I applied for a topup of value: Rs. 500.00, through internet site "http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/payments/prepaid_refill/pre_refill.htm#in...⇄ using HDFC bank account. I was informed that any value between Re.1 and Rs.1000 was valid.
Instead of increased talk time, i got a message that a Power pack was successfully activated on my number.During the transaction (transaction ID:[protected], I have not entered anywhere that I wanted a Power PAck. I just wanted a simple refill. I already had a Power pack so I dont need an overlapping duplicate power pack. I want this new power pack to be cancelled . I also want my talk time increaded by Rs. 500. I want to know how to go about this.

I bought a new prepaid card [protected] on 08/11/08 (chennai), then my outgoing has been barred on 10/11/08 because of incomplete submission of documents. I have submitted my address proof in the nearby airtel showroom(velachery) on 11/11/08. I was not accessed still to date. Then i again submitted my documents in the same on 17/11/08. I am having Rs 57 balance on my mobile. I want to know the status of my documents.Plz do the needful.

I have E recharged of my brother (Jagdish suthar) AIRTEL WLL by 220 rupees but only 50 rupees was dabeted in phone why?

I have been trying to get an issue of Excess Billed resolved with Airtel but no one seams to take any on the same and finally they have bared my Airtel Services due to non payment of bills but I have tried all the possible ways to convince them that I am ready to pay my bill but that needs to be corrected but everytime they promise me that someone will get in touch with me but that never happens.
It started initially when i have asked for change in my Bill plan and got activated an ISD calling Plan of Rs 45 based on that I should be billed at the rate of Rs 2.90 Per/Min for all the calls to USA but they have charged me @6.40 Per/Min and finally they are telling me that there is no such ISD Calling plan exists but the fact is that when i was making those ISD calls to USA my international Calling was not active and i was only allowed to make International calls to USA only.

Below are the mails which i have send so far to Customer Case, New friends Colony FSO Executive where i have visited lately and even to the Nodal officer but no one has replied even by saying that they will look into it.

It’s been more than 20 days I am running out from back and fro from Customer care and billing department and no one seems to rectify the discrepancy which I have in my bill. On an average I have made more than 15-20 calls since Sept 30th in order to get this rectified but it’s still pending and finally I have got this mail address and hoping this time that someone will act into it.

I will really appreciate that if you can look into the Call details which I have made in the past, since it’s a very long story now.

Hoping to get a response this time else I have to reach consumer forum for justification.

I am writing this mail hoping that someone is reading this mail and Airtel do care about their customer and there time which they spend over the phone while talking to Customer Care representatives which eventually is a waste of time.
The First time I called in the Customer Support I requested for a ISD Calling Plan for US for Rs 45 needs to be activated on my number and the change in the Plan to 444 and I got a call back from your Sales Department for the confirmation of same but on the last bill which I didn’t received on either my mail or Printed copy on my address shows that I am being charged @ of 6.40 instead of some Rs 3 which has been conveyed to me when I made the request for the activation of ISD 45 Pack.
Also I called in for more than 3 times on 30th September night and requested for the correction of the same and also confirmed with the Customer Care representative that whether or not my ISD services for US will be active or not while I am on roaming and they did said Yes but that was not the case.
Moving forward I called up the Customer Care Center while I was on roaming and asked them to look on the issue why I am not able to make the ISD calls to US they said its active but every time I tried calling in it I was getting a message “ This service is not enabled on your number”. And whenever I asked for some senior person or supervisor they either hang up or said that they don’t have any supervisor available. That even happened today when I was talking to a representative named Rajendra who was not even willing to give me a Case number or neither wants to transfer this call to anyone. Finally I got a Case number[protected] which I am not sure is correct or not.
Below are the list of open items which I want to be taken care of ASAP.
1) Need a copy of my current Bill(Detailed) on my mail as well a hard copy to be mailed in to my Billing address
2) Need a resolution on my current billing Discrepancy
3) Whether or not I will be able to made ISD Calls to US in future while on roaming or not, if not then why ?

duplicate sim
i am a kerala airtel coustmer my number is [protected] it has life time validity and now iam using that sim in kuwiat internationl roaming is also activated, now i have problem with sim, the sim is damaged, so i would like to get a duplicate sim,

I nihar patel my mobile no. is [protected]. yesterday on 18th nov 2008 at 6:47 i contact reliance customer care for inquiry against RS 6 cut off from my balance, but representative of care has not given proper answer and also talking rudely. then also not giving his name and before time he end the call and we talk around 7:58 min.

This is to inform you that on 11/11/2008 i got a call from [protected] (kavitha) and she explained me about the Airtel postpaid connection and i asked her weather i will get a selected number she said yes and i have selected one number ([protected]).They commited me that within 4 hours my number will get activated but they have taken 30 hours to activate the number but not my selected number.They have activated some other number([protected]).After that i called several times to them and one of they team leader have spoke to me [protected] (shailaja) and she said within 5 minuts they get back to me but they did not turned up.After some time i called customer care but they can not take any complains regards to this.Please do the needful

My airtel mobile no is [protected] and it is under post paid scheme .My 2 years rental scheme was going to expire on 10/9/2008 and i got the sms from airtel office to pay Rs 499 to continue the rental plan for 1 year and I made the payment on 29/08/2008 cash memo number is 0366 earlier i was charged monthly minimum of Rs 30 and now I am charged Rs 175 monthly.

My mobile no. is [protected] from 5th. of Nov, I spoke with customer care in 198 to remove jokes send by 5432101 and tethey gave me the no. 10502513, and said it shall stop on 7th nov.2008.
but it did not happen, and from 5/11 till date I have complained daily but jokes are still coming, 2nd complain no was on13/11/08 no. was[protected], but stiil no action, 3rd complain on 15/11/08 no was [protected], I spoke to one Mr. Rupinder, and so many customer care executives.
Daily they are deducting one rupee, this is a trick since i hardly make any calls from this mobile and it is a life time connection so basically no recharging is required.If action is not taken then I am sorry I may lose my connection but I have to make it more public, as firstly for more than a year my rs.365/ has been deducted when i am not interested in jokes and neither did I ask for it.

Please take immediate action to stop sending Jokes and give the full refund of 365/-

Dear sir,
With Due respect i have to inform you that i was using an airtel post paid connection [protected]. i stopped using this no from september 2008. i was not able to pay the outstanding amount because i was laid off . i am still trying to get a job and whenever i was contacted by airtel personally i advised them that i am willing to pay the bill but please allow me some time.
Then they stopped contacting me and suddenly yesterday a person named Mr. R.K. Sharma who advised that he is legal advisor of Airtel called my parents and other relatives and spoke with them rudely and threatened them.
i know that i have done wrong as i was not able to pay them which i owed but why dont they contact me and harass me why are they contacting my relatives when i am willing to pay the bill .
Apart from that why are they not going through legal procedures.They did not even notified me by mail or by calling me that a legal advisor appointed by them will be calling me. I will certainly pay what i owe but i owe apology by airtel and i need to get that. Also i apologise for not paying on time however it was not intentional.

1) I have sent GPRSDEACT request to 511 on 17th Nov08 at 10.02 pm, but even on 18th Nov 08 morning 8.15 am service is still active as i enquired on phone with customer care(121).

2) On November 18th morning I had called customer care(121) at around 8.10 am (121) when my balance was 48.31 RS.After calling It has become 17.82RS.

I kindly request you to revert money debited for calling customer which is care toll free 121. Also I request you to Deactivate my GPRS service, as i have already sent the message around 11 hours ago from now. The time I had taken connection my GPRS charges were 11.50 RS/24 hours.Now it has increased to 14.99/24 hrs.When I call 198 number I hear a message please chech the number you have dialled.

I have another complaint against the late receiving of my monthly bills every time. I got current month bill by courier on 17th Nov 2008. The bill date is 5th Nov. Please do needful for the same.

I am having Airtel Prepaid Mobile No. [protected] in Delhi. I find that after every recharge the balance gradually and sometimes steeply goes on reducing even when I have not made much calls. Also the monthly Airtel to Airtel balance in the scheme also meets with the same fate. I think this company should be given some award for cheating the customer by silently eating away his balance sans the calls. When I made complaints at their customer care I was told that details of calls made in prepaid connection cannot be given to the customer.

My account No with AIRTEL is 13285021. in the bill for the month of Oct 2008 i have been charged DSL usage for Rs 1202.56 which is grossly in excess. the details shows the usge of internet when either the house was locked i being away or i was asleep ie after 2200h. i being the only person occupying the house, there is no way that this usage is possible. there is no response to my complaint by the company

Please give me full details of airtel no. [protected] outgoing call of 12 Nov to 16Nov.
