My connection is blocked without any reason. Cell phone # are [protected] & [protected]. I had contacted service centre manager Mr. Tejpal Kohli (netaji subhash marg. darya gunj) but he could only say that we are unable to help you as server is down. I have been charged Rs 990 in the month of September for down loading games - for which I complaint to their customer service and also filed written complaint at [protected]@airtelindia.com. I did not get any response from either option.
