I have send the msg for connecting
the net service but the problem is not yet satisfactory.The setting for that purpose will not yet send on my chinese GPRS set mobile no [protected]...

I cannot access gprs on my mobile though it is a GPRS enabled phone.I tried ur customer care bt problem yet not solved.I already reachaged 499 Gprs pacl bt its not working, plz solve my problem as soon as possible...

I have applied for changing my SIM CArd and previous was blocked. It has been 5 days. When ever I call in customer care I get answer that it will be activeated in 24 hours but it has been 5 days also if I go to Airtel office i get answer that we dont know how long it will take it can take 2-3 days or even 10-15 or 21days.

Let me know what should i do?...

I am the subscriber of mobile no [protected], i have applied for migration of plan from Post paid to Pre-paid. i have been informaed to pay additional Rs.1500/- in liue of number change then only your plan will be migrated. They have locked my number from 15.10.08.

Actually, they have not told about the charges at the time of taking the number before 3 years. and as per ruling of TRAI, w.e.f. The service provider cannot change...
