Airtel Prepaid Connection — non requirement of incoming sms facility

Hi,
This is prasad a customer of your prepaid connection. my prepaid telephone number is [protected]
i am receiving unwanted sms messages from strangers which are creating embrassive situation. kindly help me in discarding the sms messaging facility for incomming calls at the earliest.

    I had subscribed to MOBILE OFFICE on my GPRS phone last year. IN August 2008 I have sent the SMS for deactivation and got a response saying that it will be deactivated in 24 hours. There after I was never able to use the GPRS service as my phone was not registering with the airtel network for data access. After two months I Noticed that I am being charged a monthly fee of 399 towards Mobile Office even though I had unsubscribed and validated via Airtel payment centre in Koramangala that GPRS is not active. When I called customer care, they refused to accept it at first saying that now that the bill has been paid, it cannot be reversed. I told them that when they can charge me adjustments from previous bill cycles for bill already generated, they must offer this to the customer when they have wrongly charged the customer. After lot of deliberation, I decided to terminate the connection and pay the last pending dues. On this they quickly called up and agreed to give me one month reversal and a further Rs 150 towards 50% of the previous month as an adjustment, This was done on October 20th. Surprising in the october bill I see I have been charged for MOBILE OFFICE again on a prorata basis for 10 days from 11th to 20th. I dont see the logic of charging me again and citing the reason that the official disconnection happend on 20th. Airtel even verified that I had not downloaded any content over that period which I claimed my conection was inactive. On 25th November when I check my online account on the airtel portal I see that my account and number is showing active, but all callers are getting a message that 'This is not a valid number' .. I cant understand how a big service provider like Airtel manages to run their customer support in such a bad manner. I have finally decided never to go with Airtel for cellular services. I shall be disconnecting my second number as well as I dont want to face any more issues with them.

    Airtel Bangalore — Poor Customer service and billing issues

    I had subscribed to MOBILE OFFICE on my GPRS phone last year. IN August 2008 I have sent the SMS for deactivation and got a response saying that it will be deactivated in 24 hours. There after I was never able to use the GPRS service as my phone was not registering with the airtel network for data access. After two months I Noticed that I am being charged a monthly fee of Rs 399 towards Mobile Office even though I had unsubscribed and validated via Airtel payment centre in Koramangala that GPRS is not active. When I called customer care, they refused to accept it at first saying that now that the bill has been paid, it cannot be reversed. I told them that when they can charge me adjustments from previous bill cycles for bill already generated, they must offer this to the customer when they have wrongly charged the customer. After lot of deliberation, I decided to terminate the connection and pay the last pending dues. On this they quickly called up and agreed to give me one month reversal and a further Rs 150 towards 50% of the previous month as an adjustment, This was done on October 20th. Surprising in the october bill I see I have been charged for MOBILE OFFICE again on a prorata basis for 10 days from 11th to 20th. I dont see the logic of charging me again and citing the reason that the official disconnection happend on 20th of October when they have acknowledge the error and reverted back the lat two months charges. Airtel even verified that I had not downloaded any content over that period which I claimed my conection was inactive. I cant understand how a big service provider like Airtel manages to run their customer support in such a bad manner. I have been a Hutch Customer in Mumbao for over 8 years and enver faced a single problem with my connection or resolving any billing issues. I have finally decided never to go with Airtel for cellular services as this is not the first time I am facing issues. The CSR are dumbos and half the time they give a lame excuse saying their systems are undergoing upgrade and they cannot access my account details. This is after waiting more than 15 mins in the queue listening to music. Instead why dont they put a message to all callers saying that call back after some time if their systems are down. Several times I have requested for a call back and they have never done so even at escalation level 2 and 3 . I wonder if they really need me as a customer. I shall be disconnecting my second number as well as I dont want to face any more issues with them. I know that each cell phone company has it own set of problems, but unless they loose customers and learn a lesson the hardway with negative feed back on their QOS, will they even contemplate improving their business. IN the game of increasing their subscriber numbers they are loosing out on the quality of service and becoming less sensitive to customer issues. Believe me I gave them three months to sort out the issue after which I have decided to part ways. I really dont have the time or energy to followup up with the consumer forum, but hopefully my review will open the eyes of many who want a second opinion of Airtel.
    I pay my bill very well in advance, now i have got a SMS asking me to pay Nov 2008 bill immediately.

    My son had an Airtel post paid connection with number[protected] and he had it disconnected through an agent in 100' Ring road near Deve Gowda Petrol Bunk on 11/09/2008 and they gave hima a slip stating that your request for retention of number is received and was told that this is how a cancellation request is acknowledged. He left India on 13/09/2009 for further studies and could not have used his mobile which he took along with him for using in his pace of study. And he paid what ever was due through his citi bank credit card during Oct and Nov' 08. Now the trouble started. Peridically airtel will call our Home and tell bills are due from my son etc. Initally we explained patiently that thre can be no dues as my son had paid all dues etc. They refuse to accept or even refuse to talk to us ( his parents) and will talk only to him. then we gave his mobile no at sweden. After many calls and in the mean time my son sent the scanned copy of the cancellation acknowledgement and also the soft copy of the Cit bank credit card statements to airtel by mail to [protected]@airetel.in etc. Still the calls continued and I decided to take up the matter and sent the copies of the same to airtel by mail and finally one Mr.Mohammed arif of airtel Customer Service agreed by sending a mail that the connection is disconnected w.e.f. 31/12/2008. But this is not the end. Calls continued to come. and I even talked to their call centre. Finally they agreed that the request for disconnection is received on Feb 6th 2009 referring one of the mails received from my son and though he has not used the phone the charges for GPRS is to be paid up to 6th Feb, 2009. See the conflict. Their own customer Service Executive acknowledges that the connection is disconnected from 31/12/2008 though far back on 11/09/2008 my son got the disconnection slip, the local airtel people wants us to pay the dues till Feb 6th, 2009. Now I have received a threatening letter from Airtel if we do not pay up they will take legal action. Though we have been repeatedly telling them that we have sent the documents by mail, they want us to produce them personally at the local office in Bangalore.

    Airtel Mobile — Billing issue and poor customer service

    I am Airtel customer since last 6+ years. I have a corporate connection and Dec, I asked for plan change. MY plan was changed in 3 days time. But they didn't put me in CUG group.
    I didn't notice that as well they didn't updated my airtel website account.

    3 month later, all of sudden they change my account no and sent two bills in that month. On top of that they removed my SI for payment and didn't charge the bill.

    A month later I see my bill with late penality. I called up customer care and raised the complain, also sent a mail to [protected]@airtel.
    They replied they can't remove the penality and false claim that authorization from my card failed.
    I asked for 3 month delay in adding me in CUG, group they don't have answer. Every time I hear that I will get a call back, but no body calls

    Finally I sent a mail to nodalofficer etc, but no one bother to reply
    In last few years, the airtel serice has gone pathetic including network and customer care. their network is always floating. Reaching to customer and finishing the call without any drop is a dream.

    I haven't paid last 3 month, as I am waiting for correct bill with CUG benifit, but no body listen.

    Plan to move one to some other vendor ...

          i am going through billing dispute since july. i disconnect my postpiad connection and gave reference number..since dec they have charged me more then 2000 on my credit card... i send several mail and they denied to revert my money... finally they disconncet in oct08 still no apology and not wish to return my money.. i send them mail... i don, t know what to do just unsatisfy..looking to sue company ... need guidess
          In connection with the above subject, I hereby request you to solve the issue of the Airtel Postpaid number [protected] registered on the name of Vijay Singh.

          I have used this number upto 20th of April 2009 and then the number was not used for next 2 months i.e., May, June of which I was charged as Rs. 302 and 328 = 630 respectively. Then I requested for permanent disconnection of this number to person from Airtel collection department named as Siddarth Brimania and he asked me to continue this number as he was ready to provide me the waiver of these 2 months in which there was zero usage. I agreed with him, after that day I used to call him and asked for the waiver and he used to give me different excuses for not giving me waiver yet.

          After that I use this number in the month of July and then the services was barred due to non payment of bill. Then again I called siddarth for the same and he asked to make a payment of Rs. 510 and else will be waived off, I did the same and now neither I got the waiver nor any response from Siddarth and also the number has been permanently disconnect without any notification. Also the deposit has been adjusted.

          Now I am not at all intrested in continuing this number so please waive off the remaining outstanding amount i.e., Rs. 426

            dear sir, I had changed my airtel pre paid connection to post paid last three months back. but it was disconnected after three days of my activation saying that our address verfication officer quoted that your door was locked.when i met your office they told me to pay another extra Rs.300 we will give you connection in new sim card by that time i have already paid Rs.700 for that connection but till now the connection was not activated to me. if call the team leader in evenning he says it will be activated by the next morning, if i call in morning he says it will be activated by evening.one month past by this way.please consider my problem serious because i am customer of airtel sine from last four years so i need my mobile no. back either in pre paid or post paid mode.kindly consider my request and see that i problem was rectified.

              I have taken one prepaid conntection with no.[protected] on 7th of November 2008 in Tiruchirappalli Tamil nadu and given my Passport for Identity and Address proof (enclosed in this mail) and on 10th of Nov i got one call from customer care saying that i need to submit my address and identity proof again ( i dont know why) than i submitted my passport copy with one photo in Thillai nagar Airtel outlet shop which is situated in 11th cross but unfortunately on 12th of november my outgoing calls was barred by Airtel saying that i have not submitted my proofs to Airtel, inspite i have submitted for 2 times and till now i am not able to make any outgoing call from my mobile.

              Airtel Prepaid Connection — Outgoing barred

              I got prepaid connection on 28/01/2010 from AirTel Customer care and deposited
              all required documents at the same time. But still these documents are not sent to its desination point from there customer care and my Outgoing is barred.

              2 Months back also i got AirTel prepaid connection from there local deler and after one month(After varification) suddenly incoming/outgoing barred. When i contacted CC center I was informmed that it was pre activated SIM and company is not responsible. And i loose the SIM chrges and Recharge voucher amount.

              I am heart with Airtel's customer care services.

                I got a new prepaid connection from Airtel ([protected]). After it was activated, I bought a recharge voucher for RS.216 from a reseller in Ardee City, Sector 52, Gurgaon, but their system did not accept the voucher. I went to an Airtel outlet in Galleria Market, DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon, and even they could not get the voucher to work though the voucher was found to be valid by the Airtel 121 service.

                The Airtel outlet in Galleria charged me Rs 195 to start the initial balance to enable me to send and receive calls.

                Now I am stuck with the Rs.216 voucher as it can be only used for a new connection. After following up for several weeks, the Airtel 121 service has asked me to return the voucher to the reseller. The reseller refuses to take back the voucher as the pin code on the voucher has been already scratched.

                The overall impression I get is of dealing with a thoroughly incompetent, unscrupulous and unprofessional company. They are willing to put a customer through such harassment for just Rs. 216. I also have a Reliance connection and have never faced such issues with them.

                It is a matter of principles now. I do not intend to leave it at this. I will drag this company through the consumer courts and check if it can be converted into a Class Action type of complaint. Such companies have no right to exist in a liberalized India.

                      Bharti-Airtel the brand has all the years stood for it's customer care. This is the sole reason that we as consumers respect the brand-Airtel because of the man himself-Mr.Mittal. We ran for Airtel, Delhi Half Marathon, both for fun and for the respect of the brand. But, I really feel sorry that a bunch of people carrying over attitude and managing the Maliya Nagar relationship centre are doing a great damage to the brand. I might be sounding too harsh, but any respectable person of the society will retaliate in a similar manner. Just two days before the Marathon, I happened to visit the cente at 8-8.30 p.m. in the night. Accepted, the cente closes at 7p.m. maybe. But, if a respectable woman is approaching towards your door, will you ask the office boy to bolt the door??? He actually did it, as if I was a thief or a beggar comming to ask money!!!next, everybody in the centre just wagged their hands in air as if they were shooing off a beggar from their door. I kept on standing and knocking the glass door, but people tried their best to avoid me by moving here and there. If you feel I am exxagerating, then please check your CCTV camera footage, I might not be covered, but the inside activity will make the ongoing situation apparent. As a result of this incident, I have stopped going there, anyone with dignity will do so. That was the only reason, I delayed my postpaid bill as my Sim had been blocked and that was the prime reason I went there that night after office. They could have easily done it, if not could have softly spoken and given me the valid reason. Please do something about it, train the Malviya Nagar Relationship Centre people regarding Customer Care- I feel, this is what Airtel stands for!!. A concerened and deeply humilated Airtel Postpaid Corporate Connection holder.

After 15 days i changed my plan to 799 than again after one month at 27 sept. i gave request to change my plan to 649. But after so many requests, till this date it has not been changed. moreover my last 2 bill came according to 799 plan. i would also like to add that being such a big and reputed company whom i trusted, i am not happy with the service as the service provided by the Kamla Nagar airtel outlet is not up to the mark i have been calling them from last 15-20 days but my request is not fulfilled till this date. so, at last i can only request you to please remove this connection as early as possible.

                            I am a consistent customer of airtel prepaid service.I had 2 mobile numbers.one of my mobile number got frequent cutting on balance amount for example for every 2 days 4 to 5 rupees for unknown things some times unncessary message come from 3333 i had already told your custmer service that i don't want these joke messages don't send them but still you people are sending these type of messages again and again i too also not all reading messages i open and read and also do delete of that type of messages new messages immediatley coming and a cost of one rupee is being cut from my balance till now like this i had lost more than 200 rupees for clarificiation also your customer care peoples are no t all getting inline.Airtel prepaid services allegedly eating the public's money like this, it is a violation.It is a one kind of stole.They are doing business by arrasement of peoples.Vulnerable customers what will do.Kindly look into the matters immediately or what can i do.with so much pain from hearts.Like me manu of the peoples are suffering a lot.Kindly do corrective action.

                              I had a post paid connection no. [protected].

                              2 payments made through ECS does not reflect in the airtel a/c though the money has been debited from my account & payment found successful to airtel a/c no.[protected] for Rs 650/ dtd 24/3/08 & for Rs 500/ dtd 24/6/08.

                              Inpsite of timely payments my services were barred. Complaint was sent in the following chronological order :

                              > 27/8/08 - Fax on [protected]
                              > 3/9/08 - To adc.[protected]@airtel.in
                              > 5/9/08 -Complaint on 121 - Service No. 18214678 dtd 5/9/08
                              > 1/10/08 - To the Ombudsman -Airtel
                              > 31/10/08 - to manish22.[protected]@airtel.in

                              Inspite of all these representations nothing moved, not a single reply. Instead of compensating me for all the inconvenience & harassment, Airtel has asked its advocate to file a case against me for no payments, to the tune of Rs 1497/ - wah airtel wah!!!

                              A legal notice has also been filed against Airtel by my lawyer.

                              Airtel Postpaid Connection — harassment to the customer

                              Sir:
                              I am Pankaj Sharma i am advocate by profeesion , i have taken a post paid coorporate Connection of Airtel in Chennai my number is [protected] .The connection has been given to me by the corporate executive Mr.Rajan &along with him Mr. Praveen.
                              At the time of taking that connection i have given my mension address as the communication address.
                              As in Chennai i have no permanant address and i also changed the mansion in which i was living (the address of which i have givenas communication address ). therfore i made a written application to the customer care center of Airtel in the branch office of Triplicane (opposite to sealord hotel) to change thecommunication address from the mansion to my Company address . The customer executive named Mrs. Farahna Khan who had attended me recieved the application . At the time of recieving she had not tell me that there is anything against the policy . Further more she told me that yuor address change request has been updated within one day.
                              I recieved a message in that regard from Airtel too. After two days one executive had visited our office for verification . He verified the address and taken my signature.
                              Now after so many days on 17/01/2008 my all outgoing calls had been diverted to the customer care help desk on the pretext of negitive address verification .i called mr. Rajan he told me that he will send his executive to my office tommorrow i.e on 18/01/2008. on 18th jan. mr. praveen came to my office and he had talk to the customer care help desk again there mr. Suresh the helpdesk executive told him that as i had not paid the bill thats why my calls had been diverted. he told me to pay the bill amount.
                              Sir please give attention that the due date of making the payment is till 31st jan. 2008 , but still my services were barred.
                              then i made the payment of Rs.3000 at customercare center Triplicane .after that when i called the executive he told me that my services will be unbarred after one hour , but nothing has happened . then in the morning of 19th jan i again called at customer care then there Mr Ammeen Executive told me that the diversion of my outgoing calls is not due to non payment or negitive address verification but it is due to not responding to the Welcome call. i told him to gave me the welcome call but he told me to call at 121 customer care. i called them too but they did not turn a deaf ear to my request.
                              my problem did not get to there end here also . When my outgoing has diverted to customer care help desk my usage bill was Rs. 550 after that i am not able to call any where except customer care help desk but today my bill usage is Rs.762 . when i asked about it to the customer care help desk he told me that company is charging me even to the calls that i have made to the customer care help desk + all outgoing calls those had been diverted to the customer care help desk .

                              can any one help me in finding the answer of the following questions
                              1. On what account my services had been disruptted?
                              2. To whome a customer should ask about his problem ?
                              3. If a individual can not give his company address as his communication address than why the Customer care executive had not bring that objection in my notice while i am making the written application in that regard?
                              4. Why there is no uniformity in the answers given by the cutomer care executive of customer care or of customer care help desk.?Are they are well qualified or trained ?are they eligible to sit at such responsible post?
                              5. Why a cutomer has to suffer for the default of the employees of airtel?
                              6. Is it right, fair andjustifiable to Charge for the calls that have been diverted to the custmer care help desk ?
                              i am very much upset with all this happening .
                              sir please look into the matter and provide me the relief ASAP..

                              Airtel VAS — Undue Harrasment

                              Airtel and its staff have been calling up our employees and clients threatening them with dire consequences and even other airtel customers asking them to call up our MD as well as Chairman for recovery of some 20 laks worth of services offered by Airtel to our company. Whereas all o[censored]s know the fact that Airtel is only owed 6-7 lakhs. It is a crazy company to deal with and instead of correcting their problems they are trying to spoil our company reputation. Even genuine airtel customers are being told to call up the MD and Chairman and ask them for the company to pay its bill. This is preposterous!

                              Airtel — UNDUE HARASSMENT

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              Last month I opted for number portability option and switched from airtel to vodafone due to network issues in my area.
                              I had cleared all the bills for airtel with only the current months' bill pending. Soon I started receiving calls from airtel to clear the bill but the irony was I DID NOT RECEIVE any bill from their end in the first place!!! I mentioned the same to the various executives as I had no problem in paying the bill but I should have the bill first otherwise how do I pay an unknown amount and to whom.

                              Finally after many calls to and forth, I received a mini bills without the details of call logs and next day they also sent an executive to collect the bill. After paying the bill amount to the executive I was hoping the matter to get over. But again I started receiving calls from airtel regarding the payment, this time I repeatedly told that I have made the payment and even mailed them the payment receipt.

                              I really wonder how do these people operate, no professional etiquette, poorly trained tele executive, no real time update in the system. I have no idea how long will they take to acknowledge that they have received my payment just hope they don't ask me to pay again and again!!!!

                              Never go for this telecom operator again.

                                      Hello,

                                      My name is Vasanth and I an 'unfortunate' customer of Airtel Broadband. I took the connection for Airtel broadband in the month of September. My number is 40131050. On 18th Nov. 2008 the broadband connection was disconnected without any intimation and reason. I called the customer care and was told that the connection was terminated. I asked them the reason for the same and they told me that they do not have any reason mentioned in their records. I was given a complaint number "13985794" and was told that a maximum of 8days would be taken to solve the issue!!. From then on till today I have been calling the customer care people to know the reason for the termination and the only answer I hear is that "We do not know and it is in process". When I was given the connection I was told that any problem would be resolved within 24hrs and here I stand given a written SMS saying that it will take 8days for the matter to be resolved. The most irritating part is that they do not even know the reason why and what caused them to terminate the connection. I am really disgusted at the way the things are handled in Airtel .

                                      Apart from this I also have an Airtel Post-paid. Airtel sent me a cheque of Rs.499.80 dated december 2007 and I received it in June 2008. By the time I deposited the cheque it has crossed its validity of 6months. So I personally went to the customer care centre at Splendid towers, hyderabad and returned the cheque. I was promised that the amount would be adjusted in the next month's bill. All this happened in the month of July. Till date I have called Airtel 'n' number of times only to repeat my case again and again and with a hollow promise that "IT WILL BE DONE SIR".2 days back I received a call saying that Airtel never sent a cheque to me. I have the SBH account transaction record with me to prove that they have sent a cheque and it bounced. In this scenario what I should I do???

                                      Request the concerned to do something about it.

                                      AirTel — Termination Of no. without any reason

                                      Iam Mamta R. Shah. My prepaid no. is [protected]. I was using this no. from last 5-6 years. On 17th september 2009, my no. has been disconnected without any reason
                                      I had made several complains at customer care and visit gallaries of boriwali. kandivali & bandra many times but didn't get concrete result. Atlas i went to Head office( lower parel)with the hope that i got my no. back but the the thing goes otherwise.
                                      At first visit they told me " your no. has been deleted from prepaid acoount & is under process for conversion to postpaid" But the fact is i had not made any request or had not sent any documents for conversion to post paid. They told me to wait for few days & i do
                                      At second visit they told me " someone else wants postpaid connection and might mistakely your no.is entered" i told hom to give the details of the distributor who has taken request for the conversion of other person but he said he is unauthorised to do so. He told me to wiat untill conversion& i again i do
                                      Still my no. is not activated so i visit again. At third visit they said " your no. does not match with the name & address for conversion and as the verification for conversion failed, your no . is still disconnected" i wait for few days more
                                      At fourth visit they told " your no. has been permanently terminated and been issued to someone else" i told him to call on the no. & try to convience the person to give the no. back but he said he is unauthorised to do so.
                                      I still keep patience and call on that no. On calling , i come to know that the no. was now used by Ms Geeta residing at Andheri. I told her whole issue & request her to give my no. back but she refuses to do so. The distributor from whom Ms Geeta has buy the card call me and rudly said " you has no right to disturb my customer, if you had any problem than registered it at gallary"
                                      No one is here to help me out. I was just moving from one gallary to another, waiting there for 30-40 min but still not get favourable response.
                                      My no. carries balance of Approx RS 250 and message recharge of RS 102 is also activated. Who is going to pay all this? Why should i suffer for Companies mistake? I dont know where my mistake was? Without any reason my card has been terminated and is now used by someone else, is it justified? I was using the card for 5-6 years so suffer from financial and social loss as my clients and relatives has this no.
                                      What i want is the no. which i lost because of companies mistake. I want a confirmation mail which suggest that the no. [protected] belongs to me and is mistakely deleted by your side.It might help me out to convience Ms Geeta to surrender the no.to me. I want the details of distributor or person who is responsible for all the mess.
                                      I hope now i dont have to go anywhere and get my no. back soon. Thank you in anticipation of your favourable reply.

                                      Airtel — termination without any updation

                                      Dear Concern,

                                      I was using your airtel no. from long long time and happy with same but when my job trnasfered in haryana then i have update my airtel no. with long life valdity but i have check today my sim is not working. i am shoked when i called to my no.[protected] and picked by some one in patiala. plz explain me why my no. given some one other without my information. i am using that no. from last 4 to 5 years. plz revert me otherwise i will knock consumer court door..

                                      Airtel Broadband — Broadband Terminated without any reason

                                      My broadband with fixed landline no[protected] is not working since 29-Aug-11 and had called customer care 5 to 6 times but no proper response. Also no proper response from ur executive. I also did not receive any intimation prior to termination which is against trai regulations

                                      Prior to this I had also raised compliant by calling customer care and I was committed that the issue would be resolved with in 2 days but no update on the same.
                                      When spoke to Mr Ranjeet Airtel Customer care today after 5 days. He committed that there was mass termination which was done on 29th Aug 2011 & he does not have any details on the same after 5 days. He said whenever he get the details, he would update me. Airtel broadband service is worst and no customer satisfaction. I don't even see any proper response from NODAL team and they don't even pick the call.

                                      I would request compensation of for the mental harassment for this issue

                                      Hi,

                                      Iam been transferred from Kolkata to Hyderabad and given request for Termination of [protected] Airtel postpaid number,
                                      i have given number of request in Airtel relationship center in Kolkata Salt lake city center and by mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com and also by calling
                                      customer care.

                                      Since this number is not been terminated since 3Months.

                                        Sir my name is chirag I am from Maharastra, Ahmednagar .I mobile shop On[protected] I have call to Airtel customer care at 12.50 pm customer care excutive told me in 48 vaule voucher call rate are like airtel to airtel 40 paisa, airtel to other mobile 60 paisa and airtel to landline 1 rupees this. I made rechage of 48 on custom mobile number [protected] Tx[protected] but call rate is not appicable as customer care excutive told me then I again make call to customer care now at this time customer care excutive told me call rate of rechage 48 are night calling pack you have made . But I told make it reversal this is complity miss guide made by custmer care excutive to me [retailer ], customer and distrubuter told it cannot possible now and customer is giving me trouble to me from 10 days ago
