper itemwise list ,not activating cug,not extending rental benefits.

            Dear Sir/ Mam,

            I am using an Airtel postpaid connection since last 1.5years before that it was a prepaid connection for about 2 years. This time i purchased a data card of Airtel for which no one turned up at my place for verification, and they have put a negative verification saying no one lives at that place, wheras as in my address proof i gave the MTNL landline bill of that month only. where both the connections are in my name and at same address.

            I requested the Airtel people to send the executive to my place but they asked me to visit there nearest showroom, i told them that that was not possible as i am mostly on official tours.


            Since the day i have purchased the data card its not working and now they have totally discontinued the number. I have also received a bill for that data card.

            My experience with Bharti Airtel is that the company is not at allcustomer service oriented. They are just making the people fool. I am having 58 complaint numbers for both my Airtel connections

            I have invested Rs.3500/- in the Airtel data card so Please suggest what to do?

              Not able to lock phone dynamically. Spoke to their help desk and followed the procedure suggested. Even after that outward calls are not getting locked. Struggled for three days with all this and booked a complaint no 14366784 on 27.11.2008. They assured that their service person will visit and rectify the problem. Did not happen till date and after daily follow up. Was informed that complaint which was booked on 27.11.2008 is closed. Do not know how a complaint can be closed without resolution and inspite of the fact that I have been informing them regularly aboubt non resolution of the problem.

                I have been facing the continuous internet disconnection problem past 3 weeks. i complianted so many times. 3 or 4 times their service engineer has come but problem hasn't resolved yet. for every two days, their call center people are calling and asking whether problem has solved or not? continuously i am giving the same answer that the problem hasn't sorted out.
                so, i am requesting airtel people that please let me know whether u people can solve the problem or not. i[censored] are unable to sort out then i will go for some other new connection.

                  I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen, all gives you the false statements.

                  I have been AirTel customers since 2 years. In general I’m happy with the products and services which you have to offer even though the network is not so clear since couple of months and yet managing hoping for improvement in near future.

                  In the month of April-May, Ms. Priya who was working for your partner at vijayanagar called and pestered me to buy ADD-ON Sim and promised me the best services in the new scheme. In fact I requested her not to call me and bug for add on sim as I didn’t know what to do with it.


                  I was stunned to see an executive at home on the same evening requesting for my photo and told me not to bother about the address proof etc as he told me that he’ll get back to me for address proof requirement but never turned back, but somehow I received a sim with the number [protected].
                  After couple of days, Ms. Priya again called me and asked me to start using the sim without bothering about the bill as it SHALL BE ADDED with the parent number ([protected])


                  But contrary to what I was assured and to my shock I received a separate bill. When I called up Ms. Priya, she contradicted her previous statement by saying that I will receive TWO separate bills and that it was NOT an add on card and that the scheme had got over by the time I booked. After this in spite of me making several calls, I never got any response and got to know that Ms. Priya left the job.

                  Further, I not only refused to pay the bill but also questioned AirTel as to how they could provide me a sim without ME signing the document. Later, without any intimation I started receiving the add on sim’s bill amount to the parent number which I paid without noticing.

                  The next step taken by me was to disconnect the add on sim number, ie [protected], all incoming and outgoing calls were barred……..sill I started receiving the minimum bill amount to the parent bill which I refused to pay.

                  Last week, on November 23rd night, without any prior notice, the outgoing call of the parent number [protected] was barred because of which I incurred a HUGE loss of business. And had frantically called [protected], your executive Mr. Dilip (Ref. no.[protected] And the next day I spoke to Ms. Shilpa (Ref no.[protected] dated 25th November requested him to activate the outgoing calls but it did not happen. I had undergone a lot of mental torture due to non availability of outgoing calls as it affected my business a lot.

                  I would like to bring the following points to your kind info:

                  1. I did not sign any agreement for the add on sim which was provided by Ms. Priya, which amounts to forgery! My signature can be verified in the parent number.
                  2. As I have been your loyal customer since two years, I request you to reconnect my parent number without any further delay.
                  3. As far as the add on sim is concerned, I shall clear the dues if and only if the documentation part is proved.
                  4. If the parent number is not activated within the next 12 hrs, I will be forced to take legal action based on forgery & harassment, and Loss of business due to barring of outgoing calls for 10 days without prior written notice.

                  To wrap up I really want to remain a loyal AirTel customer but I am extremely frustrated by your attempts to lock me into a long term contract.

                  I beg you to reconsider how you treat your customers and “Reward” us for our loyalty rather then punish us!

                    I applied for broadbend connection in april-may 2008 and pay Rs.1000.after my money was refunded after 10 days by saying, that we do not have pair for connection.After few month.Mr Omprakash contect me and confirm that we have fecility to give you connection. and he collect rs. 1000 on 31st august 2008.I am waiting till today, have called omprakash/mr ghanty/ti nodel agency. neither I got connection nor my money back.Air tel should return my money with panelty.

                      The above No was being used as a post paid number and after the expiry of the plan, the same was converted into a Pre Paid numberfor which the documents were submitted to Airtel office at Fateh nagar New Delhi( Shibatel), who lost them. The docts were again submitted alogwith photo and the number became operational after a few days.After 15-20 days, a message was received about failure of address verification.I immediately contacted Airtel Customer Care, who confirmed that there was no such enquiry pending.It was actually confirmed by the Shift manager at that time.The confirmation can be obtained from call record.After a week, the number was closed.I had not only converted the number as a lifitime pre paid but had also recharged and put a pack in that number.
                      I therefore request u to please look into the matter as no one had ever tried to do the address verification as no visit was made by anybody at my residence or No Contact made.
                      Secondly since the number was initially a post paid no, the address verification was probably not required.
                      Thirdly the staff posted at your Shibatel Office would ensure that nobody should ever take an Airtel Connection.
                      Presntly I am posted at Rajkot and I had a postpaid Airtel No-[protected] which I closed and took a Tata No instead.On closure I received a letter from Airtel for continuing the services. Tell me in the circumstances, would anybody dare to have an Airtel Connection. I have already spent may be 24 hours of my active time to speak to Airtel and calls for an app. amt of Rs200/-plus

                        Hi,
                        I am using airtel postpaid no. [protected] in bangalore, karnatka. they have blocked the services to my home mo.[protected], jharkhand circle(BSNL).

                        I have lodge a complaint on 27nov.2008, complaint no.[protected], & they had given me time limit of 2nd dec within which they told me that service will be restored to this number. now today is 4th dec, 2008 & they have not doing anything about my complaint. evertime they are saying we are working on it. for last 10 days airtel people are giving me the same excuse.

                        Now, from today 4th Dec, 2008 they have blocked my customer care facility no. 121 voice service also, so that i can, t speak to any of the customer care people.

                        sir, if we customer not able to make payment in time these people are charging penalty as well as disconnect the connection, & now these people are doing all the crabs for last 10 days .

                        What, I can do against Airtel. I want to take strong action against them for negligence of service as well as penalty.

                        Please suggest.

                          We had registered for Airtel broadband use on the 3rd of November. Your Customer care executive ( Senthil - [protected]) had promised to get it operational within 4 working days. It has been a month now and the Landline/ broadband is not yet operational.

                          i have also received my first bill for services that I have not used. I would like to know howcome AIRTEL has charged us without first making our broadbacd/ Landline operational..

                          All calls to SENTHIL go unattended.

                          I request immediate disconnection of the NON-FUNCTIONAL landline at our residence as I am not willing to pay any bills for the same,

                          Airtel Broadband — connection not yet done

                          I had shifted my residential premises and requested for connection to be relocated. Airtel did honour that in a few days time after receiving all documentations and Cash.I gave all the documents and cash for relocation of shifting,i have all the bills with me and instument modem.Then after one month a call came from customer care executive that he will be coming on that day for connection but no one exxecutive came i have to travel,so i also gave my bigbrothers number they also call on my brothers cell and told that they coming for connection but till no no response.i am irritated of all this false commitment.and my phone no is [protected].

                          Airtel — landline connection not given but charges are collected

                            I HAVE A LIFETIME PREPAID CONNECTION NO.[protected] FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS.

                            ON 17th Nov. 2008 MY MOBILE PHONE WAS MISPLACE. I LODGE A COMPLAINT IN POLICE STATION AND GOT A NEW SIM CARD FROM EXCELL COMM. NEW FREINDS COLONY NEW DELHI AFTER GIVING ALL THE ID AND RESIDENSE PROFFS ON 18th NOV.2008.

                            BUT TODAY IS 04/12/2008 AND MY NUMBER IS NOT YET STARTED.

                            I COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL BUT THEY ASK THAT THE NUMBER CAN BE START BY THE EXCELL COMM. ONLY.

                                I am using airtel mobile no. [protected] at the below mentioned address. For the last six months I have been experiencing great difficulties in both speaking on phone or using my airtel broadband data card due to zero signal strength in the area.

                                How could a posh area in Greater Noida be left uncovered for signal strength rendering airtel connections literally unusable for such a long period.

                                  Dear All,

                                  I had the bill of 3385.00. I did not paid the bill as i had a billing queries..So late payment charges were levied. One day i receive the call from chennai and that people informed me that if i pay 3100 rs there will waive 285.oo so i had paid 3100 rs..the guy who called from chennai made the false promise and no everytime am getting calls from airtel asking me to pay 285.oo rs..everytime i am pissed off expalining...

                                  I am an Airtel customer since last five years(too loyal, I think).
                                  I have been usinf erecharging service and was satisfied with it.

                                  On 8/11/2008 I got my E recharge from K.K communication, university
                                  market, Kurukshetra university, kurukshetra for an amount of Rs.333/-at
                                  about 6pm.He used one of his three numbers [protected], [protected] and
                                  [protected].He told me the Erecharge has been done.I was not carrying
                                  my mobile at that time. when i checked my mobile I found that no E
                                  recharge has been done.
                                  When I talked to the person at K K Communication he was not much
                                  forthcoming.He told me he has no ways to confirm what has gone wrong.I
                                  asked him as we have the date and approx time it will be posasible to
                                  get the records from Airtel and confirm what has goine wrong.Nothing
                                  has materialized till now.

                                  I have paid the money and I want amount credited to my account.What
                                  way you can help me, please let me know.

                                  And he is not respond answer
                                  Actual dealer say to me on 13/02/09 for wrong easy recharge one month
                                  Valued so now 14/02/09 but not active my line please check
                                  Not active again same dealer MR.rakesh say to me RS:-250.00 u can recharge
                                  Next again RS:-48.00 life time incoming pack
                                  Note:- don’t send auto reply please rectify my problem
                                  Already we contact 121, 198, [protected], [protected] and other
                                  Land line santhom office number but not rectify my problem so
                                  Please refund my other airtel mobile number
                                  And again I am going so many days tack to mr.rakesh not respond answer
                                  And We tack to this customer care office not help me
                                  Mr. Mohamed we tack but helpless our mobile number is

                                  My mobile old balance RS 75.00
                                  First time recharge RS 97.00
                                  Second time recharge RS 48.00
                                  Total RS 220.00

                                      I made bill payment for my airtel mobile on 29.11.2008 via ICICI online payment (Payment Id [protected]), due date is 30.11.2008 but still i am reciving calls from AirTel regarding payment not made. My payment not updated in Airtel payment history. There is no resposibe reply in 121.
